i bought a htc phone (desire 616 dual sim) on 13 july 2014, with in few months it started giving trouble and was not charging, i submitted it in the service center of kamla nagar, new delhi as it was under warranty and they took more than a month to return it and they didnt even return my old set rather a new set was provided. moreover, the customer care executives were very rude. i was fooled around for more than a month. recently on 8 of june 2015 i again submitted the battery of my device in the same service center as it got swollen and it was under warranty, its been more than two weeks and i am still not being told the confirmed date to collect my device and the customer care executive dont answer my calls. i have been troubled like anything.i have all the necessary proofs against this brand.even my warranty was not enhanced since i was not able to use my device for more than a month.

The latest mobile of HTC is just 4 days old and this is giving enormous amount of trouble in each and every section. Date of purchase 14th june 2015 incident report already to h&c complaint mail on 16th june 2015 details of the problems the battery heats up pretty bad the battery gets down and ultimately off too soon the signal gets dropped many a times while the other set of samsung and apple is having no trouble at the same location This is the first time i went for HTC and really i think they cheat alot with there sub standard products and gimmicks.the response from the company was very usual and they are not even bothered about any complaints just the same old rotten answer the possible solution will be a refund or something close or an upgrade prosenjit chatterjee [protected]

I purchased HTC 820 desire dual sim on 11 April 2015 from Ambala cantt, Haryana, India. I have been facing problem in the handset just after one week of purchase for which I registered my complaint at customer care. Later I went personally to service centre in Jalandhar & my problem was resolved but then i started facing problem with Mike and I went to the service centre again on 19 May 2015. I filed DOU (for exchange) at the service centre & their representative ensured me about the replacement of the set. He told me that i[censored] are facing hardware problem then it will be changed and the lady which inspected my set told the HTC company that my set had manufacturing defect as well as hardware problem . But then also my set was not changed even due to multiple problems in the set. The same day in the evening customer care representative denied the replacement of the handset. I am facing mental harassment since my problem has not been resolved till now. According to HTC's policy, if there is any problem within two weeks of purchase, the handset is replaced but in my case, I was denied the replacement. My problem increased when on 19 june 2015, my mobile fell and damaged. I went to service centre at Ambala cantt again yesterday, i.e. 20 june 2015 and submitted my handset for repair as its screen was completely damaged & it stopped working. My request to you is to kindly provide me the compensation for all the inconvenience and mental harassment i faced in this process. I had given my mobile phone HTC One (M8) for repair at the HTC TVSE Kurla Service Centre on 28/05/2015 as my battery was draining fast. From 7% it would either go to 1% or directly switch off, I also gave my USB charger as it was loose and not always working properly. When I was submitting my phone I was told that it would take 15-20 days which is a very long time as it is, and today it's 21/06/2015 and 24 days have passed. It's shocking that my phone still isn't repaired. Please take the required action so that i can get my phone back at the earliest as I am having a hard time without it. Serial number: HT45HWM05072

I took delivery of your product as on 18.06.2015 from Kolkata Service Center. I was said the product was a replacement against the defective product which was submitted by me as on 29.05.2015. But to my dismal I found that new product delivered to me is a sham. I am well verse with the recent news article on the service quality of your company, but my previous experience had been well enough not to hit my confidence but after the despatch of delfective product in the name of replacement is nothing less than a FRAUD, which was not at all expected from company like you. If you want to retain the customer loyalty in future I would like to get the refund against the product .

Hi Team, I have recently purchased HTC desire 816g blue at Pune which was delivered on 18th June 2015. I found that the charger gets heated to an extreme state even when put on charging for maximum time of 5-10 mins. Can I please get it replaced or please suggest some alternative measure for the same. After regular followups it was informed to me that your device has been repaired and i can collect it on 27th may, 2015. When i reach over their i found out that only battery was repaired and the camera was still remaining. I would like to bring to your notice that it has been more than one month that my device is not yet rectified, after regular followups the service centre and the customer care people are just saying to wait for the device to be repaired. At the service centre the part is not available, I am fed up following up since 7th, May, 2015 I would like to know that when my device will be rectified and will be handed over to me, I cannot wait any long as my work is getting affected.

I had submitted my htc desire 601 dual sim, in kolkata service center on 06/05/2015. the person in the service center ensured that i will be receiving my phone in 20 days, but the expected delivery date was 15/06/2015. phone had only a minor charging point problem. I had already called your help line number several times but there is no response from your side. There is also no ticket number provided to me for online checking. The delivery date has already crossed. I am really frustrated with this situation. I have purchased 620g and it had network problem.. It was not detecting any 3g network.. I gave it to the service center and its been 1 month and I have visited 5 times to service center but it's not repaired.. I'm fed up of their excuses that there is no spare parts.. Now I cant handle my patience any longer.. Just want my phone to be replaced i[censored] cannot repair it..

Ur service center is nt good at all.. the worst service center!! I gave my mobile 15 - 20 days ago... and still I didn't get it!! I went 4-5 times and wen ever I go they postponed the date!! And my home is 15 km. Frm the service center!! And tats the worst thing... u hv tat much big company and only 1 service center!! Thu... shame on htc... I will suggest everyone not to buy htc!!

I have purchased HTC Desire 820 from Saudi Arabia on February 2015 and now the phone is not detecting the SIM. I checked with Haddad warranty and they saying the SIM slot is broken and need to pay the replace of the board. Why it will not come under warranty?

I have purchase my HTC 816 G desire in oct-14, few day back i kept mobile for charging and after charging when i checked my mobile 1/4 th screen became red and two days later 3/4 screen became red then it became black, i went to HTC service center in Kurla they said your display has crack and it needs 5500 rs for replacement. Please guide or other wise i have to go to consumer court. Mayuresh

I Akshdeep singh brar have purchsaed a htc 826 dated 11/04/2015, ticket no-15INA[protected] .The touch is not working properly and during voice call the other person is not able to hear clearly the sound is very much low. They told me it will take MINIMUM 15.DAYS-OR IT WILL TAKE 20 day . HOW A CUSTOMER CAN WAIT FOR 20 ODD DAY???? As we hear brand name htc n bought a good phone but in reality now i have seen how good is its service...

I bought a HTC Desire 816 g, last month 24th. After three days its display was not working and the data got deleted. I gave the mobile to the service center in dubai, and they replaced it with new one. They were telling me that it was a manufacturer defect. Now after 15 days i am facing the same problem. Now what should i do? please guide me.

sir i bought htc desire 816g on 24 may 2015 from online shopping store, it worked good for 2, 3 days after that the phone started hanging, heating problem. and again after 1and half month its microphone stopped working, then i gave my phone to service centre on 8th may and i got my phone on 15th may, but i was shocked! when i saw my phone it had dents, scratches, its speaker was not working, its back cover was loose the engineer who repaired my phone handled it so badly that i had doubt he changed my mobile parts with someone mobile old parts and i used my phone just one and half months so there was no chances of getting scratches i am very disapointed by the service of htc i talked with the engineer of service centre they told me that they will not give me the new parts as it is not done by them.. i there by request you to please replace my mobile as it is giving me too much problems from the day i bought it...

hi sir, am buying new htc 620i model phone at last week, this mobile is ok but headset diameter is big i cant here the song etc without pain and its not comparable its very painful so could you revise the headset model for customer if anything wrong please ignore my complaint. thankyou ragu m +91 [protected]
