Dear Sirs,
I am writing to you to complain about the HTC mobile ( Desire 820 g dual sim), I bought on January 4, 2015. It proved to be a great handset fulfilling all my requirements . Unfortunately, however, on may 24, 2015, it stopped working without any liquid or fall down or any other physical damage.
The mobile was then on may 26 taken to the store in faridabad, haryana from where i bought it. Unfortunately, the store was incapable of resolving the problem and asked us to drop in the service center, they did not entertain our problem for more than 5 mins and further to it, they were incapable to inform about the service in the same city.
Later in day, we went to the center, by looking the address on internet, unfortunately it was just a collection center, they were willing to send that handset to Gurgaon where the actual HTC service is there in near by areas.
As per the problem, minimum a week and maximum 10-15 days, they even promised that next day of submitting i.e. 27 may, we will receive an email regarding the problem of the handset, but non of these things happened.
It is very sad and disappointing that even after 15 days they are still not able to recognize the problem and damage. Our constant effort to be in touch with service, they are not willing to response and want more time. It has been 20 days, I have never been so disappointed with any company and there service.
You should change the full form of HTC from high tech computers to "LOW TECH SERVICING AND HANDSETS, and motto from HERE's TO CHANGE, well you could not even change a part of a small handset.
After 20 days, I still don't have a date on which the handset will repair . NO WARRANTY COMMITMENT.
For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset. I look forward to your immediate response.

my sim slot 2 was not working so i decided to visit service center and it was within the warranty period. In pimpri we dont have service center but a authorized dealer of htc before visiting this place i have confirm with htc helpdesk that is it a safe dealer because phone is one of the asset of our life they reply "YES" it is a safe being in assurance of htc i visited the authorised dealer they check my phone and told that it is damage and ultimate they told me it will cost Rs.1230/- and given me invoice in there dealership name, i was not so aware that i have to collect ticket number they told it will take 8 to 10 days and will repair after 17 day i dint receive any call i visited the place they told it is repair and pay but in my mind i was not satisfied because will htc will give me like this invoice from there i call htc help desk they told under my name there was no phone for the repair and no ticket number i was not having which they was asking ...again i went there asking them to give my ticket number they reply ur phone is repair take it when i told i want the ticket no. they reply wait for 10 min there 10 min took 4.30 hrs again i call the htc help desk they talk to the dealer and at last was told NOT to PAY any MONEY...i check my phone and i was not happy i again give the PHONE for the repair and collected my ticket number...At they end of the day i realise that all the customer are made FOOL under the brand name of htc ...this was not expected with htc ...ultimate ur dealer have done a fraud with the customers ...
