I shashikant from best roadways ltd, have been purchased a new honda shine sp under company account, i had booked this bike in the early month of july (1st week) & have received the delivery of this bike on date : 22/08/17, almost more than 45 days after booking, as it was been delayed for only vehicle number allotment, when i received the delivery of this bike the bike was not in a sound condition as the back side panel of the bike it was scratched, also the handle was bit tilted at the right side.. At the time of taking the delivery, the allotment office said you take the delivery, whatever is to be replaced we will do it in next 7-8 days, & today it is 26/09/17 still it is not done & now i am getting excuses that "maal nahi hai" etc..
Continuous followup with m/s. 21 honda, sakinaka, andheri (E) mumbai, also same follow up at m/s. 21 honda, chandivali andheri (E) mumbai.
This is not a proper type of service for the valuable customers.
Still my bike is standing at service center (Dt : 26/09/17 - m/s. 21 honda, chandivali andheri (E)
