i purchased my phone htc desire 816g on 01.12.2014 via online shopping app FLIPKART.com. on 25.01.2015 it malfunctioned and switched of on its own and wouldn't switch on. i took it to the nearest service center at ANSAL PLAZA 110049 and got it repaired and handed over to me on 28.01.2015. But within 2 months of repair again it malfunctioned with the same problem on 18.4.2015. I again had to get it repaired and received it on 06.05.2015. Hoping it won't happen again. Again on 25.05.2015 it malfunctioned with the same problem as earlier. This problem is really hindering my day to day work. and the kind of reluctance the company have been showing towards me is a matter of concern. keeping my phone for about 2 weeks with them and still the problem hasn't been resolved permanently. i want my product to be replaced with a new one or a cash back would be more considering . the amount of time, energy that has been wasted because of the inconvenience caused by the product or the company HTC itself.it calls for a better service provision or at-least a good promising product. the purchase of the product was my choice but still the amount of trouble it has created is much more than the amount i paid for it . this kind of deliverance of product with so much of lack in manufacturing becomes a mental harassment for me to actually go every other day to the service center to get it repaired .

    My experience with HTC customer service has been an unnecessarily long and frustrating experience. Several issues have occurred and it seems that in my case what can go wrong HAS gone wrong. I have made several calls to HTC regarding a warranty swap for my One M8 HK Edition. Below is a rough timeline of my experience: Initial warranty call made to HTC on 4/16/2015: Warranty swap was approved. I was told I could have my phone swapped under warranty and that it would be sent out as soon as a credit card hold was established for $299.00. Follow up call made to[protected] on 4/17/2005: As no updates had been posted to the Repair Tracking Page, I called to inquire about the status. was told it was still being processed. 2nd Follow up call made to[protected] on 4/22/2015(?): Was told after prompting your rep to contact repair dept. that my phone was out of stock and I would be emailed when stock was replenished. Received swap phone on 5/5/2015: I finally received my swap almost 3 weeks after initiating request. No one ever contacted or emailed me, and Repair Tracking Page was never updated. When I attempted to activate the swap phone, Sprint informed me that the phone was active on another account. I called customer service back and they told me to have Sprint use a certain number from the new SIM card in order to activate. Went back to Sprint and they said the same thing as before: phone is active on another account and can't be used. I called HTC back and was told an escalation was being done and that someone would call me back within 3 days - no more than 3 days. Follow up call made to[protected] on 5/8/2015: I found a different customer service number to call and the rep on that line told me the call back period is actually 3-5 days. Frustration level is getting higher. 2nd Follow up call made to[protected] on 5/12/2015: Was told the issue is still being processed. At this point my frustration boiled over as no one who has promised me a call back has followed through. Reps name was Jim or James and after several minutes contacting other departments I was told to use the prepaid label to send the active swap phone back and to follow the tracking. Also, yet another escalation was being initiated. As soon as it shows received by HTC I was to call them and inform them of receipt so a new swap phone could IMMEDIATELY be sent out to me. 3rd Follow up call made to[protected] on 5/18/2015: Informed HTC rep Tim of status of swap phone as UPS tracking showed it was delivered. He saw no escalation in my file. I was told to expect a call back within 24-48 hours. At that point I refused to accept any more delay and told Tim that this needs to go higher. He agreed and put me in touch with Catlin (badge# 780384). He told me he would focus on this issue for me and expedite resolution. He said that the repair dept. needed to first scan the swap phone in as received then the process would move forward. He also said he would contact me later that day with status update. No call was ever made. Disgusted with HTC at this point. 4th Follow up call made to[protected] on 5/19/2015: Still no movement on receiving the swap phone. Again, Catlin promised a call back later in the day. Finally recievd the first call back from HTC in this whole saga. Catlin informed me that the ticket would hopefully be closed by end of day. It has been 5 weeks since I initiated this process. I still have no resolution. HTC has not resolved any of the issues. There has been a stunning lack of ability to follow through on promises to keep me informed yet only Catlin has actually followed through on several promised call backs. I am not, nor have I ever, asked for anything beyond what I am entitled to based on HTC's policies. I am not asking for anything above and beyond, yet my issue has fallen through large cracks over and over again. The inability for HTC customer service to follow through on agreements to keep me informed, the lack of any updates to the reapair tracking page, the inability of customer service to get any info from the repair department and the lack of any urgency to resolve issues has tarnished my opinion of HTC beyond repair. I LOVE your phones, however, I can't see myself purchasing another one in the future. Not after this nightmare experience. Wednesday, May 20 I called yet again and was connected to James in customer service. He apologized for not calling me back on Monday, May 1st. He then connected me directly to the repair department. The woman in that department couldn't give me any info. I asked her to connect me to HTC Special Projects. I had received an email from Will in that department regarding the dissatisfied scores on the customer service satisfaction survey i had done. He was pretty much left speechless after i voiced my dissatisfaction with the way i have been treated to this point. He then connected me with his supervisor Lydia. After relaying my frustration to her, she agreed that the situation needed to be resolved. The best she could do is offer to repair my original phone and perhaps get me a loaner. I feel at this point that is a poor attempt to resolve. I understand she is doing as she is trained to do, and I want it known that I appreciate her patience with me and she couldn't have been nicer to me, I feel this would be a bait and switch, or rather, a sub par resolution after the way my whole situation has been handled. If I can't get an equal replacement for my phone, then I asked her to replace it with an M9. Under normal circumstances I know this would not be an option. But I believe my 5+ weeks of frustration and misinformation provided at least warrants discussion. Friday, May22: I just received a call back from HTC basically telling me too bad, but all we will do is repair your phone and try to get a loaner to you. This whole process has been botched by HTC and their customers apparently must suffer the consequences of their ineptitude. I have contacted my Sprint rep and he is contacting his HTC rep. This is yet another instance of the story changing. You told me on Wednesday May 20 after much discussion that I shouldn't have even been eligible for a swap and that a repair is warranted rather than swapping. I can't even get a guarantee of a loaner. That is what I meant by "bait and switch". What am I supposed to believe? You could get my phone and suddenly find "something" that voids the warranty and charge me for repair. I can't trust your company anymore. HTC is acting like all things are equal here and there has been no mishandling of this situation for the last 5+ weeks. . To come at me after this much time that I have wasted making phone calls and doing the job of customer service for them (meaning that from one call to the next the disconnect with the problems became larger and larger which I had to constantly correct by vocalizing my outrage and reminding them of what was said on previous calls) with an offer that isn't what was originally agreed to is extremely disappointing and downright shady. Perhaps HTC doesn't expect their action or inaction coupled with a predictable disconnect with a customer to have an effect, but it does. Sometimes, things just have to be made right. Your superiors have made it clear that is not their priority. I have spoken to several people from various industries that work in customer service and marketing; the response is universal shock at the utter lack of professional response to an obvious failure in the system. I mean, honestly - almost 6 weeks later? This is the best that can be done after all this? You're a global company, with hundreds of millions in sales. One phone is going to break the company? I told you that the point we reached dictated that I receive what I was originally offered. I told you that the repair option was not an option, You had the opportunity then to let me know then that the swap option was still on the table but you didn't. I simply can't trust what I'm being told anymore. All I know is I've been offered empty apologies and no empathy for a situation that spiraled completely out of control through no fault of mine. There was an opportunity here for someone to step up and take control, save the situation and make things right. That didn't happen. Please send and share this with all those who need to see it. Wednesday, June 10: I sent the following: Please advise if I am still on any kind of waiting list for a swap of my HTC One M8 - HK Edition. Since I have received no responses from the numerous customer service surveys, I would like to know what my current status is. Thank you. This is the response: We do not have any sort of waiting list. If a ticket has been booked then you are in queue to receive a phone. However, in my last response I reiterated the options we discussed on the phone, and I have not received indication from you that you would like to pursue any of the options that were offered. Since we last spoke, some slight modifications have been made to our repair process based on business needs. The Advanced Swap is no longer available for this particular model of phone, but there are some other options available that weren’t available previously. The first option would be what we call an On-Site swap. What this entails is we would send you a prepaid label for two air shipping for you to send in your phone, the phone will go through diagnostics, and so long as there isn’t any out of warranty damage aside from the screen, we will send a phone back to you via two air shipping. The process from start to finish takes approximately 4-7 business days. The other option is we do have regular M8’s available for Advanced Swap, which is the type of swap that was performed before. The difference between the M8 and M8 Harmon Kardon edition is the Clear Sound feature when using ear buds, and the color of the case. I understand if you do not want to pursue this option, but some people do not use the audio feature and opt for this option because it is quicker. If you would like to set up a swap or a repair, we will need to speak to you in real time over the phone or via chat so we can go over the terms and conditions with you. We will not be able to book a ticket for you until this happens. If you would like to pursue one of these options, please give us a call at[protected] or chat with us at http://www.htc.com/us/contact/chat/?intcid=footer_us_chat so that we may assist you with warranty options. And my response: I was originally deemed eligible for a warranty swap for my exact model of phone. Your company kept me waiting for 6 weeks - all the while no one could get anything done for me. Also, I was sent a replacement phone for my exact model that was unusable through no fault of my own. It is unconscionable that your company would let things get so out of anyone's control and then deny me what was originally agreed to. Not only that - it is YOUR company who cut communication off, not me. I have answered all the customer service surveys and emails and BEGGED for someone to contact me. This is insane that you treat your customers this way. You sell a product and then can't follow your own policies regarding warranty status. I WAS booked a ticket - why is it still not active? Is it because of the complete failure of your customer service? This has become a matter of principle now. You have changed policies now so that I CAN'T get my phone replaced. I put my request in BEFORE this change of policy. Apparently I was correct regarding my previous comment of "bait and switch". at this point, someone needs to contact ME!!! Someone who can get things done. All of the calling and chasing that I have done - this can't possibly be standard procedure. How is it that I have been the one to have to badger your company into doing what I was told would be done? Does no one there understand how bad this is making your company look? I should at the least be grandfathered into a replacement for my original phone. My warranty request was prior to whatever policy was changed. couple that with the ride I have been taken on and that warrants some above and beyond work to correct this situation., not LESS than what I was originally approved for. What is the REAL reason your company is holding this line and not resolving this? Who do I need to talk to?

      I submitted my phone on HTC care on 29/04/2015 and still 50 days are Over and didn't get my Device back such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is not expected from a company like HTC and their agents again and again are giving me false commitments first Promised me that i will get my device on 20th may then 28th may and then 5th June and then 10 June and every time they said we have escalated your case so if a Escalated Case that 50 days then normal case i think take 5-6 month and still iam not getting any response and there is no info about the status of my Device and their customer Support is good for nothing they never have any info.

        my name is TUWID RANJAN, address:mahadev nagar hadapsar pune 28, contact number [protected] i had purches htc desire 616 on 14.07.14 with IMEI:[protected](warranty remaining for 3 more months) after 2 month my handset's earphone jack stop working 12 days before i had submitted my phone at service center in camp area pune, 2 days before i got my phone and at the time of delivery they inform me that they repaired my phone and from today again i am facing same issue in my phone, when i talk to customer care they ask to submit my phone again this time they will repair my phone correctly, i ask them to give me some written assurance then customer care denied they dont even provide me any proof of conversation so how can i believe them and after 3 months my warranty will get expired and if i will face any problem then they will ask for 4 to 5 thousand rupee, they harass me mentally and physically hoe can i trust them they dont even provide me ant written commitment so i want a replacement of my phone or compensation i had already file a complain on consumer forem also against ticket no #14369

          Avash panda Ticket no. 15INA[protected] Job no. BBI[protected] i 'm Avash Panda. i've submitted my htc desire 501 dual sim for repair at bhubaneswar collection center on 4th april. now it is 10th june 2015. My phone is in repair process since 1 and half months? it seems they are excepting Narendra modi to repair that. I've purchased my phone before 9 months from now. in between, the phone has been spent 4 months in service center. Because After getting repaired it shows a new problem. But they didn't replace the phone. every time i am calling to costumer care about dispatching date they are giving a new date. when again i am calling on that date a new date is being given. Why they are not provideing a proper date? why they are unable to provide after sales service properly ? if you can't stop selling phones. it seems the director of sales mr.Vijay Balachandran does't know after sales service is a part of sales ? please someonr give him my contact no i am free to give him tution. it doesn't bother to me what the fck they are doing all that matter is the money i have spent on the phone. it's been too late for service. All that i Want to refund my money. when i am calling costumer care every time i have been told that they will all me in 24 hrs. but till now i didn't received a single call.i am forwarding the same mail to your director of sales Vijay Balachandran and Faisal Siddiqui (Ceo) Shri Ajay Sharma Country Head, HTC India

              I submitted mobile on 4/6/15 and told the following problems in the HTC desire 820: 1- It heats too much. 2- Camera not working, shows black screen. 3- While surfing the internet, the screen blinks. 4- It hangs. 5- It consumes battery very fast.. Because there were so many problems with this mobile since I purchased it and sometimes it used to work fine, I did not visit the Service center in Kalka ji but this time it created so many issues so I went there. I explained everything and requested to offer me a new mobile as I am facing multiple problems with this mobile but neither the Receptionist at the service center helped nor the agent on the phone. Though it takes years to be connected with the phone agent but when the call got connected, the representative put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back and I showed the same to the receptionist at the service center in Kalkaji. They delivered my mobile today 9/6/15 at around 1:50 PM and I could just checked the camera because I could not stay there for hours.. So after getting free from all my works I thought o[censored]sing the camera at around 8:10 PM on the same day the screen got black and it is still black and the mobile is heating like anything. Then I called the representative again who was absolutely trying to get rid of me and did not response me and presented as he was unable to here me. I am 100% sure that he was able to listen me and was playing with ihs head phone because what i feel is it was his log out time.

                well i have a handset that is htc 816, , , , , few weeks back i got some update messages for the system, , , , i have been trying to download the update i.e 864 mb or so for 5 or 6 times ...the download completes but upgrade fails...some error...i hope you ll look into that...at least tell me if its upgradable or just hoax.

                    LEGAL COMPLAINT "AGAINST"
                    HTC INDIA (Dopod), G-4 (four), BPTP Park Centre Sector -30 (thirty), Near NH-8, Gurgaon Haryana, 122001. Telephone Number[protected]

                    1. That I KK Agarwal Advocate S/o Trilok Chand, Ch A-11 (eleven), District Collectrate Compound, Muzaffarnagar has been a practicing lawyer o[censored].P and Delhi Region and working for aggrieved clients many years. Now that a complex problem I face off personally against a mobile company named HTC Corporation which is of Taiwan base company of Smartphone and mobile and tablet making company in the World and who import there electronics items to the various countries in the World including India. That the Net income is 46 (forty six) billion in US Dollar in 2014 (Two thousand and fourteen) and have make an extensive secret presence in India. That the company makes his Head Office in India secretly and registered as HTC India in the Registrar of the Companies Act in India secretly. That the world "secretly" is used here that when any people in India try to access their website www.HTC.COM.in then no information about Head Office and their persons or Zonal Head or other working Staff is there in the Website for the India people to know about them. The HTC Company has setup a few number of people Call Center for formality in India at Mumbai & tied up with the local third class vendors of the mobile repair who give some money on monthly basis and they may work as a HTC Service center while they work for also Sony, Lava, Micromax, Samsung etc. That these service centers and call center are just a false impression in our society that when you buy any HTC Product from the Indian market they can fix it for up to whole one year in warranty and guaranty applied on the HTC Company electronic items buy from the India. That people may think that what a good company it was but in contrast to that when any people of India buy any item of HTC then he may face off mountain of troubles and problems in India given by the HTC third class items to buy for his daily use he knows and besides that he is throwing third class mobile sets in Indian Market flooded in very corner in India on every retail shop.

                    2. That the HTC INDIA is so clever and shrewd that he told service center to repair only HTC items which buy from one unknown Distributor in India whose name also unknown in India and rest any other items which the HTC selling in India through various channels through their another doors called backdoors cannot be repaired by any HTC Service Center in India except TVSE who are a full paid in cash extracting service center from the HTC Customers who buy the items in India except that unknown distributor. That these full paid service center called and assigned as TVSE service center in INDIA and are allocated very distant location & in very few numbers and in other cities of India and in Uttar Pardesh it is one in Lucknow and in Delhi they are only two in number. That these TVSE service centers always charge heavy cost for fixing any minor to major issue in HTC mobile and smartphone items and the customer has to travel several miles away from his home to these service center in INDIA to get access their TVSE premises workshop and the HTC Handset and get lay their Handsets several months for getting their turn of repairing the faulty Handset by them. That the HTC India also not provide and Software support to the HTC Customers according to their numerous Models in India for fixing the Software issue problem my their own knowledge if you cannot get easily access to TVSE the Service Centers and also in Internet World no Software issue related Software get upload by the HTC India or HTC Corporation in the World for all the HTC Customers who are facing problem in these faulty HTC Handset. That the HTC Corporation is selling the third class mobile Handset to the people of India and major are defective inside but the HTC selling all kind of mobiles and smartphones items to the people of India for making undue enrichment through the Indian wide market and earning billions of Rupees from the Indian Market by fooling around the people of India who unfortunately buy the HTC item in India as thinking in false impression as HTC Branded company.

                    3. That now why I used to put complaint against HTC India and what grievances I faced against HTC. That I had heard about HTC Corporation on Internet and get attracted towards HTC smartphones to buy for my personal use in day to day Life. That on dated[protected]Fifteen -August- Two thousand fifteen) I bought one HTC Smartphone Model HTC Desire VC 328D CDMA of Rs 4500/- (Forty Five Hundred) from the local vendor in the Muzaffarnagar market who have given me proper invoice bill copy to me and told me that the HTC will fix any problem up to one year. That I bought it any just use for 10 (Ten) hrs passed at my home the Handset name HTC Desire VC CDMA has stopped working when the HTC mobile was put on charge thru AC Charger. That after that I went to the HTC Service Center at Muzaffarnagar where he refused to fix the Handset after seeing from inside opened and told that it cost Rs 600/- (Six Hundred) for trying of repairing it and there is no surety of it that it may work properly or not. That after that one of my friend on my request taken to the one of the TVSE service center of HTC, Kamala Nagar Delhi where they told that it cost Rs 3000/- (Three thousand) of it for fixing the mobile and it takes one month time to get it repaired. That I think what the thief and hooligan type of the HTC Service center are who after buying item of HTC may charge undue excessively for fixing any issue in Smartphone while the phone has a warranty of full one year of it. That the HTC INDIA is doing unfair trade practice and malpractice in India for selling dirty and third class handsets in India and not providing any warranties on that third class item.

                    4. That before that and after that I wrote several Email to the HTC India Pvt Ltd customer Service Cell at [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com and [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com, [protected]@htc.com for the same problem I has facing in HTC Desire VC CDMA but none has taken corporate responsibility for may get correct this HTC Handset at any service in India at their own expenses they may provide. That the company HTC is working in India for looting and minting the money from the HTC customers in India and thousands to lakhs of customers day by day are blindly trapping in the HTC India defective and mala fide company items and sinking their Hard earned money on the HTC items while the HTC Corporation or HTC India may getting rich to richer day by day thru the selling of dirty and third class smartphone and mobile items in INDIA.

                    5. That as I know my legal rights and have identify the roots of the HTC company and its dirty pathetic style of working it is my legal duty to may prevent & stop the working of the HTC India in INDIA for not selling their defective items and other electronic mobiles in India so that no other Indian buyers have feel being looted by the HTC India for their undue enrichment purpose like he did to me. That in the registration of companies in public Ltd or private Ltd as HTC India Pvt Ltd there is must obligatory for disclosing their names on their website and also necessary to appoint various directors and other necessary person such as Chairman, Director, Board members, C.A, C.S, Advocates and other person for the working of any company who may registered in India but here the HTC India have hidden all the necessary facts and just for making secret and not going to get sue in any courts of law thru that hiding information the HTC India is working against the Rules of law in the Companies Act and in the other Indian Acts applicable in whole of India.

                    6. That the HTC INDIA is not making any item of Smartphone and mobiles in India land of law but he has been importing all their items outside from the India and then rebranding & remarking it for selling by the One unknown distributor name while other smartphone and mobile items the HTC Corporation has selling from the another doors called backdoors in the Indian market so that he makes unlawful money by looting the Indian customer and not to give any warranty and guaranty on it and the people may lose their hard earned saved money on their defective and third class items flooded in the Indian mobile market by HTC in every shop in India to sell to Indian people of India. That kindly visit the site of HTC.COM.IN and HTC INDIA on facebook.com that how many new and old customers of HTC INDIA are crying and facing atrocities and bad services of their Customer service getting in India and their dirty evil acts they are doing customers of HTC in INDIA. We the people of need A1 Class of services and company in India not a gang of thieves and dacoits who snatching & extracting the money from the people of India due to fault of the Government of India to allow such dirtiest company in India to do trade and commerce in India.

                    That pass/grant a permanent restraining and ban order against the HTC India for not making and kind of sell of any items such as smartphone, mobile, tablet etc made by the HTC India or through HTC any known and unknown Distributor or any importer registered in India and use import and exporter code under the Custom Act in India through any opening trade and commerce business channels thru Sea way, Airplane way or through territorial border surrounded through the Indian region at neighboring countries attached to the India region for trade and commerce. That the Service Centers will be of HTC INDIA will be also ordered to work absolutely freely and free service for two years for HTC every customer of any type then may be closed permanently. We are the people of India not to intrude for such a bad company who illegally making billion of Rupees by selling his bad and filthy items to the people of INDIA and treating fool and make blind all the people of India not to judge anyone by his dirty actions and demeanor.

                      Dear Sir/Mam, i have bought HTC desire 626G+ on 28, april, 2015 and very next day my phn got damaged and i gave my phn to HTC service centre on 9th, May, 2015 and service center's request no. is Q7S[protected] which is given on service report they gave the time for 10-15 days when i called first of all service centre people they never pick the call i called atleast 30 times they didn't respond.then i called the customer care centre they said ur phn is ready but when i called to service centre they told me that they dont have the parts of my phone so it will take again 10-20 days more. Still part is not available in the service centre i called many times in the service centre always they told me same thing this phone was launched 6/7 months before.i dont know what company is doing they never response to their customers.

                          My Ticket no is 15INA[protected] The display of my HTC Desire 816 was broken and i gave it to service centre in Noida Sec 18.. Its been now 1 week they have not even generated the quotation for the estimate cost.. I do most my official work from my phone and it is getting impacted badly ... I had also requested for the spare phone from HTC but didn't got any positive response..This is the first time that i have dealt with HTC CARE and so far experience is disastrous that i am getting from HTC.. I request you to please look into this matter ASAP and give some resolution for the same.

I give repair to HTC center in TVS Electronics Ltd., Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500018 on 07.05.2015 but still no update. If i called that number not working every time i taken leave from my office i go and ask details they don’t give proper response. Really i never sceen stupid service like this. i wrongly buy HTC mobile i never preferred to buy anyone...

                              In last 3 weeks my phone has been operated for 4 times and yet its issues are not solved. if one issue is solved other issue comes up. first i had a issue with battery and other issue was i was not able to insert my sim card in slot one of my htc 816G. After receiving my phone after service after around 7 days still i was not able to insert my sim card. On companing again they made some change on motherboard but denied to give me on written patter that they have touched my mother board. After having quarrel with manager he wrote that they have touched the motherboard. Then on reaching home i found that my slots 2 stopped working. Then after that issue was resolved my camera becomes blur and the option of front came stopped coming. Then when i went to complain they said it has virus and asked me to come if again same problem comes after factory reset of my phone, They (MR Jatin - manager of Ahmedabad service center, shyamal road) promised me to give me temporary phone if the issue doesnot get resolved. My issue was not resolved after i did the factory reset. So i went to service centre again but i found that My Jatin was not there, other executive told me that they have operation today (friday 5th June 2015) and told me that they dint have any temporary phone and ask me to collect the temp phone on 6th June 2015 after 2pm. when i went to collect the temp phone on 6th June 2015 at 4pm I found that Mr Jatin, who had operation on 5th June was present at service center. So they lied to me on 5th June. they I was asked to wait for 10min by Mr Jatin, but he came at 6.40 to meet me back after i did quarrel at the service center. Then he took my Job sheet and told me to wait again for 5min so that he goes and get the temp phone. Then at 7.00pm when every one went home i was told to sit for an hour so that they get my phone repaired. after waiting for so long when i received my phone back i found that my camera issue was resolved and on reaching home when i tried to insert my sim card i found that i was not able to insert my sim card in slot 1. :( :( :( having left my job for 2 hr daily visit to service center of HCL for 1 week and still issue are not solved i am very diss appointed with HCL and will never ever buy any HCL phones and will never recommend HCL phone to any one.The people at service center are very rude to customer and sometime went inside the cabin and dint come out for 15-20 mins.So if any body want to get service make sure you have minimum 2hr spare with you.

                                dear sir, I am bharat singh shekhawat from ajmer rajasthan. Same days ago I send my htc desire 816g mobile phone for sim card slot repair in htc authorized service center. 15 days later my phone come back after repair. Sim card slots problem is not solved but new problem also generate after repair is that my back camera & flash light not working. this is a example of poor service by htc service center.                                   MODEL NUMBER - HTC Desire 826 Dual sim IMEI NUMBER - [protected] SERIAL NUMBER - CC53PYG06224 Respected Sir, I purchased HTC Desire 826 dual sim on May 1st, 2015 from S.K.Cellular, pimpri, Pune 411017 with in 3 weeks from the date of purchase, i got touch pad problem badly, i went to service center on May 30, 2015 and submitted the phone as they were saying phone will be repaired and back to you with in 14 days. after 3 days, i made a call on the service center requested to replace the phone and they were ready to replace the phone. and told me to check the ticket status @https://e2e.tracking-asia.htc.com. when i checked, i did not get any status regarding my ticket. My ticket id is 15INA[protected] and emailid = mmonicaa.[protected]@gmail.com. And, now service center person is not responding on phone. I would request you to please take it seriously, and replace the phone. I would like to inform that it is a period of great agony for me as i am unable to make calls, check emails & other important communications like sms etc .. I request immediate intervention by HTC official to take care of this request & replace it with a new phone.                                     Hie HTC, This is Vishal Zende my alternate number is [protected]. I have submitted my HTC Desire 600C handset on 6/04/2015 at V-Care Mobitron authorized Service Center Vile Parle (Mumbai) for repair work of my touch screen which was under warranty period till 26/05/2015. As informed by your executives at service center i was assured about getting my handset on 17th of April 2015. After continuous followup these with them and HTC call center (call center which takes minimum 15 minutes to connect to executive) their is no response and no firm answer about when i will get my handset back and only answer is get is " we have taken forward your issue to higher authority" and your handset is likely to be delivered to you by next week. I don't know which next week, i don't know when their next week is gonna come. Its almost 5 week i m awaiting for my handset. i have also informed at call center, if these are not able to repair, please provide me with a new handset.
