I have bought Hundai Creta SX Dual Tone Pertol on 14th Nov 2019. I am facing following problems with my car since last few weeks:

1. My car does not pick up smoothly especially when driving uphill. It jerks when releasing the clutch when vehicle starts moving
2. When I sift the gear and accelerate the vehicle, vehicle gives full acceleration noise but does not pick up. I have to release the accelerator and press again. This problem happens while driving uphill and happens sometime
3. Sometime, gear gets locked due to which I am unable to change the gear. I have to stop the vehicle and start again.

It seems that there is some issue with my car and please repair/replace my car at the earliest.

    This post is to create awareness that please do not buy hyundai cars for two reasons

    A. Built quality:

    I bought hyundai xcent (Jh 10bf 9935) two years back in june 2017. And i paid extra amount for security and took model which had airbags.. Unfortunately on 25th may 2019 my car met with an accident.. Which was so severe that bumper radiator and engine got suffered still airbags dint deploy.. Fortunately my driver was unhurt..

    B. Service:

    My car was sent to libra hyundai dhanbad, kartras road service center on 25th may’19. After multiple follow up (At least 5 personal visits, 15-20 calls direct and they call center, and 5 tweets) they agreed to deliver car on 19th jun.. But they had to maintain their reputation of pathetic customer service so after keeping car for a month; on 22nd june they said that engine of car has seized.

    I just want to know if it’s an accident case and that too from front side why its took a month to identify about issue in engine. Its my 100% believe that if such issue was not reported in first inspection report or within 7 days of accident, must be creating by libra hyundai to harass us.
    Why……because we had written against them in social media platform. Now as its intentionally made it’s not covered by insurance company.

    Now even after 8 days that they have not given the estimate…. Libra hyundai is just the worst place to go for service..

      Severe accident that occurred on 31st may, 2019, between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, while traveling from ludhiana to delhi (Between khanna and mandi gobind garh) in our hyundai creta (1.6 vtvt auto sx+) and failure of the airbags to deploy.

      This accident occurred in the evening with no fault of ours. A reckless truck rammed into our car from the side and our car flipped three times over on the highway. My son, 19 years of age and i, 49 years, suffered several internal injuries and bruises. The car was very badly damaged beyond repair. The creta turned turtle thrice on highway and even after such heavy impact of truck and the road.. The airbags didnt deploy.

      It was a top-end model and we didn't expect this level of performance from a company like hyundai. God forbid, if something would have happened to my son or myself, how would you have justified this. This is a major security concern for all all the hyundai users means all the claims this company makes are hollow and compromises the life of it's users and just aim to make money.

      When a customer buys a product from your company, it means that they are investing their trust and belief in you. So, every customer's security invariably lies in your hands. It appears that there is a manufacturing defect in vehicle as airbags didn't deploy despite severe collision as well as rolling of the car and also poor and inferior quality of the security system. And, if you can't promise quality in the products you are selling, then i suggest either you work on your product or get ready to wind-up your business.

      I want to know who is liable for any mishaps of such magnitude. From last 12 days we are in mental shock despite suffering from all the severe multiple internal/physical injuries. It's a matter of grave concern not only for me, but all the hyundai users in the country, perhaps the world.
      The creta is not in a repairable condition. I demand a new creta in my name (Tried and tested) and you please keep the defected lot of vehicle with you. And i demand a compensation along with new suv for the mental trauma i am still going through.
      My lawyer shall soon furnish the details of my demands.
      I want a speedy resolution of this issue or i will have to resort to social media and consumer courts to escalate the issue.
      And ill make sure hyundai recalls the entire batch of creta with defected airbags and security features. Mark my words.
      Am also escalating the matter to transport minister. So kindly dont you take this matter lightly.
      If you do not come up with a resolution reply within 3 working days, my lawyer shall serve you a legal notice along with a detailed complaint in consumer forum for my grievience.

      This mail has been sent to hyundai motors plenty of times... But they don't pay heed and no reply has been recd from them.
      Kindly resolve my issue... I want compensation for the immense trauma and my creta is gone totally.
      The airbags didn't deploy because the front crumple zone is still intact (b/w front tyres and front bonnet). It's pretty common with all brands cars. There's a reason why gov is now pushing for 6 airbags mandate.
      Please read about when the airbags get deployed when they don't. This seems more like lack o[censored]nderstanding.

        I hv booked Venue 1.0S with dealer 3rd May 2019. raised complaint on 26thJune related to (request id1-[protected]) confirm me delivery date, but till now no update received from customer care and dealer. As per dealer no such model is in Available. If check other show room whoose booking is 1month later they will get deliverey, but still no no confirmation related to delivery.

        It's very strange I have booked Venue 1.0s on 3rd may, but till now no update, I have raised concern to hyundai customer care on 26thjune, but till now no update. I think there is no use of pre booking.

          This is related to a complaint against hyundai elite i20 magna which i bought from unity hyundai rohini west, my car has run 16, 000 kms recently completed 2 years and its ac has stopped working, i had visited jahangirpuri agrawal unity hyundai service center and they said it may be an issue related to compressor valve which may cost you 6k.ac compressor valve needs to be replaced, can someone please make me understand a car which is so less run and driven by a single person with at most care, how it has arised an issue related to air conditioner that as soon as the warranty is finished the problem starts arising, please i want the issue needs to be resolved and please take a note that it’s a concern related to an inbuilt fault, i still offered to pay the part price but not the labour expect the solution, i will be grateful, thanks.

            Of more than one month no suitable feedback regarding the date of

                Hi team,
                I have purchased hyundai venue on 12th june from kun hyundai – kondapur, hyderabad.

                I have very disappointing experience in terms of my vehicle provided to me and services provided by sales and service team.in 20 days of purchasing a vehicle if i have to visit service center 4-5 times (Getting vehicle lifted and audio system replacement, etc issues faced by me and this is a real waste of money as well as time, that too after paying such a big amount. Following issues, i have faced:

                1. During delivery power window of front left side from left door (Front) was not working. I had to visit showroom and they asked me to visit service center after visiting service center they told that don’t have button with them and will order it.
                After 2-3 days someone visited from chennai and asked me to visit service center again to get it fixed.

                2. They have charged me 1821 rupees extra in the billing (Difference of amount billed in insurance and invoice provided). I had to chase showroom 3-4 times to get refund.

                3. “fastag” activation from showroom got delay and had to follow up with them 8-10 times.

                4. There is some noise coming from right side (Driver side) while wheel is getting rotated after every revolution. I visited showroom and they again asked me to visit service center. They lifted my vehicle (Picture attached) and removed some stones from tyres and told issue has been solved. But facing same issue after 2 days.

                5. Big issue (Manufacturing defect) – with ‘audio visual system’ not working (Call not getting connected using apple car play when trying to call using audio voice). I have visited showroom for this issue on 6th july and they asked me to visit service center and they were unable to identify the issue and on 10th july they visited my building and again took my vehicle to service center and vendor has observed that there is a fault in avs (Audio visual system - video attached, they will order again and will replace it.

                Replacement is one solution from hyundai side but i am disappointed with the vehicle and service provided to me. Such a waste of money. I have burnt 10-12 litres of petrol just to get these issues resolved and still i have to go through all this replacement installed now within less than 1 month of delivery. My vehicle got lifted and wiring (Avs) will be changed and it might result in more issue in near future and that time they will charge me big amount.
                All this needs to be checked before they deliver vehicle to customer.

                Resolution: i have wasted money, time, emotions and sentiment with vehicle and service.
                I want 2 lakhs as compensation for the pain they have given me + 1 lakh for mental harassment.

The fool supervisor is telling me it is because of abs braking system. Even a common man can tell the defination of abs braking system, your staff is not listening my problem and solving it. As my car is under warranty and i can't show the problem in other service center. And iam unable to drive my car beacuse of this brake.
                  So it is my humble request to send some educated person at your lms hyundai to solve my problem or teach your staff how to solve my problem.

                    Iam worked last one year in classic hyundai malappuram. Saturday 06/07/19 hr manager called me and give a transfer letter to join body shop with immediate effect. Its a play of managememt to pushing resign from that company last 3 month they terminate almost 26 employees from the company to give transfer letter. So they working employess not a good opinion with company. Iam woeking customer relationship excutive in that company i called psf that time every customer have complaint.
                    The directer has said a gift benefit for google review so employees friends and relative give the rating its not geninue.
                    Last 6 month the company sale is very low. After the venue lanuch company sell 61 vehicle last month. The company go loss. They are try to disappoint the employess and customers. The brand value of classic is decreasing this make the decreasing the hyundai brand value so.
                    You chek the current status of classic hyundai and change the dealership one time a person took the vehicle they never take second vechicle there.
                    Its a time think about the other dealership in malappuram you have to cross check the new employees join sales in last six month how resign from there. The dealership cheating the employees and customers

                      Rs.11100.00 (Eleven thousand one hundred only) my order i/d being

                        Had bought grand i10 sportz model taking into consideration the feature being provided. However, to my surprise the product quality is pathetic.

                        Self had bought this car on 26th january 2019; and its only been 06 months and the drl of my car got damaged/fused.

                        As per the update received from the service centre the drl got fused due to rain. Seriously??? In ahmedabad it hardly rained twice or thrice and the drl couldn't even withstand the same. I wonder how will i manage with this car and the materials used in it for the coming year.

                        Was truly happy with the carmaker (Hyundai) and was recommending it to my relatives and friends as well. However, with this experience, would not even think of recommending it to anyone.

                        Have also submitted a complaint on the official site of hyundai, awaiting feedback.

                          Purchased hyundai i 20 asta during the year 2014 from utkal hyundai bhubaneswar in the name of my son chandan mishra. It has run 45061 km on 19.06.2019, the a. C stopped working the brahmapur service unit handed over the car on 20.06.2019 on payment of rs 6447/-. After run of 20 kms on 22.06.2019 the a. C again stopped. After stopping the a. C i moved to meet the urgent medical works. After 25 kms the engine totally stopped. Now the service staffs have claimed rs 35000/- again. Consulting auto engineers it is confirmed that it was only due to bed service. I suffered mental, physical & subsequent financial injury of medical expenses of rs 185000/- beyond the car expenses. Why should i suffer for the negligence of your service staffs. If my case is not considered properly & urgently, i will go for a consumer case as advised by my advocate. I will also use social /electronic /print media and twitter. Awaiting for your urgent response

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I am extremely sorry to inform you that i had the worst experience with the quality of services that i have received from advaith hyundai service center at bangalore, avalahalli center (Old madras road). I have been using hyundai i10 magna car since 2012. Ref no: ka 03 mr 859. Recently my car met with an accident where it was hit to an electric pole. Kindly note i am 8 months pregnant and the unfortunate incident occured due to the dizziness as part of my pregnancy.

                            The car was given to the service center for repair on 11th may 2019 and the rough date of delivery given to me was 30th may 2019. There was regular exchange of messages with the team via whatsapp on the same. On 30th i was informed that the thermostat required for air conditioning is damaged. Hence it needs to be replaced which would require a week's time further. I have been constantly following up for the delivery of the car as i had my monthly appointments with the medical practitioner. Despite of knowing my health condition, there had been great delay in handing over the car. Day and night both my husband and i used to follow up with the team on the same. But they kept delaying the delivery giving us lame excuses. Consequently i had to postpone my medical appointments for 3 weeks. Finally i was informed that the car will be delivered on 19th june.in all this process, i was charged with 77k (Where 31 k was paid from my end, the rest by the insurance co). When the car was delivered on the given date. We just drove 100 meters away from the service center, the car stopped by itself.
                            I was terribly upset this time as my car broke down in the middle of traffic and had to face public agony as it was in the middle of the road. Again the car was brought back to the service center for repair. Point to be noted here, prior to the delivery, we recognized that there was some issue with car horn and the car got off at the service centre. But still it was assured to us that the car is perfectly serviced and can be taken ahead. Later the service manager informed that the battery seems to be weak. Post escalations, the car was taken to mobis hyundai center at hope farm, bangalore. The sales executives did a one day service and had informed that we need to replace an suspension linkage which costed us an extra 2k. We made the payment without any argument or raising question

                            Thinking the problems would would have been now settled down, we were almost back to our normal life. Two weeks back there occured the next incident where the car broke down again in the middle of traffic and the car was taken to service at advaith hyundai service center at graphite india. The executives have now informed that the few more parts (Self start motor which costs 9k +) of the car need to replaced, the service of the car also has to be done and this will cost us another 23k

                            As we stay 25 kms away from city, we have requested to provide a spare car, but that too was provided only for a day or two.

                            I was shocked to realise that even such major checks of the car was ignored before handing over. Here arises the actual question as to is this the way a car is serviced at an authorised service centre where it was dropped for more than 40 days? Does the staff really know to repair the car in an authorised service center? Despite of making a hefty payment without any argument, is this the service finally provided to the customer? Though i make a another payment of 23k, is the problem actually getting resolved or am i going to face a series of problems hereafter? Is customer service term to be renamed as customer looting

                            I request hyundai motor india to look into my concern with a serious thought. As a customer, the experience i had gone through have definitely created negative feelings regarding the brand of the company and would reconsider my decision before i buy or refer a hyundai car to my friends or relatives.

                            I believe my words would be given utmost importance and concrete measures would be taken to avoid such situations in near future. Despite of my medical condition, the mental pressure i had gone through is wordless. Kindly refund a part of the amount paid.

                              My name is harshit handa today i took my car for my first service in hyundai nearest service centre which is located in (Badli) industrial area phase -1 new delhi. Hans hyundai. Your executive mr. Ajay khatri was attending my car service and given estimated time 3:30pm when i reached to take delivery of my car my cars front bumper was scratched badly from left side corner by their mistake my car was driven just 800 km and they did ths my experience is bad very bad and i m very much disappointed my hyundai 👎👎👎👎👎👎

                                I sent my hyundai i-10 car (Registration no up32 cx2392 model 2009) for service at your jsv hyundai service centre, sitapur road sahar godown lucknow.in the evening when i went there to take delivery of my car, the cashier/ accountant issued me bill no b[protected] dated 03.07.2019 for rs.17837/- and asked me to make the payment of it. I told him to pay by credit card. While making the payment through credit card due to mistake of your cashier, i paid rs.178370.01 instead of rs.17837/-. After payment, i got sms by which i came to know that i have paid rs.1, 60, 533.01 excess to your company. I took the pos receipt from your cashier which shows that amount of rs.178370.01 has been paid by me in batch no 000108 invoice no 000582 at 18.24.01 on 03.07.2019. Now i asked your service center manager mr chaitnya prakash to refund my excess payment of rs.160533.01. He assured me to refund the amount on 04.07.2019. But till today, i have not received the excess amount paid rs.160533.01. I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately and refund me the excess amount paid rs.160533.01 through neft/ rtgs. The neft details are as below ;

                                  I purchased santro car on 07.05.2019 but till today i didn't get my rc. When i talk to mr ajaysingh they rudely answer to give rc after ten days each time. After two months i am tired so now i complain if my is not provide me with in next two days i will go for legal process for which company will responsible totally. Bank is forcing me to deposite my rc
                                  At the time of car purchase navigation chip is not issued. When I asked that time they said it will not come by default with the car. But now after 2nd service showroom people arguing they have already given.

                                    My Vehicle registration number is Tn 76 AV 5163.

                                    Car bought on 24th April 2019. There is a refund of Rs 10500/- from susee Hyundai, Tirunelveli. Since the date of purchase am waiting for the payment. Mr Sreenivasan, Manager sales is not responding properly.

                                    I complaint this to the Hyundai customer care for 4 times. Yet there is no improvement. Here it breaks the trust on Hyundai. Please look into it and do the needful

                                      I purchased my car from kottayam popular motor world private limited adichira kottayam. The dealer is very bad beacuse i don't recieved my dicount amount & sevice coupon said by the dealer, sales manager & sales executive mr. Monish. May 1 the sales manager & sales executive is transfered to the popular hyundai pala kottayam district. So the kottayam dealer says he don't know the disount amount said by the sales executive & sales manager. The sales exucutive monish didn't attend my call. My car's colour is fading & my tale lamp is fully covered fog in raining time. My front glass wiper is not working. So i am decided to file a case in consumer court to change my car and recieving my discount amount
