i bought HTC Desire 826 Dual Sim mobile, with IMEI nos [protected] on the very next day of buying, the touch of the phone goes faulty, on this i have given my phone to HTC service center. i didn't received any satisfactory replay from the service center till 1 month, than i mailed the details to company email, on which they called me and asked the time span of 7 days. again after 7 days i didn't received my phone, so i called the customer care, again they asked me for 24 hrs, and faild to return my phone than also, so i dropped a mail to company email, but didn't received any replay till now. that is why i had to write this complaint here. its a very humble request that please insist them to give my phone back or my hard earned 25000 rs back. attaching the image of given service job card. and snapshot of sent mails. regards, Vishal Goyal

    I had bought a Mobile Phone 526G+ 10-4-15 only after 2 months there is some issue in Display. We have been following up past 3days against service request. I wonder how can some part not be available in the development centre As per ASC when so many units are produced daily. Once a product is sold it doesn't matter to the company anymore.

      It is informed that, my mobile is not working especially not accessing internet, the said problem was already complained to the concerned service center at Visakhapatnam on 22nd May 2015 lodged complaint bearing No.15INA[protected], till the same problem is not rectified, when i have received from the said service center . Hence, kindly do needful in the matter at your end.

        I Kapil Rathi I submit my mobile htc desire 210 in satyam communication on dated 09/05/2015 for repair(mike problem and battery back up)and ticket no 15INA[protected]. today 17/06/2015 more then 1.25 month duration of submit my device, I have not yet received my phone. due to this problem, my mobile bill in progress without stop... who payble ????? without usage???? No any body uderstand to my problem. Satyam communication asks contact to coustemer care and coustemer care asks i don't know ...what the hell???? Who will be tell me and undrestand my pain?????           i was purchased HTC 626G on[protected], and after 2 days phone got damaged then after 10 days given to service center on 9-5-2015 and make call to service center but till today no any reply from service center, whenever call pick then told me one sentense "parts not available in stock" so its not my fault parts not available, its your hadke not mine, i was purchased phone because of needed of that and use but i was buy this and not use this from 2 months my phone in service center but til today not any response. so plz solve this issue otherwise i can go in court for fire case, i dont want to do this because of if normally it will solved then not need to fire case if you solve this as soon.if customer not satisfy then its not good for company. regards priya id-pari.[protected]@gmail.com contact:-[protected]

            I had bought a @HTC_IN Desire 826 in June '5 for which the Speaker problem in 6 June'15 (1 day from purchase) due to some Manufacturing Defect, handset was submitted at one of the service centers on 10-jun-15, and againg 13 june 2015 The device was repaired thrice in a span of same days and yet not resolved...aging submitted 11 June 2015 yet not resolved HTC Service center C-102, 1st Floor, C-Block, Ansal Plaza, iNew Delh

              I had bought a HTC Desire 816G in Jan '15 for which the Microphone malfunctioned in Apr '15 ( 3 months from purchase) due to some Manufacturing Defect. The handset was submitted at one of the service centers on 5-May-15. The device was repaired thrice in a span of 10 working days and yet not resolved. However, even after several visits to the service center, I was asked to call up the customer care and request for quick resolution and the service center couldn't help us in this matter. When i tried reaching the customer care, all I got is a standard response that they would escalate this issue and would arrange a call back for which i have got only one call back (out of 6 calls that I had made), to understand the issue and I was told that they would check with the service center and arrange for a replacement. I noticed that both the Service Center and the Customer Care were not really bothered about the customers' issues, and the responses were pathetic and many a times irresponsible in nature. Its been already a month and a half and yet awaiting resolution. A customer cannot wait for months together for a Manufacturing Defect and after investing ~20K on a failure Handset (this model itself has known issues). We expect the service provider to understand this aspect and provide a quick resolution instead of keeping the customers wait for months together. Despite of several tickets raised, there is no response from the HTC HQ for more than 20 days (as per the Service Center), which is not at all acceptable. I have been a customer of HTC from 2002 and am feeling highly disappointed with the least level of service from the same. I would request for a refund so that I can go for some other brand having said that I am not trusting on any other models of HTC currently. Also I am not ready for this kind of situation again post replacement. I regret for buying this model from HTC even after many of my colleagues and friends asked me not to.                 i vikram jit singh have purchsae a htc 826 dated 28/04/2015, from last 3 days atlast i got the customer care center.ticket no-151NA[protected] .JOB NO :DEL[protected]. i touch is not working properly and heating problem . n battary last 4-5 hrs only. they told me it will takeMINIMUM 15.DAYS-OR IT WILL TAKE 20 day n you will get new one.. HOW A CUSTOMER CAN WAIT FOR 20 ODD DAY???? IS IT POSSIBLE. n they even didnt have any substitute phone for that. as we hear brand name htc n bought a good phone but in reality now i have seen how good is its service...

                  i have an htc 820q dual sim handset(imei-[protected]) which i purchased in january this year ...its running in warranty.. i had a broken on 20/05/2015 screen and so i submitted the phone to the nearest htc service centre on the same day dated 20/5/2015...they promised me the returning of my device totally repaired last by 5th of june 2015 ..so i waited and there was no response on that day so i called up there customer care number and got a lousy response saying that they'll see to it and will let me know within 24hrs. still there was no reverting from there side ..since then ive been calling them filing complaints and requesting them to get my phone ready as quickly as possible...i even went there too check out the status of my phone and all they said was that it will take a month more as they dont have supplies ... i asked customer care to provide me with a stand by phone till then but still there is no response and its been 3 days since i asked ..im really frustrated over this useless brand but still i never loose my nerve while talking to them over the phone or in person...but now im done i would never suggest my group to buy an htc because the mental conditioning you receive..its not worth it ..i need my phone ..they are for our feasibility or our we for there's'.. and so i wish to file a complaint against them and i want some really strict action to be taken against them for the mental harassment and torture

                    when you do your next software up date, get rid of stupid notifications in lock screen, I don't need to know I have locked screen or notification about my weather app. I just want my text messages notification and I like the lock screen just fine the way it used to be and my music I could go back and forward from the song that is playing, I can only go forward and that's if I can hit the tiny little area that has the forward arrows on it you need to sort your out or I will buy a new phone and it wont be HTC!!! and get your arse into gear and sort the space bar issue it is not sensitive enough any wonder you will not have very good sales if this is the you deliver

                      I bought M8 a month ago and it's the worst decision of my life! I Bought on eBay. It gets so hot when data is on. It doesn't charge completely. And by mistake even if it does, the battery drains so fast. I have uninstalled so many apps. How can you sell such phones? Don't you check before leaving them into the market?

                        I bought my phone July 30 2014; And about 6 months later the Sim card reader stopped working. When I managed to get it to the repair center in Bahrain under the warranty service, they took about two weeks to "fix" the issue even thought i told them I did the troubleshooting myself and am 100% sure that the SIM card reader needs to be changed. When they handed it back it still didn't work. and then about three weeks later, today, they finally fixed it. But they also brought a lot of other problems with it. 1) The screen is taken out wrong so you can feel a small bump that was not there before. 2) The sound system is completely distorted, so I can't hear music/watch videos/talk on the phone clearly at all. Another issue was that the guy there tried to snoop in my private gallery. Luckily I had another security software in case they would do something like that so he wasn't able to see anything. By this long time (Since early February until Mid June) I had to use another phone that is completely outdated and can't be used for the everyday functions the new handheld provides today. And I don't want to wait any longer for them to try and "fix" my phone again. So I want a new phone without the issues I currently have. Whatever proof you will need email me and I shall provide them.

                          Dear Sirs, I am writing to you to complain about the HTC mobile ( Desire 820 g dual sim), I bought on January 4, 2015. It proved to be a great handset fulfilling all my requirements . Unfortunately, however, on may 24, 2015, it stopped working without any liquid or fall down or any other physical damage. The mobile was then on may 26 taken to the store in faridabad, haryana from where i bought it. Unfortunately, the store was incapable of resolving the problem and asked us to drop in the service center, they did not entertain our problem for more than 5 mins and further to it, they were incapable to inform about the service in the same city. Later in day, we went to the center, by looking the address on internet, unfortunately it was just a collection center, they were willing to send that handset to Gurgaon where the actual HTC service is there in near by areas. As per the problem, minimum a week and maximum 10-15 days, they even promised that next day of submitting i.e. 27 may, we will receive an email regarding the problem of the handset, but non of these things happened. It is very sad and disappointing that even after 15 days they are still not able to recognize the problem and damage. Our constant effort to be in touch with service, they are not willing to response and want more time. It has been 20 days, I have never been so disappointed with any company and there service. You should change the full form of HTC from high tech computers to "LOW TECH SERVICING AND HANDSETS, and motto from HERE's TO CHANGE, well you could not even change a part of a small handset. After 20 days, I still don't have a date on which the handset will repair . NO WARRANTY COMMITMENT. For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset. I look forward to your immediate response.                             Hi, The biggest mistake that I have ever made in electronics is buying this phone - easily the crappiest handset I have ever bought. Heck at this price, even micromax has better build quality, else how can you explain the slim slot malfunctioning twice in less than a year of ownership?? Now, when I would go to the service center, they would behave in a way that they are doing a favor on my entire existence on this planet, but even allowing me to come over there... and they would give me time schedule of 15 days to fix this issue. The worst part, I would need to have the mother board changed, which means I would loose my data and softwares. Just look at the photo, how I am managing to make that thing work. Kudo HTC, you have managed to make a complete out of me!!

                              dear sir, I am bharat singh shekhawat from ajmer rajasthan. Same days ago I send my htc desire 816g mobile phone for sim card slot repair in htc authorized service center. 15 days later my phone come back after repair. Sim card slots problem is not solved but new problem also generate after repair is that my back camera & flash light not working. this is a example of poor service by htc service center. My mobile phone IEMI NO. [protected]. Please my problem soon.

Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not expected from a company like HTC and their agents are giving me false commitments that the phone will returned tomorrow but god knows the tomorrow will come or not & still i will not getting any response and no info about the status of my Device. so please tell me when it my device otherwise it will take a strict action for the HTC company.                                   I have my HTC Desire300 mobile. yesterday I put an unlock pattern on it and forgot it after a short time (stupid me) but i entered it wrong something like 25 times and now the only way to sort out the problem is to enter my gmail address and password. Much to my annoyance it hasnt accepted it at all in any way. I have read in many other sites that a lot of HTC customers have problems like this especially the email address problem. I would be extremmely thankful to anybody that can help me out . please help me sir/madam ...

                                    HTC has the worst service centre. God help those whose HTC phone get damaged and need repairing. My new HTC desire purchased on 5th april, 2015 phone fell and the screen was broken and I gave it to insurance company, SG solutions, where the phone was insured. After one month of keeping my phone they returned it saying that they cannot get it repaired as HTC is not providing them with the broken part and so without having any option i took it back and gave it to the service centre of HTC on 28th May, 2015. There they have been making a fool out of me for the past month that the part will arrive soon and i will have my phone very soon. I have tried to contact service centre for the past five days but it is impossible to reach them. Today at last my wishes were answered and after 20 mins of waiting someone picked up the service centre number. But to my horror they told me to contact them on Monday as they saying that they have no information and they will update me only on next Monday. What can a customer do when they have to deal with parrots on the phone who just say one thing again and again and do not understand the problem of the customer who is without a phone for the past two months which i have just used for 20 odd days. God help them who buy a phone from HTC as there are no service centres or parts available in India and as or government does not ban this company from terrorising the customers i request you to do so as this is a very bad case of adverse effects of monopoly and all competitions laws are violated here.

                                      1. Service Center never opens on time 2. Service Center cannot check the problem in my phone and will return back it after 20 days, if so please provide me with a second hand phone for the timing if it exceeds 7days 3. Service Center should belong to one brand but there is only one person sitting in casuals handling service center for other brands.

                                        i had bought htc 620g on march 11th from ebay. it was a dual sim phone. one of my sim got stuck in the phone and i tried to remove it but the slot was damaged in the process which amounted to my warranty being void but it was still stuck inside so i decided to visit HTC service center in malad west. that was my worst mistake ever. i stepped in and described my issue to them to which they told me "your warranty is void since its a physical damage" to which i replied "i know but i just want my sim to be removed'' to which she agreed and went in. some minutes later they called me and gave my phone back. i switched it on but there was just a BLACK SCREEN and nothing else i could see. i told them the display issue to which they replied "Your warranty is void so it wont be covered under warranty" the question is how the hell it happened? my phone was working well few minutes ago and after getting my phone back all i could see is a black screen. and they tell me "we shouldnt have taken your phone for repair" moreover they told me they didnt disassemble my phone but the VOID sticker is missing on the phone which was already on the phone. isn't fraud? well the reputed HTC company has just to brag about their brand name! its disappointing to have been cheated on.

                                        my sim slot 2 was not working so i decided to visit service center and it was within the warranty period. In pimpri we dont have service center but a authorized dealer of htc before visiting this place i have confirm with htc helpdesk that is it a safe dealer because phone is one of the asset of our life they reply "YES" it is a safe being in assurance of htc i visited the authorised dealer they check my phone and told that it is damage and ultimate they told me it will cost Rs.1230/- and given me invoice in there dealership name, i was not so aware that i have to collect ticket number they told it will take 8 to 10 days and will repair after 17 day i dint receive any call i visited the place they told it is repair and pay but in my mind i was not satisfied because will htc will give me like this invoice from there i call htc help desk they told under my name there was no phone for the repair and no ticket number i was not having which they was asking ...again i went there asking them to give my ticket number they reply ur phone is repair take it when i told i want the ticket no. they reply wait for 10 min there 10 min took 4.30 hrs again i call the htc help desk they talk to the dealer and at last was told NOT to PAY any MONEY...i check my phone and i was not happy i again give the PHONE for the repair and collected my ticket number...At they end of the day i realise that all the customer are made FOOL under the brand name of htc ...this was not expected with htc ...ultimate ur dealer have done a fraud with the customers ...
