Sir, since many months i am not receiving the electricity bills issued for payment. I am staying in a apartment where the bills are totally handed to watchman or any other person by the meter reader. But to harass the residents, or for any other reasons, the watchman or apartment office bearers are not delivering the bills to the consumers.
For such reasons, i have made arrangement for payment of electricity bills
Through ecs. But i am not getting any payment records or bills. So i request, please to instruct the meter reader to deliver the bill to my residence only. My flat is on ground floor and i think that there is no difficulty to the meter reader to deliver the bill to my flat.
I request please to instruct the meter reader accordingly.

Please inform further steps to resolve my complaint.
