I have purchased the mobile Huawei C 5320 on 19-07-08 from AMAR SALES 5, J. N. Mishra Building, Lucknow at a cost of Rs. 4200/-. On 25-07-08, I have inserted 1 GB micro SD memory card. But mobile is not responding it. I have dialed to mobile shop and personally gone to the shop from where I have purchased it. But owner of AMAR SALES instructed me if you will submit the mobile on my shop, then it will take seven days or if you have urgency personally contact service center. On 28-07-08, I have contacted the service center at Regent information system, I.T. Crossing, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow (phone[protected]. After opening the mobile, service center engineer have told me that some parts of inside of mobile is missing/broken, so mobile cannot be repaired/replaced. Only replacement is the option because the SD card slot is attached to mother board. For the replacement talk to company. On demanding the telephone number/mobile number of the company, service center official told me see the number and address on the mobile box. I want to know why not mobile be replaced/repaired. I neither open the mobile nor used micro SD memory card before nor mishandle the same. Even I have not enjoyed the mobile more than 10 days. All functions of mobile is OK, the only problem is with micro SD memory slot/function. Either the engineer who opened the mobile is not expert or engineer has done something wrong with mobile during opening by mistake/intentionally or service center is misguiding me or this may be defective. I have already talked to customer care[protected], but he told us he have send the request for replacement if not repaired. But till now, service center asking, he has not got any request for replacement. Kindly took this matter and help me. Your co-operation in this regard is highly appreciated. Such type of harassment with customer is neither tolerable nor justified nor in favour of your company. You are requested to examine the case and reply as quickly as possible so that I can take further action legally.

I bring a mobile (huawei modal -c 2900 i) esn-808fdc9f.before two month.but some problem this mobile function so i give reparing your service center(Redington india ltd jaipur, Rajasthan) sr.no-jai/08/5946 and w/o No. 01449...Date 14/07/2008.
But your service center is not respons.
I request you to plz concy my mobile change & reparing . plz i wait your mail.br...

I have Purchased a Mobile in your Brand. But my hard luck to say that all my local calls are treated as a ISD call in your organization. So, I went in your service center for get any remedy, they took my phone on 5th July, still today I have not got my set. Instead of the customer care service centre in your organization allways misguide me. Not only misguide but also misbheves. Now you tell me where I go whether I go to consumer forum or Local Thana

i bought the mobile set 6 months before, it switch off time to time. first i thought this is due to improper handling like some butten pressed that's why.But when give a proper look on it i found that it switch off itself,means this is defected.when a longer talk is made it generate heat an fm of the set is not working fine.i took it to the service center bt they put it for 3 hours and give it back to me but problem is same till now.What i have to do???????????Tell me plz.
