I, sangeeta rout purchased a honda activa two wheeler on 27/12/2013 from gugnani moters, 2271, biswal commercial complex, cuttack road, bhubaneswar, khurdha, phone 2313716/812. For rs 51, 135 /-. The rc no being od-02l 8190. After two years of purchase, engine oil started leaking from the vehicle. Till today it has run only 17, 500 km as i usually drive my car. It put me in many embarrassing situation. I showed it to many machanics, but in vain. Recently i, had given my vehicle in shivam honda show room, service centre, kharvel nagar bhubaneswar, odisha for the same defect. On 13.9.2020 but the defect remains the same. They say, its because of the manufacturing defect in this particular model, the bend in the crank is putting dispropotionte load and cracking the oil seal. This can not be rectified. I would request you to tell me why i should be penalized for the mistakes of the company, pl reply to sangeeta rout w/o nrusingha charan rout, 2932/ b, bhubaneswar, phone [protected], email nrusingha_rout [protected]@yahoo.com and take remedial action.     Respected sir,
    I got the mail from upadhyay honda but the issue is not resolved yet in fact its getting more complicated and day by day as coming into my knowledge becoming the case o[censored]nfair practices, discrepancy and fraudulence. And i have been blocked by [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com
    1) an activa 5g was purchased by me from upadhyay honda sekrakhedi road new busstand sehore mp on date 4/09/2019. For which a down payment of ₹20500 was made by me online and a loan was passed of₹ 54000 by indusind bank sehore which also paid to upadhyay honda. The total amount paid by me was ₹ 74500
    2) at the time of purchasing the activa 5g upadhyay honda promised me for discount but in reality as you can see in papers no discount is provided.
    3) i visit upadhyay honda showroom many times and request for the remaining papers but they didn't provide me all the documents.
    4) when i complaint [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com then on date 5/09/2020 exactly after one year they provide me all the bills.
    At the basis of point 2 & 3 i am saying that upadhyay honda is not following the fair practice at all.
    5) on 5/09/2020 i came to know that the total price of activa 5g is ₹71833.11 but in indusind bank loan statement the total invoice amount of activa 5g is ₹70500
    On date 9/9/2020 i visit the showroom again and meet to mr dilip upadhyay and mr rajneesh roy and asked about this discrepancy of data.
    Mr rajneesh roy told me the amount of accessories of ₹3870.98 is not included in 70500₹
    6) but sir my question is if i minus₹3870.98 from ₹71833.11 the amount come is₹67962.13 and this amount should be quoted in indusind loan statement but[protected]=2538₹ extra quoted in indusind loan statement.
    The reason behind i am asking this question to upadhyay honda is, this invoice amount 70500₹ that is quoted in indusind loan statement was provided by upadhyay honda.
    This is the reason that i am putting the allegations of discrepancy and fraudulence against upadhyay honda with financer indusind bank. They are fully misguiding and confusing me and hiding the facts.
    7) please provide me the correct and exact cost of this activa 5g with factual documents.
    8) i also asked to upadhyay honda that how much amount is paid to you by indusind out of 54000₹ but till date i didn't get any reply.
    9) i kindly request to honda company please investigate into the matter and take proper action against upadhyay honda. Please provide me the answer of my question point 6 and 8
    10) i am attaching the bills of activa 5g and indusind loan statement.

      Dear sir
      I own a honda activa-reg no 6278, for which i had taken a annual maintenance contract from the dealer (Amc number[protected].in the book given it is written 3 free services in an year and the first service was done on 22/1/2020. Which means the second service is due for april 2020. At that time there was lock down through out the country and therefore there was no service given.
      In the meantime the two wheeler was not running at all till the first week of june 2020. Therefore we decided to run it for 3 months and then give it for servicing.
      Today when we went to the service center-ajs honda, nadiad, gujarat; they said the second service will not be considered and only the third service will be considered. Which means the pandemic months will not be considered and we have lost one service for which we have already paid. Not only that the rudeness of the service person was such that he even said that it has been 5 months since the lock down has ended (How?).

      We all are into a situation where unless needed we dont go out of our residence. Everybody is giving considerations in such situations. If one is using two wheelers for a long time then he/she will not go for servicing for obvious reasons. But if we loose our hard earned money due to such decisions by dealers and that too in a pandemic situation then we will strongly oppose it.

      Therefore we register a complaint against the dealer and the service person for not giving services for which we have already paid. Also, we would like to have a refund for service 2 as we were not given service.

        Dear honda team,
        Some o[censored]r honda service center like globus honda rani bagh not provide only parts to customers. The only way to get parts is you have to change from them.
        Secondly labour charges not mention anywhere for any particular work like for disc pad change, engine work etc. Please mention charges online as company describe for honda 4 wheeler in their website.

          The attitude and the behaviour of the sells staff of binayak honda at baruipur (Kol-700144) is soo irritative that we felt so much insulting. Honda is not gifting to us.
          Please see the matter.
          They are showing this behaviour and attitude at the time of booking. Now you think about next service after purchase.
          This will hamper the good will of the company.

I went to go activa services in samrithi honda agency baldev nagar ambala city on 20.09.2020 and next day my activa is no self start, not working indicator, horn and many problems so i went to go again on 21.09.2020 for resolve problem but there is no good response by samrithi honda service manager and other staff behave is bad so i am very upset, i request to you hard action against samrithi honda agency

But they are not interested to listen my problem faced on that new bike so what can i do?, so as i am lost my money to purchase that bike please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible

                    I have purchased activa 6g with std module dated on[protected] from malwa honda gurgaon. After one month i have facing problem of mid stand. And today i am going to service center for this problem. But after servicing activa keys not going out not not going to lock.

                    Rest i am not satisfy from honda servicing. And it's a very poor quality.

                    I want to replace vehicle form company.

                          I have done my cbr250r service from leela honda valsad ny bill was apx 5000 brakes service was done. But i have a braking issue since 30july and my problem is not solved till now my home is 4 km from leela honda and i have gone more than 15 times for solution. I am getting loss in my works because i have only 1 vehicle which is in leela honda and who is responsible for the loss in my work?? And leela honda and the manager over there is responsible for my bike which is only kept in sunny and dusty wether and it is only kept. My bike was in 100% body condition when it was kept if body or color damage or anything happens to my bike leela honda will be responsible. And i have been complaining from many days and still there is no solution this is what leela honda is giving in the name of honda

                            We have been been giving our two wheeler to cox town city honda service centre bangalore. They have over charged and have not given service as they have charged. We have been cheated by that service centre. Such horriable people with no manner. They have charged us rs 200 for not getting the wheeler service done. Which they have not informed us. Just to change three cable and change of battery they are asking us to pay rs 9000/-. Just about a month back they charged us rs 4350/- for which they have not serviced up to the mark. This service centre has cheated many customer like this. We request people not to visit this service centre.

                                honda activa 5g clutch problem

                                I purchased activa 5g scooty in the month of november 2019, multiple times coming clutch problem, i have taken issue to the honda dealer, but no use problem not yet rectified, they are simply saying change the clutch it will charge around rs.2000/- but why should i pay i have another one service is pending.                                   I am jivan govinda waghulde, activa 6g dlx lene gaya tha to me payment ke liye dd de raha tha to showroom wale bol rahe the dd bounce hota hai to jab tak dd ki amount hamare account deposit nhi hoti tab tak apko gadi nhi milegi, to muze batao dd kaise bounce hoga wo cheque hai kya bounce hoga to, service bhi nhi hai, waha ke employee customer se rudely bat krte hai, kuch service achhi nhi hai customer ko achhe se bat nhi krte, aur muze ye batao bat delarship kisi ko bhi dete hai kya without qualification ke, kyu ki manager bhi dd lene se mana kr raha tha, dd bounce hota hai, aap educated hoge to muze batao dd kaise bonce hota, apko pata hai kya dd kaise ready hota hai, jab aap pura cash dete to tab aapka dd ready hota hai, muze ram honda, bhusawal action chahiye jaldi, wada ac bhi nhi hai sirf demo ac lagaya hai, aur fan hai to wo fan bhi customer ke iye nhi hai, unke hi employee ki taraf rakhte hai, jaldi kuch action lo, maine mera dd return le liya aur me raver se le raha hu abhi gadi raver wale muze de rahe hai bike

                                    I brought two wheeler in our honda company bike name is honda sp125. Completed 750km iam going servicing in tadipatri ak honda servicing centre the worker are very irresponsible. I told workers when ever i start my bike engine is coming some noice tik tik, the servicing workers are not respond and i agian i told them please rectify this problem. They are said i can not handle bs6 engine. Where i am rectify my problem. I think honda company is waste. Please respond anyone. I will wait only 2days if you are not respond i will file a compliate in court and other ways

                                      Sir i am complaining about my honda activa 5g scooty battery which is in warranty. I have bought scooty from honda showroom, sawaimadhopur. Battery is not capable to self start the scooty. After so many requests workshop manager considered it and took battery and related warranty documents from me for replacement purpose. He asked me to wait for 10-12 days (Time required for new battery arrival). But still after 20 days i have not got it. They just saying for wait until it comes. I feel panic for company poor service and non capability of providing service within stipulated time period.

Even they never tried to contact me in order to resolve issue. Getting irritated from their side. Strict action needed. Thank you
