My Huawei Honor 6 phone stopped working due to some internal issue (later I got to know that it was due to a fault in the battery and that it was pretty common) within its warranty period.

I had given my phone for service on 30th December 2015 at an authorised service centre in Calicut, Kerala. I was told that I would get it back from service within 20 days because it had to be sent to Chennai office to be repaired.

On 16th January 2016, I got an SMS from Huawei saying that my device is in transit and that I can pick it up from the Service Centre after 18th. I called up the service centre and they told me my phone hasn't yet arrived and asked me to wait.

On January 25th, I called up the Huawei Customer care and they took a complaint and told me that if I call after 24hrs, I'll get all the details about my phone. My complaint ref number is 18244313.
I called them up on 27th and the customer care executive said I had to wait 48hrs and not 24. He also assured that I'll get a call back before 29th January.
I waited till then but no one called. When I called the customer care, the person told me my case has been escalated (the one who I talked to on 27th told me the same) and that I'll get a call back from senior desk. He refused to connect me to a senior saying that all of them were busy. I called them up the next day at 9 AM (that's when the call centre opens) but again I was told the same thing, that the seniors were busy and that I'll get a call back. I called again at 8.30 PM because 9 PM was the closing time, and again the same thing.
It is 3rd February 2016 today and up until now, I haven't received any call back or any information as to what has happened to my phone or at-least where it is at!

Kindly do something to resolve this issue.

    I bought Huawei Honor 4X mobiles on 1st Dec15.I met some problem in my device... hand over to service center 10 Dec 2015 still i am not get back my device complaint registered on 12th jan2016 still i am not right answer...the customer care is tap-recorder telling you wait some time... you wait some time... there is no authority person for commitment... my Complaint no: 17821532. i don't know how to allow this kind service provider in india...pls help me...

      Hi Team,
      This complaint is against the huawei, i brought honor 6 (IMEI:[protected]
      ) on 27th feb 2015. The mobile charger given got defective in the month of August 2015 which was sent for replacement on 27th Aug2015 as the charger is having 6 months of warranty.
      Since the case wasGenevieve the service center(Suraj technologies service center in pune) took the charger and asked to wait for 15 days for a new replacement. I waited 15 days and when i asked for the status they said they are unable to raise a ticket for replacement due to service center issue, please take the charger to other service center and ask for replacement. Now the other service is denying to take the charger as the charger was now out of warranty.
      I took this case with Huawei india and dropped an email to there customer care mail all my issue and relevant information which was sent on 15th Oct 2015. After continuous call and emails they considered the case and thus went ahead.
      Now from December they didn't responded as in when i would get my charger replaced.
      when i again went ahead and call them they told me that charger can't be replaced as it was out of warranty. Prior to that there esclation department told me clearly that my case is not a false case and i would be getting a positive response soon. Till this time i don't got my charger and neither they are replying.

        Dear Huaei Team, I am writing this email since I am too much frustrated now after following up with your service center and call center. I had some defects in my device for which I submitted it in the service center in Gurgaon, India (Mbulls Services) on 19th Dec 2015. My Work Order No is Hu15-A[protected]. S. No. is T4SBBBB4B1215611. Till date it 4th week now but still I have no updates on my phone. Service Center people says "we have sent it to the company and they are not sending it back so we cannot do anything. We will give you once it is back from there." I lodged a complaint in your call center, but that also went in vain. They only register complaints but never call me back. a TAT of 48 hours was given to me to resolve my complain but it has been around 7 days now but no response. Today also when I called I got a response from 'Charul' to wait for some more time. She will TRY TO ARRANGE CALLBACK TODAY. But still there was no confirmation on this. I am completely disappointed with Huawei Services which I availed for the first time. I have 5 huawei phones in my family and this was my first experience with your services and this is what I get. Your phones are too good but service is really bad. Sorry to complain about this but this is what I have experienced here. Hope to hear from you soon and my complaint be resolved. Thanks, Harshit

              I bought Honor Holly mobile model Holly-U19(0) in Flipkart on 21st October 2015. My mobile IMEI/serial no.is [protected]/[protected].I got loud speaker problem on 18th November 2015, even though there is a replacement warranty for mobile in Flipkart within one month after bought date but Flipkart people told me that there is no such type of warranty for this mobile. So i give my mobile for service in Tirumala Electronics, Nellore on 25th November 2015 vid job sheet receipt no. UET/HU/15/00122. and they told me that it takes a week time to service and i give there..now its becoming almost one month but i did not get my mobile back.When i called to Tirumala electronics and Huawei customer care, they are saying now also it takes more than a week. I am requesting you take proper action and do justice for me .

              I have bought Honor holly mobile model U19 through flip cart on 25.03.2015 and IMEI No is [protected] . I have faced a problem of Mobile not booting and given the mobile to Cell Tech, Egmore on 30th Oct'15. Till now mobile not got ready and I have contacted Call Center and they are simply saying wait for 1 week as not getting proper response.
              Since 2 months they are holding mobile and giving response. I request to take proper action and do justice to me.
              My customer complaint ID in call center is 16654419
              I am bought Honor holly mobile model U19 through Flipkart at Nov'2014. After 10months it will start small type of problems in mobile. After Manufacturer Warranty period, it produce more problem. The problems are, 1)Volume UP key not working properly. 2)Some type of Headphones not sitting in this mobile. 3)When i put Mobile Data is ON, the contacts list taking automatic load and call log list also. (the "contact sync" option is changed into OFF also same problem). 4)When Memory card present in mobile, it will take default storage as Memory card only (I[censored] change default storage as phone storage in settings also it will do the same). If Memory card not present in mobile only it will take default storage as phone storage.

                I had submitted my phone Huawei Honor 6 (model - honor 6 H60-L04, IMEI No. [protected]) at the Huawei Service Center of Vadodara (Ensure Support Services Pvt Ltd) on 27th Oct, 2015. My phone is under warranty period. I understand that Huawei has a policy of repairing the phone within 15 days from the date of submission. However, while submitting my phone for repair, Ensure Services had intimated that it might take 25 days in wake of sending the device to Chennai as they are not authorized to open the device. I've been regularly following up with Ensure Services regarding my phone, but they have been telling me that they have not received back and to check again in a week if my phone is returned back. It has now been almost 2 months, I am without my phone. After repeatedly following up telephonically, today on 22nd Dec, 2015 when I personally visited Ensure Services, I came to know that my phone has not been repaired. Under the pretext of floods in Chennai and that the warehouse has been severely damaged, after 2 months from the date of submitting the device, my phone has been returned back un-repaired. Furthermore, it has been communicated that another services namely Aryan Technologies have been now looking after the Huawei customer services and I need to approach them now for the repairing. Being helpless, I had no other option to take my phone back from Ensure Services and approach Aryan Technologies now to get my phone repaired. Upon consulting them, I've been told that the server is out of order and they are yet not authorized and they cant accept my phone complaint / repair order now. I've been asked to approach them after a week after which they shall place a work order for my phone and send it to Chennai Service Centre and it will again take 25 days. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING THAT EVEN AFTER THE PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS, I GET MY PHONE UN-REPAIRED. AND FURTHER, I AM ASKED TO SUBMIT MY PHONE AFTER A WEEK, AFTER WHICH IT WILL FURTHER TAKE AT LEAST 25 DAYS TO GET REPAIRED. This really does not make any sense. This means, for getting the Huawei phone repaired, one has to wait for 3-4 months and that too without any assurance of getting repaired. I seek your urgent intervention in the matter so that my phone is repaired as soon as possible. I have also send huawei a mail at service.hw.[protected]@huawei.com with my invoice copy attached but my mail hasn't been acknowledged yet. I would appreciate if the Service Centre / Customer Care please provide me the date / time by which my phone gets repaired and it is requested that time should be in days not in months. My contact no. is [protected] / [protected]. I am totally exhausted by the customer support services of huawei.
                I can understand your problem cause' I've been through this problem and still I haven't my cell.
                Same story I've as yours.

                  I had given my Huawei Honor 6 Model to Huawei Authorized Service Center(S.R Mobile Care) located at Berhampur (Odisha), India. I had given it on 13th Nov 2015 with an assurance that it will be repaired very soon, but it has not been repaired yet. When I reported this to the service center they are neglecting my queries. I fell they are cheating me. So please take serious action regarding this issue.

                    Sir I had purchased a HuaweiE8231 USB Wingle (IMEI: [protected]) on date 24.01.2015, it had stopped working so I handed it over to the service center (Muskan Enterprises, Indore, M.P.) on date 28.09.2015. After 28 days on date 26.10.2015, I received the device from service center of different IMEI no.:[protected] (old device) they said hauwei had sent this product only, but this device was also defective and was not working. again i hand over the device to service center on 28/10/2015 . i have not got the device return yet which was submitted before 75 day the device.                       1 ) huawei honor 6 mobile defective before three months so i submitted mobile in huawei service center (nagshree communication in mangalore) before three month, they are taken one month for repair after one month they are provide me new mobile then i used that mobile only days after two days that mobile dead. 2) so iam again submit my mobile to service center they again taken one month for repair after one month they are again provide me new mobile that mobile also i used after two days that mobile also dead, 3) then iam again submit my mobile to service center they take 20 days after 20 days they are provide new mobile thyat mobile i used one weak that mobile also defective problems like (auto restart, auto data deleting, in mobile no music player, no thems, no huawei home screen, no updating so many poroblems in that mobile ) 04 ) then iam again submite my mobile to service center, iam so much stragling about this poor service pls i want help iam so many time called huawei cervice center but they are not caring me pls contact me i need help this is my mobile no.                           Dear Sir On 31/03/2015, I bought Honor 4x [IMEI -[protected]]. I made this purchase at WS Retailer on Filpkart. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well. it have some dots on display. so I give the hanset on your service center on[protected] at GUNA ELECTRONICS, Puducherry. But Still now thier can't solve my problem and didn't retrun it.I also Made a complaint in your customer care.( complaint number[protected] but the sevice peroid is 15 day only but you hold my mobile for last 55 day. But still now no responsible for my device from your side and your customer center side.. their can't give any responsible for my device.I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.                             I have submitted my phone Huawei Honor 6( model - honor 6 H60-L04, IMEI No. [protected]) at the huawei service center (The S.D. Communication, Garia, Kolkata) on 28th October, 2015. Huawei has a policy of repairing the phone within 15 days from the day of submission. Now it is going to be a month. When i call at the huawei customer care they say that your phone will be repaired soon and give me a complaint number and say that their technical team will contact us within 48 hrs. This thing they have told me several times (more than 7 to 8 times) but the thing is that they never call us back, all the time they say only that they will contact us within 48 hrs. When i say them to transfer my call to the higher authority then their higher authority never pick up the call. when i visited the service center in kolkata they say that it will take more than one month to get the phone repaired. when i called the customer care and have them talk with the service center people then the service center people told them that it is the server issue and then the customer care people told me that they will tell me in two days to what to do of the phone but again they didn't call back. The service center people again told me that they will take more than one month again to get the phone repaired. Moreover, the service center people hasn't generated the invoice number of the phone yet and without generating invoice number the phone can't be repaired. i have also send huawei a mail at service.hw.[protected]@huawei.com with my invoice copy attached but my mail hasn't been acknowledged by them yet. i want my phone repaired as soon as possible and please also provide me the date/time before which my phone gets repaired and that time should be in days not in month. My contact no. is [protected]/[protected]. i am attaching my invoice and snapshot of the mail i have sent to them. i am totally exhausted by the customer support of huawei and it's service.

                              Sir mai huawei ka dongle-model no-E8231s-1 ko online site flipkart ke through liya tha mai jub sai liya hu tubhi sai isme problem create ho raha hai mai ek baar Asansol( west bangal) ke service centre mai dekhaya waha par mere huawei dongle ko recieve kar 2 month baad naya dongle provide kiya mai jub isai use kiye toh iss dongle mai 3g network show nhe kar raha hai mai or other sim bhi lagaya tubhi wahe problem ho rha hai other system mai bhi use kiya tubhi wahe show kar raha hai mai huawei service centre mai phir sai call kiya tub unhone hume tata jamshedpur jane ko bole mai waha gaya toh waha ka service centre dongle lene sai inkar kar diya mai phir huawei custumber care mai phir sai call kiya waha ke huawei service centre wale sai baat karwaya tub aapke call centre ne hume pick up service ke bare mai bataya or hume mail karne ko bola gaya mera complain no[protected] hai. sir mai aapsai request karta hu mujhe aacha dongle provide kare jisme koi problem na ho yaha waha jane mai mera paisa bhi kaphi kharch ho gaya mai ek student hu sir please iss complain ke upar action lije mai 6 month sai paresan hu thanku sir...

                                I have submitted my Huawei Honor Bee Mobile handset at Huawei Service Centre (Technocare) Lajapat Nagar on 7th Oct 2015.
                                The handset has network issue with both SIM, does not show network in both SIM. Service centre executive told me that they were sending the device to company resolve the issue and it would be take 15~20 days. After 20 days when I contacted them they told me that my device case is still pending at company end and gave me a no. of Huawei Mumbai office[protected] to take follow up myself if I want. I also started to take follow up with that no., Mumbai office gave me a complaint no 15617192 on 28th Oct. 2015, and told me that they will arrange a call back after two days. Since that day to till now I have taken four follow up with both Service Centre and Mumbai office no. and also with Customer care but my case still pending. Nobody try to respond on my case. I have not received my device yet and not any call back from both end.

Its been 20 days and i m still waiting for any update related to my phone. Its there work to get up to date status regarding any product that they are holding. Please do the needful.

I had also complained it to costumer care and at that time they said that your new charger will be sent to your address before 7th october but yet its not sent . So please sent the new charger as soon as possible to the previous address where the mobile was sent . My trust on this company will be there if charger will be sent . thank you !

                                      Hi, I submitted my phone to Salora International Service centre, Okhla, new delhi on[protected]. They told me i will get my phone back within 20 to 25 days and it's over a month i don't have any information about my phone. And the worst part is i have to visit to the service centre for any inquiry because no one picks up phone there. Related to this i made a complaint to the customer care still i did not got any response from it and they are saying that the ohkla service centre is going to close soon. Now tell me from where i'll get my phone back. I'am really losing my patience can't wait any longer and will go to the consumer court. These are the details .. Job Sheet no.                                         Huawei - Mobile Handset not returned I gave my Huawei Honor 6 mobile for Service on Sep 12, 2015 at Trinity Electronics(authorized service center), Tirunelveli. At the beginning the service center guys said they’ll be giving my mobile back in couple of days. Even after 15 days they do not know when I can get my devise. I called Huawei ([protected]) they said wait for 15 days from the date of giving mobile for service. Now I called them (Huawei) as 15 days passed and even after 15 days they are unable to advise the date of availability of my device. thanking you, K.
