I had purchased a Honor holly 2 plus Mobile phone through flipkart on 20/02/2016.. But now I cannot recharge my phone using my mobile recharger. When I connect the charger a message box appears on the screen saying that ' you cannot use treasure features. when I click the ok button below that text it goes to the battery cell page. why this happens.. I think this is a programming failure of huawei... I am going to tell my friends and public about this, through facebook and all other social medias.

    I purchased a hauwei P9Lite gold cellphone on 28January 2017 and after 3 days o[censored]sage it broke completely. It shut down and never restarted again. Ive returned the cellphone to Telkom as a defective item and they however have to first take it to JHB and it takes 7-10 days before I can have an answer and or a replacement.This kind of process in sending it up to JHB and the customer waiting for 7-10 days is unacceptable. I received my cellphone on Sat 28jan and after using it for 3 days - Wednesday evening it went off and never went on again. This is a defective product/cellphone. This is well within 7day return and/or replacement policy. I am being inconvenienced and also billed for a sim and cellhpone for the month of February without even having access to a cellphone. I request a brand new replacement cellphone today latest, 2february as I am going on holiday on the long road without a cellphone due to a Defective Hauwei.

    Telkoms procedure for customers who receives a defective product is pathetic. they mentioned to me that I can have my cellphone replaced within 7days if Im unhappy or its defective etc and anything after that will follow a longer process and I am well within the 7 day period, I however am inconvenienced and having to wait until they either fix my brand new 3 day old cellphone or decide to replace it.
    I demand a new cellphone replacement, I do not want my cellphone fixed.

      I bought and paid for an Honor 8 phone on DHGate website.
      The seller actually sent me a fake/copy of the phone. I complained, the seller then asked me to close the complaint and said he would then send the correct phone. He never did send the Real Honor 8 and has stopped replying to me, and DHGate are not pursuing the Seller...
      This seller is breaking the Law and is using Huawei's Great Name to do so.

      Please advise if you can contact DHGate and get them to identify this Thief.

        I purchsed honor 4x from filpkart about 10 months passed and from the first month of purchase i got problem in phone the phone did not charge properly and suddenly power off and on. I went to the service center in lajpat and faridabad and gurgaon too bt every where i found closed service center so in the end i have no option where i have to file complaint against my phone last i file the complaint online. Such a bad experience from huawie product. I suggest others not buy huawie products because no service center facility available

          I purchased huawei honor 5x mobile phone from amazone in november 2016.
          The phone charger got deteriorated automatically in just 2 months. while I use my mobile phone very carefully. usually I connect my charger in proper way and disconnect it from power plug timely. I never charge any other brand phone from my charger. I am very disappointed with its experience.

          so please look into the matter and rectify the problems in the chargers.

            I purchased honor 5C /L22mobile from Flipkart. My mobile screen cracked (mobile is working in good condition there is no issue) due to accident on 7 November 2016. I went to Vidarbha computer(phn no-[protected]) located in Vaidhyanath chowk Nagpur. It's one of the authorized service centre for Huawei honor. I asked them to change the cracked screen they said it's not possible to change the cracked screen you have to replace the new LCD display and they charged Rs 5232/-. I have to pay the charge in advance. I handed my phone to the customer service centre (Vidarbha computer). They asked me to bring my mobile after ten working days. I tried to cantact the customer service centre so many times but no one pick my call up. I called customer services number so many times and re quested to know the status of my phone even after my repeated requests and effort my case has been neglected. It shows the poorest customer services. This seems to be a deliberate action to harass customers. I have waited more than a month, still they are saying it is under process. My complain no is 32403661 now I am getting tired of this i just want to back my phone as early as possible.

              Dear Huawei management,

              My impression on Huawei has go from very satisfactory to the worst customer service quality I ever get and most ridicules term & condition on phone repairing request.

              On last Saturday (10/12/16), my recently purchased Huawei Mate 9's LED screen damage due to my own fault. After find out that I got free screen replacement within 3 months, I feel release and lucky that I choose try up Huawei product then continue to be the fans of Samsung.

              But all this good view has been destroy when I send my phone to your customer service center on next day. I purposely travel 40mins just to my home at Sungai Long Cheras to your customer service center at Low Yat Plaza on next day (12/12/16) morning and reach then before 10am just to make sure my phone get repair AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. As a businessman running a construction company, my phone is A MUST FACILITIY for my business to monitor the current work and contact with my client.

              But your counter no. 2 customer service center staff refuse to accept my phone for repairing request just because I not capable to show her my phone invoice which it is keep it at my office (office is close on Saturday until Tuesday) due to public holiday. Even I inform her that I have make a report on this incident to your Huawei call center and pass through all verification; plus showing her the warranty card with purchase date and the original box to keep the phone and the VIP card I received when I purchase Huawei Mate 9. She don't even bother to inform her superior on my request. It really pass me off.

              So I call up your call center staff - Jeff for help. However, he also give the same answer although he reply me very politely with others suggestion. It still make me very angry. If your warranty card is not good enough to prove that this phone is a valid phone for repairing request, why bother to provide it? I used all kind of phone before shift to Huawei. From early analog phone like ericssion; Motorola; Nokia to recent smartphone as iPhone & Samsung. Non of them demand this kind of kinky and non-sense request.

              Please imaging if I decided to reward all my customer (more then 20 ppl) by give away Huawei's as Christmas Gift and I only have 1 single invoice, what can I do if my customer tell me that my Christmas Gift need to be repair. What can I do? Or shall I make sure your distribute give me 1 invoice per 1 phone I purchase?

              The person who set this rules is really stupid and not stand from customer point of view. It only make customer have a very very bad impression on Huawei and ppl like me won't date to promote Huawei phone to our friend or client.

              The customer service center is to help customer, not trouble your customer. I strongly suggest your take this incident seriously and reshape your customer service structure and rules & regulations.

              My nexus 6p is over heating. I have already taken it to the center and they have done a factory reset even after that it is heating when not in use. Please look into the issue as it is really disappointing to have such a bad experience.

                My mobile handset stopped working earlier this month and I visited Huawei's service centre in Rajouri Garden to get it repaired. They told us that the motherboard had to be changed that would cost INR 5000, and charged us INR 350 for just going through the handset. They promised a date by which they would return the phone to us, but when we went to them that day, they sent us back saying that the handset has been sent to Gurgaon so it would take time to repair. They gave us another date, but refused to return our phone on that day as well, citing a delay. It has been 11 days since we first gave our handset to them for repair and it still hasn't been repaired. The staff at the Rajouri Garden service centre (MBull) was quite rude to us, and the customer service also failed to help us out by giving us vague answers. We would greatly appreciate if our handset is repaired and returned to us as soon as possible.

                  I have purchased the mobile honor holly 2 plus in may 2016 from flipkart.
                  after one month its speaker was damage. i submitted the mobile to the service centre and they returned the mobile after 15 days..then after 2 months speaker was again not working .
                  i submitted again and they return the mobile after 14 days
                  after one day o[censored]se it was again not working. Now service centre says they cant take the same mobile twice in a month.
                  its been 4 months and it has been damaged 3 times.
                  Now company is not giving me any solution.

                  i want a refund of my money or a new handset.

                    I faced battery issue soon after warranty period (noticed two more people in same service center with similar issue) so spent some 1, 800/- Since then facing network issue so I raised a complaint[protected] to extend the warranty period to repair it as their so called authorized service center suggest to change the mother board n it costs 9K n I see it's not my fault.

                    I raised this ticket by April 28, 2016.. But during July 2016, someone named Raja called me n told that so far my issue was with third party customer service as they are not much concern about customer value n he promised to get a positive solution..

                    By Sep, 2016 they are saying device is out of warranty so can't help.. I don't understand what they were doing all these days.

                      Hi,

                      I gave my mobile phone i.e. Honor 6 on Date: 16/09/2016 . The reason for giving the phone was it was having battery issues the rest all was at best no other problems. When i gave the phone they asked for inspection charges which was Rs:350 and in return i asked for the receipt but nothing was provided. After the inspection they made, the battery was announced dead and its replacing charges were Rs:3900 for that .A Gate-pass was given as the receipt and was assured that i will get the phone within 15-20 days which exceeds to 26 days of waiting. When i finally went to get my phone i noticed there was a crack on my phone's display which was not there at the time of giving my mobile for servicing . I show them the crack they didn't agree on their fault that the phone was broken by them and fought showing that i gave them the broken phone which they can't even justify and had no proof.

                          I'm facing various problem on using my honor holly phone like its button to increase volume is not working, touch problem, bluetooth problem and charger pin .I went to the service centre at ASR but they said that we are providing service only for software.For hardware, you have to send your phone at chennai.It will take about 20-30 days.Why this is not explained in warranty policy?

                          Touch screen senstivity is major issue. Had to literally hit key board while typing.
                          Unsure about solution after reading user feedback about Huawei services. Just made mistake choosing Huawei.

                            Hello Sir/Mam,

                            This is to inform that i have Purchased Huawei Power-Fi E8231 Hot Spot Enabled Data Card (White) on 28th July 2016. I am not happy with the Device . Actually I have a Relainace sim and my sim is not working in that Dongle . I have contacted with the Customer care of Huawei, they are saying that this sim will not work in that Dongle. He told me that this device will support only IDEA AND AIRTEL but they do'nt mention it in the AMAZON website .Atleast They should mention this in your site. I am not happy about this. What should i do for this? There is no use for me . I need a replacement as this device is not supported my sim.

                              Hi,
                              I have given my huawei honor 4x handset to service centre (Sri sai cells indiranagar, bangalore). It was in working condition, its having issues like usb not detecting and gps not locking. The phone was under warranty, so i have given the handset to service centre on 28th july, after 25 days today i have received the phone without any repair and reason mentioned as water log.
                              Before giving to the service centre, technicians checked, phone was in working condition and there is no symptoms of water log. So they have taken the phone for repair.
                              Today i have seen the job sheet, some wrong information mentioned, symptom they mentioned as dead and service type mentioned as out of warranty.
                              First time i have seen such a fraud happening in service centre.

                              I strongly believe in huawei products quality and service, this time i had a worst experience in quality of service. They have damaged the phone and returned the phone in dead condition.

                                My phone doesn't show any signs of physical damage, but huawei tells me that there is an internal damage on the phone, because of which the power button is non responsive, which is not covered under warranty. I need to understand that how a phone can be damaged internally without showing any signs of physical damage from outside? What if the phone was already damaged when i bought it and it got worse with usage? Am i supposed to open the phone and check for internal damage if i buy a huawei phone? With this attitude of the company, they will not honour any warranty issues saying that it was internally damaged and your product is oow. What does the warranty really cover? The worst is they have escalated my complaint since 2 months and every time i call them, they have the same automated reply, 'we have escalated your case, kindly wait for some time'. This is causing me mental harassment.

                                I hope to get a solution for this issue

                                    I am sourav sahoo i brought a data card but some month lattar hardware problem arise in it. i sumit it an authoraised service centre they replace it after 15 day but the devise is old and used and doesnot show some feature. i called some time to the technical team but they donot follow my prblm

                                      Been 45 days that i gave my phone for repair...

                                      I have called them so many times all they say is "wait for some days". How many days person is supposed to wait? It's worst no one knows what is the status of my phone. They cant even contact some person who knows about the repair status.

                                      They don't have any process, really don't care about a customer.

                                      Don't ever buy phone from huawei, phone might be okay, but if by chance you gave it for repair and it goes to company workshop... Just forget it
