Myself, md kabirul islam.i brought grand i10 on 29.03.2019 from rudra hyundai bankura. its been 3 month. my permanent car registration still pending .hyundai not helping.they repetedly giving excuse. i brought the car with loan, so i am paying interest 4500 rupees per month but not able to use it. help me pls pls pls please please please please .

    i am continuosely facing EPS Error in my Eon Car purchased in Dec "19, 1st ptime problem comes in Feb 17, til then i have never missed any scheduled sevice which was done at yours authorized service center only, now agin the problem has came, which is again corrected at yours autorized service center only.

    i don't understand how can you charge from me as it must be due to some technical issues already exist in my car, .
    1st EPS error comes @ 20.02.17 after 9242 KM, & the second time it again comes on @ 04.06.17 after 9320 KM.
    The bill amount i ahve paid 8179/-+ 7790/-= Rs.15, 969/-.
    I want to request you to plz reverse the above amount to me, or you may provide some alternate solution also.

      My name is Jaya Aswani, [protected]. I bought Hyundai Verna in February 2019 from Koncept Hyundai, Kailash Colony. I met with an accident while traveling from Saket to Greater Noida on June 16 and was forced to apply panic brakes as the vehicle ahead of mine also met with the same fate and ultimately, my car banged on that vehicle. All this happened because of a bull crossing the road.

      I went to Koncept Hyundai, Okhla, Service Centre, to get the accidental claim. The person sitting at the body shop gave me one claim form and i was informed to submit it along with other documents. I told him to send someone to collect the documents and leave my vehicle at Okhla Service Centre, but he refused.

      Today (June 17) I called Koncept Hyundai Okhla office where i noticed the unethical behaviour of the receptionist as she was unable to connect me to the concerned officers. i asked her for pick up of my vehicle and i was told that the pickup is already booked for one week and after that she disconnected the phone.

      Is this the way Hyundai treat its customers? The sales department treats u so well at the time u buy a new vehicle but it was really unprofessional of being in a denial mode at the time of service/accidental claims at the your end.

        This is the second worst experince with Rajesh from body shop, with his attitude he has already spoiled the image of FUSION as alliance to HYUNDAI. Me along with one more disappointing customer are forced to compliant in consumer forum . Because of improper timelines of delivery and improper understanding of the damage issues i had 15 K as expenses due to non availability of my vehicle on time. I also have call recordings which i will produce aa evidence against your employee

          This is regarding the Bluetooth in my SANTA FE 2014 model. The Bluetooth just conked off suddenly for no reason on 22nd May 2019..
          I’ve reported this immediately to the authorised service centre Hyundai Sai Auto in Borivali East, Mumbai..
          They took some good 15-20 days and today got back saying will need to install a new console and it will cost me around 95000 Rs..

          This sounds so insane & unfair to me.. Foremost I’ve never in my life heard of Bluetooth of any car going bad.. Secondly I’ve paid 32 lacs for this car which by all means is very much overrated as it doesn’t even have a basic gps system .. I mean for a such a trivial issue as Bluetooth you want me spend lacs ??? Can’t get any demeaning than this. Remember I’ve not even completed 5 years..
          Few days ago the controls for music on my steering wheel conked off. I quietly changed the coil.. I mean are these the issues one should get in such an expensive vehicle.

          I need you to please have the Bluetooth issue resolved for me at NO cost..

            I am writing you this mail after purchasing Creta from Triumph Hyundai Faridabad.The pre sale and post sale service provided by them is so poor.
            The car was purchased on 19/05/19 and that was begining of an ordeal with triumph Hyundai.

            Please go through this mail assiduously.

            1)The entire payment was done on 18/05/19 afternoon to prioritise next morning delivery.I called them to confirm the same but they didn't honour their commitment.We told them to have the invoice and other papers ready as it was an auspicious date on day of making payment i.e 18/05/19 but they wasted our time next date(delivery) 19/05/19 by making us sit through afternoonwith a 4 year old kid.They still took 3.5 hours to handover the keys.The sales personel was at his evasive best by saying "everything is ready".We had to plead with him as my son who is 4 year old was getting restless after spending an hour there.The car was probably sent for anti rust and paint protection treatment after we reached for delivery.This is insane by any standards, I mean how could you take 3.5 hours to deliver a car when everything should have been ready by previous day itself?The dealer took the payment, sat on it and did nothing, customer experience doesn't matter to them.

            2)Even after delivery of the vehicle, they failed to provide fastag for our car.We had to send someone to collect it and they still took couple of hours to provide it.Never seen people so brazen.

            3)Till date, no car registration kit provided Their only ruse, "Sir, it will take 2 months".This is their replyafter 10 days of recieving SMS by registration authority, intimating us of number alloted to our vehicle.No news about HSRP either.The car will be one month old and driving it sans registration can attract penalty.Who will pay for it?

            4)We were told that basic car kit costing 3500 would be provided free of cost but they still charged for it.Bill attached.This tantamounts to decieving customer.I have the customer docket where it is clearly mentioned that basic kit amounting to 3500 will be given free, while they charged for it.

            5)We were not given any feedback for or papers, they must have signed it on their own.This is very much against the customer experience and can seriously damage Hyundai image in minds of people.I can vouch for the fact that we were never given any chance to rate them on parameters to gauge customer experience.

            The experience right from booking till delivery of the vehicle has been exasperating, we are still having harrowing times dealing with them and our ordeal isn't over yet.

            This isn't the experience one would associate with Hyundai, we are at our wit's end as how could a dealer take a customer for a ride for buying a Hyundai car?The company must have checks and balances in place to see that the dealers are not putting customers off by displaying such a callous attitude and poorest customer service.

            I am unable to understand why Hyundai is sitting in my complaint and doing nothing.I am yet to get any response or follow up and this is bad.
            I tried calling toll free no. a couple of days back and had explained my case to them .The lady took someone from Triumph Hyundai in a conference call and I was told to wait for one day to let them explain something (like what?).
            Two days have passed, nobody from Triumph Hyundai got back to me.They are big cheats.

            I will have to go to court to get my money back and all the mental agony given and teach them a lesson for this whole fraud.

            Hyundai India should have been proactive but they have been very indifferent as nobody tried to call me.

            Triumph Hyundai are good at cheating people everywhere.I am stunned to find out that they provided incorrect mobile number to Hyundai while purchase of new car.This way customer gets delirious as nobody is able to contact him from Hyundai.

            One week ago im submited my car in service center for claim in rear bumper damage .service center change the bumper but color mismatch i told body shop department but they are not respond proper.
            Hi, am nand kishor my car no is BR24W 6454 my car got an accident on 28 th Feb and I submitted my car same day on nidhi Hyundai service center but still car didn't repaired, I am very upset from this type of behavior and approach, never I will not guide to buy any car from Hyundai to any one fake compa.

And got promise from dealer (srishti motor, dewas m.p.) to take delivery on 16-06-19, but today 15-06-19 dealers says delivery can not possible on time.                 I purchased an i20 Asta CVT Hatch Back petrol model on 06.11.2018 from WEB HYUNDAI on down payment.
                Last month I noticed that the left parking / Fog light was hanging loose inside the front bumper and right parking light not working. I took it to their workshop and was told that the left light bracket is broken and right light is fuse as such I will have to replace the bumper and one light, and I can get it done under insurance as mine was zero dep policy. I objected to it to the customer care that how can LED bulb get fuse and why the bracket has got broken. In few minutes every thing was fixed without any charges.
                Today again I noticed the left light hanging inside the front bumper and went to them again. They opened the bumper and showed me two plastic bracket holding the light were broken. The plastic body which holds the light was so light in weight that I was wondering how could it hold that heavy light. Clearly, the quality of the bracket is very bad far from the QA, HMIL claims.
                They have temporarily fixed the light by putting some foam packing, which I am sure is a temporary arrangement.
                I demand that the bumper may be replaced free of cost as it is a bad quality product.
                Further, the consumption is so high that it covers only 7.5 KM/Lit of petrol, as claimed 18 Km /Lit. Please look into this urgently or I will have to go to the consumer courts for further redressal of my complaint.

                  This is to share that I, Inderjit Singh, had booked Grand i10 Sportz DSL 2019 model through CSD on 10th May 19 at Joshi Hyundai Chandigarh with a booking amount of Rs 15000.
                  But till date it had not been delivered. The sequence of events that had happened are as shared below :

                  10th May 19 : Grand i10 Sportz DSL 2019 model through booked through CSD with booking amount of Rs 15000
                  26th May 19 : Got information from showroom on unavailablility of 2019 diesel model
                  31st may 19 : Mr Rajesh Souman (Sales Mgr) offered 2018 model instead of 2019 model of different color which was accepted.
                  06th Jun 19 : Showroom confirmed order for 2018 model
                  07th to 12th Jun : Continous follow-up done by me for delivery status with Mr Rajesh, but no confirmation shared.Meanwhile LS order fro CSD also shared with showroom on 7th Jun.
                  13th Jun 19 : Service Request ID 1-[protected] logged on customer care [protected] and after that verbal discussion happened with Joshi Hyundai customer care manager and HOD Mr. Walia that 2018 model is also not available.

                  Now till date ie. 14th Jun 19, NO information available with me even after 35 days about the whereabout of car delivery against order dated 10th May even after FULL PAYMENT of Rs. 5, 87, 408 (incl. of loan of Rs 3Lac).
                  And bank is asking for car delivery status or cancellation of loan.

                  Please confirm immediate resolution for the same.

                    Dear All,

                    I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience I had at your Huyndai Dealer - M/S Sunrise Hyundai on 12th June'19. I have been a loyal customer for alomost 15 years and using more than 04 vehicles of Hyundai and feel that incomplete service was done on my Hyundai Verna at this time.

                    On 12th June'19, I called your Mr. Rana - the service advisor - [protected], Mr. General Manager - Service - [protected] and informed them thoroughly about the problem I am facing in my vehicle. the vehicle has already been kept for 14 days ( 2 weeks ) for the repair works. It has been confirmed by Mr. Rana and ensured by Mr. G M that the vehicle has been duly checked and will run in the fine conditions, for which I have paid Rs. 75, 000/-

                    On being sent the vehcile again on 11th June'19, had faced the similar problems, it has been confirmed by the two of them that a satisfactory work will be done and your vehcile will be handed over any how by 12th June'19.

                    Mr. Rana has ensured that the out pass of the vehicle has been signed and vehcile will get delivered in the evening at the residence.

                    At after 7 PM I have continously rang Mr. Rana & Mr. GM for the deliverly of my vehicle, which got un attended for another half n hr. And once the call got connected somehow, they both were not sure where the vehicle is gone.

                    I with my family stood in the middle of the road for 1 hr waiting for my vehcile to be get delivered, as i have to go the Airport for dropping my family. Which ultimately got cancelled due to non availaibility of the vehicle.

                    Adding upon the mental harrasment being given by the people, I have again spent a amount of Rs. 15, 000/- in the Air tickets which I was not able to catch up due to non delivery of the vehicle. Also this make has enured us that a private use of the customer vehicle is in practice at Sunrise Hyundai.

                    I will not take my cars delivery untill I get One hundred percent satisfied tha my car has not been privately used and will get the remuneration what all have been spent extra with the non delivery of the vehicle on time.

                    May be my request gone un noticed or un attended for this bad behivour of Sunrise Hyundai people, I will take this matter to the highet of the courts.
                    I have very bad, experience with the service provided from popular hundai service station Muvattupuzha Kerala .
                    They steel my dash cam camera memory card while servicing my car

                      I submitted my car with Jp Hyundai Service Ranchi On 27/05/2019 for insurance claim but my car was kept like trash in the corner for 5 days and on 01/06/2019 they informed the insurance company for that claim and on 06/06/2019 they informed me that the Insurance company is not giving the claims and the Hyundai service are telling the Police report regarding incident submitted with claim papers are wrong and the Police are Fraud. And yesterday 12/06/2019 they handed my car back to me without any work done and the car was lookin like trash in the way they kept it in their workshop.
                      I have booked venue at laxmi hyundai himayatnagar hyderabad on 15th may executive told me that before 28th of may they will deliver but as on 2day they dint even provided test ride. They even not able to give confirmation when they R going to deliver pls do neexful.

                        I’ve bought an i20 in Dec 2014. It has done 60000 kms till date. After a year and a half, after the first 3 services it started giving me problems. First, the battery died with in 2 years and luckily for me I got it replaced for free because it was in the warranty period. After that, the AC stopped working and I had to pay almost Rs 4000 to get it fixed (still not working as good as it used to work). The the gear cable broke at 50000 kms and had to spend another Rs 4000 to get it repaired. In my 21 years of driving, I have never came across such an incident nor with anyone I knew. Now at 60000 kms the clutch broke and the cost is around Rs 9000 as informed by the dealer. The irony is that all the periodic services of the vehicle were carried out at the correct time at the dealer itself. I also have a Celerio bought on Sept 2014 which has done around 67000 kms and the vehicle did not give me any sort of problems until now. I thought that Hyundai vehicles were bit higher on the quality side than Suzuki ant that’s why I opted for i20 to the Swift. It is really disappointing that this vehicle didn’t make up to the standards as mentioned by the company. It may be a one off case but still this shouldn’t have happened. Expecting some kind of action or reply.

                          i havent been received my Car RC from three month now...i had complaint repeatedly to the MR Hyundai showroom...but they hadn't done anything about it... so complaint in hyundai...you also hasnt been able to resolve my complaint...this is my last request..to take action against MR Hyundai...otherwise i am going to consumer court..

                              my car center lock is not working since last one month.I have already visited my nearby hyundai showroom in sikar Rajasthan but not getting any response.it is the wrost hyundai service center in india & most important thing is that no one interested to resolve my issue either hyundai customer care or service manager Mr. Ramsingh, zonal manager Mr.pranav.
                              So, i requested to hyundai that plz take an action on this service center.

                                my worked period 12 may 2018 to 9 april 2019.

                                as discussed with account dept and team supervision after my resignation company do not provide me my full and final (salary, incentive and bonus) amount.
                                All the time they delayed me for my incentive. No one answer me as proper way and also they are ignore me all the time. Now the company told me if employee switched her job after that we are not responsible for any kind of incentive and other bonus.

                                So, please solve this matter and also i want my full and final amount.

                                  I had to cancel the Hyundai venue booking because of Pathetic customer experience from (Mr. Tarpan Kaushik Hyundai sales Executive)

                                  because
                                  # I was promised by him for a test drive which I did not get until booking cancellation
                                  # I wasn't told/explained about booking cancellation fees by him even he took my written consent quickly (Which was captured in showroom CCTV)

                                  Now he has denied returning my 100% booked amount & hold my hard earned money.
                                  Please help in resolving the same

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Rear bumper of my car got damaged because a biker hit that hardly from back side soI had given my car in Garve Hyundai, Pune on 8th June 2019 and registered for a claim for Bajaj Allianz.

                                    I received a call on 10 June from Bajaj Allianz and they told me that your claim could not be settled.

                                    I called claim department in Garve Hyundai, Pune and told them to not repair my car if claim is been rejected but they are saying that I have to pay Rs 5000 for estimation even if I don't repair.

                                    I had not given this information earlier so I am not satisfied with this argument.

                                        Hi,

                                        My name is Puneet Kharbanda, a loyal user of Hyundai cars. I am writing in regard of purchase of Hyundai i20 & till date I have not been issued Registration Certificate(RC) because payment has not been done to registrar office by ORION HYUNDAI MG road Gurgaon, Moreover, We have paid the full amount (including registration charges) at the time of full & final payment at showroom on 24th March2019.

                                        At the time of purchase, I was issued a temporary number HR 26-TEMP- 24640 with validity of 1 month, ending on 24 April2019. While I was given assurance that I would be getting the Registration Certificate(RC) by the end of the validity. When I visited the showroom after several follow up from Mr Sandeep, I found that there is no progress in issuance of RC & I was advised to come after a month. Later, when I visited the showroom, I discovered that showroom was closed without any intimation. I was worried about the RC & in duly concern, I telephoned many people & I got a contact of namely Mr Ravi one of the employee of Orion Hyundai who told me that there is no payment made against registration in registrar office.

                                        In addition, I am not able to drive my car after expiry of temporary registration. Besides that my bank instalment is under way. Thus, I am left helpless thinking what to do next as I had no point of contact & the feeling of being cheat left me broken. I as a customer need an explanation to my above questions and need to know what steps would be taken in order to pay my registration fees to registrar office.

                                        I request HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LIMITED to kindly look into the matter and provide me with a concrete solution as I am facing a lot of problem without my car RC. I am a field person and I drive 100 km per day. I can’t afford without car even a single day.

                                        Hoping for a haste response from you.
