I am using my first car a electric red i-10 sportz for last 7 years. Right from the beginning i am paying premium for your rsa service but never availed any benefit out of that, it actually gave me a re-assurance that hyundai assurance is there with me.
But this year your dealer bengal hyundai refused to enroll me for rsa service telling that as the car is more than 7 years of age hence they will not enroll.

I found in youtube you are giving videos highlighting long cherished memories attached with hyundai cars but on the other hand refusal of rsa is truly shows your double standard.

    Myself subir chandra das, i have bought i10 sports version 2015 model in the year 2016 december. From 3 months i have been facing problem in eps. While driving i am facing jammed steering. It's the total failure of the company service. How is it possible the failure of eps for two years car. It's the responsibility of the hyundai to replace eps motor at free of cost. I am waiting for company's positive response. My car's initial given below.

    I have purchased 2nd hand santro xing and given servecing. in prakash Hyundai show room Nizamabad . I told to change 2 front wheel disc break . And they changed only 1 disc break and they took amount of 2 disc breaks and they cheated us.
    My automatic creta ignition is not getting off and stereo is also not getting off due to it its not getting locked

      We have booked a hyundai venue under pre booking on 5th may 2019 by paying 21000/- to the hyundai motor company subsequently the same went to shreenath hyundai in andheri, our selection while making the booking.
      Some how the chembur branch of this dealer started contacting me and from there on it has been a complete horror of an experience.
      They have taken the money but have no information on allotment, ent od the car and delivery which was supposed to be a proirity delivery asp rebooked.
      The whole exercise of provoking is a complete fraud as the dealer is holding the customer at ransom and asking for finance & insurance to be availed by him from the dealership compulsorily, then only pre booking commitments will be adhered to else the hapless customer has to wait for 2 months.
      It is clear that the dealer in question is trying to cheat a hapless customer for extra monetary benefit.
      We have mailed hyundai so many times giving proof the dealership fraud and also submitted documentary evidence for the same. There has been no reply from hyundai for the same.

        Dear team, i have bought grand i10 from raj hyundai and motors, malviya nagar, new delhi in december. After chasing from last 4 months for the rc and vehicle nuber, i get to know that this showroom is shutdown, and we are so much tired for chasing the same. Please guys solve my problem, i dont know where to complaint about this. I m not able top drive my car on the road.
        This is such a pathetic experience with hyundai. Now guys pls we stuck after buying your car it was biggest mistake. Can someone answer me for this.

          My sister booked a i20 in pothens hyundai maruthoor branch and your dealer came to my house with a booking form and taked a cash of 15, 00 to register the car and now your dealers saying that he is been terminated and they are not responsible for this. I have evidence and i am going to file a case in police station against this. This is a very bad behavior and your customer service is very bad.

            Right now[protected] i had received a message from g. P. Motors allahabad that i had successfully test driven a verna diesel which is incorrect as i was neither asked for a test drive or called for a test drive by the dealer. This callous approach by the dealer is bad for the reputation o[censored]r esteemed automobile company.

              I have purchased a new varna car (Ex1 4 crdi) from the show of gandhi hyundai solapur on[protected]. But i was given the test drive sx model and told that the engine is different from the sx model and in ex. But after taking an ex model, i see a lot of difference in that. I told the salesman at the same time that the car was not as it was said, but it turned out to be my car, but it was a good thing. The car now offers a break in the break the speed of the car gets slipped when the brake presses in speed. So let me replace the ex model of the car and give it a sx car

                Booked hyundai venue 1 month ago, my booking was the first one and today ready for deleivery and the dealer is saying that they will not deliver the car without doing insurance from them and accesories. You cannot take car insurance from outside and asking 6500 extra on ex showroom price (3000 handling charge and 3500 accesories). They are saying that they will deliver the car to any other person as the bookings are on peak.

                  From the day one, the service engineers changing their versions and unable to identify the faults.

                  I am unable to understand that how everyday the faults will be changed and also the service charges also vary.

                  Please look into this matter and let me know when my car will be handed over to me and what will be the final charges for the same.

                    I have purchased hyundai xcent e plus car bearing chassis no. Mala741clhm283619 and registration no. Mh 15 gf 3314 from shirode hyundai showroom, nasik in february 2018. Unfortunately the dealer have sold me reworked and repainted car. The car is detected as reworked and repainted after 9 to 10 months when the clear coat applied over paint of car's roof observed to be coming out and looks like plastic and very dirty. Also some spots with different shades are seen on panel behind right side rear door. The rubber strips round the periphery of car's roof are stacked with sime external sealant. I have discussed the same with shirode hyundai service and sales staff. Mr. Rahul vichare from shirode service centre assured me that he will send a mail to company regarding issue and reply me. No reply from mr. Rahul vichare for next 4 to 5 days. Then when i visited service center, he said that company has accepted the issue as manufacturing defect and will attend under warranty policy free if cost. So, i asked him to give the same in written or forward the snapshot of company reply on my mail but he refused to do so. Mr. Rahul vichare, mr. Pravin bagde, and owner of showroom mr. Shirode are now saying we will attend the defect free of cost under warranty policy but will not give in written about acknowledgement of defect. But i am not ready for the same because even if the existing defected part is repainted, another body part may develop defect in future. Also, i have paid full amount for purchasing new car and not defected car. Repainted car is not acceptable to me.
                    I have also launched a complaint no. 1-[protected] on date 30.01.2019 at hmil customer care but till date no positive action has been taken from hyundai to resolve the issue. So, i felt doubtful and for cross verification of same matter inspected my car from expert. After thorough inspection of car's paint, it is observed that the car roof and quarter panel behind right side rear door are reworked and repainted.
                    Now, when i visited service centre and showroom on 01.04.2019 to submit my written complaint, the responsible persons over there mr. Pravin bagde and mr. Ganesh dhengle refused to accept my complaint. Mr. Ganesh dhengle said that he is not authorised to accept such by hand complaint and advised me to send the complaint by post. But hmil customer care executive said that complaint can be submitted by hand also and there is no need to post it. Though i sent the complaint by post, but the legal advisor of dealer shirode hyundai instead of providing me required documents, threaten me that he will file a criminal case against me.
                    Mr. Rahul vichare said that there is defect in car and hence they are attending it under warranty policy. However, the technical person related to paint department in shirode service centre also accepted that the car is repainted one. I am getting such irresponsible and contradictory statement from hmil everytime when i contact them.
                    Also, i have launched a complaint no. 1-[protected] on date 01.04.2019 and the customer care executive has assured me that i will get a return call from hmil seniors within 48 hours. But no reply from hmil every time. Such assurance of return call from customer care executive is failed almost 6 times till today. Hmil is not caring about customers issue after selling of car.
                    I would appreciate it if you could organize to give me justice by either replacement of my car or refund of on road price of purchase of car which i have paid for new car and not reworked and repainted car.

                      Sub: cheating/fraud/criminal breach of trust by hana motor plaza ltd., new delhi/hyundai motor india limited.

                      Dear sir,

                      With reference to my verbal complaint regarding the cheating, fraud and criminal breach of trust by hana motor plaza limited, dealer of the hyundai motor car company and hyundai motor india limited i have to state the following facts for your consideration and immediate necessary action:-

                      1. I am a 84 year old consultant surgeon. I retired from aiims, new delhi and am now attached with apollo hospital, sarita vihar, new delhi.

                      2. I had booked a santro car in my name with hana motor plaza ltd., an authorized dealer of hyundai motor india limited, a-30, mohan cooperative industrial estate, main mathura road, new delhi – 110044 (Phone nos.[protected]/[protected]) in december, 2018 by making part payment of rs. 50, 000/- vide cheque no. 28349 of icici bank (Clearing date: 06.12.2018) (Copy of booking order & bank statement enclosed).

                      3. I made full balance payment of rs. 4, 39, 571/- vide cheque no. 28356, icici bank (Clearing date: 11.02.2019) (Copy of bank statement enclosed).

                      4. I thus made a total payment of rs. 4, 89, 571/- after which i was personally assured by mr. Girish bhatia, owner of hana motor plaza limited that the car shall be delivered within 2-3 days.

                      5. I personally visited m/s. Hana motor plaza limited show room several times thereafter. Every time i was assured by mr. Girish bhatia that the car will be delivered within 2-3 days but the car was not delivered.

                      6. In the first week of march, 2019 mr. Girish bhatia stopped taking my calls. Being left with no alternative, when i visited the show room of hana motor plaza limited, to my utter shock and surprise i found that the show room has been closed permanently.

                      7. Thereafter, i contacted the hyundai motor india limited, office at jasola, plot no. 5, banni building and talked to mr. Vishal kher, regional director of delhi region, who assured me that he will look into the matter.

                      8. Since no action was taken by hyundai motor india limited, i sent a letter to the m. D., hyundai motors india limited, requesting for immediate necessary action (Copy enclosed). However, till date i have not received any reply.

                      9. From the above facts, it is evident that:

                      (I) mr. Girish bhatia, owner of hana motor plaza limited issued the booking order and accepted the sum of rs. 4, 89, 571/- knowing fully well that they will not be able to deliver the car;

                      (Ii) hyundai motors india limited was fully aware that hana motor plaza limited was closing down but they failed to issue a public notice not to deal with hana motor plaza limited resulting in people like me being cheated;

                      (Iii) even after i approached hyundai motor india limited, they did not take any action and allowed hana motor plaza limited to escape with my hard earned money;

                      (Iv) mr. Girish bhatia, owner of hana motor plaza limited in connivance and collusion with the officers of hyundai motor india limited have thus played a fraud and cheated me of my hard earned money amounting to rs. 4, 89, 571/-. The conduct of mr. Girish bhatia, owner of hana motor plaza limited and hyundai motor india limited also amounts to criminal breach of trust;

                      (V) there must be many more such cases and once the matter goes public more people will come forward.

                      (Vi) hana motor plaza limited, mr. Girish bhatia, owner, hana motor plaza limited, hyundai motor india limited and their m. D./directors/officers are therefore equally guilty of cheating, fraud and criminal breach of trust.

                      10. You are, therefore, requested to ensure that immediate action is taken to register a case of cheating, fraud and criminal breach of trust against the following persons:-

                      (A) mr. Girish bhatia, owner, hana motor plaza limited, new delhi.
                      (B) mr. S. S. Kim, managing director, hyundai motor india limited
                      (C) mr. S. J. Ha, executive managing director, hyundai motor india limited.
                      (D) mr. Vikas jain, unit head-sales, hyundai motor india limited
                      (E) mr. Vishal kher, regional director, hyundai motor india limited

                        मेरा नाम प्रशान्त गीते हे मेरा निवास स्थान 33 गोविंद नगर जसवाड़ी रोड खंडवा (म०प्र०) से हु l मेरी कार xcent mp12 ca 3602 फरवरी 2019 को खंडवा वर्कशॉप को कुछ तकनीकी खराबी के कारण ले कर गया था l वर्कशॉप के जो मेनेजर श्री राय सर से मेरी वार्तालाप हुई l वार्तालाप मे ये पाया गया की steering assembly मे कुछ तकनीकी खराबी है l श्री राय सर ने कहा की आपको कुछ राशि का वहन करना पड़ेगा l मेने उस राशि का देना स्वीकार किया उन्होने कहा की आप कार को यही वर्कशॉप पर छोड़ कर जा सकते है l जेसे ही आपका काम हो जाएगा हम आपको संपर्क कर लेगे l मेने ये बात उनकी स्वीकारी और मेरी कार xcent वही पर छोड़ कर आ गया l अब उन्होने कार का काम शुरू किया और 7 से 8 दिन मे उन्होने मुझसे संपर्क किया l बोला आपकी कार की तकनीकी खराबी दूर हो गई हे आप राशि का वहन करे और आपकी कार ले जाये l मे वहा गया था वहा पर मेने कार का परीक्षण किया जिसमे मेने पाया की कार की steering तो सही हे l परंतु मेरी कार के अंदर जो श्रवण यंत्र (Music system) लगा था वो मुझे चालू हालत मे नही मिला l उसके बाद मेरी श्री राय सर से बात हुई उन्होने ठीक से बात नही की व अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया l “श्री राय सर ने बाद मे यह बात स्वीकारी की music sytem मे खराबी हमारे द्वारा हुई है” l श्री राय सर ने कहा की आप कार ले जाओ और music sytem यही रख जाओ हम इसे इंदौर भिजवाकर देखते है, 7-8 दिनो मे श्री राय सर का फोन आता हे और कहते हे की इंदौर से नही होगा इसे head office चेन्नई भेजना पड़ेगाl उसके बाद मेरी बात शोरूम के मालिक श्री सोनू जी भैया से हुई l सोनू भैया मानने को तैयार नही थे की music systm मे खराबी उनकी तरफ से हुई l मेने कहा सोनू भैया आप राय सर से पुछ लीजिये जब श्री सोनू भैया ने श्री राय सर से पूछा तो श्री राय सर अपनी बात से मुकर गए की मेने येसा कब कहा l मेरी और श्री सोनू भैया से कुछ देर वार्तालाप हुई उन्होने कहा की हम इसे head office चेन्नई भेज देते हे जो भी खर्चा आएगा 50-50 वहन करेगे मेने ये बात स्वीकार ली, मेने इसी बीच श्री सोनू भैया को 7 bar फोन लगाया और ऑफिस के जो कर्मचारी हे श्री अमित जी और श्री जैन जी से संपर्क मे रहा वो यही बोलते आए अभी नही आया music systm मेने फिर आखरी बार श्री सोनू भैया को संपर्क किया उन्होने ये कहा की आपका music systm रिपेयर नही होगा आपको हमारे यहा से नया music systm खरीदना होगा l इसी बीच मुझे खरगोन सेंट्रल श्री मुकेश साल्वे जी का कॉल आया उन्होने कहा 6500/-आपको वहन करना पड़ेगा मेने कहा मुझे श्री सोनू भैया ने कहा था की 50-50 वहन करेगे, श्री मुकेश साल्वे जी ने कहा की आप एक बार श्री सोनू भैया से बात कर लो मेने बात की तो सोनू भैया अपनी बात से मुकर गए की मेने येसा कब कहा l
                        मे मानसिक रूप से बहूत प्रताड़ित हुआ हु l

                        Dear Hyundai Custmar Care मेरा नाम प्रशान्त गीते हे मेरा निवास स्थान 33 गोविंद नगर जसवाड़ी रोड खंडवा (म०प्र०) से हु l मेरी कार xcent MP12 CA 3602 फरवरी 2019 को खंडवा वर्कशॉप को कुछ तकनीकी खराबी के कारण ले कर गया था l वर्कशॉप के जो मेनेजर श्री राय सर से मेरी वार्तालाप हुई l वार्तालाप मे ये पाया गया की steering assembly मे कुछ तकनीकी खराबी है l श्री राय सर ने कहा की आपको कुछ राशि का वहन करना पड़ेगा l मेने उस राशि का देना स्वीकार किया उन्होने कहा की आप कार को यही वर्कशॉप पर छोड़ कर जा सकते है l जेसे ही आपका काम हो जाएगा हम आपको संपर्क कर लेगे l मेने ये बात उनकी स्वीकारी और मेरी कार xcent वही पर छोड़ कर आ गया l अब उन्होने कार का काम शुरू किया और 7 से 8 दिन मे उन्होने मुझसे संपर्क किया l बोला आपकी कार की तकनीकी खराबी दूर हो गई हे आप राशि का वहन करे और आपकी कार ले जाये l मे वहा गया था वहा पर मेने कार का परीक्षण किया जिसमे मेने पाया की कार की steering तो सही हे l परंतु मेरी कार के अंदर जो श्रवण यंत्र ( music system) लगा था वो मुझे चालू हालत मे नही मिला l उसके बाद मेरी श्री राय सर से बात हुई उन्होने ठीक से बात नही की व अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया l “श्री राय सर ने बाद मे यह बात स्वीकारी की MUSIC SYTEM मे खराबी हमारे द्वारा हुई है” l श्री राय सर ने कहा की आप कार ले जाओ और music sytem यही रख जाओ हम इसे इंदौर भिजवाकर देखते है, 7-8 दिनो मे श्री राय सर का फोन आता हे और कहते हे की इंदौर से नही होगा इसे head office चेन्नई भेजना पड़ेगाl उसके बाद मेरी बात शोरूम के मालिक श्री सोनू जी भैया से हुई l सोनू भैया मानने को तैयार नही थे की music systm मे खराबी उनकी तरफ से हुई l मेने कहा सोनू भैया आप राय सर से पुछ लीजिये जब श्री सोनू भैया ने श्री राय सर से पूछा तो श्री राय सर अपनी बात से मुकर गए की मेने येसा कब कहा l मेरी और श्री सोनू भैया से कुछ देर वार्तालाप हुई उन्होने कहा की हम इसे head office चेन्नई भेज देते हे जो भी खर्चा आएगा 50-50 वहन करेगे मेने ये बात स्वीकार ली, मेने इसी बीच श्री सोनू भैया को 7 bar फोन लगाया और ऑफिस के जो कर्मचारी हे श्री अमित जी और श्री जैन जी से संपर्क मे रहा वो यही बोलते आए अभी नही आया music systm मेने फिर आखरी बार श्री सोनू भैया को संपर्क किया उन्होने ये कहा की आपका music systm रिपेयर नही होगा आपको हमारे यहा से नया music systm खरीदना होगा l इसी बीच मुझे खरगोन सेंट्रल श्री मुकेश साल्वे जी का कॉल आया उन्होने कहा 6500/-आपको वहन करना पड़ेगा मेने कहा मुझे श्री सोनू भैया ने कहा था की 50-50 वहन करेगे, श्री मुकेश साल्वे जी ने कहा की आप एक बार श्री सोनू भैया से बात कर लो मेने बात की तो सोनू भैया अपनी बात से मुकर गए की मेने येसा कब कहा l मे मानसिक रूप से बहूत प्रताड़ित हुआ हु l कृपया मेरा उचित निर्णय करे l प्रशांत गीते खंडवा 9407288880

                          Dear sir,

                          This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service i received from hyundi (Chunabati workshop) today. I have given my grand i10 for servicing & denting on 21st june 2019. Mr. Sampat from the denting department kept playing with the dates whenever i called to find out about returning my car after the work is completed. He finally promised delivery of my car on monday 25th june but today being the 28th june, i still haven’t got delivery.

                          Besides i was earlier given an estimate of rs. 1, 200/- for general servicing without the bumper change & was informed that with the bumper change estimate would be a few hundreds more. Today i get a call informing me that the amount is rs. 5, 000/-, however this should have been informed to me before doing the job and not at the estimated time of delivery of my vehicle.

                          I requested for his managers number as i was definitely not satisfied talking to him, smart as he thought he was, gave me the wrong number. Would now like to know is this how you deal with your regular clients? I had to then call the service centre at least 10 times before i spoke to mr. Nitin an hour later. This is just not done & totally unacceptable.

                          Requesting you to please look into this matter as the service i got from hyundai is definitely not the kind of service a customer would look forward to.

                          This kind of behaviour from the executives is definitely not acceptable.

                          Awaiting a revert at the earliest.

                            I had booked hyundai venue in the pre booking and cancelled the same as soon as price list was out because dealer did not allow us to take insurance from outside and insisted on taking insurance from him which was rs 28000 costlier.
                            So denied his offer and cancelled the booking. As fas as i know as a customer we can opt to take insurance from outside. Please reply.
                            Booked Hyundai venue on[protected] online, paid Rs.21000.Now Palwal dealer is compelling to buy registration, insurance, loan and rubber accessories worth rs.9000.I am not interested to buy your vehicle now.kindly cancel my booking. I will never buy any product from Hyundai if no action is taken against dealer

                            I have also booked Hyundai Venue and have gone through the same thing, dealer was forcing to buy insurance from them which is around 20-30K more than market price. I complained to Hyundai after I did not receive response I sent mail to Hyundai and Dealer, then dealer agreed I can buy insurance from outside but dealer then said my vehicle delivery will be 9 weeks after launch date 21st May and this is as per Hyundai’s guideline. I did not understand this logic as I booked on first day of prelaunch on 2nd May. Launched complain again with Hyundai to get answer what does prelaunch mean if they take waiting period. I’m still waiting for an answer and vehicle delivery. It looks like like real estate prelaunch manufactures also started cheating in the name of prelaunch booking. Unfortunately in India there is no central body like TRAI or IRDA who can control these fraudsters.

                              I missed my first service due to sales representative suresh, branch - aminjikarai handing over service manual after 6 months of vehicle purchase. I was asked to pay rs.6000 for the ac servicing. Now the showroom (Kattupakkam branch, chennai) is not ready to do 1st service after presenting the manual and also reimburse the money which they promised.

                              Following up since march

                              I have been sending emails and following up patiently since march. No one bothers to reply. I had been to kattupakkam branch, chennai twice which is 20 kms away from my home and they don't even bother to respond.

                                I purchased hyundai xcent car in august 2014. It was my 3rd hyundai car.

                                I reported ac problem in may 2016. Reply given to me was : we had clean filters and ac condenser so problem will not persist.
                                But in september 2016 they told me that cooling cool is leaked. It have to be changed.
                                Point to be noted : they didn't clear it before expiry of warrant. They told fact affer expiry of warranty.
                                I got cooling coil changed and made full payment in 2016.
                                Now in 2019, start of summer, i reported ac problem again. They told me gas to filled and ac filter to be changed.
                                I got it done and paid for both.
                                Again on 25th may i reported ac problem.
                                Reply given to me: gas is leaked. Cooling coil to be changed.
                                I got it done. Cooling coil changed and payment made by me.

                                Now on 26th may (Today), same problem persisting.

                                My objections are:
                                1. Whether car is faulty or parts fitted/supplied by hyundai motors are faulty?
                                2. Is hisar hyundai (Service centre) is changing original parts or duplicate parts?
                                3. Whether parts changed or not? If changed then were they new parts or used parts fitted in my car?
                                4. Who will be responsible for some locks broken by service centre during repair work?

                                As if in such a short duration, i got :
                                2 cooling coils replaced
                                1 ac regulator replaced
                                1 clutch replaced

                                Should i trust your company?
                                If company is trustworthy then who is at fault?
                                Hyundai morors?
                                Hisar hyundai?
                                Parts supplying company?
                                Persons doing service and replacing parts?

                                And i will take this matter seriously.
                                Not only you will loss your 15 years old customer (Me) but also i will told many about such deficiencies and recommended them not to buy hyundai cars.

                                  I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had at your dealership (Vb srs hyundai) which is located at cuddalore, tamilnadu.

                                  I have purchased hyundai i20 asta optional model (White colour) car on 08/02/2019. With registration no:tn:31 ca:5858.

                                  Vin no:malbm51rlkm653703, engine:no:d4fcjm724752.

                                  When we go to the show room for the first time, the sales person told that this car will give 24kmpl mileage, but actually it is giving only 17kmpl.

                                  It is a shame where the salesman (Mr. Subash) of hyundai brand are cheating consumers openly in the market. If he mentioned about correct mileage means we would definitely go to the next model for better mileage. But he cheated us.

                                  And the next disappointment is seat cover, while buying this car they mentioned that it is a top model car so it will come up with good quality seat cover or else you can fix your seat cover as per your wish like that they told. When i asked about seat cover for the next week, they told that we will check with our showroom whether seat cover is available or not and let me update you. To check the availability of seat cover hardly had they taken two months? Now they were telling that seat cover is not applicable for this model hyundai i20.

                                  Is the right way to sell your product by giving fake commitments?

                                  I trusted hyundai as a brand due to which i had invested my hard earned money in its product. But now it has been taken for a toll.

                                  Request you to find me a solution immediately.

Even last month also I raised same thing only happened. You’re asking excuses, and then I cancelled my complaint. Now again I am suffering. I need a solution, not excuses.

                                    I booked grand i10 on 12may19 on commitment by hyundai staff than i will get delivery on 23may19, without checking availability they booked car and took booking amount 15k, after many follow ups they said after 1 week that they can not make available car on 23may19 i did self finance and my bank disbursed loan amount after a week on 18may19 and car i booked was not available and they said it will might take more 10-15 days when we called many times n took follow up till then no intimation given by any staff of showroom about delay and behaviour was so arrogant by staff and seniors. So i decided to cancel booking now they are intentionally delaying my refund and also refused to pay intrest on loan amount we already paid for car. I want strict action as this was very wrong experience to me and their approach was so casual they do not even reply to my mails. Due to delay in refund i am not able to book another car and processs fresh loan.

                                    2. dealer was not reply properly for his commitment for seat cover and body cover.
                                    3. dealer discuss for some cash refund at a time to purchase the car still not receive in my account

                                    note :- if you are not provide proper service than i will return your car.

                                      i have purchased a creta top model 30 july 2017.till now services were going ok
                                      I dont mind paying the charges but atleast you should inform the customer in advance before taking the car

                                      suddenly i received a call two weeks back from your backend . that my servicing of my car was pending.i was busy for a week, so asked to pick up the car next week.

                                      i was not informed which is this service number, you just take away the car and then call me and tell that what all is free and what all charges you will be taking.a car owner is supposed to take decision on phone regarding his car, he is forced to say yess for over priced services as it is from the company.
                                      after they took my car on 23.5.2019 morning 8 am, the person(IRFAN [protected] ) calls me form modi hyundai and tells me that my service was to happen on july 2019 and not today.i said you should have told me before, then he told i have to pay extra charges of rs 4700 which was not informed before taking my car out
                                      why modi hyundai thane doesnt have any kind of customer responsibility ???
                                      how you people dont know when is the car service due.and why do you inform the customer wrongly
                                      the fuel charges from my home to your showrrom i have to bear unnecessary
                                      what kind of serivces i expect from a professional car dealer.

                                      very bad on your part to trouble the customer so much and repeatedly ask him to shell out more money before that actual servicing date and to give so much mental pressure and tension to the car owner .

                                      i expect immediate reply and prompt action and a call from owner of modi hyundai .I have already raised this issue on all social media platforms, and will discourage car buyers from buying from you for this pathetic service even after paying so much money
