Dear sir, due to some unavoidable circumstances - we could not pay the bill for previous two months. We know that we should have paid it, but today 25th aug 2019 - around 12:30 - 1:00pm your three respresentatives come in front of our house and say that you need to pay the bill. We said we will pay the bill in 10 minutes - thats it. They should have gone after saying that but they said till then you dont pay we will not go - harshly. Sir, if you check the history most of the time we have paid extra bill in advance - but the way your representatives spoke it was insulting to us as if we have done a big default of lakhs of rupees and running away. Your representatives were not courteous, harsh in words, they don't know what is customer relationship, what is customer service. I humbly appeal to you - to please train your representatives on how to talk to customers. The day is very near some competitor will come into the market and then you may start losing your business. Therefore politeness, courteousness, being humble are important so please train your representatives - or else one day there will be no business for you people. Tell your representatives to apologise and say sorry. Nobody is perfect in this world we are humans - we make mistakes - but insulting some one is wrong. Remind your representatives. Please reply.

In hebballi layout, near rajeevnagar there is power cut since 8hours we need to lift water for daily use as there is no water. So please resolve it now itself. We tried to call hescom since from 4pm but all phones are. Switched off and landline not picking up then where to complaint.

There is also no street lights also. Transformers are making noise. So please look into it

We do not have electricity since 3 days now. We have contacted electricity office of hescom bhatkal and kptc. No has turned up at at the site. Wires were cut down and lying on the roads, no body bother about the safety of people around here. This is the worst service by hescom. Please give priority to restore the service as we have small children they suffocating lot in the night time.

Due to the rain and wind the our house service wire has been disconnected. So we can't getting the current in house.

With respect to the above Subject, we have lodged the first complaint of Electric pole Crack in janatha colony at Ho No 121, 120 on 03/06/2019 and personally many times visited the KEB office requesting them to change the Pole, but every time they are extending the time, the Pole is seriously Cracked from Top and also Tilting to one Side, its seems to be very dangerous as it may fall any time due to wind and Rain.
So requesting you to take necessary Precautionary action to avoid any accident.

This is brijesh here form bailhongal, resident of patri basavnagar 3rd cross bailhongal -591102, with the meter reading [protected], this was pertaining to the bill amount which has been getting generated since last 4 months, where the bill amount is on the higher side, even the door is closed for more than a month, and i have been paying only and last month also the bill amount is for an amount of rs 972, has come when nobody was there for the entire month at house and the bill has been mentioned as dl (Door lock) i have in personally met the people and submitted the complaint and paid an amount also for the meter testing and still i have not received any report nor the issues has been rectified, so please look into it come back to us as early as possible

Since three days power supply problem, listed below following address;

There is regular voltage fluctuation in my house and area. Duet to voltage variation home electronic appliances are getting damaged. Our building electrician identified there is excess voltage in the line i. E 260 to 270 volt. We have given request and complaint 3 times in tilakwadi belgaum centre but there was no response. Kindly resolve the issue on priority.

Hello, we in narayanpur, dharwad face the severe problem of powercut everyday for at least 3 hours. It's making the life miserable to cope up with we have our office here and are facing huge loss because of this.
Please guide me to raise an official complaint with consumer court if i have to do as even the customer care supportive are utterly useless, as they just have one answer every time, (There is some problem with the line)

We are residence of malapur. The existing electric pole is cracked since 3 - 4 years. We have been informing our local leaders but the work has not done. So that registering complaint now. The cracked pole is located in between godi and badagi's homes corner in malapur village mudhol - 587313. It is already cracked and bent seems like to fell down soon. So kindly replace it as soon as possible.

They cut current at rainy and windy situation. But that also continue in whole night also they won't give current immediately after when rain stops.
Plz, verify my complaint sir. That give current at morning 8 or 9 am after cutting off from day time 3 pm. Plz tell give current after rain. Grant my request.

Total Rs. 2796/-What is the procedure for your any charges taken.my last 42 Years regular bill paid currently. And Very old customer. Very good customer But please solve this problem. Cancellation The amount of Rs. 2400/-I m paid the regular bill.

I sambaji savant redundance of asangi, ta: jamakhandi, my rr no :al63573, about 4-5 months electrical bill is high, but my counsumption is not compare to others with same electrical appliances used.
I am using led bulbs of 12v, 5 v, 3v only along with tube light and refrigerator one fan although we are living 4-5 hours in our home.
Please verify the electrical meter give us solution.

Area: uttaradi math, near rambhapuri kalyan mantap.

In the above mentioned area every time rain comes power is cut and it takes almost 1 hr to 2 hr to get first glimps of power and the power goes off immediately due to short circuits and it takes another 1 hr to get the second short glimpse and again power goes off. Finally we get it after another 15 mins to half an hour. This is a routine every time it rains.
Is it because inefficient handling or incompetence. Request you to look into the matter.

Without noc no one can construct or built new constuction as per rule of archaeological survey of india. So i request you to stop this construction as per rule.

Strongly complaining that,
There is a deathbed problem infront of our brothers house is that, heavy voltage, non insulated electric wire is touching into our brother's house on terrace, daily so many children were playing very nearer to that hanging wire, and meanwhile it's just closer to half feet from terrace. So many time's we are informed and made complaint through phone call to your department no body taken risc and never taken for mind.
So i am here with giving last complaint through this email and if any health, life, or any other damage caused by this your negligible maintenance in future day's till now you are whole responsible for that. And
Requesting you that as early as possible come and do enquiry and take the relevant action to resolve that problem with our support.
