I brought new Honda activated 6G TN41AZ 3665 from Hari Ram honda Kinathukadavu Coimbatore, Tamilnadu I went first free service to show room then I asked front extra fitting box to show room service manager but he speak very bad words to me and very irresponsible answer service is not good for me

      I am purchased Activa 5G from from C K Honda chittorgarh (Rajasthan) My vehicle No. is RJ 09 JS 6560 Later on I shifted from chittorgarh to Udaipur and I availing the free services from Udaipur.

      Recently when I visited to showroom o[censored]daipur for completing the fourth free services I come to know that C K Honda chittorgarh has submitted in your system that I have availed the free service at chittorgarh However I have never visited chittorgarh for this free services.

      It total cheating to customer without doing the service they showing they have completed the JOB

      Kindly provide the solution so I can avail the fourth free services

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have purchased a honda xblade with Pressanna honda on 29/05/2019. I have chosen honda for the durability and efficiency of the vehicles which honda made. But i am very much disappointed with the aftersales service offered by honda. I am facing trouble with engine oil leakage for the past days. Being the issue addressed very immediately to Pressana honda, the issue has not been solved eventhough they took two weeks of service time. Currently my vehicle ran 21000+ kms and my date of purchase was 29/05/2019, i would like to claim for warranty as per the standards of honda's warranty period of 2 years and 32000kms. So i request you to kindly do the needful and REPLACE my vehicle at the earliest

            I bought honda activa 6g on this may 26th, 2020. While driving the vehicle, i found the acceleration problem. When the vehicle is moving with a speed 30 kmph and if i try to increase the speed from 30kmph to some 40 or 50 0r 60 kmph, the vehicle acceleration is suddenly falling to some level and then starting acceleration. Why this unexpected behavior??. Due to this bad behavior of vehicle, i was about to face an accident. The situation seems like "applying a sudden break on the motor when speed increasing gradually".
            Also to confirm this bad behavior, i had driven another vehicle and result is same. I was complaining to service center since vehicle's first servicing and they did not able to resolve.in addition they stated that this problem is common since activa 3g so that you people are not trying to resolve the issue since so many years and trying to cheat us.

              Dear sir/mam,
              With the above i sri manas kumar ghadei, and my vehicle no is od02bj3216. I was purchased a cb unicorn 150 last five months ago from gugunani honda khurda show room. On the time of 1st servicing oil leakage problem was seen from engine, at that time they are not agree to solved that problem.

              1-at gugunani honda servicing center bhubaneswar they kept my vehicle for 10 days but the problem was same as before.
              2-again service center was taken my unicorn on dated[protected] to[protected] for 20 days resolving that oil leakage problem but problem was same as before.
              3-in before also they are open my vehicle 3 to 4 times in my fronts.
              4-my vehicle was 5 months old but in servicing center they kept my vehicle for 2 months.

              Therefore, i request u to plz solved this matter as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against honda company.

                    I have purchased bike from honda 2 wheeler on 31/012/2017. I had complaint about rust issue after some month. But no solution provided form those side. I discussed with crm about issue that rusty issue stated after service from your service centre because your washable water is more salted. But they had no solved my concern.
                    So, now bike is started damaged due to rusty/corrosion issue after 2 year and 9 months completed. Each body and chassis parts are damaged by corrosion. All chassis joint covered with corrosion.
                    Product quality and service quality are very poor.

                          I got honda activa in Avinashi road Pressana honda in Coimbatore..this is my second complaint..its one of the worst service ever I had ...4months back I bought honda activa 110cc still i have not received my insurance copy.i waited for 1hour in showroom they told that they will send trough WhatsApp still I have not got the insurance..I dont know why honda is giving worst service when compared to other brand.

                            Honda Service is not good. They robbed here. I was avoided from dying. After few days of service my back wheel is came out of my scooty while i am driving. It was so dangerous for me. I was shocked from this incident. My scooty battery was dead so I go to the service centre for changing my battery because my battery is in under warrenty but after one month thay are avoiding my problem, They said battery is not available wait a week.They continuosly lieing with me. Because I saw another customer was buying the battery. So this is the proof of scam. Apart from that I am unsatisfied with Honda. Honda is not sincere and faithful to his customer. My life was in dangerous because of poor service of Honda.

                                I delivered my bike for servicing, and it was my first service they charge me 2000 rupee but when I got my bike back... I was facing lots of problem, my bike gets stop in middle, I reached 8 time in 20 days, but still honda service center unable to identify my issue, so now I don't know what to do, to get my bike work fine. Kindly please help to resolve my issue. Or provide some suggestions which I can follow, to get my work done properly.

                                Till now service center was unable to solve my problem, but now they have old me to pay extra 6000 for new Carborator. Before servicing my bike was fine... But after servicing I am facing lots of issue...mumbai nallasopara aditya honda is a fraud service center. I will recommend be aware of such kind of fraud. They can replace your original parts. Now I have no choice, now I will fill a complaint in consumer court and if possible register complain in police station for such fraud honda service center doing with customer.

                                    I had bought an activa Honda two wheeler scooty in July 2019. For two months battery of the same is not working. I have kick to start the scooty even in traffic jam being 49 years old citizen of india. I have contacted Pahadi Honda in patna from where I purchased the same. But no response given. Only they said that i would inform you when new battery would received. After waiting one month, I personally met dealer manager they exchange the old battery to old one and it will work better and also said that u would be informed when replacement is done by the company. Exchanged old time pads battery is worse than my old battery. I m feeling harassed. It is also doing bad name of your company. Further they did not give me any receipt of battery .Only they have taken copy of my documents with mobile No.

                                      I've given my Honda activa for service and for collecting that came on my car parked at parking place. Security and some sales guy denied to park and said park out side with rude behaviour. Had a very bad experience at Pruthvi Honda service Gudivada AP
