I shirshendu moyra purchased a honda activate 4g by bank of india finance on 15/09/17, till date they did not give me my insurance paper and also when i called them they did not take any responsibility. Beside this their sell man gave assurance me rs 2000/-cash back as a govt. Teacher now they deny me. Whatever in this course if i am fall in an accidental who will take responsibility.

The manager/owner of the showroom doesn't communicate with us in a proper manner and he doesn't providing us the two wheeler we nedded..

    I gave my activate 3g, 2015 model. On last Friday. It just had self problem. The took one week still asking for 3 more days. When I came here directly two start scolding each other. Forgetting my matter. I think they concentrate on new customers by forgetting old ones.

      I have taken 2 services from your service centre but i'm not satisfied with it. They are doing nothing. They just wash my scooty. I have purchased activa 4g just before 5 months and it's condition is not good. They are not serving well. It's free service but that doesn't mean you guys will not do anything with it. I want solution of my problem. That guys doesn't do anything with services. I'm very disappointed with your service please take action against it

        I have purchased your honda activa 4g as on 1st october 2017 from m/s g. S enterprises jalandhar on name of manoj gupta c/o bharat trunk house
        Gst no 03aatpg8296m2zw whereas they have made bill on name of manoj gupta s/o shiv sharan dass gupta. Today i went there and on observing this i asked him to please change the name and he ignored my request and on again asking him to do so he said that this is not our problem. Secondly on asking for my registration no. He asked me to go to there another branch and ask for it which is far away from our location.

          Maine complain jab ki thi tab bike 5000 kilometres chali thi. Ab bike 15000 kilometres chal chuki h. Ab tak is problem ka koi solution nahi nikla h aur na hi abhi tak spare parts available hua...
          ???
          Is issue ko 6 moth ho chuke hain.

          Ek tailend cowl top damage ho gya h 2 month se wo bhi available nhi huya

            I was purchased honda cb shine last 28th sept 2017, but i was noticed (400 kms), bike engine overheated after 4-5 kms. I was 7 times went showroom / workshop, and told him abt engine overheating problem. They chk oil level, tyre air and said problem resovled, but problem is still. They said do the first servicing, change oil i had done that on the spot, but problem is still. So let me know, how i solve this problem?

            My bike CBR250r cross 53000km and get seized. Rajpal honda Bhopal M.p and Kasriwal honda Indore in M.P they are unable to make my engine so noisy speed is low power is low so kindly provide me a new Engine plz contact me immediately my no. Is [protected] pls help.

              On 7/10/2017, i m visited authorized supaul district honda service center. On name of service they only change my bike oil even not clean my bike. I am complain higher authority staff of service center they told me yha esa hi hoga h. Even i told him and remember honda promise which is listed on honda service book. I am very disappointed with honda service center quality.

                Im very dissatisfied with the service provided at service center i. E. Vihaan honda authorised wagle estate thane (W), during my four services only once my engine was chequed and on my compelleing on my 4th service my engine scooter's engine was chequed. The labours dont check vehicle properly. My avaitors kick was jam, service man told it is charegable, i[censored] want to get it done.

                  I booked unicorn 160 blue on 22nd august 2017, c r scooter given promise to deliver a bike within 25 days, i inquired personally at race course show room about my bike. They replied me that "bike is not available and you have to wait more than month again", with that extra month there is no issue for waiting but they are not sure for another one month to fulfill the promise. So finally i cancelled my booking and collect refund money. Because of thair promise i didn't get my bike on time and they even not called me that they need more time to fulfill the demand.

                    This mail is written on 07/10/2017.
                    Dear sir/ma'am,
                    I have black activa het model bought on 25th of november, 2014 and rto registered as gj 27 ab 0131. The city i live in and service center is ahmedabad, gujarat.
                    Today i had gone to apex honda service center located at asalali, ahmedabad, gujarat for paid service of my activa.
                    I had submitted my vehicle at 10:00 am and the time for delivery of vehicle given to me was 05:30 pm.
                    Work to be done on vehicle was checking of head light, rear break linner change, horn checking, milage setting, and 1 fastnning work.
                    As per service center's time i had reached there by 5:15 pm but the technician was still working on my vehicle and bonnet was open when asked by me he told me to wait for 5-10 minutes and i also co-operated with him. Then i waited till 6:00 pm and then asked him what was the situation of delivery so the guy became rude and told me your vehicle will not be delivered today, so i asked why then he told me arrogantly to talk with the billing guy when i went to billing boy he told me that your vehicle needs so much work so it will take some time and will be delivered tomorrow. I asked him that why are you telling this thing at 6:00pm as i have reached here at 05:30pm and also told him that you should inform me all this things atleast 1 hour before delivery time.
                    Then the technician interfered and told me they have taken that vehicle on work station at 05:00pm only so he wanted minimum of half an hour to find the reasons behind the problems those i was facing in my vehicle.
                    When i asked that what are the problems in my vehicle all the staff gathered and started telling me that your vehicle is not giving compression and plug filter has to be checked and one guy whom i dont think even have touched my vehicle started teaching me that you have used your vehicle without oil so the whole engine has to be refurbished and it will cost you 10-12 thousand rupees and arrogantly asked me should we start making your engine right now (Bolo bana de kya engine naya abhi that type of tone) as they had no answer for not servicing my vehicle for full day.
                    Right now my vehicle is at the service center i have not been given my vehicle till 07:00pm i came to home leaving a written to complain to center owner and i have attached its photo over here.
                    Who is the responsible for my vehicle's security over night? Who have confidence that nobody will damage it? How can i be assured that i will be given full proof service after fighting against that service center staff? Will they repair my vehicle honestly? What about the insult they have done? What about inconvenience i have gone through?

                    I have 2 more incidents with same center that i can describe you on telephonic or personnal discussion. Most important is they are even not opening the center on time. Yesterday i had gone there for another activa of my couligue's service.. I had to wait there half an hour as they have not opened till 9:24am and the time written on gate is 09:00am. Nobody educated person is to answer us only that technician type boys are there. They always answer in their mood and arrogance.

                    I want a specific answer and satisfactory service reply till monday 12:00 noon otherwise i am going to share all this things on social media as well consumer court also.

                      I purchased one unicorn 160 cbs bike at hyderabad dwaraka honda showroom near shop no.4-8-137/2, attapur main road, opp. Pillar no.147, hyderguda, hyderabad, 500048.

                      For first service of my same vehicle given in that same service centre.

                      But these guys taken to service upto three days but, the service is not done properly even they doesn't changed engine oil at all but they charged money for the same.

                      My vehicle getting dame waste, i was bear the cost of rs.93, 000/-.

                      But i was not satisfied with the service centre.

                      The manager poojary is also not assured me.

                      It's a big kind business they are doing.

                        Nd when i go to the service for insurance claims. There r no any person from d insurnce company hdfc ergo... The staaf of servic said bring after durga puja. They all are in holidays... Still now all d member of hdfc insurnce company is in holiday... Tour. My bike is still standby on there service centre... There is no any surviver to claim... I am in very big trouble about dis bad experice of honda... Plz kindly take action in reagard of dis.

                          Handle problem not solved after purchase from pgl honda bhubaneswar.
                          I have visited several times for repairing activ a 3 g (Vehicle no:od 33d 9761), but the problem of trumbling of handle. I m very much afraid during riding the vehicle

                            It is not responding to the customers properly. We have to spend more & more time to submit our vehicle for servicing. It remains the vehicle for 2-3 days. Their staff is not in position to complete the day to day work assigned to them & to clear the backlog. Their services & behaviour are also not at all satisfactory.

                              I had purchased activa honda scooter on 19.1.2017 from your dealer advent automobiles, jaipur and last service was done by saksham automobile, jaipur on 25.09.2017. After third service i was facing problem in rear wheel tyre. After filling air in rear wheel after 3 -4 hrs no air in the wheel hence i contacted saksham automobile, jaipur he told me that there is manufacturing problem in tvs tyre so i have to contact m/s m/s prabhati lal tyres, new sanganer road, jaipur for replacement.

                              As per your dealer i went to m/s prabhati lal tyres after taking rc copy of my scooter he replacement the same but he has charged rs.825/- and he was not agree to provide me bill of rs. 825/- after long discussions he given me a bill or rs. 825/- of tyre but he has not mentioned the replacement of tyre and old tyre he kept with him.

                              Now i question is why i should be penalized as there was manufacturing defect in tvs tyre which was supplied by you with your scooter. So you are requested to please send me refund of rs. 825/- as early as possible.

                                Hi i have purchased honda unicorn 11/2 years back, when i purchased this bike from initial day onwards i faced engine noise issue and gear shifting problem regarding this i raised a complaint to customer care so many time. They forward complaint to service center but they serviced that time issue solved later on the same issue occured. I serviced my bike properly in honda service center more than 15 times all time i faced same issue not yet solved. Now they said engine cheesed it's not covered in warranty because of total kilometer drove 36 thousand if it's 32k then only they do claim by warranty. I have extended warranty also in one year inthis also i face may issue i paid 5 years extended warranty but they said we can't due to dealer provided one year warranty without my knowledge.

                                Finally i need my engine problem should resolved kindly do the needful.

                                I am totally frustrated purchasing of this bike and worst service from honda.

                                      I have purchased white color honda activa 4g from one of the honda stores in sonepat on 23rd september, 2017. The salesperson team is not full trained, specially mr deepak. They does not about the features, services and other formalities i. E. Vehicle registration certificate. They have focused only to sale the products whatsover customer satisfaction is no matter for sales team.

                                      They have taken the total amount from us and enable us to given the receipt. Its happened not only for me, many customers have the same complaint. They have not proper guide to customer. Even the manager is totally failure to satisfied to the customer.

                                      I am highly dissatisfied with this company and its services. With the same team, honda is not able to keep up its image. I am regretting my decision of investing in honda.

                                      I would expect honda to take immediate action to resolve this issue as this is really frustrating.

                                        Once i purchased the vehicle and got delivered from raja honda showroom near forum bangalore on april 2017. I drove for 50 kms. For testing. The following issues are exists in brand new vehicle.

                                        1. Both wheels are got irregular circular rotation it means whobling and weaving spontaneously. It causes accident

                                        2. Heavy engine noise, vibration and heat. It fails engine soon

                                        3. 38kmpl mileage its very less. More expense for ride

                                        4. Dash board clock is not running. Fixed because its visible directly

                                        5. Very lighter weight so shakes when drive more than 65 km speed.

                                        I went to the show room next day. The replaced the dash board and fixed immediately. But other 3 issues the no yet fixed till i am roaming to the show room and service center every month two times. But no proper response. I complaint through all medium but no use, waste of time and money and stress.
