i brought a phone htc 820 about a month ago.i send it to service centre on 4 may n i got phone back on 4 june.. it had heating and battery drain problem... n now when i got phone it have same problem after repair. i want another phone or my money back.or either i book complaint against htc in a consumer court...i am from srinagar kashmir

I am from jaipur i was deposited my cell phone model no. HTC DESIRE-210. IMEI NO. [protected] on 2nd may2015 at TVS Electronic Ltd., jaipur. i have call to them more then 15 times and i dont get any proper solution and assurence, Till Now so, i totally dis satisfy from your services so, i requests to you that please make a fast communication.

HTC 816G, SIM card unmounted by itself, shown to service center TVS ELECTRONICS Ludhiana and they rejected to resolve my issue by saying its damaged from outside, as I have been using nano SIM card so how its been damaged. Its under warranty as its been purchased on 27.12.2014 having inv. No. 2400, from mobilez4u. They are asking for motherboard replacement for Rs.7000.00. Before also in my family I purchase a HTC handset n was harrased and complaint not resolved. Hi, I am a resident of Ghaziabad. I bought a Cell phone HTC Desire 700. But I found some trouble using it with the button and touch. So I took it to service center (TVS Electronics ltd. C-102, First floor, Ansal Plaza Delhi-110049) for repair on 02/05/2015 with expected return date 05/05/2015. But now it’s almost one month, I still didn’t got my cell phone and are saying that they have shortage of spares. I got to know from them that I will get my mobile at max within 7 working days. Since that day I reached them many times and I am calling them every day and I always get different responses from them like parts are not available, workers are on leave etc. In-fact they are just ignoring and didn’t picked up the calls. I have attached the call details you will get the proof. In the mean while I emailed and complained to the HTC India office directly via email. You can find the attached email trail. I complaint for it and even my repeated requests for a repair have fallen on deaf ears. I had written half a dozen letters to the Manager of the firm. All that I got was a reassurance from them that they are looking into the matter. I have been running from pillar to post for last month. And now I am tired of it, therefore request you to kindly accept my complaint letter and file a case against the above mentioned firm. I am enclosing all the necessary documents like Service Report, call reports, and the email conversation that I had with to the firms Manager, along with their replies. If the faulty part is not available then why don't Htc issue me a new phone or upgrade me to another model or series. in future if again any issue arises then the same thing will happen. This is the second time I am facing this kind of issue. Here are the tickets from the last issue: (Ticket #: 14INA[protected], Serial #: FA44HMW00363) on 9/9/2014 i got it back after more than 25 days. And in a warranty of 1 years of product if service center take 2 months then what is the use of warranty. Its a shear wastage. And if this kind of issue appear again and again then its better HTC stops selling their products So it’s been like almost a month and I am without a phone. I have HTC desire526g+ he have 8 mp back camera but when click I'm pic he not give me good quality I feel this is not brand he is just like a china brand I'm not satisfy this phone I recently sell by poor response wala phone so I think I'm lose my11600 rupees so I felled very bad so please my all friend s don't by any time buy HTC brand only I say boring nd not good phone

I have bought htc desire 826 on 12.04.2015.but only after 40 days i have been facing problem while handling this handset. Touch screen is not working and since 8-10 i am not able to even pick the incoming calls. I went to your htc service centre situated at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. I was told that i should contact htc service cetre of shyamal cross road, Ahmedabad. I went there today morning. I was told that i have to wait 2 hrs for my turn than i have to deposit my phone. As i have heard that peopls are facing problems while handling htc desire 826 all over india. i am not getting any satisfactory reply till now from either of your service centre. Name-Gaurav Bohra Model - HTC Desire 816G Dual Sim IMEI - [protected] Ticket No. - Q7S[protected] Mobile No. - [protected] The handset had a Screen Broken. I submitted it to the HTC service center TVS Electronics Ltd. C-102, First Floor, Ansal Plaza, New Delhi - 110049 on 5 May 2015 for repair. I have complained for not taking any action for the quotation and that was accepted automatically without sending mail to me. Right now no exact date was given by the service center and every 3 days when I call them they told me to wait for the next week. I am completely fed up with the working. Only the touch has to change and for that no exact date was given by service center/complaint cell. When I submitted the phone for repair at that time the person at service center assuring that not to worry for the phone it will be repair within a week including the quotation acceptance also but after a week he was saying may be the part is not available so you have to wait for the next week. From 5th May today 2 June is about to pass but I don't have any inform or the last date when I get my phone. Please take this complaint seriously because my work is suffering without phone. That's my humble request to you to repair may phone as soon as possible.

I want to complaint on htc desire 820 s dual sim this phone has many problems this phone is heating up continuously screen quality is not good and camera is fully rubbish front camera is only 6 megapixels & rear camera is only 9 megapixels this phone always hangs a lot I think this phone costs only 2 dollars fully rubbish phone don't buy anymore best chinese phone thanks

I have purchased the HTC desire 826 on 13th April from a local shop in Kolkata.it's just been a month that my mobile is facing an issue with touchscreen.It's really been an unpleasant experience with New handset like HTC.I had talked with shop member they advised me to get in touch with service centre.I have visited to service centre in Kolkata after long hours of waiting they mentioned there is an issue with hardware and it will take time more than 1month to repair.how can I wait for such a long time?I can't understand how come a new phone of a reputed brand like HTC can give such problem within a month.This is the first time am using HTC and I am so upset & disappointed with your product . Sir I have purchase HTC 826 model from local dealer . After just 15days phone get very much heated and headphone jack was not working. So I have submit my phone to HTC service center in Dwarka(New Delhi). But HTC service center is jUST ignoring my complaint. Every time I call to them they just give me a another date to call and saying that our Backend team is working on your complaint. everytime they are saying the same thing, even i mailed to them many times and they replied me the same thing. I am just fed up with their service . Ist time they said they give my phone back after 15 days . Now they are saying it will take time due to some backend issue. I have given my mobile on 28th of Dec 2014 till date i have not received my mobile and they are telling me that they are investigating on it and one of there executive told we unable to repair it and we will checking for the alternative till date no alternative and no response from htc

I purchased HTC Desire 600C in November 2013 and faced booting problem after six months of purchase. Similar problem reoccurred post warranty period and was handed over to the HTC service center with a note of repeat problem. Subsequent to a stoic silence of over twelve days I mailed a Legal notice claiming refund of my purchase price of Rs.27, 400.00 plus interest till the same is defrayed. Again after one month of sending the said notice, I received a call from HTC call center of Piyush, who claimed to be from the legal department and regretted the issue and expressed the desire to resolve the issue by replacing the unit with a new one. In the interest of time I agreed and he promised to confirm his proposal by discussing with his seniors in next two working days. This was followed by a silence and I had to again escalate the proposed resolution of the issue through call center. Piyush called me after an interval of one week to inform that HTC will not replace the unit as they have repaired the same by replacing the Main Board and assured me that the problem will not repeat or reoccur and advised me to collect it from the service center. Rude shock in store was at the service center who demanded Rs.8500.00 towards motherboard replacement and postured oblivion of my dialogue with the HTC legal department. The service center in charge Ms.Priya on being asked by me as to who gave the estimate approval for Rs.8500.00, remained elusive. In light of above I am left cheated by a foreign company on quality and service.

sir, I have bought htc 826 on 5th of april and its front camera and speaker is not working properly and my phone is bend too but there is not a single scratch on my phone and the service centre just told me that you ll have to pay around 5k.please help
