I baught vanue sx (O) manual on 25th july and yesterday my bluelink got activated. I baught this car only for cool features of bluelink. But yesterday i came to know that this vaient does not have all features of bluelink like engine start/stop. If they gave me all information about this, i would've definitely baught automatic varient. I am now very upset and feel like cheated.

    We have brought your new face lift verna mh04 jv 9241 fully loaded from thane modi hyundai. The headlight given by you are cheap quality due to which night driving is not safe with this car. Also the welcome kit was not given to us. Comparing other car in same segment provides better inbuilt accessories and services. Not worth recommending hyundai cars. You just can’t buy your awards you need to earn them.

      *i have not recieved my bill of car, basic kit with car, exchange value and bonus of my car, and my car is not registered with rto*
      I have spoken to branch manager of that showroom and he is not trying to solve my problem instead of solving he is telling me to wait and sometimes he doen’t answer to my calls willingly

        Regarding complaint for misbehaviour by g. M sales (Mr. Robin) of m/s shivaang hyundai-bhukrawali road, aligarh-u. P-202001

        Dear sir;

        I am writing this letter to you under great mental depression which was caused because of misbehaviour of hyundai staff during purchase of my new car - i-20-sports – malbm51blkm722165, dated:[protected] at hyundai dealer - m/s shivaang hyundai - village bhukrawali, g. T road-aligarh-202001 (U. P) via invoice no. H[protected]

        On the day of delivery i insist to sales person assigned to me to at least have one meeting with their gm so that i can talk about any negotiation if possible (Which almost every customer do at the time of final payment).

        As right now i am not able to walk without support (I am using elbow crunch stick to walk because of knee surgery) i request my sales person to call him in reception area for my ease if possible. After few minutes he came to me ask me to come in his cabin.

        The moment we start conversation at of sudden i saw change in his attitude and i feel he is simply waiting for my rtgs confirmation and he knows that once he got money the whole game is in his hands.

        The main reason behind his anger is that i had not purchased insurance policy from their agency and get it done from outside.

        He started shouting me about his company sop’s and even threat me that if i had purchased policy from outside they will not provide me benefits of hyundai warranty on parts, on which i asked him about how it matters on warranty (Because practically there is no relation between warranty and insurance provider), but things starts going more worse from this when he even raised question mark on discount given to me on corporate behalf.

        He starts accusing me for working in small company and told me that i am not eligible for this discount however in your case i am giving this from his pocket.

        This type of rough attitude is quite unacceptable in service industry.

        I have no hesitate in saying that if this is hyundai service culture then this leads company to downfall.

        My sincere question is that i had declared my company name to them near about den days before and also tell them that i am getting this corporate discount from nrl hyundai (Dealership at agra-u. P), then why are they making issue of such things at the time of delivery when my whole family were present their for joyful moment.

        That should be checked earlier by them and if am not eligible as per their criteria then they should tell me before so that i can go to another dealer who i ready to provide me the same.

        Making issue of such thing at the time of vehicle delivery is so annoying and pathetic.

        After getting insulted by him i came out from his cabin and even from reception area and waits for delivery of my car on the agency gate office as i did not want to be more upset from his rude attitude, but again he came out from his showroom to entrance gate and start arguing with me again by saying he is gm of ford also (As shivaang ford is also is of same owner) and tackle people like me on daily basis and again humiliated me in front of my family members.

        Upon his instructions my car delivery was rescheduled to last despite of my medical condition which doesn’t allow me to stay their long.

        As the time is about 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm, everyone in showroom was in great hurry to move out and no one even find important to at least describe basic features, facilities, functioning demo, maintenance etc. To me and all this was done on the guidelines of showroom g. M (Mr. Robin)

        In this letter i would like to clear you that the sales persons assigned to me-mr. Faisal naeem was a very polite, helpful & gentle person and i have no issues with him but all this was done on the instructions of gm (Mr. Robin)

        Before delivery they force me to sign feedback form in which they insist me to give high score to them.

        The whole joy of buying new car was turned into a bad experience as i was humiliated in front of my family members, relatives.

        I also tried to log complaint on feedback call received from hyundai on 3rd august-19 but again the concern person told me to first give feedback then only they will provide complaint number to me and once my feedback survey got complete he told me that he will call back to me as my voice was not clear to him and he never turns up.

        By this letter i have some question in my mind and like to have your insights on same:

        1. Is this is a right customer dealing practice which is followed by your dealers..??

        2. Don’t you have any grievance redressal systems for customers? As many time i asked this to them but they don’t reply.

        3. After this whole incident i was in low mental state because i had never face such humiliation in my entire life and if had taken some hard step then who will be responsible after me for bread of my family??

        4. Purchase of insurance policy is a total discretion of customer and according to latest irda guidelines car dealer/ company cannot force/compel to buy policy from their house or deny to provide all warranty & insurance related facilities to the customers, then why this unethical practice is followed in your company and why should i not complain to irda regarding this..??

        I had also share my concern to my legal advisor and we had decided to book you under section 498 of ipc for mental harassment & humiliation.

        Moreover i am also seeking damage in form of monetary compensation of rupees five lacs from your side for defamation by hyundai employee (Mr. Robin) under section 499 & section 500 of ipc.

        You are requested to kindly reply for my letter within 7 days from receiving my mail to you or else i will understand that you have nothing to say in this context and also agree for all above statements so that i will start legal proceedings.

          The braking power of creta is pathetic.. At high speed it don't give any confidence, but otherthen that the serious issue is the car release brakes on uneven or gravel road, the pedal become rock hard and car produce a sound... Due to this i meet an accident yesterday because the car don't stop and collide to a sand slope kept on the side of the road... Hyundai service centre is completely ignoring this issue calling it working of abs... Hyundai also don't provide any solution

            Subject: - Complained against the poor service

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            This has a reference to my representation of issue related RTO passing of my XCENT SX VTVT S/S Chassis no.191669, Engine no.0822315 Invoice no. H2016-17/1642 Dated 24.08.2016.

            Please note that, I have purchased above car having RTO Registration number -GJ-01-RS-8547 from Hyundai dealer M/s Concept Motors ( I) Pvt.Ltd . Since, I believe in Green Technology, I have preferred CNG Operated Car, since you have special arrangement of Company fitted CNG application. (Payment made of Rs. 58, 248.00 under code 16EA484 Invoice number CNG/16-17/051)

            Since, the vehicle was specially designed to fit CNG Kit and company has provided CNG Kit fitting and necessary RTO formalities as CNG Fittings and Endorsement Charges with payment of Rs.6747.00 (Invoice number CNG/16-17/052 dated 11.10.22016.) .

            M/s Concept Motors have provided Hyundai Assurance Reliance General Insurance Co.Ltd with payment of Rs.32, 628.00 which Includes Rs.2451.00 towards CNG/LPG Kit ( IMT-24), Policy number-[protected] dated 25.08.2016 .

            On dated 12.06.2019, car met with minor accident due to sudden attack by street dog and front bumper cover and light got damaged. I have approached M/s Downtown Motors Pvt.Ltd, Vadodara for necessary repairing. We have paid Rs.21, 283/- to M/s Downtown Motors by invoice no.W3425G[protected] & 97 dated 13.06.2019.

            On dated 14.06 .2019, We have approached M/s New India Assurance co.Ltd, Vadodara Branch under policy number[protected] dated 03.08.2018 which also covers CNG / LPG covers by paying premium of Rs.3323/- additional. Ref.Claim no.[protected]/833.
            To our surprised, we have got Claim closer intimation with noting: -“Repudiated as RS Book is not endorsed with RC Book. “”

            We have made presentation before Ms.Ashmita Ahit, Customer Care, Manager and requested to help us but did not got any quick response.
            With all above facts, when M/s Concept Hyndai has charged CNG endorsement amount to provide RTO registration services has failed and I am penalized for mental harassment & also spending Rs.21283/- repairing cost and also caring life risk o[censored]sing car which is not proper RTO registered.

            I seek immediate registration as CNG car and also reimbursement of amount spent for accident claim. I have handed over all necessary papers to your Mr. Barot on 20.08.2019.

            Also take corrective action for other customer who might be ignored and using CNG modified car without RTO endorsement .

            Looking for your customer car approach in reality .

              i have send so many complaints on Bharat Hyundai Khammam & Kothagudem Telangana from july 2018 on wards but i am not received any favor from you, so many customers facing so many problems at Bharat Hyundai khammam & Kothagudem, finally i am approached dist consumers forum khammam and get justice (copy enclosed) plz read and take necessary action about 130 no of Hyundai customers in our area, if possible your staff was coming in our area i will show all the problems with proofs sir, so plz look in to the matter and give the favorable action about Hyundai customers and also plz arrange another authorized service point to us in newly formed dist Bhadradri kothagudem dist, Telangana plz take necessary action sir.

                बड़े दुख और शर्म के साथ आपको सूचित करना पड़ रहा कि आपका hyundai ब्रांड अपनी कारों मे बहुत घटिया गुणवत्ता का सामान इस्तेमाल करता है । i20 elite मे तो खासकर ac के पार्ट्स इतने निचले स्तर के है कि घटियापन के मेरे पास शब्द भी नहीं है । मैंने आपकी i20 19.08.2016 को खरीदी थी जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर dl12ck3763 है और जो आज दिनाक 08.08.2019 को 10949 km ही चल पाई है । आज सुबह मै अपने ऑफिस जाने के लिये घर से निकला तो मैंने देखा मेरा ac बिलकुल भी काम नहीं कर रहा है जिस कारण मै अपनी i20 को मेरे नजदीकी सर्विस स्टेशन pahwa autosales pvt. Ltd. जो कि a-30, gt karnal road, delhi-110033 पर स्थित है पर ले गया । वहाँ पर मौजूद manpreet singh जी मिले जिन्होने मेरी कार को देखकर बतलाया कि मेरी कार का ac का compressor खराब हो गया है और साथ मे ही उन्होने बतलाया कि मेरी कार कि cooling coil में भी leakage है । मैंने उनसे पूछा कि मेरी कार सिर्फ 10949 km चली है इतनी जल्दी ac कोम्प्रेस्सर खराब क्यों हुआ तो उनके पास इस बात का कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं था। मेरी कार कि अगली सर्विस 15000 km पर due है ।

                मुझे pahwa कि और से बतलाया गया कि आपकी कार कि सर्विस due है जो कि आपके एसी खराब होने का एक कारण हो सकता है जबकि मेरी सर्विस 15000 km पर due है जो खुद आपके सर्विस सेंटर ने लिख कर दिया हुआ है साथ मे ही ये भी बतलाया कि सर्विस पर ac फ़िल्टर कि सफाई होती है जो आज तक नहीं हुई । सर्विस मे देरी से ac कोम्प्रेस्सर कैसे खराब होता है???

                अब मै आपसे सिर्फ यही जानना चाहता हूँ कि सिर्फ 10900 km चलने पर यदि hyundai कारों के ac या कोई अन्य parts यदि खराब होते है तो मै या कोई अन्य आपकी hyundai कार क्यों खरीदें??? क्यों ना हम maruti/honda/wv या कोई अन्य कार ले???

                मै आपको वचन देता हूँ कि मेरे पास hyundai कि 2 कार है जिनको मै शीघ्र ही कोडियों के भाव बेच दूँगा और साथ साथ ये भी बता दूँ भविष्य मे मै या मेरे परिवार मे कोई भी hyundai कार नहीं खरीदेंगे और साथ साथ दूसरे लोगों को इस घटिया पार्ट्स के बारें मे जानकारी देंगे।

                और इसके साथ साथ consumer court भी जाऊँगा और मेरे जो भी जानने वाले है उनको hyundai कार नहीं खरीदने कि सलाह दूँगा।

                  My car is damaged and i have an active insurance service but today in the initial stage hyundei charge me for toe my car 2500 rs for 13 km oh its discusting 65 rs per km charges how unfair is this and they told that i have get only 50% of refund amount against the total bill amount of repairing cost. I am pretty much sure they will put the bill much higher then the actual value. I have a hyundai user from the last 7 years please give us some support your service staff is rude and non cooperative

                    Hi this is satbir bisht, i booked xcent in month of april 2019 and sales person promise to deliver the car by 15th may 2019.. I keep on taking follow up but still same answer, once come will inform.
                    Finally car came at 26th may 2019 and i ask them that i will take deliver on 7th june as i was not in town due to person engagement but they pushing me to take delivery on 31st may itself as they have targets.
                    Even i have already deposited dd of amount 4.85 lac and 1 old car for exchange.
                    Lastly on 7th june, when i was gone with my famiily to take delivery then i saw car was in pathetic condition at delivery area, all black spots was pasted in entire body of car, no pdi was done. I refuse to take as cars was not look like new car.
                    Again i came on 11th june 2019 to take car delivery then i get to know that my insurance was already started from 31st may 2019 and my necessary details like phone number, email id not updated properly. When i asked that insurance must start from today as per delivery date then sales person told me that it is normal in new cars.
                    In july 2019 when i was gone for 1st service then service person shown me that my all details are different from hyundai record and service period is applicable from billing date as my actual delivery date is 11th june 2019 and same my car insurance start date is as per billing date. Service person assures that this will change but i should ask sales person.
                    Again next, day, i was get it touch with showroom and found instead of many reminder, my details not updated and denied for invoice and insurance change. I urge invoice is not importand but insurance must be change as per actual delivery date but no one help me to change.
                    I have already paid all necessary accessories payment but due to bad installation i refuse to take seat covers and ask the refund of money. Surprisely instead of weekly reminder i was got message on 21st july 2019 that cheque of inr 4700 is ready and can taken.

                    My concern is that whether hyundai showroom relationship still remain till car delivery..?
                    Earlier sales person keep on calling me for delivery, and after no one called for number plate, phone, email updation.
                    I am not satisfied the service which bohra hyundai is given to me and though i have not recommend any of my relative, friends o purchase car from bohra hyundai
                    Hence i want that my insurance must be start from 11th june 2019 and same service request also raised to hyundai corporate grevience team.

                      All accessories present in car at suryer.
                      Today kanhaya lal sharma call me & said stepni and petrol half tank and battery.. Etc not present in car..
                      I pay 250 per day charge to kamal hyndai show room kota rajasthan garage charge.

                      I take picture 22 june 2019 all accessories present at kamal hyndai kota garege.

                        My grand i10 back side emblem which read '1.2' got missing while in the hand of hyundai authorized service station... When i enquire about the happening to the concerned person no heed was taken and i was not given any explanation.. Is the staff in the service station a band of robber...? If they want to steal that small emblem, i dont want to imagine what else can be missing in the part and accesories of the vehicle. This was happen in aizawl muzoram hyundai service station.

                          Purchased creta sx 7 months back and with in a month complained about the burning smell very often. After the first service technician mentioned there was issue with clutch plate and he adjusted the same. He also mentioned this may be because of my driving style. I am driving cars from almost 20 years now and none of my previous cars had this problem and this was not the reason at all. After the first service i started experiencing the same burning smell again and technician readjusted the clutch and said it should be fine now. Scary part is, two days back when i was driving the car on highway suddenly gear assembly jammed in the middle of the road and i escaped a major accident. I pulled the car to side and switched off the engine it started working fine, next day again i experienced clutch issue of not taking the acceleration even after changing the gear, this was solved again after switching off and on the engine. Next day when i was on the way to service center after driving a km clutch and gear assemble stopped to work, it was a major issue again on the road. I complained this to service center, vehicle was towed and technician mentioned clutch assembly needs to be replaced

                            With due respect sir, i beg to say that i had sent my car to agency goyal hyundai, kapurthala on dated 1st agust, 2019for insurance claim due to accident. But after repair of my car the agency had told me that you have no any insurance claim.
                            I am very depressed, i have a insurance policy of narional insurance company and have it validity up to 25 octobor, 2019. Now they told me that you have no claim of insurance and you have to paid the money of whole repair, i want to say here that i had get insurance policy from your agency and paid the i surance amount after passing of 10 moths they said that your claim is invalid. If my insurance is invslid then why they had repaired my car. I want my car at urgent kindly solved my problem.

                              On last month 03/07/2019 my hyundai i10 got accident on road then i have asked for road side assistance and it was a paid service. The towing van person damaged my car from right side and i have done complaint about it and hyundai is not supporting and help to me. And i am carging it for 13000. Everyday i am giving a compliment but not any help getting by them. A very worst service getting by hyundai. My mobile no. [protected] and my job no. Isx[protected]nd. I have attached a file where there is clearly marked that right side door is not damaged.
                              I want a immediate response.

                                I bought a creta e+ 1.4 diesel on june 2019 from fpl hyundai, vadapalai, chennai. After three weeks, i found my a/c is not working properly, there is a power fluctuation in the vehicle. The fan speed is increasing and deceasing automatically. I have raised this issue many time with dealer, the response is horrible. Also i have fitted more than 1 lakh rupees worth of accessories in showroom, quality of the items are very poor.

                                Now it's time to take final decision. Request you to replace my vehicle immediately or return my money. If you think it's not possible, then i will file a case in consumer court, let's court decide the fate of my vehicle.

                                  Raising the fuel performance issue for near to one year now. No action barring, forwarding my case to a dealer (In my case, it is m/s. Shreem hyundai, kandivali-mumbai).

                                  Note: in city drive, the vehicle is not delivering more than 6km per litre and in highway drive 11km per litre.

                                  Can hyundai motors take personal interest in addressing my issues? I have driven more than 6000 km and spent around 1000 liters before challenging hyundai motors.

                                  Looking forward for quick action.

                                    I santosh kumar nayak of vill/post nayagarh purchased a car grand i10 (Asta) from aditya hyundai nh5 tamando bhubaneswar odisha on 2015. I faced an accident on 8/4/2019 and hand over the car to your service center for repair on same day. The service manager commited me for one one month to complete the service of my car. I had visited the service center again and again, but i fell that unneccessary delay and neglect service from the center. When ever i visited to the center, they promise me to complete within 4 to 5 day, but they (Including crm sales) fail to keep the words.

                                    After many visit i am now feel harashed during these 3 to 4 months.
                                    During these days i faced many problems to travel for my work and wasted huge amount in hiring other travels.

                                    As per my complaint i want my car back to work as soon as possible. Otherwise i will make a complaint against your service in consumer court to take legal actin against the suffer i have faced during these days.

                                      We have one creta petrol car bought in april 2018. The no is “hrdm-0426”.

                                      The first year o[censored]sage of this car has been trouble free. On 21st of july, i went out of town so left the car at home. When i came back then i could sense that there is some obstructive sound is coming out of rear wheel. The suspect is the brake shoe as when i tried to drive the car - the brake paddle was giving repulse.

                                      Now the horror story starts. I called himgiri automobles as we had bought the car from there. All their nos have changed including 4886633 and 4886633. The sales rep phone is not responding. One phone no some how connects. I speak to mr arun ph no [protected]. He heard and asked to conatct company on phone no [protected].

                                      After many attempts i get this no. The horror is that there is recorded voice that my no in 18 in line. I was holding the line for 20 minutes.

                                      Finally connected and they have taken down my complaint and sending crane to tow the car.

                                      But questions

                                      1. Why hyundai company keeps its customers waiting or 2o minutes on a phone call. Shall this not be termed as worst behavior towards your customer.
                                      2. Your rep has checked online about the car, but still she want me to speak the chasis no of car. Is this not a harrassment to custmer that even after checking the ownership and everything you expect customer to keep chassis no handy.
                                      3. Above all why within one year of buying a new 17 lakhs car, we need crane to tow this car. Why shall it not mean very poor quality of car.

                                      Please note the tank is ful of petrol. Please take care.
