Been paying all the money and replacing spares and your service guys do.half the work ...

Paid around 5k for spares and while getting back the vehicle there were half of the bolts not screwed and I had known this half way my ride and got. Back to the service center

Now is that theyve not put the.back disc brake bush and now they're not taking the responsibility...

Very. Very bad service... thinking of posting this on social media...

    Dear Concerned,
    Thanks for this platform ..
    I have purchased Honda SP 125 on 11th Jan 2020, before 2 months ago from locked down.

    But, I'm very sorry to say about traffic rather awful service getting from Honda showroom (Siddhi Honda, Belur - Howrah).

    Still, i have not received smart card (Registration details)After following up, more than 10 times .
    This is too much now, i have been harassed by the traffic police due to this issues .
    Showroom people is not even bothered about my situation.
    Every time when i called, they are ready with same answer "we will let you know, when it will arrived from RO".
    Please do the need full, waiting for your revert .

        I recently bought Honda Shine sp 125 model from the beginning onwards i have trouble with the gear and i serviced 3 times in the seller service, they simply serviced and still the problem is not solved

          I had a dio dlx which i bought on march 2020. from the beginning itself i got with the worst service provided by the
          Muthoot honda situated near ksrtc bustand kattappana idukki dist. Kerala. First the complaint was the poor pikup i was not able to ride the scooter even in a small slope and i reached the service centre of muthoot honda kattappana and they said everything had been checked and is perfectly okey after a ten kilometers i heard some noice from engine and checked the oil level it was very low and again i went to service centre and the said its so that the oil will become less while driving but the oil level was only about 150ml manager suddenly appeared and said he will manage it and all and after that heavy smoke comes from silencer and again i checked the oil level its like about full and full if its about 1liter needed its like about 1.5 liter what the hell should i do with these types of stupid dealer?????

            I brought a activa 6g on 11th July 2020 John honda, kodungalur, Thrissur, Kerala...
            ... when I am riding on 26 th october... Running engine automatically stop on road, . I am not able to start by keep and self.

            I do not understand what should i do now. Because the vehicle i brought just 4 months. I request to honda company please replace my new honda activa. And i request please stop to sale your damage honda activa.

              I am Mahesh Patil from Maharashtra Mumbai. Recently on 24th oct 2020 I owned a model of Honda Xblade BS6 - Single disk variant on an agreed quotation of 1, 31, 000/- from Bhavna Honda dealer Navi Mumbai Nerul Branch. Attaching Booking paper copy for your reference.
              Which includes agreed Ex Showroom bike cost + Insurance + RTO Registration + Accessories.

              Now the issue is as per quotation accessories charged of 4700/- As you can see in attached copy. Where Total 7 items are included in quotation of rs 4700/- and as i got to know and also confirmed with Honda services that Number plate and Sari Guard is FOC which is not payable in accessories. So as i realised as per quotation remaining accessories cost is lesser than listed in quotation and which is approx 2700/- and this same was confirmed by Bhavna Honda executive on call. So as per the paid and agreed quotation which includes total cost of 1.31L where accessories are charged of 4700/- rs which exactly not correct as per received stuff. So as a customer I took word with Bhavna Honda Nerul Executive but unfortunately i have experienced the inappropriate support and answers on this issue.

              On same i already registered complain in Honda customer service PFB complaint id :- Ticket No : 1-[protected]

              As Customer where i have observed on quotation the accessories are mentioned with different price which actually not up to that cost and even in which 2 accessories are FOC (Side Guard and Number Plate ) which included in that quotation and cost shown as 4700/- Now the remaining accessories are of 2700/- rs so here is the gap in quotation accessories cost which i paid in complete 1 shot payment of 1.31Lac and now i am not getting the any satisfactory solution from the dealer. Unfortunately i am saying this but while the deal customer gets fooled by the executive and when it got to know that this is inappropriate things of customer service and trust i am getting answers from the dealer which are out of context on Insurance charges, RTO registration cost etc. Also I requested to transfer the call to the Head of department so I got an answer that I am the HOD here and there is no upper hierarchy on me. So here after words I took a stoppage for that communication and after that statement only here I am writing this whole experience on this portal as a complaint. As a customer I am expecting transparent policy and resolution from Honda and against my issue here expecting the extra paid amount back with process.

                you will definitely find in any of the indian honda 2 wheeler show room, whwn a 2 wheeler is given fro servicing, we will find the following observations.

                1.They will not allow to see even customer to stand by their vehicle while changing a new part or engine oil.
                2.I had visited last time for my free servicing, after coming out I found my speedo meter is not working.
                3.After coming out of my next free service, i found my front head light is not working.
                4.All the time they will take minimum 5 hours.To every customer, they will say to come in the evening whereas that person may have come in 9 AM covering 40kms .
                5.On request basis also they donot allow to see one's 2 wheeler while servicing telling that CC camera is watching.
                6.Whether it is paid or free service, they are not thoroughly checking all the points mentioned saying its a new bike or not much run.
                7.There is no FCFS there even if there is no major repair.
                8.In my case, if I tell check that check this, then only they will see, DSomething must be there which they would not have covered.

                kindly bring some changes in the culture.

                  As usual when I given scooty for service.they had mentioned some problems and I had replaced
                  The problem start
                  1-They rendered me a service related to choke its very bad
                  2-Before giving service no complaints for my headlight and they hadn't mentioned any thing related but after its not working properly
                  3-when I mentioned the problem
                  ●I said there is some problem with fork and I denied that service they replied they is no need to identify the problem by removing parts.when i replied that I had given labour charge they quite
                  4-At last they said you come next day its not done by me.I only want to get service related to scooty i am not doing any internal control service

                      With due respect I want to mention here that the services provided by Honda Arneja (Batala Road, Amritsar) are too bad.

                      Let me tell you how it is...
                      I had a small issue regarding flattening of my Rear Tyre after every 3 or 4 days without having any puncture etc. I mentioned this thing on my first free service through agency they never bother it.

                      After 2 or 3 months I again mentioned same thing to technician as some technician from outside mentioned me that its leakage from Tyre Rim. The agency's technician checked all and said don't worry this is not the case. On this I said ok if You are saying.

                      In the month of September I claimed Insurance for some other reason in which I mentioned same problem to figre it out but they again refused to consider it.

                      Now again on 22.10.20 I faced same problem and I talked to ageny they said you can bring your bike we will check. As I was ill my father who is 65+ (senior citizen) took it for me to the agency at 10 am sharply. They waited and waited a lot and got same answer on 4.00 PM nothing is the problem from Mr. Sukhdev Singh who is technician there in agency. After arguing with me on call He finally got fault which I mentioned in the beginning.

                      Now the funny part is this after disasmbling my bike He want a 65year + person to go on his own to pick up new tyre from other place holding a tyre in his hand for which he had to pay as agency is making a note for us that please don't charge extra ...WOw. .

                      Excuse me we mentioned our complaint after 1 month it was agency who will compensate not customer. If Tyre's warranty is for 1 year we mentioned our problem after 1 month so who will pay... kindly answer.
                      One more thing what is about lockdown period don't we get extended warranty for that time if not why ?

                      One more thing I want to mention here that after meeting with MRF tyres dealer (reffered by Arneja Honda) we came to know that MRF tyres had a batch of tyres with same complaints. Now a question from my side is this is this not a responsibility of G.M. to talk regarding this problem with MRF dealer if one customer is telling the same problem ?

                      I am very unhappy with the behaviour of Mr. Sukhdev who is technician or on other designation in workshop with my father (senior citizen)

                      Mr. Ramesh who checked my bike recently and arguing with me in finding fault.

                      And most importantly Mr. Vikas Sharma ([protected]) the General Manager there for the responsibilities driven by him.

                      Please look into the matter and take a strong note on this. I have some strong proof how these people talk with customer and most importantly senior citizen if you want to hear I can definitely send you. The major portion of our time is taken by Mr. Sukdev working in Workshop.

                      Looking forward for your reply...

                      I paid Rs. 1100 for getting my new Tyre, I dont know what I will get back after claim but this is not a matter of money it is a matter of discipline, services provided by the Honda two wheelers and most importantly the person who are paying You i.e customer's respect.

                      Please don't consider it a matter of claim only.

                        Dear Sir, yesterday i.e. on 24Oct-20 I visited JSP Honda service center at nizampet they refused to take bike for service, and asked me to visit JSP authorized service center at bachupally at bachupally, your certified engineer checked and said that bore piston, chain spacket, clutch plates, needs to be changed along with engine oil, and given estimation of ₹25000, I took bike to local unauthorized service center he changed clutch plates...

                        Hi Team,

                        I came to People Honda Showroom, Jawahar Nagar, Khandari, Agra. I came to get my Honda activa 6g serviced. They asked me to pay for santisation. They are not accepting the vehicle inside without sanitisation but they are letting people to come inside without mask, so the query is that will my vehicle is responsible for Corona or the people who are wandering here and there without mask? Even their own staff are moving from one place to another without mask. What kind of policy they have, isn't they are responsible if someone got infected from the person's without mask? They are just earning money from sanitisation amount, Are they that much greedy ? They should understand the criticality of the situation and act accordingly but no they just want money and money.

                          I have purchased activa 6G from west point honda showroom. Just after two days of purchase, the vehicle started giving too much noice. For this, i went to showroom as well multiple times, but got no result. Even i requested them to replace the vehicle, but instead of replacing or providing solution, they just tried to neglect that. I am regretting for buying vehicle from this fraud showroom. It is like, it ruined my hardearned money.

                              Having problem in my bike and problem is misfiring from last more than two months but till time service centre and honda technical support team not resolved issue.
                              the service centre and honda technical support team only said that we are not getting the problem.

                              they said that they changed many parts but problem not solved yet

                                I am complaint my scooty activa 5g there is jurck ini initial starting I complaint this problem in 15/October/2020 they solve this problem tomorrow 16/October/2020. But iam run 100+km there same problem comes again. I take my scooty after these complaint on 16/October/2020 I really have bad experience only because of they solve problem but not test ride. Im ask why you not test drive my scooty. They say no more workers have so please wait. I wait 2hr for test ride I'm really disappointed. But the problem is solved on 16/October/2020 but after 100+km the same problem occurs so please solve this problem and give a warning to the showroom. Thank you

                                  I, am Avanish Kumar Tiwari, very mush dissatisfied with your services. The manager of Sigara branch is very rude in communication as well as in behaviour too. The Sigara branch is ready to provide only washing and polishing of vehicles services there and asking outdoor services for another issues. By such attitude of the branch manager and provided services I’ll never avail the services from your service centre nor recommend to anyone in the future.

                                      I, G Sreelakshmi brought new activa 6g in GUDUR KEERTHI HONDA SHOW ROOM of Nellore district of Andhrapradesh pin code 524101, The permanent registration number of the bike is AP39DZ 9801.from the beginning there is a problem in the speedometer and petrol indndicating meter, they rectified petrol showing meter and they told they will replace speedometer with new one, but they can't .so please help me in this regard immediately, more over the free services they doing is very worst and the mechanics are too harsh towards customers.
