As from last 2 Night's here in Azam Nagar Belgavi area power is not there..Daily 20 to 30 Times power is cut off.Complaints given to through Call also but no use Kindly look into this on Priority.

It's more than a week now, there are many power cuts in a day for longer gaps. This is creating problems as the lockdown is going on and the need for power is high. So kindly understand the situation and provide stable power supply

Street light need to be replaced. Bulb is not working,

No power in plot number 7 old badami nagar, nagsetikoppa Keshwapur Hubli.
We are trying to call the complaint number but it is not reachable.

Street light needs to be replaced because
It glows dim and shutdowns very often

Unnecessary power disruption in our village.
If we call helpline number no resolution.
Section officer is a waste body, never picks the call always switchedoff.

3 4 times a week they tell maintenance.

We are doing WFH in this COVID situation.

Going forward don't do this.

If you have maintain and all do it in the weekends.

Street light is not working in Bankers Colony, Ward no.-40, zone-7, Hubballi-580024. This street light pole doesn’t throw enough light as the bulb/ assembly is old. And from past 3-4 days it has stopped working. Please replace it with new bulb at the earliest. Thank you.

My name is Jitendra Patil, resident of Kalkhamb Gokak Road, Belgaum. I am User of 10HP power supply for commercial purpose. Since last 2 months our Electric supply is converted to 1 HP . We not able to run our machine due to low power supply. We telephonically / personally contacted many times to your Nehru Nagar, Belgaum office and requested the staff to solve the issue. One of the staff, told to contact Section officer of Kalkhamb area. While contacted Section officer, he gave the HESCOM electrician Contact Number and Name who is residing in our same village.

In spite of requesting the same person hundred times, he is not coming to check or repair the problem. This electrician is not a cordial with us, taking revenge from us for not given Electrical work contract to him and he purposely disconnecting our electric supply.

Now we are stuck up in Mumbai, due to pandemic situation and Collage exam of my Son. Our business is totally close down, due to power supply .

You are requested to kindly look into this issue and solve our problem at the earliest and oblige.

Defective T C behind our house leading to high voltage fluctuations and devalve failure causing burning of home appliances.

Voltage fluctuations causing solar system failure and no electricity for two shops and one reading room.
Faulty T C.
Given complaints many times. But section officer or AEE has not taken any action at least don't have the courtesy to visit the site.

My self Charanraj from village name(Khanagaon) taluk Gokak district Belagavi
Please this is to inform you that, in my area a KEB person named Shantosh(KEB person) is collecting more amount from the villagers in the name of electricity bill payments.

The situation happened with me also.
As I paid him the 720 electricity bill of February month and he gave me a manual reciept not a printed reciept.
Soon after some days his colleague came to my home and had collected the amount of February and March month together with printed electricity bill (720+580) total amount of 1307 rs of both month summed.
Now I am asking the paid amount of 720 rs back but he (Shantosh) is not returning the amount and he is bossing me and he is guiding me wrong information.
Please help me with this issue.
Please make sure that he is more aware of his duties & responsibility and ask him to pay me back my 720rs.

Street lights not working it was repaired recently but again same problem so please look into the matter as soon as possible.

There is a street light installed near to my home bit the street light is not connected properly. It is bent so the street light connection need 5o be installed properly contact num [protected]

From past 5 days solar inverter was not working.
The error code was 504.
The inverter company technician told that it is due to the problem in T C .
When it is set right the inverter will automatically yesterday morning the same thing happened.
The four pole contactor started making sound and then inverter started working.
So please do examine the T C and give the permanent solution. But today the four pole contactor is making very loud sound.
We feel that the voltage from the T C is very high. We don't know when the inverter will burn so we switched off the mains of the inverter.
If you don't take the matter seriously I will have to go to the consumer forum.

In a village called karoshi (magadum tot) chikodi taluka there is no electricity at night from 10pm to 2 AM. In this summer there is too much heat is there. In every home there are childrens they can't able to sleep because of heat. Sone students are having exams they can't able to read. I request you to please provide us electricity at night from 6PM to 6AM...
