Updated by Satbirbist_007 Hi this is Satbir Bisht, I booked Xcent in Month of April 2019 and Sales Person Promise to deliver the Car by 15th May 2019.. I keep on taking follow up but still same answer, once come will inform.
Finally car came at 26th May 2019 and i ask them that i will take deliver on 7th June as I was not in town due to person engagement but they pushing me to take delivery on 31st May itself as they have targets.
Even I have already deposited DD of amount 4.85 lac and 1 old car for exchange.
lastly on 7th June, when i was gone with my famiily to take delivery then i saw car was in Pathetic condition at delivery area, all black spots was pasted in entire body of car, no PDI was done . I refuse to take as cars was not look like new car.
Again I came on 11th June 2019 to take Car delivery then i get to know that my insurance was already started from 31st May 2019 and my necessary details like Phone number, email ID not updated properly . when i asked that insurance must start from today as per delivery date then sales person told me that it is normal in new cars.
in july 2019 when i was gone for 1st service then service person shown me that my all details are different from Hyundai record and service period is applicable from billing date as my actual delivery date is 11th June 2019 and Same My Car Insurance start date is as per billing date. Service Person assures that this will change but i should ask sales person.
Again next, Day, i was get it touch with showroom and found instead of many reminder, my details not updated and denied for Invoice and insurance change . I urge Invoice is not importand but insurance must be change as per actual delivery date but no one help me to change.
I have already paid all necessary accessories payment but due to bad installation I refuse to take seat covers and ask the refund of money . Surprisely instead of weekly reminder I was got message on 21st July 2019 that cheque of INR 4700 is ready and can taken.
My concern is that Whether Hyundai Showroom relationship still remain till Car delivery..?
Earlier Sales person Keep on calling me for delivery, and after no one called for Number plate, Phone, email updation.
I am not satisfied the service which Bohra Hyundai is Given to me and though I have not recommend any of my relative, friends o Purchase car from Bohra Hyundai
Hence I want that My Insurance must be start from 11th June 2019.
