Dear Sir/Madam, I regretfully like to inform you that I am one of your dissatisfied customer (after sale service). I have given my phone HTC 820 for repairing on 17/04/2015 at one of your authorized service centre at “TVS ELECTRONICS LTD, kali Tower, Lalpur Chowk, Ranchi-8340001” they told me to contact them on 20/04/2015 but when I approached them they told to contact on 30/04/2015 then told me that my phone has not been yet repaired as parts are not available in India and it will take more time as they themselves don’t know whether they will get parts or not. And they are only giving time. If phone remains in service centre for more than one month without being repaired then what should a customer do after buying a HTC phone seeing this type of after sale service. Or it’s not like that is if I have done a big mistake by buying the HTC phone. I request you take necessary steps to resolve my problem or issue me a credit note of my phone purchase value knowing that the parts are not available and because of that it can’t be repaired.     dera sir/mam i bought this phone on 30/11/2014 from rohini, delhi and was facing problem with the battery life and heating, i waited for the update to come and even after that the phone didn't improve on any front . i submitted my phone on 8/4/2015 to service center in rohini and i was assured that in 8-10 days i will get my phone with issues of overheating and low battery life resolved. but it has been almost a month and still the estimation date is 16/5/2015 without any confirmation. i contacted service center and every time after holding on the phone for 30 min, i was just assured with excuse of part being unavailable. neither i m being told what part could be damaged in such short span and i am bearing the cost of some manufacturing defects.i am not being helped at any level by company, just four month old phone and its in service center for more than a month. i am harassed with such a long wait, i even had to buy a new phone to keep my work going . please help me out with it . i am fed up of waiting on calls and taking leave specially for this purpose. one and a half month wait is too much at my level. i request you to support, it will be a big favour DETAILS: ticket NO. 15NA[protected] JOB NO.- DEL[protected] MODEL NO- DESIRE 820 DUAL SIM S/N - HT4AXYC06660 IN WARRANTY

On 27/03/2015 mobile was sent for repairing but till date (03/05/2015) they neither repair nor replace mobile. I have purchasing bill but no slip for repairing provided except ticket no. 15INA[protected] to check the status of the handset.

        Brought this phone on 14th august, 2014 from EZONE. around 13th of april, phone started giving problem. issue was instrument was over heated and battery use to go down with 2/3 hours. pieces was submitted at service centre on 16th april. After 2 weeks, it was given back by saying the MotherBoard was faulty and replaced with new piece with warranty period of 3 months. from last 2 days, problem still persist, it takes 2 and half hour to completely charge the battery and on standby mode it run maximum for 7 hours. if I start making phones call - how much time it will work ???? as customer after inveting Rs.22k I am absolutely not happy, either the piece is replaced with new handset or given a new piece with what ever difference to be paid (since this piece is not available as told by service centre). i will never ask close ones to go for HTC as never had any issue in any of my earlier phones. hope this to be taken seriously and resolved at earliest, else as customer i have to look for other option to get my value for money Pankaj [protected]

          On my earlier complaint htc hold my ph. approx. one month and know seven days left, ph is under repair . Htc company employ is not responding well, i feel like a beggar and Mr. Gaurav (htc company contact person) speak like boss and have no time to listen customer complaint.

            Not working properly my phone from January from the date of buying ... complain so many times but no response I have Bought HTC desire 816g I should not able to use phone properly Because the phone is using me... So u should never buy these phone 816g 1 time given to service center then also not working properly Not any kind of response

                Hand set was deposited to TVS Gurgaon centre for repair under warranty (expiring on 13/4/15) . Due to part non availability It is almost one month. When I asked repair shop to return my handset and repair it when parts arrives, they say I will loose my warranty. if it continues further, I will have to choose path of consumer court.

                  i had purchased htc desire 516 mobile but i m sorry to write u that from date of purchase i have lot of problems of htc desire 516 main are noted bellw... (1)microphone performance is too poor, most of time one way talk is there. (2) volume for listering music is too week /poor. i had lodged complain with this forum last month but no body had replied my complain .pl.if possible provide me registration no to my mail id. if any charge is requre to pay to lodge complin pl inform me on my mail id.,

                    I bought a brand new HTC 620g Handset & within 2months of its purchase i started facing issues. & i visited the HTC service centre of Kolkata which again a Painful experiance & i have to submit my Handset over there & they stated that it will take minimum 20days to replace a small part. I submitted the handset on 10th March & now its approximately 60days & no response & in order...& No way to contact them & get an update. HTC very poor After sales service.

                      It is with great regret that I am writing this letter to your as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligent services On JAN 03 i bought HTC ONE E8 in poorvika for Rs 34500/- . within two months i had aproblem with power button malfuction on 13th march 2015 and submitted the mobile on 14th of march to the service centre at coimbatore and by now its more than 46 days and i am not getting a proper reply. To your note that ticket no is - 15INA[protected] I filed aseveral complaints with your company officials but they didn’t respond and my complaint was over looked. The most frustrating and agonizing part is that after repeatedly requesting and discussing the problem with the company's advisor, I was just given false assurances but no one was ready to solve my problem. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had availed the services but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst. I would like to notify you that your actions are liable under Section 2(1) (f) of the Consumer Protection Act for defect in goods which means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in the quantity, quality, potency and purity or standard which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the being in force under any contract. Also, as per Section 2(1)(r) for Unfair Trade Practice which refers to trade practice that involves adopting unfair means or deceptive practices to promote the sale, use or supply of any goods/service. As a consequence of your deficient service and the incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that: • You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach. • I have undergone extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct your employees/agents to repair or replace the phone with new one free of cost or else torefund the amount of Rs.34500/- at the earliest. Additionally, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 50, 000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me due to your negligent conduct and the cost incurred by me in trying to mend this problem In case you fail to look into the matter, I would be forced to: • Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs; • Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your company • Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you; and • Issue press releases online and in the print media. I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.

THREE MONTHS back i have buyed an htc desire 620g in bigc in GUNTUR. since from one month without any physical damage my mobile touch is not working .i have gave it in an htc service center in guntur on[protected].today date is[protected] what the hell is diss ..this is not the proper way your dealing with the customers .i have 2 years warrantyy.in 3 months only my phone is being not working .return my mobile in 2 days otherwise i will claim a case against u and htc service center in courtt ..disappointing with ur bloddyy service MY JOB CARD NO- HYD[protected] SERIAL NO- 151NA[protected]

Today i went to SERVICE center CHENNAI NUNGAMPAKKAM AND T NAGAR THEY TOLD GIVE TO YOUR MOBILE three day for repair with in a week but new mobile how can you Repair, iam totally upset i need replace the my mobile immediately .                             i trusted u guys and this is what i got...i bought HTC dual sim 816 in the month of october 2014 now since 3 days i am facing issuses with this phone...its charging but the batter % will not increase more than 18%..and then if i remove it from charging...i shows 1% battery. what's going on??? i should not have gone for your company phone, i ddon't know what you gguys are going to do...replace this phone..i fix it...if not i will break this phone with the hammer and i will make a video and will not ever reccomend this phone to any one...anf will upload it..in facebook and youtube... i have done all the diagnostics...even reset the phone but same issue... thanks&regards udaykumar thevar mob:[protected]

                                I submitted my faulty headphones and charging adapter in the service center approximately 25 days back at the Hudco Place HTC Service Center, Delhi, and still have not received any response. The main point to be noted here, is that there is no response too the calls as well. Either they are busy...or unanswered. I am fed up of calling them and not being responded even after their phone was busy just a few seconds back. I cannot afford to keep visiting the service center again and again. S/N: FA4A1Y900861

                                  On 21th April 2015 My htc one m8 stopped while calling and after that wont start up. I had visited HTC service center in TVS electronics ltd. Sco no- 140, sector-47 -C, chandigarh-160047. Service center customer executive told me that phone hardware is crashed and it will take 1 week to fix this problem . You will come after 1 week. But after 1 week I visited service center still phone hardware problem isn't fixed. Now they told me that hardware has to be changed and it will take 1 week more to get new hardware from Taiwan . Due to that my all office work stopped and also all contact's and data lost. It has not been a year that i have purchased this phone.

                                    Dear, Sir/Madam. My name is Rahul Mahadeo Athare, From Pune (Maharashtra). I have a HTC desire x dual SIM, l bought it on 30 March 2014, IMEI NO. [protected]. On 13 or 14 April 2015, I went to your TVS ELECTRONICS service centre as your an authorised service provider for HTC. I submitted my mobile to them and mentioned the problem l was facing while using this mobile. The problem was "screen ON/OFF " button was not working. Your service representative took my mobile and said we will inform you soon once we done inspection. After 3 or 4 days one of their representative called me and said sir actually its not a button problem your mobiles mother board need to be changed and it will cost you 7 thousand rupees. I genuinely told him no it was working properly because of that power button l am not able to switch on it but he didn't trust me and very confidently he said sir power button is ok mother board need to be changed. I said ok l will pay your inspection charges Rs.169 and l don't want to change mother board. The same mobile l took it to private repairing centre this time this guy believed me and worked on power button and see my mobile is working better. He charged me Rs.1100 Only. Shame on you people( TVS ELECTRONICS). I think your people are only interested in replacement. I have doubt whether your people are really doing inspection or not. Height of carelessness. Today I went to your TVS ELECTRONICS centre and shown them my working mobile. I asked for refund of inspection charges. They completely refused to refund it and used abusive language too.                                       Hi, I bought HTC 816 3 Months ago, , suddenly it stopped working and when I went to the service center they told me that it will be fixed within a week. However, they are not returning my phone back and always says that the parts of this phone is not available at this tym. Please come after 10 days, 15 days and so on. Its been 40+ days and still my issue is not fixed. Even if they can't repair my phone they should give me a new one. But a worse company never do that. Really pathetic service.
