I had registered complain against dealer of honda regarding the document supply. The complain no. 1-[protected]. We have not received document like invoice, rto charges, service book from leela motors, valsad. (Gujarat). This complain is registered at honda custmer care along with mobile [protected], service book received on 02.11.2017 & two coupon got shortage.

    Two before whren i gave my bike for servicing at mumbra dist thane service centre for bike servicing, they told that my bike's slef motor has broken down and need to be replaced by new one as my bike was insured they told they will claim for the parts and bike will be ok.
    Its been two months now still m riding my activa bike on kick and still no repair work has started.
    When approached the boss of the service centre he told that some othe bikes parts where claimed mistakenly on mh claim and you will have to wait again.
    Now the parts has arrived they are saying that they dont have mechanic and all the fake reasons.
    Also they loot you by giving extra service.

    Manager of the service told me that new parts has arrived and told that tou will have to leave bike for 1 day, but two days passed but still no work done and new parts still missing as they said insurance company didn't clear it, but i was told all the parts have arrived.

    Please someone help me with their excuses.

      I have purchased a honda activa 125 on 17 march 2017 from honda sonipat showroom delhi road 131001 haryana. From 1st day of purchasing i am complaining about this scooty in the showroom that there are many defects in this scooty.

      1 his engine regularly heat when we drive it only 5 min also sound something different. When we told in agency about this problem they told that this is common problem in every scooty.

      2 scooty is not started in the morning nd some time in the evening.

      3 i got 2 call from agency to pick my scooty for service but after 15 days nobody come to pick my scooty. I am a working person and no time to visit the agency.

      I have visited so much time the showroom (Already 3 service done) but they don't give response against my complained. Agency told me to leave the scooty in showroom but every time problem is same as from 1st day. I am very fed up about the product of company & services of agency. Mr deepak (Sales executive ([protected]) from agency to whom i purchased this scooty when i told about these problem he told me that i don't have responsibility about that we are only for sale, maintenance department is different. Contact with agency maintenance department. I think that my 84000 rs is completely waste because if such big brand like honda is not provide service then what else.

          I have purchased dream yuga on 20-oct-2017 and i did paid every charges including broker charges-rs.850 but when broker called me for registration he is asking me rs.150 though i have paid everything at showroom. When i said i already paid everything but still he is telling i can speak to showroom people even they will say same thing.

          When i paid rs.65500 to purchase bike even i would i have paid rs.150 at that time itself if they said me. I don't want want to pay any charges now.

          It is really very disappointing that these showroom people are selling bikes by making fraud tricks and charging hidden charge.

          I have honda shine sp and done my 2nd service on dated 25sept, 2017. My bike left indicator not working then service center note the complaint and they said parts coming in 10days but parts still not available.

            I went for free service at honda service centre at shivpuri, madhyapradesh, by 1/11/2017 in morning 10:30 o'clock. They told us to come to take it back by 1:00 pm but they didn't done it. Even till 5 pm they didn't called me when i went there work was not completed. There is a problem in indicater (Back) this small problem didn't solved by them. I m very disopointed by services and behavior.

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased hornet 160cc from your showroom located at chinchwad. I have booked it in on 10th of oct 2017. I got delivery on 12th of oct 2017. On the day of delivery i didn't notice any problem with the bike. But from the very next day i noticed problem in the gear box. Shifting the gear up didn't have any problem but while shifting down the gear were not engaged and the speed was not slowing down and this problem is severe in traffic. Suspension is also not good. I went to the showroom and told them about the problem and they asked me to visit their service centre. At the service centre the technician took a test ride and confirmed that the bike has problem regarding gear shifting and suspension. New bikes generally have some problems regarding hard gear shifting but this is not the case in my bike. The technician have also agreed to this and told me that other hornet didn't have this problem. Its only with this bike and he asked me to keep the bike at their service centre for 2-3 days. They are telling me that they will replace the gear shifter and suspension. I dont want to dismantle the new engine. I havent paid for parts. I want bike replacement not parts replacement.

                  Five months ago placed order for honda 160 gear case. Till date neither kothuru showroom nor srikakulam trisha could provide the spare. It is colossal negligence and harassment of the customer and great disgrace to the company of your stature and credentials. Hope this gross irresponsibility will be rectified as early as possible.

                    I had done my bike service on 22-oct-2017 but the service person did nothing in mt problem in my bike they just changed the engine oil and tight the break that's it, when i asked him they gave me some nonsense argument that they had very loaded that day, i am very much disappointed this such kind of answer from honda and at the time of billis they take the money and did not gave any invoice receipt for my service.

                    Please take some harsh action against him or i will file a complain in coustumer court.

                          It is creating nuisance every morning. It has problems like starting issue, ticking sounds from engine while driving. Moreover, it stops in the middle of the road and then we are not able to start it for a long time. It's just one and half month since i have bought it from mohali honda (Plot no. B-26, near ptl chowk, industrial area, phase 3, sahibzada ajit singh nagar, punjab 160055)
                          The agency people are also not helpful. They send their mechanic / technical person very late.

                          Please help me in this case to either get my money back or getting me new activa from the agency.

                            I have given my activa 4g vehicle no mh03 cr5534, for 2nd servicing & insurance claim in sai point on 24th october, because i met in accident. The company person told me you will get scooter within 3-4 days, the insurance surveyor also inspect the vehicle on 27th october & passed the claim, now one week passed & they told me that combi brake not get in market, that's why your scooter is not ready.
                            Please resolve the issue asap.

                              Commitment of 1 week on dated-22-oct-2017. But till now.
                              With lot of reluctance i am saying that your employees work ethics are not seems professional. Being a part of india no-1 two wheeler company they
                              Dint make any loose commitment it is not good or seems unprofessional or untrained.

                                I bought one honda shine cb bike on 10th oct 2017 from pragnya honda c-198, pul pehladpur, m. B road new delhi did not get my registration no. Yet. I did complain through phone a month in this momnth so many times but there is no response yet. I visited showroom to check back many times to get my bike papers but they never give proper response.
                                I am really fed up with your irresponsible and careless behaviour which is causing me mental stress and frustration.
                                I am really fed up and like to raise a complain and stress you to sort it as soon as possible.

                                  Our bike is activa, (2016 model) within one year the front wheel rim and platform got rusted. As a precaution took the bike to the dealer (Aarya bhangy honda showroom, aluva, kerala). As the bike still have the warranty, we ask them to get it corrected. A person who is handling the maintenance, inspected the vehicle and and tells us that 'they can't do anything' in a irritating and harsh manner. I don't know whether who is the customer and the maintenance team. They are telling that we had done something to the wheel as because of that it got rusted. And asks us to pay extra amount to repair, for a bike which is having warranty.

My bike giving mileage of only around 40 km per little where as you claim it give 72 km per little mirage.                                     Sir, My Honda scooter fuel meter is not working properly from the first day of purchase 05.09.17, I have regularly fallow up with the dealer (SHREE AUTOMOBILE REWARI)but they are not give positive response. I have need to replace it as soon as possible. Unfortunately it is my first dealing with Honda. I have faced lot of bad experience with Honda.

                                      I am serviced my honda shine bike in muthoot honda kattappana. But the service center does not resolved my all problems.. The bike have cone set problem.. I ask many times, the bike is not stady on the road. And does not well in handle. But does not resolved this problems and the service man say the conset is ok.. And the conset and this labour charge is charged the service center.. And the bill does not mentioned the conset details. And the second is the pick up problem.. Does not resolved this problem.. I ask many times.. But does not resolved... Finally the heavy charge is charged. Kindly i ask you to resolve our problems.. Otherwise i will complante the consumer court.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have purchage a activa 3g inl ludhiana. Within one month it create problem. During 1st and 2nd service complained to service engineer but no satisfactory response.
                                        After that it remain stopped for 6 months as i have go out off country.
                                        Now i have again paid service, but problem remain same after 2-3 days.

                                        Pls take a corrective action and replace the problematic part.

                                        Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Vinayak honda, one of the service centres in guwahati has taken daylong time for servicing a two-wheeler. Because there is a rush in this service centre and lack of space / technicians . So, customers are suffering from an unbearable condition.

                                        Pls. do the needful.
