I utilsed the free screen repair service and sent in my Mate 9 to Huawei. I was asked in the online form who my service carrier was and stated it is Optus.
Toll then delivered the item and I was then informed that my phone was supposed to go to Optus due to them being my carrier. I was NOT informed to send it to Optus when I submitted...

My Nexus 6P ended up in a bootloop crises after the Android update 7.1.1 and therefore, I asked for customer care to help me in the scenario. They've registered my complaint on 17th March 2017 and haven't resolved or even contacted me from their side. Not even once. My mobile Huawei is defective. I had a really bad experience while taking with the staff of an authorized huawei service center. She was not ready to provide a service report that i requested for. She was talking so arrogantly.
