I was getting a sign of engine fault so i visited the sawan hyundai, sewah panipat haryana. They checked the fault with so called tab software and shared that the error code of p12192 is coming due to battery issue as recently i have changed & fixed new exide battery which is as per stranded of 12v but 35ah instead of 40ah as i got in new car. But when i have checked the same the battery technician they are saying battery is perfectly fine this code must be having different meaning.

Please revert if this code is really related to the battery as confirmed by your expert technician working at sawan hyundai, sewah or i need to visit some other location for this query.

I am still getting this symbol repeatedly even deleted twice with the software

    On 04/07/2019 i have booked hyundai venue on unity hyundai show room, shalimar bagh delhi after depositing the amount of rs. 50000/- for pre-booking. On 10/07/2019 i have reached the show room and during the conversation with salesman sh. Deepak and sales manager they said that i have to take insurance of first year from the car showroom and the same has been compulsory by hyundai motors. If you don’t take the insurance they will cancel my booking and only rs. 47000/- will be refunded to you. Thereafter i have cancelled the booking. The copy of pre - booking and booking cancellation application attached herewith. Thereafter i have purchased the hyundai venue from hemkund hyundai, wazirpur.
    In view of above, you are hereby requested to take necessary action against the fraud and theft dealer and please help me for refund my full amount i. E. Rs. 50000/- as early as possible. Other wise i will have to file case against the hyundai motors regarding the same.

      This is wirh reference to the id no.1-[protected] issued on 14/07/2019.
      It is once again to to inform that, i have booked a hyundai grand i10
      Sportz dual tone car red and black from lms hyundai, port blair on
      30/05/2019 for an amount of rs. 646920/-. An amount of rs. 10000/- was
      Paid on 30/05/2019 with the assurance that the car will be delivered
      To me within one month from the date of booking. The lms asked me to
      Deposit more amount to confirm the booking of the hyundai grand i10
      Sportz dual tone car. Accordingly i have deposited an amount of rs.
      430000/- on 10/06/2019. After a lapse
      Of more than one month no suitable feedback regarding the date of
      Tentative delivery of the car is provided to me. Moreover on11/07/2019
      A representative of lms hyundai informed that, the specific car is not
      Presently available with the hyundai company it will take more two
      Months for delivery. On15/07/2019 a representative of lms hyundai,
      Port blair informed me over phone that, the specific car is not
      Presently manufactured by the hyundai company. Kindly confirm me the
      Fact and suggest me how i will get the car. Moreover, inform me any
      New car of similar type is going to launch recently or not. An early
      Action in this connection is solicited.in this connection the booking
      Details are enclosed for ready reference.

        Respected sir,
        I am a corporate customer. Sir i book a car from hyundai under chas showroom shree hyundai. The model of car is venue. I pay my booking amount rs 21000/= on 26th may 2019. The booking cheque already cleared from my account on 29th may 2019. They regularly telling me pay full amount. Salesman told me your car is booked. After this my corporation pay full ex-showroom price 1084000/- through neft. The amount is already credited in his account on 26th june 2019. Currently total 1105000/ rs paid, this is more than price. The salesman regularly telling me wrong date of coming of car. The showroom personal tells blue colour model is not loaded in our system from starting. After not satisfactory answer i tell him please give my car if blue colour is not available then in red. But till today i have not got any proper answer.in current position my corporation charged 8% panel interest. Who will pay this interest? Sir what is going on in hyundai? How a corporate customer is cheated by showroom personals? My request from soul of my heart if it is possible than kindly solve this problem and make a guideline for showroom. Now i feel cheated so you refund my amount to my corporation.in this current situation i don’t want any deal through shree hyundai in the current situation. It is not possible to buy a car in this service manner so returns the amount to my corporation as quickly as possible.

          But delivery has not been made yet. And the worst part is that himavashini motors at hosur say that they can not give a date for delivery of vehicle even after two months of waiting. They advised me not to make full payment untill they give date.
          I only wonder if this is the good practice of hyundai or dealer.
          Customer s are kept at bay. As a customer i feel the delivery is mismanaged at the whims and fans of the dealer.

                I have made a service request to hans hyundai, moti nagar, new delhi and the date and time of pickup for service was fixed was[protected]:00-8:30 am. The person who has to pick the vehicle had called me 3-4 time a day before the service just to locate the address. Then on next day the person for pickup had arrived at 10:30 am. I have clearly told them that i have to leave for my office at 9:30am.
                Later around 5:00pm i have told them that they need to put my gst details on the bill and i have messaged the details at the same time. After generating the bill the person had called me for the mode for payment. I told him that i will imps for will give him the cheque, firstly he denied to take the both and also told me that the company doesn't take cheque, and after 30 minutes of argument he send me his details for imps. Before receiving the car i had transfer the bill amount which was 10157. Moreover, there was discount scheme from 16th july to 21st july named hyundai mansoon camp and the bill was generated on mrp there was no discount mentioned on the bill and when i have called the person next day he told me that he forgets to mention that and was waiting for his manager to come office. Then they were ready for the the refund only for periodic maintenance service of rs. 2255 and refund of rs. 338 was to be refunded.
                There problems i faced was firstly, pickup timing. Secondly, no mention of discounts on the bill. Thirdly, the old bill will be canceled and new bill will be generated after 2-3 days.

                  I bought hyundai verna model no verna 1.6vtvt sx (O) model in feb 2018.
                  I am extremely disappointed with the petrol service of the car.
                  It is giving a petrol service of 4 to 5 km per litre which is much less than what i
                  Was assured of 11 km per litre at the time of purchase.
                  Of all the cars that i have driven, this verna has got the worst petrol service.

                  Please look into the matter and oblige.

                    We have going to Coimbatore with family in car, Nearby vellore tyre got burst while running. We contact road side assist, they told that after payment we come and see the repair, after we payment done. Technician came and told that tools not available. So for 8hrs we are staying in road with baby. Like this worst service from Allainz road side assista. There contact no. [protected]. I talk many times they are not properly responded. Without anywork done they charged me 885rs from me, So kindly refund i need, Already i inform to them they said my senior will talk after no response from them.. My Compliant no - X[protected]IND .                       Dear,
                      मैं रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के अंतर्गत कार्यरत एक केंद्रीय कर्मचारी हूँ। जिसकी सेवा स्थानांतरण से संबंधित है जिसके कारण एक शहर से दूसरे शहर स्थानांतरण पर जाना पड़ता है। मार्च 2013 में रामगढ़ कैंट, झारखंड में मैंने i10 कार खरीदी थी जिसका नंबर JH-02-Y-7137 है। पिछले जून 2019 महीने में Anmol Hyundai opposite Mission compound के workshop द्वारा विभिन्न नंबरों जैसे;- [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] से कॉल करके प्रतिदिन सर्विसिंग के लिए कहा जाता। मेरे गाड़ी में silensor से संबंधित समस्या थी। जिससे संबंधित जानकारी मैं कॉल आने के दौरान बता चुका था। और उसे ठीक करने का आश्वासन दिया गया था। परन्तु जब दिनांक 28/06/2019 को सर्विसिंग/paid के लिए उपर्युक्त workshop में गया (Receipt attached) तब भी कहा गया कि ठीक करवा देंगे। फिर 2-3 घंटे बाद फोन करके कहा गया कि silensor बदलना पड़ेगा जो कि अभी नहीं है, तथा अभी सर्विसिंग/paid करवा देते हैं। जब शाम को गाड़ी लेने गया तब जिस मैकेनिक द्वारा गाड़ी की जाँच की गई तब वे उपस्थित नहीं थे और गाड़ी की चेक तथा डेलीवेरी दूसरे मैकेनिक से कराकर दी गई। जिसमे गाड़ी की परेशानियों के बारे में न पूछकर गाड़ी की सफाई और polishing के बारे में पूछा जा रहा था। इन कारणों से मैंने Feedback Report भी नहीं भरा और ना हीं साइन किया था। इस संबंध में वहाँ के मैनेजर को जानकारी दी तब उनका कहना था कि बुधबार दिनांक 03/07/2019 को silensor आ जाएगा और आपकी गाड़ी free पिकअप कराकर ठीक करवा दूँगा। बुधवार तो गुजर गया और एक दिन फिर feedback के लिए कॉल आया तब फिर मैंने silensor कि याद दिलाई तब से अबतक मेरे गाड़ी का silensor ठीक नहीं किया गया है। Customer को अंधेरे में रखकर workshop द्वारा जिस प्रकार का सर्विसिंग/paid की गई है।वह किसी भी प्रकार से सराहनीय नहीं हैं। Hyndai कंपनी से मैं जानना चाहता हूँ कि इस प्रकार से सिर्फ पैसे कमाने की छूट किस प्रकार से किसी workshop को दी गई है। जहाँ customer satisfaction जीरो है। साथ हीं मैं यह भी जानना चाहता हूँ कि इस व्यवहार के लिए संबंधित workshop पर क्या कार्रवाई की गई है।

                        I bought Hyundai i20 in August 2017 and got good service till last week but now I got information about there is some problem in nut bolt of tyres when I met with tyre puncture on road I went to Hyundai service center in cosmo Hyundai Phagwara Punjab to get check the problem and to do wheel Allighnment those people diclare all the bolts are not working properly there is need of replace.
                        I asked about warranty it there but they are not ready to do full amount reimburse.
                        Still bargaining is going on for partial refund. I m feeling harassment even i m getting general checkup from hyundai center only. Please look into the matter as soon as possible

                          I have bought Hundai Creta SX Dual Tone Pertol on 14th Nov 2019. I am facing following problems with my car since last few weeks:

                          1. My car does not pick up smoothly especially when driving uphill. It jerks when releasing the clutch when vehicle starts moving
                          2. When I sift the gear and accelerate the vehicle, vehicle gives full acceleration noise but does not pick up. I have to release the accelerator and press again. This problem happens while driving uphill and happens sometime
                          3. Sometime, gear gets locked due to which I am unable to change the gear. I have to stop the vehicle and start again.

                          It seems that there is some issue with my car and please repair/replace my car at the earliest.

                            This post is to create awareness that please do not buy hyundai cars for two reasons

                            A. Built quality:

                            I bought hyundai xcent (Jh 10bf 9935) two years back in june 2017. And i paid extra amount for security and took model which had airbags.. Unfortunately on 25th may 2019 my car met with an accident.. Which was so severe that bumper radiator and engine got suffered still airbags dint deploy.. Fortunately my driver was unhurt..

                            B. Service:

                            My car was sent to libra hyundai dhanbad, kartras road service center on 25th may’19. After multiple follow up (At least 5 personal visits, 15-20 calls direct and they call center, and 5 tweets) they agreed to deliver car on 19th jun.. But they had to maintain their reputation of pathetic customer service so after keeping car for a month; on 22nd june they said that engine of car has seized.

                            I just want to know if it’s an accident case and that too from front side why its took a month to identify about issue in engine. Its my 100% believe that if such issue was not reported in first inspection report or within 7 days of accident, must be creating by libra hyundai to harass us.
                            Why……because we had written against them in social media platform. Now as its intentionally made it’s not covered by insurance company.

                            Now even after 8 days that they have not given the estimate…. Libra hyundai is just the worst place to go for service..

                              Severe accident that occurred on 31st may, 2019, between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, while traveling from ludhiana to delhi (Between khanna and mandi gobind garh) in our hyundai creta (1.6 vtvt auto sx+) and failure of the airbags to deploy.

                              This accident occurred in the evening with no fault of ours. A reckless truck rammed into our car from the side and our car flipped three times over on the highway. My son, 19 years of age and i, 49 years, suffered several internal injuries and bruises. The car was very badly damaged beyond repair. The creta turned turtle thrice on highway and even after such heavy impact of truck and the road.. The airbags didnt deploy.

                              It was a top-end model and we didn't expect this level of performance from a company like hyundai. God forbid, if something would have happened to my son or myself, how would you have justified this. This is a major security concern for all all the hyundai users means all the claims this company makes are hollow and compromises the life of it's users and just aim to make money.

                              When a customer buys a product from your company, it means that they are investing their trust and belief in you. So, every customer's security invariably lies in your hands. It appears that there is a manufacturing defect in vehicle as airbags didn't deploy despite severe collision as well as rolling of the car and also poor and inferior quality of the security system. And, if you can't promise quality in the products you are selling, then i suggest either you work on your product or get ready to wind-up your business.

                              I want to know who is liable for any mishaps of such magnitude. From last 12 days we are in mental shock despite suffering from all the severe multiple internal/physical injuries. It's a matter of grave concern not only for me, but all the hyundai users in the country, perhaps the world.
                              The creta is not in a repairable condition. I demand a new creta in my name (Tried and tested) and you please keep the defected lot of vehicle with you. And i demand a compensation along with new suv for the mental trauma i am still going through.
                              My lawyer shall soon furnish the details of my demands.
                              I want a speedy resolution of this issue or i will have to resort to social media and consumer courts to escalate the issue.
                              And ill make sure hyundai recalls the entire batch of creta with defected airbags and security features. Mark my words.
                              Am also escalating the matter to transport minister. So kindly dont you take this matter lightly.
                              If you do not come up with a resolution reply within 3 working days, my lawyer shall serve you a legal notice along with a detailed complaint in consumer forum for my grievience.

                              The airbags didn't deploy because the front crumple zone is still intact (b/w front tyres and front bonnet). It's pretty common with all brands cars. There's a reason why gov is now pushing for 6 airbags mandate.
                              Please read about when the airbags get deployed when they don't. This seems more like lack o[censored]nderstanding.

As per dealer no such model is in Available. If check other show room whoose booking is 1month later they will get deliverey, but still no no confirmation related to delivery.

                                It's very strange I have booked Venue 1.0s on 3rd may, but till now no update, I have raised concern to hyundai customer care on 26thjune, but till now no update. I think there is no use of pre booking.

                                  This is related to a complaint against hyundai elite i20 magna which i bought from unity hyundai rohini west, my car has run 16, 000 kms recently completed 2 years and its ac has stopped working, i had visited jahangirpuri agrawal unity hyundai service center and they said it may be an issue related to compressor valve which may cost you 6k.ac compressor valve needs to be replaced, can someone please make me understand a car which is so less run and driven by a single person with at most care, how it has arised an issue related to air conditioner that as soon as the warranty is finished the problem starts arising, please i want the issue needs to be resolved and please take a note that it’s a concern related to an inbuilt fault, i still offered to pay the part price but not the labour expect the solution, i will be grateful, thanks.

                                    Hyundai, port blair on 30/05/2019 for an amount of rs. 646920/-. An
                                    Amount of rs. 10000/- was paid on 30/05/2019 with the assurance that

                                    Booking. The lms asked me to deposit more amount to confirm the
                                    Booking of the hyundai grand i10 sportz dual tone car. Accordingly i
                                    Have deposited an amount of rs. 430000/- on 10/06/2019. After a lapse
                                    Of more than one month no suitable feedback regarding the date of
                                    Tentative delivery of the car is provided to me. Moreover on11/07/2019

                                    Presently available with the hyundai company it will take more two

                                        Hi team,
                                        I have purchased hyundai venue on 12th june from kun hyundai – kondapur, hyderabad.

                                        I have very disappointing experience in terms of my vehicle provided to me and services provided by sales and service team.in 20 days of purchasing a vehicle if i have to visit service center 4-5 times (Getting vehicle lifted and audio system replacement, etc issues faced by me and this is a real waste of money as well as time, that too after paying such a big amount. Following issues, i have faced:

                                        1. During delivery power window of front left side from left door (Front) was not working. I had to visit showroom and they asked me to visit service center after visiting service center they told that don’t have button with them and will order it.
                                        After 2-3 days someone visited from chennai and asked me to visit service center again to get it fixed.

                                        2. They have charged me 1821 rupees extra in the billing (Difference of amount billed in insurance and invoice provided). I had to chase showroom 3-4 times to get refund.

                                        3. “fastag” activation from showroom got delay and had to follow up with them 8-10 times.

                                        4. There is some noise coming from right side (Driver side) while wheel is getting rotated after every revolution. I visited showroom and they again asked me to visit service center. They lifted my vehicle (Picture attached) and removed some stones from tyres and told issue has been solved. But facing same issue after 2 days.

                                        5. Big issue (Manufacturing defect) – with ‘audio visual system’ not working (Call not getting connected using apple car play when trying to call using audio voice). I have visited showroom for this issue on 6th july and they asked me to visit service center and they were unable to identify the issue and on 10th july they visited my building and again took my vehicle to service center and vendor has observed that there is a fault in avs (Audio visual system - video attached, they will order again and will replace it.

                                        Replacement is one solution from hyundai side but i am disappointed with the vehicle and service provided to me. Such a waste of money. I have burnt 10-12 litres of petrol just to get these issues resolved and still i have to go through all this replacement installed now within less than 1 month of delivery. My vehicle got lifted and wiring (Avs) will be changed and it might result in more issue in near future and that time they will charge me big amount.
                                        All this needs to be checked before they deliver vehicle to customer.

                                        Resolution: i have wasted money, time, emotions and sentiment with vehicle and service.
                                        I want 2 lakhs as compensation for the pain they have given me + 1 lakh for mental harassment.
