      Dear Sir, I purchased Honda Activa on May-2019 But Still not received Vehicle number plate, here employees always saying not available, not available, near about 1 and half year ago still not received .

      If you are given to customer for number plate, when you are selling vehicle on time say number are not ready it takes 5-10 years for Vehicle Number plate .

        I want to complain about the Honda service center...Due to covid 19 all works are delayed and everyone is giving concession to all fields then why are they not extending the free servicing dates...Today I had taken my scooty for free servicing while I had to get the paid servicing done...They are giving various reasons of not doing the free servicing...my question is that I am staying in a containment zone...was it so necessary for me to come out during that period and get my servicing done??? And get myself infected...

          Dear sir/madam
          I am a honda customer, i have purchase honda activa 5g from smraiti honda agency. I went to go activa services in smariti honda agency baldev nagar ambala city on 20.09.2020 and next day my activa is no self start, not working indicator, horn and many problems so i went to go again on 21.09.2020 for resovelve problem but there is no good responce by smriti honda service manager and other staff behave is bad. He said my activa battery is dead but before service by samrithi honda battery was good condition and no other issues but after service there are many problem i think samrithi honda is change my battery or wireing is incorrect connection by service staff, so i am very upset, i request to you hard action against smriti honda agency.

            Dear sir / madam,

            Good morning.

            Yesterday evening i have booked a two wheeler honda activa 6g deluxe in your kovilambakkam, chennai maansarovar honda showroom and paid the amount of rs.88000/- out of which rs.16500/- by cash and the balance rs.71500/- through hdfc bank credit card. I have been charged 2% as transaction charges on rs.71500/- which is rs.1430/- and thereby adding this total swipe was happened for rs.72930/- in my card.

            I have asked the showroom sales person who has closed this deal, why 2% is getting charged on the credit card. He said it is the usual procedure here and i need to pay it. Since i need my vehicle very urgently i have swiped it with transaction charges. However am not ok with kind of approach from a renowned showroom like you who has good brand value in midst of thousands of customers across many outlets.

            In today's scenario we are all badly affected financially due to covid19 pandemic. Many people lost their jobs, not getting full salaries, lay offs, etc., there should be some kind of support which as one of your customers, am expecting it from you. Because of lack of physical cash on hand and bank balance i have found no other way except to pay through my credit card. Rs.1430/- is a big amount for me. Am in lay off period now wherein am unable to go through l&t finance also. Hence paid the full payment as the need is there for me.

            I would request you to please understand the position of your customers, show some mercy on them during this pandemic and waive off the transaction charges on credit card. Also request you to please waive off my rs.1430/- transaction charges and refund the same. I can buy a 25 kg of rice bag in this rs.1430/-. That is the value of this money now.

            Expecting your earliest and favorable response from you in this regard.

                Yesterday i had go to service centre for my honda bike service and found that honda team did not use nose mask.
                2) miscommunication
                3) i asked the service team the bike was well then they said there is no guarantee.
                4) lossed my time and money.
                5) not follow govt. Guidelines for covid-19 it is very serious matter, so pls take appropriate action and support government guidelines.

Nandkumar jadhav & gajanan khurape (Sangli dist.). He not well guide to me how it give me my refund amount and also kolhapur branch office manager mr. Tupher sir. I also tired by follow up for my refund amount, & your costmer service call anyone not attending kindly give my refund amount erlier i am so tired with your system.

                      I, sangeeta rout purchased a honda activa two wheeler on 27/12/2013 from gugnani moters, 2271, biswal commercial complex, cuttack road, bhubaneswar, khurdha, phone 2313716/812. For rs 51, 135 /-. The rc no being od-02l 8190. After two years of purchase, engine oil started leaking from the vehicle. Till today it has run only 17, 500 km as i usually drive my car. It put me in many embarrassing situation. I showed it to many machanics, but in vain. Recently i, had given my vehicle in shivam honda show room, service centre, kharvel nagar bhubaneswar, odisha for the same defect. On 13.9.2020 but the defect remains the same. They say, its because of the manufacturing defect in this particular model, the bend in the crank is putting dispropotionte load and cracking the oil seal. This can not be rectified.                         Respected sir,
                        I got the mail from upadhyay honda but the issue is not resolved yet in fact its getting more complicated and day by day as coming into my knowledge becoming the case o[censored]nfair practices, discrepancy and fraudulence. And i have been blocked by [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com
                        1) an activa 5g was purchased by me from upadhyay honda sekrakhedi road new busstand sehore mp on date 4/09/2019. For which a down payment of ₹20500 was made by me online and a loan was passed of₹ 54000 by indusind bank sehore which also paid to upadhyay honda. The total amount paid by me was ₹ 74500
                        2) at the time of purchasing the activa 5g upadhyay honda promised me for discount but in reality as you can see in papers no discount is provided.
                        3) i visit upadhyay honda showroom many times and request for the remaining papers but they didn't provide me all the documents.
                        4) when i complaint [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com then on date 5/09/2020 exactly after one year they provide me all the bills.
                        At the basis of point 2 & 3 i am saying that upadhyay honda is not following the fair practice at all.
                        5) on 5/09/2020 i came to know that the total price of activa 5g is ₹71833.11 but in indusind bank loan statement the total invoice amount of activa 5g is ₹70500
                        On date 9/9/2020 i visit the showroom again and meet to mr dilip upadhyay and mr rajneesh roy and asked about this discrepancy of data.
                        Mr rajneesh roy told me the amount of accessories of ₹3870.98 is not included in 70500₹
                        6) but sir my question is if i minus₹3870.98 from ₹71833.11 the amount come is₹67962.13 and this amount should be quoted in indusind loan statement but[protected]=2538₹ extra quoted in indusind loan statement.
                        The reason behind i am asking this question to upadhyay honda is, this invoice amount 70500₹ that is quoted in indusind loan statement was provided by upadhyay honda.
                        This is the reason that i am putting the allegations of discrepancy and fraudulence against upadhyay honda with financer indusind bank. They are fully misguiding and confusing me and hiding the facts.
                        7) please provide me the correct and exact cost of this activa 5g with factual documents.
                        8) i also asked to upadhyay honda that how much amount is paid to you by indusind out of 54000₹ but till date i didn't get any reply.
                        9) i kindly request to honda company please investigate into the matter and take proper action against upadhyay honda. Please provide me the answer of my question point 6 and 8
                        10) i am attaching the bills of activa 5g and indusind loan statement.

                          I own a honda activa-reg no 6278, for which i had taken a annual maintenance contract from the dealer (Amc number[protected].in the book given it is written 3 free services in an year and the first service was done on 22/1/2020. Which means the second service is due for april 2020. At that time there was lock down through out the country and therefore there was no service given.
                          In the meantime the two wheeler was not running at all till the first week of june 2020. Therefore we decided to run it for 3 months and then give it for servicing.
                          Today when we went to the service center-ajs honda, nadiad, gujarat; they said the second service will not be considered and only the third service will be considered. Which means the pandemic months will not be considered and we have lost one service for which we have already paid. Not only that the rudeness of the service person was such that he even said that it has been 5 months since the lock down has ended (How?).

                          We all are into a situation where unless needed we dont go out of our residence. Everybody is giving considerations in such situations. If one is using two wheelers for a long time then he/she will not go for servicing for obvious reasons. But if we loose our hard earned money due to such decisions by dealers and that too in a pandemic situation then we will strongly oppose it.

                          Therefore we register a complaint against the dealer and the service person for not giving services for which we have already paid. Also, we would like to have a refund for service 2 as we were not given service.

                            Dear honda team,
                            Some o[censored]r honda service center like globus honda rani bagh not provide only parts to customers. The only way to get parts is you have to change from them.
                            Secondly labour charges not mention anywhere for any particular work like for disc pad change, engine work etc. Please mention charges online as company describe for honda 4 wheeler in their website.

                              The attitude and the behaviour of the sells staff of binayak honda at baruipur (Kol-700144) is soo irritative that we felt so much insulting. Honda is not gifting to us.
                              Please see the matter.
                              They are showing this behaviour and attitude at the time of booking. Now you think about next service after purchase.

And today i am going to service center for this problem. But after servicing activa keys not going out not not going to lock.

                                        Rest i am not satisfy from honda servicing. And it's a very poor quality.

                                        I want to replace vehicle form company.
