Hi

I purchased one unicorn 160 cbs bike at hyderabad dwaraka honda showroom near shop no.4-8-137/2, attapur main road, opp. Pillar no.147, hyderguda, hyderabad, 500048.

For first service of my same vehicle given in that same service centre.

But these guys taken to service upto three days but, the service is not done properly even they doesn't changed engine oil at all but they charged money for the same.

My vehicle getting dame waste, i was bear the cost of rs.93, 000/-.

But i was not satisfied with the service centre.

The manager poojary is also not assured me.

It's a big kind business they are doing.

    Dis is binod ram. I buy a new byk hornet 160. From sai honda durgapur. Dt-15th july2017.
    My bike got accident in 24th augst.
    Nd when i go to the service for insurance claims. There r no any person from d insurnce company hdfc ergo... The staaf of servic said bring after durga puja. They all are in holidays... Still now all d member of hdfc insurnce company is in holiday... Tour. My bike is still standby on there service centre... There is no any surviver to claim... I am in very big trouble about dis bad experice of honda... Plz kindly take action in reagard of dis.

      Handle problem not solved after purchase from pgl honda bhubaneswar.
      I have visited several times for repairing activ a 3 g (Vehicle no:od 33d 9761), but the problem of trumbling of handle. I m very much afraid during riding the vehicle
      Not resolved. The vehicle is purchased only one and half year back and running only 7523 km only.
      So kindly resolve the problem as earliest as possible.

        I used to visit doshi honda service centre, scheme no.78 indore since last few years.
        It is not responding to the customers properly. We have to spend more & more time to submit our vehicle for servicing. It remains the vehicle for 2-3 days. Their staff is not in position to complete the day to day work assigned to them & to clear the backlog. Their services & behaviour are also not at all satisfactory.
        Please arrange to take necessary action & inform me accordingly.

        Today the vehicle handed over back to me, without carrying out the repair work mentioned in job card.
        Kindly arrange to inform, nature of action taken if any in this regard.

          I had purchased activa honda scooter on 19.1.2017 from your dealer advent automobiles, jaipur and last service was done by saksham automobile, jaipur on 25.09.2017. After third service i was facing problem in rear wheel tyre. After filling air in rear wheel after 3 -4 hrs no air in the wheel hence i contacted saksham automobile, jaipur he told me that there is manufacturing problem in tvs tyre so i have to contact m/s m/s prabhati lal tyres, new sanganer road, jaipur for replacement.

          As per your dealer i went to m/s prabhati lal tyres after taking rc copy of my scooter he replacement the same but he has charged rs.825/- and he was not agree to provide me bill of rs. 825/- after long discussions he given me a bill or rs. 825/- of tyre but he has not mentioned the replacement of tyre and old tyre he kept with him.

          Now i question is why i should be penalized as there was manufacturing defect in tvs tyre which was supplied by you with your scooter. So you are requested to please send me refund of rs. 825/- as early as possible.

          Your prompt reply will be appreciated.

            Hi i have purchased honda unicorn 11/2 years back, when i purchased this bike from initial day onwards i faced engine noise issue and gear shifting problem regarding this i raised a complaint to customer care so many time. They forward complaint to service center but they serviced that time issue solved later on the same issue occured. I serviced my bike properly in honda service center more than 15 times all time i faced same issue not yet solved. Now they said engine cheesed it's not covered in warranty because of total kilometer drove 36 thousand if it's 32k then only they do claim by warranty. I have extended warranty also in one year inthis also i face may issue i paid 5 years extended warranty but they said we can't due to dealer provided one year warranty without my knowledge.

            Finally i need my engine problem should resolved kindly do the needful.

            I am totally frustrated purchasing of this bike and worst service from honda.

                  I have purchased white color honda activa 4g from one of the honda stores in sonepat on 23rd september, 2017. The salesperson team is not full trained, specially mr deepak. They does not about the features, services and other formalities i. E. Vehicle registration certificate. They have focused only to sale the products whatsover customer satisfaction is no matter for sales team.

                  They have taken the total amount from us and enable us to given the receipt. Its happened not only for me, many customers have the same complaint. They have not proper guide to customer. Even the manager is totally failure to satisfied to the customer.

                  I am highly dissatisfied with this company and its services. With the same team, honda is not able to keep up its image. I am regretting my decision of investing in honda.

                  I would expect honda to take immediate action to resolve this issue as this is really frustrating.

                    Once i purchased the vehicle and got delivered from raja honda showroom near forum bangalore on april 2017. I drove for 50 kms. For testing. The following issues are exists in brand new vehicle.

                    1. Both wheels are got irregular circular rotation it means whobling and weaving spontaneously. It causes accident

                    2. Heavy engine noise, vibration and heat. It fails engine soon

                    3. 38kmpl mileage its very less. More expense for ride

                    4. Dash board clock is not running. Fixed because its visible directly

                    5. Very lighter weight so shakes when drive more than 65 km speed.

                    I went to the show room next day. The replaced the dash board and fixed immediately. But other 3 issues the no yet fixed till i am roaming to the show room and service center every month two times. But no proper response. I complaint through all medium but no use, waste of time and money and stress.

                      I have purchased white color honda activa 4g from one of the honda stores in delhi on 28th september, 2017. I have been given an ill manufactured machine as it starts shaking after reaching a speed of 50 and above.

                      I feel cheated as i have received a defective scooty from its showroom. Honda is not able to keep up its image. I am highly dissatisfied with this company and its services. I am regretting my decision of investing in honda.

                      I would expect honda to take immediate action to resolve this issue as this is really frustrating.

                          Sir i have a honda activa scooter which i bought on[protected], the 4th service was due on 29th sep 2017, when they call me from coustomer care i told them that i am out of station and will be back on 3rd oct and will come for service on 4th oct and they told me thats fine bcoz its leave due to pooja. Today when i went for service they are telling me my free service is cancelled bcoz the date was due, that iswhy i am registering this complaint, i had given my vehicle there for service pls do the needful. Expecting a possitive reply.

                            I purchase activa 110 3g in 2016 september after 4 service i am getting lot of issues in my bike
                            While am driving bike it's getting off and in the morning when i start the bike with help of kick but it's not start.
                            I have purchased new air filter also for better mileage but after that also am getting lot of issues
                            Mechanics are not taking it seriously
                            So i fed up with your service
                            If this is your service i will not purchase honda bikes at all stores

                              Dear sir i purchased honda activa 4g at anvitha honda showroom vijayawada on 30th sep. Service is very poor i told them to clean the bike on specific time which has been not done and seat cover slightly damaged which is not changed even after reminder and after clearing my cheque when i visited showroom they replied sir is not available to pay back my amount. Very very poor service which is not suite for automobile business.

                                  Incident happened on 26-09-17, and i have approached to karimnagar honda showroom to repair, and repair completed but we are not satisfied because of they are giving manual bill instead of dms, and behavior of service manager is as rude as on customers and he saying we wont give dms bill we suffered a lot because of service manager 'srinivas'. Comparing with dms bill manual bill different
                                  With in 2 days we want dms bill if not we approach legal.

                                    Hi honda,

                                    Myself basha shaik. My vehicle number : ka01hv6913. Recently i have taken my two wheeler for repair to tansi honda, marathahalli, bangalore.
                                    My vehicle front part was partially damaged due to minor accident.
                                    They had charged too heavy prices for minor repair/replacement. Total of 9400 rupees was charged. I have been asked to claim insurance but my insurance claim was rejected as i was holding only learner licence.
                                    I had asked them to revisit the prices as those look very high. But tansi honda denied. Then i told them i do not want to proceed with the repair and took my two wheeler to another honda showroom in bangalore.
                                    The other service center charged me just 3049 rupees.

                                    So there is a difference of 6351 rupees between both the showrooms for same repair.

                                    In this way tansi honda is fooling customers with wrong amounts.

                                    Please take serious action against tansi honda.

                                      I bought a sine honda bike from your grand motor lodhi para mova raipur on 28/10/2016 at 03/10/2017 i have not received my arsi book my bike number

                                      I got to know my rc book for one to seven times every two months but i do not know much about it.
                                      Due to lack of original book on the rc book, i have lent 1500 times to the police,
                                      11 months have passed and till date i have not received rc book
                                      Today the mood is bad and then i have taken a decision that i want my rc book and my 1500 rupees
                                      If not, then you do not want this bike, i'm unhappy with your grand motor

                                        Bill amount :- 46500 (Total rs. Paid 67000/-) including all activities

                                        But this motorcycle not passing from rto & not getting number to me while i paid two times of passing fees & bike send for passing with all my kyc documents m/s:- sharyu dealer unable to passing my motorcycle due to some fraud in this case dealer to dealer purchasing & suffer to customer many times i follow up regarding the matter but i am tired at now so i write to you pl.co-operate with me due to i take loan for my organisation to purchase two wheeler & now they ask me to submit rc book duplicate copy as they record it pl. Look into the matter
                                        Many problems create with me regarding the matter but i can’t write fluent english to be understand
