I purchased HTC 526 G+ mobile from flip cart before 1 months. In this phone there is no option for move the phone memory to SD card ? Pls.give correct information. I purcahsed this mobile base on good feathers but after using I facing this problem. Pls. give answer as soon as possible.If this facility is not provide in this mobile then very bad image of HTC in front of me and every user of this mobile .       I have bought a new HTC Desire 526G+ phone.So after buying that product from 2 to 3 days i am suffering from its Mobile heating(suppose Iron) problem.I had been going to HTC service center since 9th-May-15 for heating problem and cover change of my mobile, but they are take a time 2 days for testing mobile of heating problem. But I don't believe at service center because my previous phone's of some internal part exchange after service. And I say, change for back battery cover then they are say, No have any cover at this time in my center so you can try next time, We were gave cover to you. Let me know. how to solve my issue

        Dear Sir, I Mr Sachin Shirali, have purchased the HTC desire 826 from Amazon on 24th April 2015 and the vendor was cloudtail. Its just been a month that my mobile is facing an issue with the touch screen. Its really been an unpleasant experience that a new handset which is just a month old can have such an issue. I had called amazon and informed about this and have asked to refund the money back and they mentioned that their policy doesn't allow for doing so and advised me to get in touch with the HTC service centre. Yesterday and Today ie; 26th and 27th May 2015 have visited the Service Centre which is in Dadar, Mumbai, they clearly mentioned that there is an issue with the hardware and also there is no guarantee that the mobile will be in good working condition post servcing. I also wish to highlight that one of my fellow colleague bought the same handset (HTC Desire 826) and the very next day her headphone was giving the problem and she had to return it back to Amazon. I cannot understand as to how come a new phone can have such an issue in just a month after buying. Am totally upset with this entire incident that am been told by Amazon to get in touch with you guys for the replacement. All am requesting is a refund of my money towards purchase of this handset. Also, a reputed brand like HTC, how can the handset be faulty and now i have to run from pillar to post to ask for the refund of this handset so purchased. kindly advice the way forward.         You were to refund Rs 24124/- towards purchase of HTC Desire 826 but Rs 72372/- got debited from ICICI account.

        What a fraud company !!

        Pls refund it back to me by Demand Draft amounting to Rs 96496/-

        Such a pathetic experience.

          Dear Sir/Madam Model No :-HTC 826 IMEI No[protected] Job No PNQ[protected] Token No 15INA[protected] Today we went to your Service center (New Tripati Tellurs) Shop No 2/3 Esteem Tower Kalewadi Road Pimpri Pune .My mobile is on warranty but they we charging Rs 250/-for inspection charges.They were saying that There is liquid damage of phone which is not done by our side.We have given Phone to Dealers on dated 05/05/2015 but no feedback is from dealer side. This is very strange HTC such good name But I Feel sorry for poor performance of your company as we as dealers.When Our phone is on Warranty Why we pay ???             Hi, This is Harsha Pai U from Bangalore. I had purchased HTC 826 Mobile in ezone same month that is 3rd of May 2015. and from the first day i am facing the problem of over heating in the mobile while making call, SMS, using internet. i also complained regarding the same for customer care before. I am suffering from Headache after using this phone. Please replace the mobile or give me relive. And your dealer is not at all supporting regarding the same. Yesterday when i went to HTC service center they saying that relive cant be done afer 14 days from purchase. and either from HTC or from Ezone no one informed this condition in fat Ezone person said that when ever i need i can get relive with in the warranty period.               Dear sir, I have submitted my mobile to the htc service center at southend circle, Bangalore on 28/04/15 and it is about to go one month they are still saying that they are not having the parts and they keep increasing the time .I have a sim which is very important and if I do not enter it in the phone it going to be unregistered.I have complained it to the customer care but nothing happened.                 On date[protected] I have bought a new mobile of HTC company Model... name 526 Desire G+. so after buying that product from 3 to 4 days i am suffering from its hearing problem. it has not been to much time to buy it so this is very bad thing happened with me. i am so much upset. and now i don't want to keep that mobile above said model number. so kindly give me a new mobile or do something regarding this. so resolve it as soon as possible. i will wait for your response . my mobile number is [protected], [protected] ... other wise i will knock the door of Court because you are selling a wrong mobile and your company has harassed me a lot. because i don't have enough money to but it again. so this mobile is in warranty. and for you it is possible to replace it in a new one. so do it early .

                  Hi, I purchased HTC Desire 816G, four months before from flipkart. Last month I faced a problem with its display and handed over it to the concerned HTC Service center at Ameerpet in Hyderabad on 16th April, 2015.                       hello team I am Sai Prasad Pattnaik a proud customer of HTC till now and want to be in future too if your support team wish so.I am having a mobile HTC 816g brought on 14 dec 2014. Already i had problem with WiFi detection and network detecting in my handset.I have complained several times at your service center more than 4 times and they took it on the name of servicing don't know they are fixing the bugs or not as i am facing the same issues every times i get it from the service center.this is the last time I am writing to you replacement of my phone. If you guys are not going to take any action against it and replacing my phone then i will be bound to take legal action against you..

                        Hi, I amoun abhijit prakash jha and I have bought HTC 816 G dual sim octacore from dhanbad in February 2015 and due to screen breakage I have given my handset in dhanbad, HTC service outlet on 432015..my ticket no is 15INA[protected] and phone no is [protected]...I have made frequent calls to the service centre Bangalore, at phone number [protected] and everytime they just provide me date to call again..I am really frustrated and disheartened by such a sluggish and unprofessional company..now I will just wait for a week or two n then I simply file a legal case against HTC for fraud n customer service violation.

                              I am Sai Krishna. I have given my HTC One M8 Charger in Pramanik Mobile Service Center Jayanagar Bangalore for replacement as it was not working. They told me that i would get the replacement by post to my address. I got a replacement and to my shock, i received a headphone instead of a USB Cable. I have been calling the Customer Care helpline ‎[protected] for the past one month for every 2 days and the only response i get is that there is no update and please call us after 48 hours. This is happening for the past 1 month. PFA the transcripts i have and few dates on which i have spoken to the customer care 15th May - Friday - Khyati 18th May - Monday - Aparna 25th May - Monday - 12:10pm - Tabrez I would like to know how to take this forward as they don't have any senior person contact for these complaints.

                                  I have bought a new htc 826 phone which is a phone . Htc service sucks hell i tried calling them on there customer service number but even waiting for 15 to 20 minutes no one picks up the phone. The day i bought the phone the speaker gave me problem dan for a week ear piece went off thats one of the dual speaker went off . But dan it came back on but still the speaker is not clear and from the past one week its giving me touch issues the screen is not at all responding as i select one option something other gets selected buying this 2800 worth phone was a decision il recommend every1 to not to buy any of HTC phones as it dznt even last more than a month . :( and i want a replacent or else i issueing a complaint in the consumer forum.

                                      I (Anuj Gupta Phone No:[protected]) have submitted my HTC Desire 816 on 09/04/2015 (Service Report No:Q8S[protected]) to TVC Electronics Ltd. near Chandni Chowk Metro Station, Kolkata-700072, with sympton of "NO DISPLAY". I would like to bring to your notice that my phone is still covered under warranty. It has almost past two months since i submitted my phone to your authorized dealer/representative but still they are not able to provide me with a date that when they are going to repair and return my phone. It is highly "UNPROFESSIONAL" as well as unexpected from such a renowned and respected company as yours to provide such POOR service. Therefore i would request you to either replace my phone or repair and deliver my phone at its earliest.

                                        Dear Sir, This is shailesh sanghvi I had purchased HTC Desire 826 cell phone in mumbai on 15/4/2015, , It has a heating issue within its device, , on 1/5/2015, my phone battery was low so i kept on charge, , as soon as it reached 20 % The phone got overheated and the display disappeared and with that high heat intensity the display from internal got cracked . When I approached service center at dadar ( Technotronics ) for repair, They said that as its a crack on the display so it is not covered under warranty so I have to pay for the display, , I explained them that this crack is not due to missuse of the phone, its due to overheating pressure, but they didnt listened to me n told to contact htc support center . I contacted them, and explained them the same issue, they said we have to forward it to the service team to review and the will decide whether to consider it for free repairs or discounts on the parts to be repaired, , after 10 days their reply came, They said that As the display is cracked we cannot take it under warranty and do free repairs, but certainly we can give discount of 30% for the total repair, , I requested them, as its a manufacturing defect of heating of phone, , It was good that the phone did not got bursted, , as we hear in many cases where people also die due to this heating of phone, , , and requested but finally they said the last we can only do is give discount of 30 % as we said earlier, , , So I went at service centere for the repairs and asked for a quotation, , for that they send me a quotation of 7486/- ..and gave discount of 30% 2246/- ..And now finally payable 5240/- .. My Cell phone is still at service center Dadar Technotronics for repairs, , I Wanted to raise consumer complaint Against Htc for the defect in the phone and also waive off the ammount for the repairs which they are demanding of rupees 5240/- ...                                         I had issue with the back camera that have started vibrating on taking picture and making sound as it happened after 1 year so not covered under warranty and service centre greedy people without even checking said to pay 4600rs as camera needs replacement. whereas its a manufacturing defect because it happened suddenly even after handling my phone safely .I would suggest HTC should check there phone before sending it in the market as its wasting our hard earned money and misuse of our reliance on their earlier but up repo. soon it will be most of the phones sent in for repairs or bursting of phone due to excess heat.I will suggest people not to go for HTC it's wastage of money.
                                        HTC desire 828 is wastage of 20000rs..excessive heating and automatic malfunctioning of back camera. HTC phones are not worth price quoted by them as parts used are mostly defective ones and temperorary set to work for 1 year. It's wastage of money and better to replace phones with other good company rather then getting it repaired because service centre people are trained to loot suffered customer by charging lot then the actual price and we have to pay for purchasing defective piece of phone (I.e mistake we did by opting for HTC) it's betting save money and go for apple. HTC is just wastage of what you earn and HTC is making money by selling defective phones and worst customer service.
