I m using honor 6x from about 3 months. When i updated it to nougat through updater it gave no problem but then i formatted it and till then jio to jio calls are not occuring. It automatically gets disconnected after ringing one time. Please try to solve this as fast as possible. I m very disappointed with this. I m not the only one but mostly all the consumers of honor 6x are complaining this and company is saying that they will release new update but till now they had not released any update. Feeling disappointed on my choice.

Himanshu Kardam mentioned above, Even I'm also facing the same issue. I had contacted Hawaii Customer Support, but not getting any response from them.. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
The steps count in honor band 3 is not accurate hope you guys will solve this bug soon it would be thankfull to see this issue solved soon

    I am incredibly disappointed with the way that Huawei Australia have dealt with my situation.
    I utilsed the free screen repair service and sent in my Mate 9 to Huawei. I was asked in the online form who my service carrier was and stated it is Optus.
    Toll then delivered the item and I was then informed that my phone was supposed to go to Optus due to them being my carrier. I was NOT informed to send it to Optus when I submitted my form on the Huawei website.
    Since then I have made up to 10 phone calls to Huawei to find out where my phone is / who is fixing it / where it is going / what is happening. At this point in time no one can seem to locate my device and I am having to call every 3 days to find out what is going on. I continue to be informed that they are "looking into the situation".
    I am currently paying for a phone which I have not been able to use for the past 6 weeks and continue to have no idea when I will receive my phone back. At this point I will be looking at receiving a refund for the time I have been without my phone.

    My Honor 6x have some issues ...I update it from 6.0 to 7.0 version but it have no app twin, default storage and more functions...is any update comes soon after 7.0 nougat to solve issues of 6x...plz do something, !

      My Nexus 6P ended up in a bootloop crises after the Android update 7.1.1 and therefore, I asked for customer care to help me in the scenario. They've registered my complaint on 17th March 2017 and haven't resolved or even contacted me from their side. Not even once. Any help would be appreciated since it's hindering my day today work and it's really unprofessional from their end.
      Was this issue addressed by this forum or another other? Because I am also facing the issue .

        I want to know why must i pay more then half what my phone is worth if its a factory fault on huaweis side that my phone does not connect to wifi and my motherboard must apparently be changed whos fault is that?!? Im dependent and connected to wifi 90% of the time when i use my phone im forced to borrow a phone that can actually connect. What makes it worse my phone just finished its 12months warranty now this happens is that how you trick customers into buying new devices. I need thos issue to be resolved. Asap
        Haven't recieved nougat update that has been rolled to all the Huawei phones the customer service are saying to wait but no progress seen😗😥😥😥😥

          I had purchased huawei airtel 4g wifi hotspot online. The purchase. Date of the device is 26/10/16 and i recd. The device on 3/11/16. Initially for the first two months it worked well but after that it stopped working. The device failed to detect any operators sim network. I had asked the local bhopal's huawei service center about this device problem but they said that this device with this model no. Can't be checked as it is not in their servicing criteria and they told me that airtel will only solve this problem. I had then gone to the airtel's office at platinum plaza in bhopal nut they also refused to look into the problem saying that the company will solve the issue. I am totally blank as to who will solve the issue. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible an revert me back.

            I buy dongle a month ago but after 15 days it was stopped working, contacted with huawei service team they said that we understand your problem and you send us mail so n so format, i have been done but poor reply (I mean to say that mail was undelivered) my first question to huawei, why these people are making us fool? And second thing if any product bought newly it mean that product having warranty for at least one year as airtel guy informed me. Now if their email is not working and they are not visit to our place and fix the problem then what kind of service they are providing
            I have lost my mobile, Huawei Honor 6X, Its IMEI number is [protected]. Please block it so that it cannot be misused.

              I bought huwaie 4g dongle from airtel just one month back and it has got technical problem, i reported to airtel first but they are helpless, further i contacted to huwaie customer desk, to told me to send a mail. I have send several mail and written the problem what i am facing exactly but email, which given by team huwaie is never work...
              Please do the needful and save me from such kind of company like huwaie

                Hi,

                My younger brother purchased a mobile honor 5 x on dated[protected] which was replaced by the noida service center after 3-4 days before the replacement the issue with the earphone jack. But now the issue is quite big the phone is not accepting any service provider sim card also the phone's single speaker is into working condition.

                The replacement phone's imei is as [protected].

                Now this is not under warranty, i could not notice these issues because when i have submitted the mobile for replacement then i had purchased a new phone and using this one till date. I have noticed the issue with this phone just a few days back, unable to contact the laxmi nagar service center as this is very close to me.

                Please help me to get this resolved.

                  Purchase a unit of P10 less than a month, set overheat, signal loss intermittent and etc. Send in repair (HW[protected], but service center uncontactable, no status update. Log case to huawei customer service (case ID[protected], even Huawei team unable to contact service center as well. Problem occurs since day 1, follow instruction from huawei techincal team diagnose step, failed. Advise from them, send in for repair. But no update!

                  I will need my phone and i very often to travel. Please someone get me an update!

                  Please at the end says no parts to replace or needs me to wait 2 weeks! Take note that i have this problem since day one. And it launch few days then i purchase this phone by trusting Huawei.

                  The situation i am facing now is i puchase from Huawei but they push me to authorize service centre (since Huawei do not have any, i am fine with it) but on authorizer not answering.

                  I just send in yesterday and i ask them clearly and inform that i will be away in another 2 days, they promise to updatr me. But they did not, maybe they busy, but i call in also no one is answering.

                  FYI, when i was there few customer complaints about their response but i still choose to believe and follow your SOP. And now i face the same issue.

                    Worst company ever.Don't anyone dare buy products from this company, I was really happy when they asked me to send my device as I was facing some problems.it was delivered them on 4-4-2017 Tuesday. I was said it will receive my device back within 7 to 10 working days and they work on Sunday's too, The only day they do not work were festival holidays.It's been 13 days and I didn't get any call or mail when will I get my device back.on the 8th day and 9th day received a call asking what problem's I was facing which concluded that my device was not even touched for 8 days and they didn't even read any emails, as I was asked to send for like 4 to 5 time.on the 9th day I was said it will be dispatch by Friday and now they don't know where my device is, they are running a company and they don't even know where their products are.I was asked to file a complaint which I did, thus receiving a complaint no 36371644.Now all they do is say please wait I will get a call very soon.And I know they are lying as the 1st time I was said it will take 24hr only then they said 24 working hrs then they said Sunday is a holiday so I have to wait for more 12 hrs then they said I was called but I was unavailable.So it's been 3 days since I didn't receive any call and 13 days for my device to be delivered and god know when I will get back.It was a mistake to buy Huawei product and moreover to send it for repairing.And i[censored] have read this far let me say you this it was a software problem caused by them, so cause of their inconvenience in software and service I am facing this problem. I updated my Honor 8 from Marshmallow to Nougat which every person would do but I got some files missing so I Complained and not I am facing this new unwanted problem,

                      My mobile Huawei is defective. I have been in touch with Huawei UK who refuse to honour the two year warranty even though I have proof of purchase and the date of my first contacting Huawei only exceeds the date of my purchase by one week. I feel that such adherence to the rules is pedantic and unnecessary. I have asked them to reconsider but they refuse.
                      Can't. Get fingerprint I'd. Option in honour 5c model after system update. Factory reset also done 2 time.help

                        I bought this phone on March 25 2015. I first contacted Huawei UK on March 31 as the phone had stopped working. After some correspondence they informed me that it was out of warranty. Actually it wasn't as the phone had ceased working several days before I contacted them as I went into a mobile phone shop to see if they could repair it and they told me to contact Huawei. I think their attitude is terrible. I was very happy with Huawei up until then and was considering buying a new Huawei mobile but now I would never buy from them again.

                          I have contacted to Google through mail but they was not relying.

                            I had a really bad experience while taking with the staff of an authorized huawei service center. She was not ready to provide a service report that i requested for. She was talking so arrogantly. More over she told me to cut the phone and informed that they are not going to sort out the issue. Really i don't know how these people can talk like this to a customer.

                              I went to Huawei store in Canal Walk Century City Cape town on Tuesday evening the 28/02/2017.I spoke to one of the sales consultants and requested a quotation on my Huawei Mate 7 Gold cellphone.i explained to the consultant that i had my cellphone screeen repaired by a cellphone shop.I explained to the consultant that a week after i had it repaired the cellphone just went dead and was warm and that i took it back to the store i had it repaired at and the repairer told me it was a software problem. I then explained to the Sales consultant at Huawei that i was requested from my attorneys get a official damaged report stating what was wrong with the cellphone and if it was due to the repair that was done to my screen that the cellphone was not in working condition anyone. The sale consultant told me he would be able to assist with an official RNA report stating everything that was wrong with the cellphone and what it would cost to repair or replace the cellphone but it would only be ready on wednesday. I was then told by the sales consultant that the report would be R150.00 which i agreed to.i I requested that the report be emailed to me and if i would get a receipt for the R150.00 for the quotation as it would be part of my claim for the attorneys which he agreed to.. I sent my my husband to collect the cellphone and the report today 02/03/2017 from Huawei store canal walk and when he paid the R150.00 he never got any receipt of payment for the report and he was told they will email the report to my email address stating that everything would be on their.The email i received today does not state anything that was agreed to. There was no quotation for any repairs or replacement of the cellphone and there was no receipt for the payment of R150.00.There was also no report stating what the damages was to the cell phone only that it was beyond economical repair and physical damages which i already knew, I understand why i had to pay R150.00 just to be told the cellphone is broken, again something i already knew. I find it frustrating having to drive so far for poor service delivery and ending up with information i already knew..i need urgent assistance with this matter as my attorneys are waiting on this report to claim my moneys back from the repairer.

                              Your assistance in regard would be highly appreciated.if some one from the store could plz contact me urgently would be much appreciated.

                                I have purchased your product of 4G Dongle through M/s Shubham Electronics, Valasarawakkam, Chennai vide Bill No.11439 dated 02.12.16 and the Sl. No.P7YDV16A15000174 and it was functioning well for one month. After that signal of the service provider has not been detected and taken issue to Customer Care M/s Trident Technologies, Nungambakkam, Chennai[protected] and got repaired after a week. Again I faced the same problem, but they replaced with another used dongle for the same. That was functioning well for one month. Again the above Dongle is not functioning. In view of the above I request you kindly to refund the cost of the Dongle or replace it with new Dongle.
                                In this regard I would like to reiterate that I am using your 3G dongle for the last years without any problem.

                                  I am not understanding what is the reason neither I am getting a revert back nor I have my handset back Please guys answer me what’s wrong with your CSR and the service center I have spoken to your Assistant Mgr Rakesh and many other CSR Manoj Kumar, Akshay etc .But in vain no proper response and you guys are not even capable enough to respond an email .below emails are pending and the handset is lying in your service center close to a month .

                                    Hello this is Dr Natrajan.. i have bought a honor 7 phone 1 month ago in Malaysia and gifted to my sister in India.. she is now complaining that there is microphone problem where the person who calls her cant hear her voice clearly... this phone is still in warranty hence can she do go to the outlet in there as she is curenly reciding in trivandrum kerala..its an international waranty right? or if cant is there any other way we can reboot the settings ourselves if you could teach us.. please do help me as now she is complaining i have given her a faulty phone.. thanks a lot..

                                      Huawei has my phone from last 6 months and still they aren't returning my phone back. There was one simple issue that phone display needs to be replaced and they have now stopped responding to queries, tweets. How can a company provide such weird services!
                                      I still have my support ticket opened from last 3 months, and this company doesn't even care to have a look at it.

                                        I bought huawei nexus 6p 32gb version for rs.39999/- from flipkart.

                                        Bought through: flipkart
                                        Product: huawei nexus 6p 32gb

                                        When order was placed, i was promised 15 months of huawei warranty.
                                        Also, i queried online to verify if huawei is actually providing 15 months warranty or not.
                                        I queried on huawei's official warranty check portal (http://consumer.huawei.com/in/support/warranty-query/index.htm) with my own imei mentioned above
                                        And i found my warranty until 19th march 2017.

                                        This confirmation from huawei convinced me to behold this deal and i didn't return the product to flipkart.

                                        The actual problem started since 23rd january 2017, my phone was not working fine there are some heating issues and a black spot on camera appears now.
                                        The i called huawei customer care and confirmed "again", consulted the customer service executive from huawei and she verified the details and said:
                                        "huawei provides 15 months of warranty if purchased through huawei website or flipkart"
                                        [evidence]: i called using my number (+91-[protected]). I request huawei to dig up call recordings in system.

                                        Today, on 25th january 2017, i visited authorised huawei service center but surprisingly they denied to diagnose my phone and said my phone is "out of warranty"
                                        I requested them to provide at least a tracking id so that i can refer it in my e-mail but they denied. Consulted their senior manager and he told that they will calculate 12 months from the invoice date and for 15-months warranty and i have to reach huawei directly through e-mail.

                                        I was really disappointed, that this fraud happened with me and i just queried again online on huawei's official warranty check portal (http://consumer.huawei.com/in/support/warranty-query/index.htm) with my own imei mentioned above

                                        But it's shocking that now it's showing my warranty period expiry as "25th january 2017". (Attached screenshot 'warranty_check_2. Png')
                                        Yes!! It's the date on which i visited service center. I am feeling horribly cheated. Who edited my warranty record? How can someone have the rights do this? Did service center guys edit it? Or customer care executives?

                                        I am concerned about this, but beyond that, i am really worried about my device actual warranty,
                                        I need my 15-months of warranty that was promised. I am attaching invoice. Please look into it and provide me authorized warranty service order.

                                        I visited service center on 25th january 2017, as well as emailed huawei as proof of notification before "modified last date" listed on huawei's official website.

                                        I have sent several e-mails but huawei india concerned team did not show any concern about the evidences and matter that i have sent in e-mail. They always reply with same email-template saying that they can only provide 12 months warranty.

                                        I want huawei to provide the service that was promised.
                                        I request consumer forum that the strict action should be taken against the brands who fools customers by showing misleading information.
