      I got honda activa in Avinashi road Pressana honda in Coimbatore..this is my second complaint..its one of the worst service ever I had ...4months back I bought honda activa 110cc still i have not received my insurance copy.i waited for 1hour in showroom they told that they will send trough WhatsApp still I have not got the insurance..I dont know why honda is giving worst service when compared to other brand.

        Honda Service is not good. They robbed here. I was avoided from dying. After few days of service my back wheel is came out of my scooty while i am driving. It was so dangerous for me. I was shocked from this incident. My scooty battery was dead so I go to the service centre for changing my battery because my battery is in under warrenty but after one month thay are avoiding my problem, They said battery is not available wait a week.They continuosly lieing with me. Because I saw another customer was buying the battery. So this is the proof of scam. Apart from that I am unsatisfied with Honda. Honda is not sincere and faithful to his customer. My life was in dangerous because of poor service of Honda.

            I delivered my bike for servicing, and it was my first service they charge me 2000 rupee but when I got my bike back... I was facing lots of problem, my bike gets stop in middle, I reached 8 time in 20 days, but still honda service center unable to identify my issue, so now I don't know what to do, to get my bike work fine. Kindly please help to resolve my issue. Or provide some suggestions which I can follow, to get my work done properly.

            Till now service center was unable to solve my problem, but now they have old me to pay extra 6000 for new Carborator. Before servicing my bike was fine... But after servicing I am facing lots of issue...mumbai nallasopara aditya honda is a fraud service center. I will recommend be aware of such kind of fraud. They can replace your original parts. Now I have no choice, now I will fill a complaint in consumer court and if possible register complain in police station for such fraud honda service center doing with customer.

                I had bought an activa Honda two wheeler scooty in July 2019. For two months battery of the same is not working. I have kick to start the scooty even in traffic jam being 49 years old citizen of india. I have contacted Pahadi Honda in patna from where I purchased the same. But no response given. Only they said that i would inform you when new battery would received. After waiting one month, I personally met dealer manager they exchange the old battery to old one and it will work better and also said that u would be informed when replacement is done by the company. Exchanged old time pads battery is worse than my old battery. I m feeling harassed. It is also doing bad name of your company. Further they did not give me any receipt of battery .Only they have taken copy of my documents with mobile No.

                  I've given my Honda activa for service and for collecting that came on my car parked at parking place. Security and some sales guy denied to park and said park out side with rude behaviour. Had a very bad experience at Pruthvi Honda service Gudivada AP

                      Meri activa awaaj bahot kardi hai, main agency mein bahot baad gya han, vo muje aaj kal aaj kal kar rahe hai aur thik nahi karte, agency wale kehte hai ke iske gear box mein graree paini hai vo hamare paas nahi hai, jab company se hamare paas ayegi to paa denge.                           If you are given to customer for number plate, when you are selling vehicle on time say number are not ready it takes 5-10 years for Vehicle Number plate .

                            I want to complain about the Honda service center...Due to covid 19 all works are delayed and everyone is giving concession to all fields then why are they not extending the free servicing dates...Today I had taken my scooty for free servicing while I had to get the paid servicing done...They are giving various reasons of not doing the free servicing...my question is that I am staying in a containment zone...was it so necessary for me to come out during that period and get my servicing done??? And get myself infected...

                              Dear sir/madam
                              I am a honda customer, i have purchase honda activa 5g from smraiti honda agency. I went to go activa services in smariti honda agency baldev nagar ambala city on 20.09.2020 and next day my activa is no self start, not working indicator, horn and many problems so i went to go again on 21.09.2020 for resovelve problem but there is no good responce by smriti honda service manager and other staff behave is bad. He said my activa battery is dead but before service by samrithi honda battery was good condition and no other issues but after service there are many problem i think samrithi honda is change my battery or wireing is incorrect connection by service staff, so i am very upset, i request to you hard action against smriti honda agency.

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                Good morning.

                                Yesterday evening i have booked a two wheeler honda activa 6g deluxe in your kovilambakkam, chennai maansarovar honda showroom and paid the amount of rs.88000/- out of which rs.16500/- by cash and the balance rs.71500/- through hdfc bank credit card. I have been charged 2% as transaction charges on rs.71500/- which is rs.1430/- and thereby adding this total swipe was happened for rs.72930/- in my card.

                                I have asked the showroom sales person who has closed this deal, why 2% is getting charged on the credit card. He said it is the usual procedure here and i need to pay it. Since i need my vehicle very urgently i have swiped it with transaction charges. However am not ok with kind of approach from a renowned showroom like you who has good brand value in midst of thousands of customers across many outlets.

                                In today's scenario we are all badly affected financially due to covid19 pandemic. Many people lost their jobs, not getting full salaries, lay offs, etc., there should be some kind of support which as one of your customers, am expecting it from you. Because of lack of physical cash on hand and bank balance i have found no other way except to pay through my credit card. Rs.1430/- is a big amount for me. Am in lay off period now wherein am unable to go through l&t finance also. Hence paid the full payment as the need is there for me.

                                I would request you to please understand the position of your customers, show some mercy on them during this pandemic and waive off the transaction charges on credit card. Also request you to please waive off my rs.1430/- transaction charges and refund the same. I can buy a 25 kg of rice bag in this rs.1430/-. That is the value of this money now.

                                Expecting your earliest and favorable response from you in this regard.

                                    Yesterday i had go to service centre for my honda bike service and found that honda team did not use nose mask.
                                    2) miscommunication
                                    3) i asked the service team the bike was well then they said there is no guarantee.
                                    4) lossed my time and money.
                                    5) not follow govt. Guidelines for covid-19 it is very serious matter, so pls take appropriate action and support government guidelines.

                                        My contract number is mhpusntw00804. My loan was clear but in month of april double installment paid. There i follow up with your employees mr. Nandkumar jadhav & gajanan khurape (Sangli dist.). He not well guide to me how it give me my refund amount and also kolhapur branch office manager mr. Tupher sir. I also tired by follow up for my refund amount, & your costmer service call anyone not attending kindly give my refund amount erlier i am so tired with your system.
