My Huawei nexus 6p mobile has an issue with its rear camera. I raised the complaint with Huawei on 5th May and they understood the problem and gave me a service ticket no. 22728914. After rigorous follow up with Huawei finally their tech support personnel called on 25th May and agreed that the mobile has a hardware issue for which the mobile would have to be sent to their warehouse in Chennai and Huawei would arrange for pick up of my mobile...

My huawei honor 6 h60 l04 phone purchases during july 2015 is not working properly. When it is unplugged from charger the screen goes blank. Lots of similar complaimts reported in india. Kindly advice how to brought this to the notice of the manufacturer.

I have submitted my device Nexus 6P's adapter with data cable on 26.02.2016 to authorise service center "Smart services" Bhubaneswar, because it was not working.
They told me that it will take 14 days to get it replaced.
They guys in Smart services are horrible, they don't know a single thing about customer service and they are there for the same. They don't even bother to respond in a descent way.

In January 2016 I bought a Huawei mobile in the french chain of shops Darty.
The offer promised a rebate of 30 euros on the total purchase price within 6 to 8 weeks from application date.
In June, after sending numerous emails, I still have not received any money from Huawei.
Darty, the store who sold the product are denying any involvement in the matter.
So Hawei is backing out on its promise and Darty is not...

I had display colour changing issue before and got display changed under warranty last year but it has this same issue again but my warranty expired last September I guess.i am extremely disappointed I love this phone and even recommend to may friends but having this issue irritates me . The company service centre at my city refuse to give service to my phone . I complaint about it to the customer care, they tell me for providing home pickup service for my phone . I made request by email ( as they suggest )

Hi team,

A new issue was being observed after te update of the huwaii honor 7 update to marshmello i.e android 6.0.

During the voice calls and during the video calls like Skype or hangouts . A pop up is coming up saying com.Google.search is recording

and this is causing a continuous popup . I had remofed the ACR call recorder app for voice calls sill the same issue is observed.

Worst ever product bought in my life
#huawei #nexus6p its a piece of bought from #flipkart for rs.44000/- gold color on 1st jan 2016 and it got completely dead on 18th feb 2016
There is no proper service center of them in #delhi they don't have the
Proper accessory to check the device even.
My old #iphone 5 is very superior than this device nexus6p, #google should keep a check on quality of there phones #huawei...

My huawei mobile repaired 3 times in 8 month...first time software was upgrade..second time memory card slot was changed and third time whole mother board change but mobile problem not solved..and last time at 28th dec 2015 i went to service center they was not ready to took my phone bcoz due to mother board change my imei number change...after 1 month at 28th january i gave my mobile to service center but untill now no response done by service...

I purchased a huwai honor 4c from dubai battery got swollen .i need replacement for battery in india HB444199EBC+ battery. After speaking to huwai customer service they are saying only phones bought in india can be fixed by them.this is strange as a customer i need to go back to dubai to get a battery replacement?
