Hi my name is yogesh I have buy HTC 820 Date of[protected]. & my charger & deta code is not working I gon HTC service center the take my deta code they sed you will get next 7 DAY But last 1 month gon still not get my deta code When I have call call center they not speak with properly I am very said to your service it's not good when international brand doing somthing like this My mobile no is [protected]

    This is in reference to my mobile phone (HTC Desire 816 dual sim) which was ordered from Snapdeal.com on 14th Nov 2014 and received to me on 21st Nov 2014. The invoice specified the dealer name as Girnar Newtel Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. The mobile phone started giving problems 10 days after it was delivered. There were select places where there would not be network connection in the phone. I Initially ignored thinking it was a network connectivity problem from the service provider (Vodafone) so I got it checked from the service provider. The provider agreed and took 7 days to send a new sim. I found that even after inserting a new sim the phone continued to give problems. I again visited the service center and the service center guys were apologetic and provided another sim which also came after 7 days. This time also, the phone gave similar problem. This is when I realized that there could be a problem with the phone itself and I asked my wife to visit the nearest service center at Borivali, Mumbai as we reside at Borivali. On 19th March 2015, my wife visited S. G. Infotech, Borivali West where she was told that the problem is in the phone and they will need 15 days to check the phone. The phone was handed to S. G. Infotech on the same day. They also added to check if the phone was ready by 2nd April. She again visited on 2nd April and found that the phone was not ready. She was told to come on 7th April, hence she visited on 7th April. After waiting for a long time, she was handed the phone which she checked in front of the service guys and found that it was not working. One of the guys took the phone from her, checked it again and tried using different sim cards for the phone to work. Meanwhile she kept asking the person what was the issue but the person did not bother to answer. After asking for 4 to 5 time the person said that the phone is not working and it will not work. My wife asked for further assistance but they failed to give any. The only thing they said was to speak to customer care and write mail. We called the customer care and spoke to Dheeraj from HTC CC and Dheeraj could only give me a solution to go to another service center at Malad where the phone can be repaired instantly if parts are available. Looking at the treatment I have been given at the Borivali service center, I’m sure even the Malad service center will ask for 10 to 15 days more. There were no calls after 10 days. On calling the Customer Care I routed to Rohit from the escalation department. Rohit informed that some part on the phone needs to be replaced and this will take few more days. After waiting for few more days I called again an found that the replacement part has not come. I hence asked for a stanby phone which should be an HT Desire 816 or higher configuration. It again took a few days to figure if you can give me a standy phone or not. Finally it was decided to give a standy phone but of a lower configuration than HT Desire 816. I was told it will reach my closest Service Center in 5 days. I agreed to that. After 5 days I was handed a standy phone but without a battery. I was told by the Service Center that I have to buy a battery.On further talks with the Service Center I was told battery will come in 48 hours. I again spoke to Rohit after which the battery came in 10 mins. I then kept following up on the original device. After around 10 more days I was told that the device will come in the next 5 days. After 5 days I was told that the device will come but it will not be packed and it will be in an orange colour and not the original grey colour I had. I denied to receive an orange device and insisted I need the grey colour only. I was told to wait for a few more days. After a few more days I was told that "we are searching for a grey device and meanwhile you can use the orange device. I agreed and was told that the orange device will come after 5 days to the nearest Service Cente. I got a call after 5 days that the device has reached the Service Center. This is when I asked Rohit to confirm if the device has actually come to the Service Center. On checking Rohit called again and said the orange device had not reached and will take few more days. After a few more days I was told that the device has reached and I can pick it. Since there was no way I could trust HTC, I had to take a leave from my office and visit Borivali Service Center. On reaching there, the Service Center team said the device will reach through the evening courier. I again called Rohit. Rohit spoke to the Service Center team and I found that the device was lying at the Service Center only. I had yet not received any confirmation on my my original HT Desire 816 (grey colour) I asked for a refund but I was told there is no refund policy. After all of this I was assured that the original grey device will be received by June 15. I had also informed Rohit that if I do not get the original device by June 15 I will need ask for a compensation on using my valuable time for all these months. I never got a call back from HTC. On 24th June, I gave a call and on speaking to the escalation team they checked and reverted on 26th June that the device must have reached the service center. I have again asked for a confirmation on wether the device has actually reached the Service Centre as I do not want to take a leave from my work and waste time and energy on this. I would request the you to take notice on how HTC is fooling people by asking more and more time. I have also checked twitter and facebook and found that a lot of complaints are with the HTC Service Centre. HTC also does not have an official email ID where we can write to them. They have a page on their website where complains can be written in max 1000 words and that mail cannot be marked to anyone else (eg: the consumer court) Since it has been more than 100 days, I will now need your help in getting compensation from HTC for my and my wife’s time / money spent on this for the past 100 days and the stress of leaving work and following up with HTC.

      I have purchased the desire 500 dual sim on december 2013.Wihtin one year the mobile went to the service center 3 times and remained months together in the service center. Now soon after expiry of the warranty the display of the mobile got defective. It is not expected from a very big company like HTC. Now let me advise what to do. It is not possible for a middle class indian people to spent 5000 every year

        I have bought HTC 820 desire dual sim on 27th NOV “COSTING Rs. 25000”and the phone became a piece of JUNK within 6 months and I am running after the dumb service centre useless fellows and 2 times they gave me the phone without repairing and now since past 2months I am without a phone.. YOU HTC PEOPLE are cheaters are not better than micromax or lava.. well I REGRET buying HTC .. I want replacement and I am sick and tired of dealing with the stupid service centre people.. NEVER BUY HTC..

            I had given my ph for repair bfore 3 months but der is lot of mess as service centre people misbehaved wid me and not ready to give quotation and dis complaint has being forward to customers care dey said dey ll tk care but nothing has happened yet and astin from cust care has no answer he himself is saying I dont know y company is doing dis I dont have any othrr option rather den going to consumer court I hope I ll get d revert

              sir i purchased htc desire 820s last month that is in may. i have problem in my charger. when i am charging my phone charger becomes very hot. it also gives burning smell. presently it is in working condition but it smells a lot of burning. kindly check the mistake .

                I purchased an HTC Desire 820 DS White mobile phone from Jasmin Infinite Trade Pvt Ltf, Vadodara, Gujarat on February 22, 2015. Since the last 15 days I am unable to talk or listen to my calls using handset. If i turn on the speaker, then only it is audible. It is not possible for me to take all calls on speaker. I approached the service center and they formatted the mobile but still the same problem continues. I feel very embarrassed that after buying such a costly phone i am facing such problems in such a short time. Please do the necessary or guide me to do so. I am enclosing the copy of the bill of my purchase.

                    Very Poor service of Although I have purchase my HTC model No 820G for use in my corporate use(ACC Company) I would not recommend to tell my company not to prefer use of HTC mobile as it's spares are not easily availaible and I was being harassed as since 4 th June'2015 it was deposited for repair and i couldn't have no traces when it may be solved. They Haven’t Still reverted back and I Want the same piece replaced asap or refund me the amount. Please Look into the matter My IMEI no is [protected] Ticket No 15INA[protected]

                          I have a HTC 816 G. I broke my screen and submitted it to the service centre for repair. They first quoted Rs.6300 + Rs. 230 extra for inspection charges which I paid at the time of submission. Later after 8 days I received a call from the service centre and they wanted me to pay 6500/- which I then denied. Later today I received a call and they said that the company offered a discount and want me to pay only Rs. 5800/-. One of my friend paid only rs. 5000 when his screen along with the speakers broke. This is unjust to a customer. HTC being such a big brand is not at all appreciated to do this! My phone is just 4 months old and I expected to get this done at a very cheap cost. Though I understand that any physical damages is not honoured by the company I am ready to pay for this to get it repaired as son as possible. Please help.                             I have mention my problem earlier that was resolved by replacing the handset but I feel that the replaced handset is also defective one.
                            I informed htc customer care by calling on their number.
                            On 8 June 2015 Earphone was submitted for repair and time duration of repair given one week i visited there they give no response.
                            Sir there is any way to get my money back .

                            They forced me to accept the totally different colour handset. Difference in colour have difference on their MRP.
                            Problem not resolved till 13/07/2015.

                              my ticket number is 15INA[protected] . When i submitted my phone in kolkata service station, they said they would return within 20 days as it was minor problem Had submitted the phone on 6/5/2015 and my delivery date was 15/6/2015, and my problem was that my hand set was not charging. I have been contacting them from start of the month and they are continuously saying that phone will be ready in few days I received a call from HTC on 22/6/2015, and they assured me that i will be receiving my phone my 24/6/2015 But today(23/6/2015) i received a call and they said that now the charging part is in transit and my phone will not be ready till next week. I am completely frustrated and helpless. this kind of response was not expected from HTC. It has been over month and half and i have been facing too much of trouble Do the needful

                                Respected Sir, I Chetan Govind Chandanshive. Bought a Mobile Model HTC Desire 826(blue) IMEI=[protected]/4341 on 14th April 2015 From Your Shop Name Paragon Thane. I am Having Problem with the phone like the touch is not responding properly and the mobile is not charging from dated on 21st may. I have submitted my mobile on 2nd June at the gallery. They Haven’t Still reverted back and I Want the same piece replaced asap or refund me the amount. Please Look into the matter and get me new piece. Thanks You P.S :- If my request is not looked into and my phone is not replaced with another new piece I shall report to the consumer court.

                                  I brought HTC DESIRE 816G phone ( IMEI [protected]) in December. In april, phone was not detecting my sim. I gave it for repair. I got it back after 15 days. After few day and till 21 june 15 I got following problems: 1) camera not working 2) flash light not working 3)charging problem 4)battery dips from 90% to 4% in a second 5) got switch off randomly 6)touch problem 7)switch off and get back onitself 8) now it is dead. it dnt take charge and it is off totally. not getting start. when i showed to service center, they told that sim try is missing from your phone. repairer forgot to put in first repair. Sir/Madam i request you to replace my phone. I cnt bear 1800rs loss in 6 months.Please send a email of replacing it. I request you.                                     I dropped my HTC desire Eye mobile to change the display by April 18th, 2015 and i requested for expedite repair because i am moving out of station for business reason. but still i am following up for my phone. i am not getting any proper response from customer care. moreover to connect with customer care i need to wait for 10 minutes after that customer care representative will put me on hold for more than 5 minutes to retrieve my data and they always tell their system is too slow. if i request them to transfer the call to their senior management, they will not be available whenever i call. I bought my mobile in the month of March and from April its been with service center. My ticket # is 15INA[protected]. if this is not getting resolved then i need to escalate to HTC CEO and show them how their team works for customer.

                                      I had purchasedHTC desire 816 in 2014 H2 for 23000/-. It' sscreen was broken and changed in the month of January 2015. I paid Rs. 5000/- for repairs. In month of April I got issues with touch screen and submitted to the collection centre of Jamshedpur on 18th April 2015. I received a new Handset in lieu of the old one as it was irreparable on 9th May 2015. While checking it I found that the sim slots are not working and immediately contacted the collection center about it. The faulty handset was submited on 14th May 2015 back to collection center. Finally the receipt was generated on 27th May due to network problems. now its almost 65 days and I'myet to receiveback my handset

                                        I bought a HTC Desire 826 in April from an online client. Within 2 months the touchscreen stops responding and i gave the phone for repair at the only customer care center in Bangalore (TVSE Jayanagar). The customer services personnel told me that it would be either replaced or repaired and given in one week. Its been 2 weeks and now they say they need one more week. Unfortunately i have been transferred out of bangalore and need to move immediately. I informed the same to the manager of the service center and he says "We cant help it you have to wait till next week". Very rude response and they dont even bother to listen to your problem. Deeply regret that i bought a high end HTC device. Never again will i do this mistake again.
