Dear Sr. Manager / Mr. Mushtakim,
This complaint is against Mr. Ali @ Muskan Enterprises & against Huawei Service.
I have given my Huawei Honor 6 phone on 23rd October 2015 for screen glass replacement. Today it has been about 110 days that my phone has been kept with Muskan Enterprises in Indore, India. Today, they called me and confirmed the price of Rs.7900 which I am ready to pay but after my screen has been replaced.
I have made continuous calls to Muskan Enterprises and to Huawei service centre. Should I account for all these call charges? Only I have followed up continuously and not once have I got any response form your end or their end.
My phone's resale value has dropped in the last 4 months. Why should I pay the money in advance! Just because it is the procedure!! Have you followed your procedures by keeping the phone with you for over 100 days!

Above are two of the many complaints that I have put through. I will not pay any deposit until my screen is replaced. This is just the worst way of treating customers!
I have put this complaint in consumer forums as well. I shall make sure that none of my connections, family, friends or relatives ever buy any Huawei device.
