I have purchase a huawei mobile only 3 months back (MAY2009). most of the time i cannot connect with any other mobile, and it is always shows unreachable while anyone try to connect me. by chance if the connection establish, the conversation breaks several time. this handset bothering me a lot, though the connection is lifetime, yet i take another mobile and another service provider.

AND DEPOSITE IT FOR SAME PROBLEM ON 16 JUNE 2009, AND THE PERSONE THERE TOLD ME TO COLLECT IT IN TEN DAYS, BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT RECEIVED MY H SET WHEN I GO THERE THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN NEXT WEEK ALL THIS IS REPEATED SAVERAL TIMES WHEN I ASK THEM FOR HIGHER AUTHORITIES CONTACT NUMBER THEY STARTS ARGUING WITH ME & TALKS IN RUBBISH MANNER.THEY EXCUSES THAT COMPANY DID NOT SUPPLIED SPARE PARTS TO THEM. OUT OF 12 MONTHS WARRENTY 2 MONTHS HAS GONE IN THIS NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO.

MY PHONE FALL FROM MY BED ONE DAY AND ITS DISPLAY BROKE IMMEDIATLY. I BELIVE THAT THE QUALITY OF DISPLAY USED WAS NOT UP TO THE MARK.
I COMPAINT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT NOIDA BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CHARGE ME RS 1300 FOR CHANGING IT <IN WARANTEE PERIOD > .SHOULD I GET IT CHANGED OR I WILL GET JUSTICE???????????

Dear Sir,

Iam a Reliance customer since 2005. Previously I was using landline phone of LG make. The phone worked for nearly 3 years, then it developed some problem. Then I enquired Reliance Web World about the replacement of the phone. I was told to wait for a week, as they did not had the stock . Again I went there next week, they told me the same thing (Infact I had visited multiple Reliance Web World, just to confirm whether this is a local problem or a global problem). This went on for almost 4-5 months. Then somehow I got a Reliance Classic Phone. It worked for almost a year then all of a sudden it stopped i.e. it went dead. I went to the Reliance Web World, to know about the service center of Classic phones. They gave me some address, I went there, but I was again redirected to some other address i.e. M/s Govinda Services.

I went there on Saturday i.e. 18th July 2009, the lady over there was very rude she did not responded properly. I asked her about the approximate date of getting the phone repair, she told me to call over phone on the weekdays to know the status of phone. I kept on calling on weekdays from 10:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs, but just to add up to my frustration nobody picked up the call.

Ultimately I went there on next Friday i.e 24th July 2009. My phone was still lying there in the same condition in which I had left. There was a huge crowd in the service center and it took approx and hour for me to reach at the counter. The person told me that the phone is not repaired and he will call me up next day i.e Saturday. He has not called me up till date.

I enquired about the customer care no. of Classic phone, he said he does not have any numbers.

I asked him(as well as the proprietor), why don't they pick up the call when some rings them, to which he replied, "you can see the crowd here, so how will a single person sitting at the counter cater to both phone and public". I replied why don't you increase the staff. He said they how will we get the profit, if I increase the staff. I was totally stocked to hear this stuff from him. If he was allotted a service center, I think this is the bare minimum facilities which he should have in a service center.

Since then I have been regularly calling at the service center, but as usual nobody picks up the call.

I request you to please do the needful or else let me know the Customer care of Classic phone.

I bought a Huawei Data Card Modem, Model No. EC325 at Kota, Rajasthan (India) through BSNL Company (Internet Service Provider) approximately one month ago. Its services are satisfying but while Net surfing or downloading, it shows “Dormant” on application window below heading “Duration” and that time neither Site opens nor Data downloads. company provided me hanset Huawei C2801 after 6 month (warranty-12 month) which was not work .i was given hanset to company service centre for repairing at Thane.service centre issued me replacement certificate dated 03.10.2008
but company not given replacement because of mobile cover box
i was provided original mobile handset, Recharger, Purchase bill, Replacement Certificate
but company ask for mobile coverbox insted of new mobile set

I purchased a Huawei CDMA mobile handset model no. C2901 with TATA INDICOM connection from KAMAL COMMUNICATION, TATA INDICOM True Value Shoppee. Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, bill no 1763 on dated 06/11/08
There was a problem in this set. The phone set is in the warranty period. I give it to Huawei service centre, MDR Services India Pvt. Ltd. at Vikas Marg, Shakarpur Delhi. on dated 28th March 2009.
But after a month it is not getting repaired, every time the service centre says that the part is not available.
I make a complaint (Complaint No 65677) on 22.04.2009 to Huawei but no action is taken.
I also make a complaint to TATA INDICOM, but they also took no action.
The Phone set is still at Huawei service centre.
Sir, I am facing a big problem, I am unable to use the no. of TATA INDICOM from more than a month.
I don’t know where is the problem and from where and how to get service. Please help me in getting my set repaired at the earliest.

I have purchase Reliance CDMA huwai classic 2258 base phone for resindence purpose on 5th december 2008. after 3-4 month phone is out of service then i was visit retailler shop the name is TARUN SOUND AND ELECTRICAL. I told please help and give me carbon copy of bill for warranty purpose becase srvice center demanding the same he is not provide any details and behave badly and abuse language. Kindly lanch my complaint and take legal action angainst them. His address are bellow.

Dear Sir,

I purchased one Huawei CDMA mobile handset model no. C2288 from M/s Shammi Telecom, Delhi, bill no 1137 on 18/03/08. There is some problem in the set. I approached Hauwei Authorized Sservice Centre M/s S K Enterprises, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-110009, India, but he refused to provide any service on that handset. The dealer is not listening to me.

I don’t know where is the problem and from where and how to get service. Please help me in getting my set repaired / replaced at the earliest.

can not access internet from mobile to pc give solution and provide drivers

complained about the problem to customer care( complain no-3051), BSNL ; but didn't get any result.
Bill will be coming from this month(Rs-200/- fixed)
Please take necessory action at an early date, otherwise I shall have no other alternative, but to consult with consumer forum.

My huawai handset is automatically got locked. I went to RT Outsourcing, Authorized service center, B-19, 2nd Floor, Old DLF, Sector-14, gurgaon. Where I talked to Ms Madhu Raina, incharge of service center. When I told my problem that my huawai phone is automatically gots locked without putting any pin number. Then she and her technical person gave me the fake explanation that your phone is locked because my handset is old and now tata indicom company has introduced new sim of smaller size but my handset is of older model so its got locked by putting big sim. M using mobile since 10 years and that service incharge and her technical person is giving me such reason. If this is the reason of phone locking then why should customer suffer for this? How we would come to know that company has launched sim of smaller size. When I told all these things to Ms Madhu Raina, Service center incharge, she said she is helpless and I have to pay service charge or Rs 150. Why will I pay that money? If by simply putting sim in my handset, it got locked. This problem will arise again and again whenever I will change my sim. It means I have to pay Rs 150 everytime whenever my phone gets locked. Dis is the manufacturing defect of handset then why should customer suffer for this. Wen I talked to Ms Madhu Raina, she said I have to talk to Dubai regarding this concern.

Please do something and take necessary action against such type of service centers who harass the customers by giving fake justification. These type of service centers will affect the image of Huawai Handset Company and Tata indicom also.
