My name is Jitendra Patil, resident of Kalkhamb Gokak Road, Belgaum. I am User of 10HP power supply for commercial purpose. Since last 2 months our Electric supply is converted to 1 HP . We not able to run our machine due to low power supply. We telephonically / personally contacted many times to your Nehru Nagar, Belgaum office and requested the staff to solve the issue. One of the staff, told to contact Section officer of Kalkhamb area. While contacted Section officer, he gave the HESCOM electrician Contact Number and Name who is residing in our same village.
In spite of requesting the same person hundred times, he is not coming to check or repair the problem. This electrician is not a cordial with us, taking revenge from us for not given Electrical work contract to him and he purposely disconnecting our electric supply.
Now we are stuck up in Mumbai, due to pandemic situation and Collage exam of my Son. Our business is totally close down, due to power supply .
You are requested to kindly look into this issue and solve our problem at the earliest and oblige.
