It is with great regret that I am writing this letter to your as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligent services
On JAN 03 i bought HTC ONE E8 in poorvika for Rs 34500/- .
within two months i had aproblem with power button malfuction on 13th march 2015 and submitted the mobile on 14th of march to the service centre at coimbatore and by now its more than 46 days and i am not getting a proper reply.

I filed aseveral complaints with your company officials but they didn’t respond and my complaint was over looked. The most frustrating and agonizing part is that after repeatedly requesting and discussing the problem with the company's advisor, I was just given false assurances but no one was ready to solve my problem.
The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me.
With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had availed the services but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst.
I would like to notify you that your actions are liable under Section 2(1) (f) of the Consumer Protection Act for defect in goods which means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in the quantity, quality, potency and purity or standard which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the being in force under any contract. Also, as per Section 2(1)(r) for Unfair Trade Practice which refers to trade practice that involves adopting unfair means or deceptive practices to promote the sale, use or supply of any goods/service.
As a consequence of your deficient service and the incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration.
I would like to emphasize that:
• You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach.
• I have undergone extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service.
Given the above sequence of events, I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct your employees/agents to repair or replace the phone with new one free of cost or else torefund the amount of Rs.34500/- at the earliest. Additionally, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 50, 000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me due to your negligent conduct and the cost incurred by me in trying to mend this problem
In case you fail to look into the matter, I would be forced to:
• Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs;
• Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your company
• Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you; and
• Issue press releases online and in the print media.
I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.
