I have bought a htc 526g mobile this feb. It has a receiver speaker broblem now. I contacted customer care service. they are saying that the things which we have bought in online has no manufacture warrenty. I have read forums but I haven't found any where where this rule has passed. Please help me out with this.

i have bought htc desire 826 on April 6th on the very first day of launch in Poorvika mobiles in Chennai.My mobile is 1.5 months old now but its with the htc customer care for the past 2 weeks since the touchscreen has completely gone unresponsive within a month.I expected a replacement mobile but they are going to give only a serviced one even that too they have committed to give on 21st May but its has been put to hold which i came to know only yesterday.They said that they will update the status within 3 days.I badly need a new replacement due to the model htc desire 826(many similar touchscreen response complaints and other complaints are there too on this model)and the worst customer support of htc.

i purchased HTC desire 826 one week back, the phone heats up for no reason, it heats up to the extent that i can even iron my clothes with my phone.The phone is excellent except for the part that it heats up like a heater.Even the battery backup is horrible.please fix my problem, else replace it

before 8 months (sep 2014 ) I gave my htc salsa phone for touch problems, the fact is that even after 8 months (may 2015) my phone has not been repaired in erode authorized service station of htc Name : SUNRISE CELL CARE, ERODE. they have not at all responding even after continuous request in person and they have not at all responded in phone

My name is Syed Mahmood Tahla, a resident of Bangalore. I purchased a HTC 820 phone from Sangeetha stores on February 6 2015. Since my phone's headphone jack was not working, I decided to give my phone for service to the HTC Service center in Whitefield on the 20th of May to sort out the issues pertaining on my phone. They mentioned to me that they will return the repaired phone back to me within a maximum period of 2 weeks. It has been more than 31 days, and they have failed to return the phone or inform to me about the status of my phone's service. The phone was also under warranty. I am deeply disappointed with their service and I expect them to return my repaired phone by 23rd of May or I will take up this matter in legal ways.

I have submit my New Mob for reparing in Office No - 201, Second Floor, Sagar Plaza, Diit Centre, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi-110092 on 07 May 2015. My Ticket No- 15INA[protected] and Job No - DEL[protected]. I am serving in Indian Army. I am posted in Delhi Army HQ, but my transfer New Delhi to Agartala. I will go within 5 days. please repaired my mob phone and informed me my Mob No - [protected].

Ticket no. 15INA[protected] Earlier also I have complained for not taking any action for the quotation and that was accepted automatically without sending mail to me. Right now no exect date was given by the service center and every 3 days when I call them they told me to wait for the next week.i am completely fed up with the working. Only the touch has to change and for that no exect date was given by service center/complaint cell. When I submitted the phone for repair at that time the person at service center assuring that not to worry for the phone it will be repair with in a week including the quotation acceptance also but after a week he was saying may be the part is not available so you have to wait for the next week. From 29 April today 21 May is about to pass but i don't have any inform or the last date when I get my phone. Please take this complaint seriously bcos my work is suffering without phone.. That's my humble request to you to repair may phone as soon as possible.

I have submitted my htc one phone on service center one month back, there is no response from service center. I couldnt event get the status on the service. Service center contact number is either switched off or busy always. Contacting Customer care too, have to wait for long call queue. The service center has less number of counters to handle the customers. Customers have to wait for more than 4 hours in the queue to just to submit their phone. There was totally more than 300 customer waiting. I just felt, if you had issue in your htc phone and you are in bangalore, you will get screwed.

two months before i sent my wildfire s mobile to nearest service centre, they sent this to htc banglore, after several phone calls, still they are saying that they have not get confirmation from me, but i have sent this confirmation mails several times. i fed-up with this service, i need to approch consumer forum, please suggest

I bought HTC Desire 516 on 17.05.2015 at price Rs. 10, 200/-, After opening it, when i check its camera, the camera quality is very poor, even not vga, not even 2 Mega pixels. i have spent Rs. 10, 200/- by seeking its features but its camera is of very poor quality. pls. give me a solution.

Hi, We have purchase HTC phone model no. desire 210 dual on 08-March-2015 and it was dead on 27-Apr-2015 and we submmitted phone on HTC service centre Inderlok. We called many times at service centre and we got same reply that it was send to repair centre at HTC you can called at customer care no. [protected]. Then we called HTC customer care we got the complaint no. "15INA[protected]". After two days we again called and we di not get any resolution. I am a resident of sec 31-c chandigarh.I had some issues in my phone so i decided to give it for an inspection to TVSE Electronics Ltd, SCO-104, First Floor, Sector 47C, Chandigarh-160047 on 13th may 2015 I went over there on 15th of may so as to receive my phone back but the service centre person told me that some of its parts are needed to be replaced so i will get my phone back on 18th may.Since i was not told about the parts to be changed on 13th may, i was completely clueless that such a scenario would take place. I tried to contact on their number i.e[protected] but the phone was never received or picked up.EVEN TODAY i[censored] try to call on their number, it won't be connected. Today evening at 1700 hrs, i went over there and was misbehaved by their working staff despite of the fact that neither they told me about the status of my phone nor the returned my phone back to me.INSTEAD, one of their staff members verbally misbehaved with me by saying verbal abuses and saying that he isnt FREE just to give me my phone. It should be noted that i waited there for 20 mins and was completely ignored.Through this complaint, i request you to kindly take some serious action by closing this service center TVSE Electronics Ltd, SCO-104, First Floor, Sector 47C, Chandigarh-160047 so as to make common people like me believe that there is still justice left in our system.

I had submitted my phone for servicing on 17 March 2015 at Kolkata e-mall HTC service center, since there was some technical issue in relation to phone. The phone was not operating properly and was vibrating at the time of switch on with a blank screen. My cell phone is in warranty period. I have visited the center thrice after 17 March 15, every time, the reply from the service center executives were that it will take one more week. If this being the case, HTC service centers should provide the replacement for the cellphones. I am highly regretting for purchasing a HTC smartphone which has such a poor service quality.

There was a problem that occurred with my HTC One M8 phone on the last sunday. The phone got completely switched off post which it failed to turn on. I thus approached the HTC service centre on the South end road in Bangalore on tuesday. After having waited for 3 hours, I met a customer care representative who had absolutely zero knowledge with regard to anything, whether phone or even customer service. He just told me that he would send the phone to the service centre as he failed to understand the problem with the phone and would update me in 4 working days and provided me with 2 numbers to contact in case I don't get a call from them on the receipt that I got. The 2 numbers when called gets absolutely zero response even after tried since 2 days. When finally that rep picks Mr. Harish picks the call, he very rudely says that it is personal number and that I should not call him, when it was he who has written that number and did not mention that it was his personal number. Now he says that he doesn't know what has happened to the phone and that by Friday he would be able to tell me the status of my phone. Though the phone is amazing, with this kind of a pathetic and absolutely poor service with customer care and disappointing customer care and the way the customer is treated, I think I would just not recommend HTC to anybody. I had submitted my htc 816 g mobile handset on 1-4-2015. For some display issue they are still not done there work last 1.5 Month 1st they took 15 days for cost of quotation. I'm agree to pay for that of after that they are not doing any kind of work. Not answering call and not attending call after 40-50 min . Now they are saying we are not found material. But same material are Abel to done. So I'm trubleing lost of problem and they promise me they will provide mobile in 10 -15 days but it done 1.5 Months

I bought new HTC desire820s . It's back camera is very waste look like China mobile camera. And software is look like a karbon, celkon, micromax mobile software it's waste please give original htc software or lollipop software please please

I had submitted the phone in htc service center 29th April 2015. I received no acknowledgement of acquiring the phone. The live chat service sucks. Those people never release any info on the device. After a long wait of 15 days i expect my phone to be returned to me safely. To my surprize the phone is very badly handled I see all scratch marks on the screen. Scratch marks on the back panel. I was told on chat that the device battery and camera are replaced. On acquiring the phone I realized that the battery issue has not been solved rather its worsened, and the camera was working perfectly I donno why the hell they replaced it I never asked them to, but now it totally suck.. the screen is filled with noise when I click photos. I am really frustrated by htc service. will never recommend htc.

I had been talk with customer care & higher authority named as Mr Parth many time. but my issue not solved by htc . higher authority told me i gave 30% discount of your service charges, but i told them ser kindly listen my issue that my handset 4 times visit at ur service center (TVS JAIPUR). so how my handset's warranty period expired because in a one year my handset visit ur service center 4 times and service center takes appx. 1 month resolved my problem. thats why my handset 8 months with my side and 4 months with htc service center. how my handsets warranty period expired. Mr parth told me u want 30% discount or not otherwise ur handset fully charged. every time my handset had same problem disable motherboard. this problem not solute by service center and i have got mentally and economiclly herrasment from htc .. i really disappoint with HTC customer service center or customer care. I want replace my handset because above issue (disable motherboard) has raised again, but customer care not agrred with me. many times i talked with cutomer service executive named as Rakhee, Bipasha, Aakansha, Farheen, Rubina and many more but all they are not resolved my issue. I continue talk with them last 20 days till 2 to 3 hours but they not solute my issue. my handset submit service center 15 april 2015 but till now my handset at service center.
