I have honda dream yuga mh09 kolhapur.
I am living in pune. I took my bike in sterling honda pimpri for battery nut loosening issue. They took 2 days to tighten one screw because my bike is not of pune (Mh14) passing. Even my friends have faced issues like missing parts after service from same delear. If honda have such delears then i suggest people not to buy any honda vehicle.

      I had given my honda dio two wheeler on12/10/2017 to the honda service center vyttila. After calling service advisor on 13/10/2017 he told me that to take my bike before 17:00hrs on that day. And i arrived at the service center on 16:50hrs. People's who came after me they waited only a few minutes but the billing staffs in honda service center they delayed my service bill without any reason and put some unnecessary charge. So being a customer please take an immediate action against this irresponsible dealers.

        I bought honda activa 4g in month of september, i got 3 free services, after purchasing i used my scooter to a limit then i was out of town for a week, i skipped my first service as i was out of town then when i went to dealer in jhansi jain motors he said that this is your 2nd free service as you have lost your 1st free service.. This is wrong.. I was cheated.. I was not at home.. How can i come for servicing.. Servicing shall be continued further...

The quality of tyre is very poor and suffer a lot. I compliant in service center but didn't get satisfied answer. So i request you to please understand the situation and take necessary action.             This is "subrahmanyam" my honda activa registration number:"ap05db3076". I was complaining about handle issue from last 4 services in 'visakhapatnam ramnagar"
            Service center. But they was not solving the issue and blindly delivering the bike. Because of that i missed one accident today. Who will be responsible for this? If they can't handle the complaints means just appoint another service persons who will follow customer reports. Every time i was complaining about that. Instead of that they are just washing and delivering my bike. Who will take action about this? Inform me. Waiting for your reply.

                My self-gaurav kukade writing this mail behalf of my father in law mr. Narendra bhandarkar.
                I am using honda activa 125cc since more than year. Recently i have purchased honda shield program from your authorised dealer m/s bhavna auto wheels pvt ltd, kharghar navi mumbai.
                But sorry to say i have got very hostile and harassing treatment from your dealer and their employees. I feel they have be trained to loot the customer as much as possible without concerning customer safety while driving the vehicle and satisfaction.
                Inspite of buying honda shield they charge me for each and every small issue and saying that this is not cover in honda shield plan. They had not given me any discount on parts.
                While asking for legitimate invoice, they are giving some furzy printed bill without giving any justification and looting me
                In my recent servicing last week i have told them about the noise coming from front panel which could have been due to some loose screws, the mechanics asked me clutch overhauling with charge of 350/- additional, when i resisted, he argued with me and removed it but did not rectify the noise problem and handedover the vehicle to me.
                Now tell me why should i buy honda shield plan do servicing from honda authorised service center if this type of treatment we are getting.
                We can do this from any road side vendor but then honda can anytime discard warranty claim if any mishap happens.
                We go to your authorized dealer just because of the brand value and trust honda company has gained so far.
                These type cheat dealer demolishing the honda brand and trust, i request you take strict action against such dealer.
                In my last to last servicing they have charged me more than 2500/- other than maintenance contract for the wheel alignment etc, just because my vehicle running km has crossed 10k. I understand it require special care but it doesn’t mean you will charge 2500/- extra.
                Also in my every free servicing and annual maintenance your dealer has charged me 50 /- consumable charges and 60/- against cleaning the battery point. Now tell me then why are you claiming the free service or maintenance contract if you want to loot this extra amount from customer?
                And for what you are taking one time money for honda shields? Just to touch my vehicle and open it if you are charging separately for each and every issues.
                Just 2 days back i have done the servicing of my 2 wheeler and issues are not been rectified by your service centre deliberately to harass me. I am daily commuting through national highway and due to issue if anything happens to me and my life then honda will be responsible for that.
                I will not afraid to raise this to consumer court if you do not rectify my vehicle issue and return my money which you have looted so far.
                All legal and furzy invoices are attached herewith this mail for your reference.
                Thank you very much and i am sorry that i trusted your commercial and bought the honda vehicle, will definitely post this on social media and tag the mr akshay kumar.

                I purchased honda hornet bike in Guntur showroom but I gave bike with free servicing coupon at tenali showroom. The bike is under warranty but they asked me to visit Guntur service center to get repaired without solving the problem in tenali but taking the service coupon and money.

                  Totally irresponsible and illiterate people. They have committed me a cash back of rs 3000 by paytm because of paytm payment and additional cash back of rs 1500. But i did not received a single penny because of their mistake in transaction. Also when i queried about my documents on phone they replied that i can collect it on tomorrow but when i arrived they were saying document has not arrived from rto. These guys are totally illiterate. Whenever i queried about any document or cashback they ask me to come to showroom without any reason.
                  Request you to look into matter and proceed my cashback as the paytm transaction was done by paytm agent at the showrrom. And request you to arrange some training for the salepeople in the showrrom

                    I purchased a scooty activa 4g from capital scooters pvt. Ltd. As on 08/06/2017. I using continuously till date. Now am facing some problem (Handling issue)

                    I visited for my issue at smooth honda add:- 9/81 main pusta road, kailash nagar delhi 110031. They solved my issue once but after one week the problem repeated again after that i visited service center again then they could not solved my issue and denied me now what should i do.

                      I shirshendu moyra purchased a honda activate 4g by bank of india finance on 15/09/17, till date they did not give me my insurance paper and also when i called them they did not take any responsibility. Beside this their sell man gave assurance me rs 2000/-cash back as a govt. Teacher now they deny me. Whatever in this course if i am fall in an accidental who will take responsibility.

I have purchased activa 4g just before 5 months and it's condition is not good. They are not serving well. It's free service but that doesn't mean you guys will not do anything with it.                             Gst no 03aatpg8296m2zw whereas they have made bill on name of manoj gupta s/o shiv sharan dass gupta. Today i went there and on observing this i asked him to please change the name and he ignored my request and on again asking him to do so he said that this is not our problem. Secondly on asking for my registration no. He asked me to go to there another branch and ask for it which is far away from our location.

I was 7 times went showroom / workshop, and told him abt engine overheating problem. They chk oil level, tyre air and said problem resovled, but problem is still. They said do the first servicing, change oil i had done that on the spot, but problem is still. So let me know, how i solve this problem?

                                My bike CBR250r cross 53000km and get seized. Rajpal honda Bhopal M.p and Kasriwal honda Indore in M.P they are unable to make my engine so noisy speed is low power is low so kindly provide me a new Engine plz contact me immediately my no. Is [protected] pls help.

                                  On 7/10/2017, i m visited authorized supaul district honda service center. On name of service they only change my bike oil even not clean my bike. I am complain higher authority staff of service center they told me yha esa hi hoga h. Even i told him and remember honda promise which is listed on honda service book. I am very disappointed with honda service center quality.

Vihaan honda authorised wagle estate thane (W), during my four services only once my engine was chequed and on my compelleing on my 4th service my engine scooter's engine was chequed. The labours dont check vehicle properly. My avaitors kick was jam, service man told it is charegable, i[censored] want to get it done.

                                      I booked unicorn 160 blue on 22nd august 2017, c r scooter given promise to deliver a bike within 25 days, i inquired personally at race course show room about my bike. They replied me that "bike is not available and you have to wait more than month again", with that extra month there is no issue for waiting but they are not sure for another one month to fulfill the promise. So finally i cancelled my booking and collect refund money. Because of thair promise i didn't get my bike on time and they even not called me that they need more time to fulfill the demand.

                                        This mail is written on 07/10/2017.
                                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                                        I have black activa het model bought on 25th of november, 2014 and rto registered as gj 27 ab 0131. The city i live in and service center is ahmedabad, gujarat.
                                        Today i had gone to apex honda service center located at asalali, ahmedabad, gujarat for paid service of my activa.
                                        I had submitted my vehicle at 10:00 am and the time for delivery of vehicle given to me was 05:30 pm.
                                        Work to be done on vehicle was checking of head light, rear break linner change, horn checking, milage setting, and 1 fastnning work.
                                        As per service center's time i had reached there by 5:15 pm but the technician was still working on my vehicle and bonnet was open when asked by me he told me to wait for 5-10 minutes and i also co-operated with him. Then i waited till 6:00 pm and then asked him what was the situation of delivery so the guy became rude and told me your vehicle will not be delivered today, so i asked why then he told me arrogantly to talk with the billing guy when i went to billing boy he told me that your vehicle needs so much work so it will take some time and will be delivered tomorrow. I asked him that why are you telling this thing at 6:00pm as i have reached here at 05:30pm and also told him that you should inform me all this things atleast 1 hour before delivery time.
                                        Then the technician interfered and told me they have taken that vehicle on work station at 05:00pm only so he wanted minimum of half an hour to find the reasons behind the problems those i was facing in my vehicle.
                                        When i asked that what are the problems in my vehicle all the staff gathered and started telling me that your vehicle is not giving compression and plug filter has to be checked and one guy whom i dont think even have touched my vehicle started teaching me that you have used your vehicle without oil so the whole engine has to be refurbished and it will cost you 10-12 thousand rupees and arrogantly asked me should we start making your engine right now (Bolo bana de kya engine naya abhi that type of tone) as they had no answer for not servicing my vehicle for full day.
                                        Right now my vehicle is at the service center i have not been given my vehicle till 07:00pm i came to home leaving a written to complain to center owner and i have attached its photo over here.
                                        Who is the responsible for my vehicle's security over night? Who have confidence that nobody will damage it? How can i be assured that i will be given full proof service after fighting against that service center staff? Will they repair my vehicle honestly? What about the insult they have done? What about inconvenience i have gone through?

                                        I have 2 more incidents with same center that i can describe you on telephonic or personnal discussion. Most important is they are even not opening the center on time. Yesterday i had gone there for another activa of my couligue's service.. I had to wait there half an hour as they have not opened till 9:24am and the time written on gate is 09:00am. Nobody educated person is to answer us only that technician type boys are there. They always answer in their mood and arrogance.

                                        I want a specific answer and satisfactory service reply till monday 12:00 noon otherwise i am going to share all this things on social media as well consumer court also.
