Good morning Sir,

I D.Veeraraju residence of rezimental bazar, Secunderabad. Sir, we are facing problem from 3 months for water .There is no proper water supply is done from these 3 months.Two to three of the houses have the connections in our lane at ground level and rest of the people are facing problem for water. Only those people are getting water, we are not even able to fill one drum of water. it is really not happening for many houses. Tried to contact through many contact numbers, but we couldn't get any response from any resource of contact. We are not even getting 5 bottles of water per day to drink for whole family. In summer season it was even more critical to survive. please atleast now we are looking for some help and change in our lane for better tomorrow. Please sir!!! Understand our situation and action ASAP.

Hi, there is no municipal water supply for the area Vivekananda nagar Allapur borabanda Hyderabad from 4days. And this is repeating from last 2weeks. We are suffering alot because of this. And no water tanker supplier is all not ready or not available to send water. So Please let us know the reason or problem behind this. And please let me know when this problem going to be solved.

I am writing this from Ram Veda Siri Samapada Apartments Shyamlal, Begumpet. People living in the back side of this apartment waste manjeera water everytime. They will never close the water tap. The water keeps on flowing untill the supply is stopped. This has been notified to the tenants living there, but they are not bothered to stop. They give some non sense explanations.Request you to take the necessary action as gallons of water is getting wasted from past one month.

I'm writing from safilguda chanukyapuri colony.. There is an illegal water plant set up here in the colony without proper approvals and license.. They are draining away entire groundwater and all o[censored]s around are facing water problems as all our bores went dry... This plant has no chemist as well to check the water and this would also cause health issues for all those who are drinking this water...

I am resident of east anand bagh malkajgiri hyderabad. Our apartment is facing water problem from past 8 to ten days. We are not getting water because the water men is giving once a week, sometimes only once in 15 days.
I want you to give us once in two days so that we will have no problem of water. I hope you look forward nd please give us water

The complaint is against municipal water supply hmwssb, golconda, hyderabad. My can no:[protected]. There is no proper water supply to my residence. There is no water supply for the last one week no body is responding to resolve the issue. Therefore it is to request that immediate necessary action may kindly be taken to resolve the issue at the earliest.

There is a seveare drainage leakage problem on the road in front of my home from the past 7 days and the drainage water is getting polluted with the drinking water aswell. We are unable to get across even at our gate due to bad odour smell outside. So kindly take the necessary action on it and please do the needful action as early as possible sir.

I have complaint on regards of chokeage customer there is no response since from 5 days but today suddenly to my horror, i got a message stating that the complaint was resolved, but no one have come to our place, this is very upsetting to know from customer service that the area manager have stated that the complaint was resolved. Please kindly look into this matter asap, we are here seeking your help as you know how serious matter it is, a basic hygiene which every citizen should be provided with it, complaint numbers 4170, 6774.

This is to bring it to your notice that Street Drainage manhole leakage again since Wednesday 22 May 2019. Water flowing inside residence. Kindly send the team as soon as possible.

I am residing in old patelnagar, near old saraswathi vidya nikethan high school, amberpet, hyderabad-13. The drainage water overflows over the entire street for last 4 days. It is becoming worse day by day and there are over 50 childrens in my area. There are mosquitos forming due to this and residents are facing health issues. Please look into this matter.

Sir, it’s with deep pain that we are raising this complaint for second time in less than a month about an overflowing drainage infront of our clinics located at 8-2-293/82/f/c, plot no 21, rdno 9, film nagar, jubilee hills. The drain located infront of clinics is frequently overflowing from the manhole owing to the neighbouring eateries dumping their waste continuously in the drain. We being health care clinics for infants, children and adults are always put to worry about our patients health because of this menace. All our earlier requests were in vain with just temporarily clearing the drain leaving the root cause unaddressed leading us to persistently worry about this. While there was an over flow reported to your department last evening, your team came this morning and just left leaving us lurking in worry and concern about the persistent stench and unhealthy environment

Tanneru yedukondal and sudha are the couple staying at ragavendra colony h:no-40-235 using illegal water connection, due to that nearby residing people are facing issue. Water is over flowing due to no wall connect to stop

My drainage is overflowing since 09/05/2019 thursday at 6.00 a. M. I have been making calls to hmws&sb telephone number 155313 the number on which citizens are asked to register their grievances or complaints, since yesterday the customer service executives are not picking up my call. The overflowing drainage is causing bad smell and poses a health hazard to me my family and the neighbors. I earnestly request the concerned authorities to take note of my plight and send the sewerage department workers to clean up the choked drainage of my house at the earliest. Thank you. Near to the manwhole, which leads to viral fever and unhealthy as well as we are unable to move on the streets

Please inform the ghmc people to take the dust as early as possible.

We are not getting any water. We are having a lot of problems in view of this. You must see that the water is supplied properly as per your schedule on alternate days. If we do not get water properly how we can mange our daily requirements for cooking, bathing, and other uses of necessities. You must immediately take steps to rectify the defect, and rectify the problem.

Due to water pipe leakage water in not supplying to houses. Water is leakage in the.. The sub water pipe. Water is leaking in front of house main road. We are facing these problem. From 15 days. Complaint has beeen given to water line man, but nobody has been taken action. We request you to solve the problem immediatly. Due to this we are not getting drinking water also.

Sewage is leaking near the manhole and is flowing onto the road since last 10 days. The people in the society had already lodged a complaint many times but no action has been taken up since yet. Now the problem is that sewage water is flowing on road and has covered the whole street, leading breeding ground for mosquitoes and bad smell.
