Myself Ankan ([protected]@gmail.com) and i'm from Kolkata. I bought a HTC hanset ( HTC DEsire 310 dual sim; IMEI No. - [protected]) one year ago. I chose HTC because it's a renowned brand and it's popularity reaches all over the world. But but but after using the phone and visiting the AUTHORISED HTC TVSE service centre(TVS Electronics Ltd, 102, 2nd Floor, E-Mall, Chittaranjan Avenue, Near Chandni Chowk Metro Station, Kolkata - 700072) I came to know it's the biggest blunder in my life. There is only one service centre for the entire eastern region. So, it's kinda natural that they are unable to give proper service to the customers. Though HTC gradually increases their sales counters. The worst part is their After-Sales Service. It's became a nightmare to me.You have to wait for 2-3 hrs. minimum just to reach to the counter after getting a token. The support executives were abusive and arrogant too just like their manager over there [ Some Lady]. And if you told them to behave properly in return you will get "Do whatever you can. And if you want to lodge a complaint against me... go on, you're most welcome" [specially mention in this circumstance Mr. ASIT PRADHAN - a srevice centre executive in Kolkata]. Also the HTC Eastern Region Customer Operations Head Mr. S. Biswas was don't want to listen to the customer complaint when some people want to have a word with him including me. According to him it's our mistake that we buy a HTC handset and like fools we have to wait for our turn to get a service and have to face all the consequences. From now on i'll make sure no one in my circle or from the other ones buy HTC. So, you better watch it...

    hello High-Tech Computer Corporation, Taiwan, I am weak in writing English so, sorry, I bought HTC Desire 820 before few month. before one week i was sleeping then my phone come under me at night. At morning i got a sratch(break) from left to right side on my phone's screen. but you know that HTC Desire 820 has corning Gorilla Glass 3. I do not want to show you qualities of gorilla glass 3 bcoz you are intelligent. So i want to change my phone's screen glass . Thank you sir/mam

      sir i bought a new phone htc desire 816g dual sim phone on 2014 diwali it was full of defects being a new phone. so service centre was like you have to submit your phone for 20-25 days as new mobile parts are unavailable i saw that service centre was like suggesting everyone who came over there to change the mother board issue. i decided not to submit to help of online service of htc they gave a replacement.ut even after replacement i am having the issue that sim card slot not working, so i went to service centre thinking that parts are available but suggested the same like mother board need to b changed. i took help of htc online service this time they said i need to submit my handset if not repair wont be done they finally convinced me hat i woukd be taken on priority basis but stil the device is not repaired which i submitted it on may 9th 2105. its 16 may still they say no updated regarding your handset. hope you will help me am sending you this text

        I had submitted my htc phone for repair of the screen on 16th march 2015. I was told that i would get my phone back in 1 month which is already a long period of time. but then after 1 month they told me that there would be more delay of 20 days and after that 15 more days. after 15 days when i contacted them they said there would be more delay but after my denial they agreed upon giving me a replacement o[censored]pgraded model and further delay of 12 days but after all this they diagreed to provide me that replacement. it has been more than 2 months now and i have not recieved my phone yet.

          Dear Sir/Madam, I am Tripti from New Delhi. I purchased a htc brand i.e. 816G mobile set bearing unit S/N LC523YE41177 and IMEI No. [protected].. I might have used the set for 15/20 days, then I realised that the microphone recording of the set was not working. As a result, no one able to hear my voice (outgoing voice issue). I had submit it to service center for repairing for 15 days and collected a repaired set on 13/05/2015. On 14/05/2015 from morning the same problem started in my phone again. I am very disappointed with this. Again I went to services centre and they submitted it again for 20 days. The Ticket No. is 15INA[protected] and Job No. is DEL[protected]. This is very inconvenient for me as services centre is not provided any stand by phone. My daily life is very suffered without phone. HTC is a big brand name. If Mob. set visits service centre twice within a month, it means that the set certainly is a defective piece. Hence it is strongly suggested and requested that the present Mob. set be replaced with the new 816G set which is not a defective piece. Hope HTC would protect the Brand value of the Firm. with regards, Tripti

              hi i bought htc desire 826 on 9th of may 2015 and just within 2 days camera has stopped working..i called to htc coustomer care but i am not satisfied with your service ...first time i buy htc phone and i am not keen to buy any htc product in future because first expression is the last expression...

                I have recently purchased HTC Desire 626G PLUS and its audio volume is very poor, even the phone ringtone is not audible when the phone is beside me. The volume is very less when compared to any brand phone. I am not at all satisfied with volume and even phone is getting stucked when i am clicking photos.

AFTER FIVE MONTH WHEN I USE INTERNET DATA BY MOBILE HAND SET I FOUND THAT WHEN I ON DATA SUDDANLY SIMCARD NETWOR R GONE AND ITS DONE AGAIN AND AGAIN THEN AFTER I GIVE TO THE MOBILESTORE LTD AND THEY GIVE TO THE HTC(TVS ELECTRONICS LTD) SERVICE CENTER. DT.11-4-15 HTC REPAIR REPORT THE R NOT REPAIR MY MOBILE AND GIVE IT TO ME. AGAIN I GIVE TO SERVICE CENTER, DT.26-4-15 HTC SERVICE REPORT THEY GIVE ME WITHOUT REPARING. AND THE GIVE DOA CERTIFICATE TO REPLACE THE MOBILE. WHEN I RECH TO REPLACE MOBILE AND I GIVE HANDSET, CHARGER, BATTERY, FULL CASE OF HAND SET THEN AFTER THEY TOLD GIVE THE STICKER WHEN I PURCHASE MOBILE OTHERWISE THE WILL NOT BE REPLACE MOBILE SO THEY R NOT TOLD ANY THINGS TO ME OR NOT IN A WRITING THE TOLD WHAT THEY WANT WHEN REPLACE THE MOBILE, MORE THEN A ONE MONTH I SUFFER FROM THE COMPANY AND.                       Respected sir, Greetings! Myself B.Ranjith from ooty, sir I purchased HTC DESIRE 500 MODEL for rs.21, 000 with insurance from Rubika mobiles, Coimbatore on 6.5.14. And I used the Mobile for only one month. After that the Mobile for not detecting the both sim. So I gave it for service in Coimbatore service centre more that four times. Still the mobile is having the same problem. Again I gave it for service on 7.2.2015 ( service no 15INA60016122, job no : CJB[protected]). Even though they couldn't rectify the problem. So they planned to replace the mobile with HTC DESIRE 700 MODEL, which I am not willing to use. Because now with this configuration other company mobiles are available for rs. 10, 000/. So I kindly request you to provide the HTC DESIRE 820 S Model.or pls return cash Because I have suffered mentally and physically for past ten months. So kindly do me the favour as soon as possible.                         I had htc desire 816 dual sim phone. .There was a problem with its camera quality and battry. .Infact charger and headphone was also not working.I submitted my phone to the htc service centre. After 27 days, I got a new phone'htc desire 820' instead of my old phone. .They said that the parts of htc 816 was not available. .They didnt gave me anything else. .They should give me the charger of the new phone atleast. .After that I submitted my charger and headset to the service centre as it was also not working. .Its been 14 days still I have not received my charger and headphone. .Customer care are not paying attention to my problem now. .Infact they dont receive calls. .I havent expected that this much big company will be careless in serving their customers.                             I bought an HTC desire 816G mobile handset from MOBILE STORE, Balaji Nagar, Pune in the month of November. Within a 2 month i had to face a critical problem in which the slot of my sim card was not working for which i had to give it for repair at HTC SERVICE CENTRE. It took almost 1 Month for the HTC SERVICE CENTRE to repair it in this meanwhile i tried to contact and request to HTC SERVICE CENTRE to repair my phone at the first priority but they were unsuccessful to provide me the services efficiently, they changed the motherboard of my mobile. After getting my mobile in March 2015 & again i faced problem in April 2015. This time the mobile display was not working well & the applications in my mobile was working automatically. So again i have to give it for repairing at HTC SERVICE CENTRE. This time also they took more than 20 days for repairing. They didn't even repair my phone properly and not even provided the services finely. After getting my mobile from HTC CARE in 4 days only i m facing a same problem again.I am too irritated and unsatisfied, therefore i m registering a complaint against HTC Mobile.                               Its Khadeer i bought HTC Desire 526G+ two months back but its getting hot while i'll talk or i'll use it for ten minutes and back door is peeling off its under manufacturing warranty it must be replaced but they are telling i have to wait till it get repaired.

                                I have purchased HTC One E8 on 09.11.2014 and till 21.04.2015 i never faced any problem. On 22.04.2015 the phone was unable to detect the sim card in both the slots, same day i rushed to the nearest HTC authorised service centre - "SAI SRINIVASA TECHNOLOGIES" at Indiranagar Bangalore. They accepted the device under warranty and said I can expect my device within 10 day. They also provided me with HTC ticket no. 15INA[protected]. After 5 days I casually wanted to check the status of my phone so, i approached the same service centre. I found it was shutdown from 25.04.2015 onwards. Here starts the big trouble. The only way i found is to follow up with the call centre and status can be checked online. After a long wait, on 6th of May 2015 I found the device is ready for packing from HTC's tracking page. The same has been acknowledge via email. Since then i never got any update when and where to receive my device back. I have been following up with the call centre and no progress is made since then. The service centre executives are asking for excuses but not assuring me when will i get back my device. Surprisingly i found all the updates so for has been cleared from the online status of HTC tracking page. Kindly make an arrangement to give me back my device as soon as possible. HTC should handle this situation seriously where the service centre has been shutdown and the customers are not acknowledge for the inconvenience caused by this incident at the earliest. HTC is directly responsible for such event.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, 1. I am Bhumika Bhardwaj and wife of Maj Siddarth Kukreti presently stationed at Anantnag (J & K). On 01 Mar 2015 I purchased an htc brand i.e. 816G mobile set bearing unit S/N LC51LYE00388 and IMEI No. [protected] from Dream and Dial Gallery Shop in Meerut. I might have used the set for 15/20 days, then I realised that the microphone recording of the set was not working. As a result, the caller could not hear the receiver's voice. As my husband is serving in insurgent prone area, I had to send the mobile set to Delhi for repair on 11 Apr and collected a repaired set on 29 Apr 2015. 2. I used the set for three/four days, then I found that the memory SD card and SIM Data connection not working. On 04 May the set has been submitted with htc service care centre for repair. Ticket No. is 15INA[protected] and Job No. is DEL[protected]. The set has not yet been repaired. 3. HTC is a big brand name. If Mob. set visits service centre twice within a month, it means that the set certainly is a defective piece. Secondly, my husband is posted in such an area from where frequent repairs are not possible. Hence it is strongly suggested and requested that the present Mob. set be replaced with the new 816G set which is not a defective piece. Hope HTC would protect the Brand value of the Firm. Regards.

                                    Addressed, I’m writing this email to you with a very sad note. I have been using HTC phones for over 8 years now and this is the very first time I have faced several issues with my phone while the phone is still new and the warranty period hasn’t expired yet. Please find below the details of the phone; Phone Name : HTC Desire 816 dual sim IMEI 1 : [protected] IMEI 2 : [protected] Device Serial Number : FA474MZ00407 MEID : A10000037CF6D48 Problems • Power button doesn’t work (is always stuck) • Hangs multiple times in a day • Camera clarity gone bad to worse • Have to do phone booting and reset every biweekly basis My previous complaint number in the same regards is 15INA[protected]. Even after getting the phone serviced from the HTC Service centre near Basavanagudi Bangalore, the new phone continues to show the same issues since the day I bought it. I haven’t found any solution to this problem even after talking to your helpdesk multiple times. I’m very disappointed with this device and it has changed my thoughts about HTC Phones. I humbly request you to arrange for a NOC letter through which I can go for a different HTC Phone. Hoping for a speedy response.                                       Hi Team, I had purchsed an HTC smartphone model HTC One E8 (Color - Grey, Matt Finish), on 24th Nov, 2014. After 4 months i started facing issues. My phone is under warranty period of 1 year. Issue 1 - Yellowish Display Issue 2 - Matt Peel of from the back panel. I registered the issue on HTC customer service centre on 7th April, 2015 and requested them to arrange a stand by device so that i can submit my phone at the TVS Service Centre and had also requested them to take the Issue 2 under warranty and replace the same. They accepted my request on all the issue and asked me to submit my phone at the TVS Service Centre, Kurla, Mumbai. I later on submitted my phone at the service centre on 15th April, 2015 and collected a standby device. They requested me to wait for 15 days and they collect the phone from the service centre. After 15 days of the submission i contacted the HTC Customer Service Toll Free number to check on the status to which they replied that it is still under process and asked me to call back in next 48 hours. I again called back post 48 hours and the status remains the same. I again called back post another 48 hours and i was shocked with a new status from the customer support executive that HOD in Bangalore has still not delivered the parts to TVS Service Centre which is in Kurla. I escalated this issue again on their email support and customer service toll free number. It's been nearly a month now and i still dont have any updated on my device which i submitted on 15th April, 2015. Wonder if the TVS Service Centre is an authorised HTC service provider or is it just for the name sake.                                         Dear Sir, I NARESH KHANDHAR, Purchase mobile phone on dated: 12/01/2015, but the mobile phone was not work properly so I replaced the same piece to company wide ticket no: 15INA[protected], JOB NO: RAJ[protected], DATE: 28/03/2015. and make conversation on given no: [protected], with the executives Mr.VAIBHAV, MR. AASHISH, Komalmadam, and many others for my new mobile phone. And replacement was also commited by Mr. Aashish. I purchased product name HTC 616, AND he confirm to replace with htc PRODUCT name: HTC 820Q, but till the day I do not receive my phone. But during this period they send us fake message with intimation that my product is dispatached on date:[protected] but neither I receive my product nor reply from company.
