Main problem is front defogger not working properly, when i told my complaint to service centre that i tried everything to remove the fog being it heater, ac, defogger,
Manual wiping by cloth, opening the window, followed proper company guidelines to remove but it was not going only even after manual wiping from the inside and outside
I was stuck in highway for like hours just to let it go clear but it wasn’t going only and when i told my complaints to service centre being my first servicing of my hyundai creta 1.6 petrol black model they refused to do anything about me and said it’s okay it happens
There’s nothing wrong with the vehicle without even inspecting and told me to record a video when you’re stuck next time in the night in the middle of the highway.
I own a i20 elite asta (optional) diesel. It's been almost 3 year I have purchased my car. But I did not recieve mileage more 14 km per litre. But as company promised for the car is 18 to 19 km per litre...

    eon car eps not working.

    I bought my hyundai eon in june 2014. Yesterday (30th july 2019) suddenly my car's eps system stopped working. Since then i need to run my car in manual steering mode, which is very hard to maneuver and tough in driving.

    On showing it to hyundai workshop, bhiwadi, rajastan today, they reported that the power steering (Eps module) is not working and it needs to be replaced to get it working. But, what really surprises me is...

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased I 20 Asta(Petrol) in 2015, and the registration number of my car MH 20 DJ 6129, currently I have parked my car at Bhuvan wheels Aurangabad (MS), the performance of car is good but recently I have given my car for servicing for non performance of ac, then the staff of service center told me that the compressor and condenser are not working and you need to pay the cost of new ones, however it is my question that how compressor can not work within the period of 4.5 yrs, usually compressors works for 10 yrs.
    As per my opinion both assemblies having product product quality issue.
    Therefore you are requested to please instruct the service center for giving me the free replacement of both parts as it didn't damaged, other wise I will approach to consumer forum for Justice.

      Hyundai motor is my favorite company and my fa also.so That's I decided to buy a Hyundai grand i10 sports model car.The first time I checked online was to see the name of ( SAINI HYUNDAI) DREAM park, 468 sonar pur st.road collars 700160.
      I contacted this dealer and they sent my sales executive to my house.I decided to buy in finance so I submitted all the papers for the loan.And my loan is approved which is 4 lakh 96 thousand rupess.(ICICI BANK).Bank loan funds were transferred to the dealer's account on July 19th . and my next emi date is 15 August. But I haven't got my car yet.Asked by the dealer, he was not answering me correctly.i don't know please help me.

        I have purchased santro cng variant in april from elroy hyundai, defence colony, new delhi.
        Its been 4 months and i have not yet received the hsrp.
        The car is still running on temporary plate issued by the dealership.
        This is causing me loss of money and time both as traffic police is chasing me every single day now.
        I have been paying them challan/fine as they are not ready to understand plus it takes hell of a time to make them understand the situation.
        This is not the first experience of buying a new car but surely is the last from this dealership.

          I had purchased a hyundai xcent e+ (Cng fitted-dl3ccq 0357) from raj hyundai on october 28, 2018, through karan singh (Sm sales).
          At that time, i was promised that cng endorsement would be done by raj hyundai after the initial r. C. Is received.
          I received the r. C.in january, i have been following up with karan singh and rajan misra for cng endorsement and they have promised me multiple times that it would be done soon.
          But even after following up for more than 6 months i have only received promises but there has not been any action on the same.
          Hence i’m writing this mail to bring this issue to your kind attention so that you can get your people to act on this asap.
          Your urgent action on this issue would be highly appreciated.

              Dear sir, i l p bhalerao br. Manager, bank of maharashtra, hingoli (Phone no.[protected]) booked grand i 10 automatic to jaya hyundai, nanded by remitting rs 10000 by utr no mahbh[protected] on date 18.6.19. But sales officer, mr. Vishal express unavailability of automatic car. So assured to return amt. Within 8 days. But even after 100 reminders, they are not returning rs.10000+ int. For 45 days+mental harassment.
              Meanwhile i purchased automatic car from 'paraskar auto world, akola (Chassis no. Mal851cmkm995606.
              So i request you to instruct jaya hyundai to rs 10000+ int for 45 days+mental harassment compensation.

                I had bought an i10 magna car 2 years back in exchange of my old i10 from hyundai motor plaza. The sales person promised to give me delivery receipt of the old car within a month. The showroom closed down and the car has been sold off by hyundai, but it has not been transferred in the buyers name. I just got a challan for a traffic violation and came to know that the car is still in my name. After numerous calls and e mails hyundai has not reverted back. This is gross negligience on behalf of the company. I have no other option left but to file a police complaint.
                I buy hyundai i20 car in sawan hyundai motor ...my car is accident..the company wrkr not to prepare the car ...

                  I own a hyndai i20 sports in which i faced following issue-

                  1. I have parked my vehicle in my garage on 19 june 2019 as usually in running condition.

                  2. On the next morning i try to start my car, but it doesn't start.

                  3. I called your technician, and he informed that it is not starting as it's key is broken (Which was in this state since last few days), and required key replacement.

                  4. I ordered for the new key. After around 10 days, your techinician arrived with new key, but my car still not started with new key. He has taken my car to garage. Again after around 10 days, i have been informed that my ecm is not working which cost a lot.

                  My point of grievience are as below-

                  1. Why technician didn't check my car with gds before recommonding replacement of key.

                  2. If he is so much sure abt replacement of key, than why he has done any other action (Opening of ecm) without applying gds in front of me.

                  3. As informed now by dealers high end learnet technician about rusting of pin no 47 of ecm, so whether company will answer how water can enter inside coupling of ecm to rust pin of ecm?

                  4. Now, how can i be sure that ecm pin is not broken due to mishandling or carelessness of techinician?

                  5. As it was mentioned in your mail, that i need to replace ecm on my cost, so i strongly disagree to accept that my car was not starting due to error in ecm.

                  I have received very unprofessional mails from dealer in reply which is as below-

                  Dear sir,

                  As per your below points regarding your vehicle complain i will clear you query by point to point.

                  1. Why your technician didn't check my car with gds before recommending0 replacement of key.

                  Technician go to your home and check, the condition of vehicle is not started and check immobilizer key are not working because of remote key are damage, so he suggest you that key replacement are required okk.

                  2. If he is so much sure about replacement of key, than why he has done any other action (Opening of ecm) without applying gds in front of me.

                  Sir first your remote key are damage and not working, so he suggest for replacement of key and second gds are not sending out side of the workshop because all technician are not authorized for use gds and before new key teaching the process is to send all detail of vehicle and photo of vin for immobilizer key code and then teaching are done by senior technician.in teaching time in vehicle error shows that ecm are not responding so senior technician will check ecm.

                  3. As informed now by your high end learnet technician about rusting of pin no 47 of ecm, so whether company will answer how water can enter inside coupling of ecm to rust pin of ecm?

                  First you are answer able to how water or rusting are coming because at the time of diagnosis by technicain ecm are not responding so technician remove ecm coupler and check rusting and water show and he take a pic also kindly find the attach pic.

                  4. Now, how can i be sure that ecm pin is not broken due to mishandling or carelessness of techinician?

                  Sir we serviced almost 400 vehicle monthly and running our dealership last two years everyday or twice a day key teaching coding ecm replacement service and many more working are done by senior technician, so i am sure for my technician are remove ecm coupler carefully because of we are working daily this kind of job.

                  5. As it was mentioned in your mail, that i need to replace ecm on my cost, so i strongly disagree to accept that my car was not starting due to error in ecm.

                  This is your wish to do replace ecm or not and we are not help you because of your vehicle are not covered under warranty.

                  And one thing sir, your vehicle are not in starting position at the time of vehicle come in our workshop.

                  Now i have some solid proofs of negligence by dealer on their so called monthly serviced vehicle.

                  I request the higher authorities to look into the matter to stop spoiling their brand image by such kind of attitude.

                    I am santhosh from chennai

                    I bought an hyundai venue sx (O) 1.4 crdi diesel variant of top end model on 4th july 2019

                    While change an spare wheel for rr lh tyre for some issue i notice the spare tyre is given smaller size than an actual size of tyre

                    Actual 4 wheels tyre size is 215/60 r16
                    Spare wheel tyre size is 195/65 r 15

                    After seeing this i am really disappointed on the hyundai performance and dealing customers

                    Point 1
                    We bought the vehicle of cost rs.13.25 lacs and giving smaller size of tyre of spare shows how the hyundai is trying to cost cut and save money for them and tyre cost difference would be only rs.500, if needed the customer would paid the same to provide the same tyre for spare

                    Point 2
                    How the hyundai is going to assure the customer safety on providing an smaller size of tyre on spare. While driving in the road with 3 big size tyre and one small size tyre

                    Point 3
                    Due to smaller size of tyre the other tyres may get wear and tear very quickly

                    Required an clear explanation why hyundai taken this decision and i am even ready to pay additional cost but i need an same size tyre for spare also

                    Hello Mr. Santosh Kumaar,
                    I totally agree with you. I also bought the same variant in January 2020 and I really felt cheated when I noticed that the spare tire is a smaller size. And didn't understand the point except Hyundai trying to cost cut.
                    When you go to the showroom to buy a car, the sale personnel are trained so well to tell you only positives and conveniently skipping the negative points about it.
                    At least company should consider the segment of the car, this is MUV and should have the proper size spare tyre.
                    Please let me know if you got the resolution ?

                      My car is only 6 years old and has run only 46 k but eps problem is coming from last 15 days. When i switch onn the ignition the eps suddenly give a jerk to the staring wheel and eps notification light occurs on dashboard. Then i have to restarts the engine at least 20 times to starts eps working. Don't know when it will stop working. I personally believe the hyundai should recall the cars and get the work done.

                        In nellore exept denim blue cars, all colour cars delivered.

                          Dear hyundai,
                          This email i'm writing to you on account o[censored]nsatisfactory repair work, service & overall unpleasant experience with panki workshop, khanna hyundai, kanpur, for my wife's car pb35p 0465, which i had given to them for repair & servicing.
                          Firstly, they took hell lot of time, around a month. Agreed that insurance approval was involved but even after getting the approval on 04 july 19, i could get my car only on 18 july 19!!!
                          Secondly, the repair work done is unsatisfactory. The alignment was not done. (Their executive saying their printer wasnt working that day!!!). Denting work not done satisfactorily wih gap between the body on rear left side. Front number plate is broken during repair work.
                          Thirdly, the servicing wasnt done properly. When i went to pick up the car, it wasnt vaccum cleaned till then, i had to tell them to do it. One rivet under front bumper wasnt fit. Front bonnet wasnt cleaned properly and had mud stuck up.
                          Fourthly, on requesting them to pick up the car for these defect rectification. My car isnt being picked up. I dont have free time to devote on my car only, got other work to do also.
                          Fifthly, their executive dont pick up phone at times, dont stick true to their word. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is least expected.
                          Considering my above bad experience, i request you to either compensate me financially for my avoidable loss of time, money & energy on this isue. Or get these defects rectified by some other agency.
                          'no thanx' as of now.
                          Further, on 28th july, sunday, though they ve picked up my car for rectification of above defects and returned it, but on collecting the car i see that central lock is not working. Allso the door light in dashboard is on, even on closing all doors??
                          The driver who left the car acknowledged that this was noticed at the service centre. Iam amazed to think why it wasnot rectified there and how could my car develop new new problems on visiting khanna hyundai, panki, kanpur. Thhough theyve assured to get it rectified tomorrow but in the whole process im getting harassed as i cannot use my car it cannot be locked!!!

                            I have booked for venue on 25th may 2019. Original waiting period said was 6 weeks.
                            But delivery has not been made yet. And the worst part is that himavashini motors at hosur say that they can not give a date for delivery of vehicle even after two months of waiting. They advised me not to make full payment untill they give date.
                            I only wonder if this is the good practice of hyundai or dealer.
                            Customer s are kept at bay. As a customer i feel the delivery is mismanaged at the whims and fans of the dealer.

                              The service centre servicers are not doing their work efficiently. The servicers are not speaking in a proper manner. I am a consumer of your product from 10 years. The reputation of the company may be lost due to the servicers. Servicers are not doing what we want and instead they take their own decisions.                                 I have owned a hyundai santro car reg no-or-02-bb-5634 since[protected], recently on 09th june-2019 i had given the car to your utkal hyundai show room, pahala-bhubaneswar service center following some starting problem, causing disruption current flow/supply to the battery, charge down of battery even while running/ sound in back sock observers on even while running on plane roads / and normal check up. The vehicle was under the ownership of executive mr kajal @ [protected] with supervision of mr prafulla @ [protected].
                                To my surprise the vehicle was kept for 13 days[protected] to[protected] as i have been reported that some starting coil was not available for replacement and the same is ordered. Finally i received the car on 22nd-june-19 - bill no - b[protected]/ro no - r[protected], and i have been assured that all the problems have been taken care of and starting problem has been resolved.
                                Sorry to put a note that on 16th july 2019, i was again stocked of in the traffic due to starting problem, the same problem occurred again as i had to push my car to get started and reached home at one-go. When it stopped it never started again. On the same date i had called mr prafulla (Sr srvice inchage @ [protected]) at 15:13 and at 15:14, where in he has assured to send the staff to pick up the vehicle within half an hour as it was not starting. Again i had called mr prafulla @ 16.42 hrs as i was waiting for the vehicle to be sent to the service station till my last call on 19:13 when he did not pick my calls. And to my surprise i had never received a call back from your end, and even he did not respond to my calls on 17th july @ 13:25 and again at 15:12, and till date my vehicle is kept un attended (Attaching the call details for your ref)
                                You are hereby requested to take up the matter properly as even after keeping my vehicle for about 13 days and assuring me that the starting problem has been resolved, how come i face the same problem within 01 month's time and even to the worst, your representatives are not responding to the calls.
                                This is the worst experience after choosing hyundai for last 10 years, and i have no choice but to escalate the matter to your end to get proper justice.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I had booked hyundai veneue sx on 04/07/2019 from your dealer popular hyundai, thrissur, kerala. While booking the showroom executive mrs. Soumya told to me that after receiving ex show room price they will be able to deliver the car immediately and everyday i had received calls from mrs. Soumya for paying the ex showroom price and i paid the ex-showroom price on 11/07/2019.

                                  I had raised the ex show room price by three ways

                                  1. Taken loan from bank

                                  2. My own fund

                                  3. Old car sold

                                  After reciving the payment mr soumya confirmed the payment and informed they can deliver the car with in one week or 10 days maximum and also we can aviod the price hike after 20th of this month.

                                  After the payment of the car she is avoiding the calls for ward the number of her manager mr. Jojo, when i contacted mr. Jojo and he also confimred the delivery of the carl will happend before 23 rd of this month. Now on 25th of july the latest update from the manager is that the car is not available for delivery and not in a position to tell a exat date of delivery moreover he also intimated to pay the revised price which i need to pay extra 20000 for kerala flood relief tax &as per the new price hike of hyndai. Iam also paying the interest of the vehicle loan without the car has delivered.

                                  I was really disappointed with the way things are moving around which things are currently treating in very unprofessional way. Through mail dealership confimd they dnt hav vehicle to delivery. Then what i the need to collect full amt from me..??? And the are ready to refund but i need to pay loan cancellation charges to bank, that will not be given by the dealership, i will again loss 3000 rs from my side..

                                  Expecting a quicker replay and much more professional approach.
