I am a resident of pune and i own an i20 active which i purchased in jan 2016. Car number mh 12 mr 1385. I purchased this vehicle from kothari hyundai dealership in aundh. I am hereby registering a manufacturing defect complaint. Details below - the running of my car is approximately 27, 000 km. On 29th march 2019, the gear housing of the car broke. There was significant damage to the differential also. I fail to understand how a single handed driven car, with a running of only 27000 km faces such kind of a problem. Let me tell you that this is a manufacturing defect and the damage that has happened cannot be done externally. How can such a defect occur in such a short span of time? Now comes the physically and mentally disappointing part of the service provided by kothari hyundai - 1. My warranty expired in jan 2019. Kothari hyundai does not bother to inform me about the extended warranty in order to avoid their loss. 2. I give my car for repairs on 29th march. After analysis kothari hyundai comes with a repair cost of 25, 000 rs. Which was ridiculous. 3. The spare parts required for the repairs are not available with them which is a big joke considering the fact that spare parts should be readily available for quick resolution. 4. Please note that i gave my car on 29th march and kothari hyundai now says that the max date by when they can completely repair my car and give it to me is around 11th april. Reason being given is that the parts required are not available. I mean what a joke considering the fact that hyundai is an automobile giant. But the kind of service being provided is more pathetic than a local small scale garage. This is 2 weeks of wasted time and torture of the customer. I am attaching the invoice as proof of the expenses i had to bear.

    Greetings!!!

    I (Lalitha c p) have booked hyundai i20 sports from pee yem hyundai showroom payyanur (India, kerala, kannur) in the first week of february in my name. Since i have changed my plan, i have applied for cancelation of this booking in the first week of april with booking receipt and cancelation letter. It's been a month, i didn't get any positive response from their side on refund.

    Please concider my issue and take favorable action.
    My car i20 ap16da0378 i given to a general service they are telling daliy one resoon that car ha get wiring complent since 30 days my car dint not get this is the manganment of sai swanrna the manger was not lifting thee calls this the therr are tringing the team

      Please help me and my family, getting back refund for our booked car.
      We booked hyundai next gen 1.6sx vtvt on 22 april, 2019
      We gave the down payment of 400000 INR
      To the elroy motors, defence colony. EThey told car would be delievered by 10th may. But its 15th may today,
      They are not even responding to our calls and visit.
      Please please help us getting our refund.

      I have already escalted this issue through hyundai customer care, but i havent got any response from one week from your customer care team.

        Hi,
        I have give my hyundai xcent for servicing at laxmi hyundai, kukatpally hyderabad telengana. After delivery i noticed that my music systems is not working. Upon reporting the staff who dealt with my car denied the charges and have been rude with me. The music system costs arround 10 thousand rupees. Which i have to bare now. Please help me to teach these corporate guys a lesson, help me to get justice.

            We bought i20 from Berk Auto LLP Plot no.27, Industrial Area, Chandhigarh on 29/04/2019 Vide Regd. No. CH 81 (T) 4862. Today we went to Verma Hyundai, Hoshiarpur for repair of vehicle under cashless insurance claim but Mr. Janak raj refused for the cashless claim giving excuse that car is not registered yet. We provided him with the valid temporary no. CH 81 (T) 4862 and valid cash less insurance Policy no. HFE55123 of Future Generali of Hyundai Assurance issued on 29/04/2019.

            I have exchage my old car EON delite plus on 30 April, 2019 but the exchage money completely not done yet. I want to know what is the problem.
            I booked the vehicle on 23.4.19 Santro sportz AMT once I apply break it's pickup is very slow some time I couldn't be able to overtake any vehicle I am not satisfied I feel that I have wasted my money.im repenting for what I have done so sorry to say this.
            Elite i20 It was a very cheap build quality ... car doors are making sound like car is 10 years older car but my car is only 3 months older ... very bad satisfaction of car performance

After booking, i have not got any feedback on the delivery or otherwise of my booked car. The supervisors there are very indifferent and don't respond. It is quite disgusting for a company of your repute. May i request for a reply. I had complained few days earlier too.

                I'm jai from chennai two days before i just give my car for service in v3 hyundai and the pic up driver was scratch my car running board and they said they will pain and give and it will take tree days i said okey but aftr 30m they said my car is ready,, i'm shocked and they came with my car but it was not painted. And agin they took my car and they said it will take tree days i said okey but give back properly its happens on 10th may 18 and they said they give car on monday morning but till 8pm they didnt cal aftr my cal they said give u on nxt day,, aftr a long waiting i got my car on tuesday but want is the surprise the complaint still not rectify,, and i dnt no what hell happens,, and i called the gm, ast gm but ididnt get proper response from them in tree time if i didnt get proper solution from hyundsi i drop mg car in v3 hyundai and i never take my car from there and i vl go legaly [protected], [protected] this is my no and i attach photos below

                Very poor service I have got. Everytime I give the car and they always delay in delivery and give some or the other excuses. This s so poor service and something has to be. And I need a reply on this .

                  I am facing serious trouble because of this unavailability, this type of service is not expected from hyundai

                    I bought a 2019 model hyundai xcent car (White color) at namakkkal show room, tamilnadu (Pin code-637001) with registration number "tn 88 e 6151".

                    I wanted to complaint about the bad experience we experienced at namakkal showroom. I had a santro car which we wanted to give in exchange on purchasing the new xcent car. When we go to the show room for the first time, the sales person there mentioned that they have same xcent 2018 model car which they can give for less price (Around 6 lakhs) compared to same xcent 2019 model car. After 2 days, when we called the sales person that we are ready to take 2018 model car, they said ok and they asked us to come to the show room at around 4'o clock in the evening on the same day. We made the cash ready and we were about to reach the show room, they told us that the car has been sold out to someone else. We got shocked as in the morning only they confirmed us that we can buy it in the evening, same day. We got highly disappointed. As there was only one 2018 xcent was left, since it was sold out, we somehow convinced ourselves to buy 2019 xcent.

                    And here comes the next disppointment. We showed them the santro car which i had to give them for exchange. The sales person told that they will not take old car if we are taking 2018 xcent and they will take old sanrto if we purchase 2019 xcent. And for your notice, they never mentioned that there is an offer of rs. 30000 for just exchanging and on top of that, the price of the exchange car will be added. They asked the car for cheaper price and hence we decide to sell it outside not knowing that 30000 exchange offer is there. And finally we bought the car tn 88 e6151. When my dad's friend mentioned that there is an offer of 30000 for exchanging after we purchased, we got highly disappointed that we were cheated once again. When my dad went and asked them about the offer, they were telling that 'we mentioned nah sir, that we will buy your old santro only if you buy 2019 xcent'. I swear that they never mentioned this 30000 exchange offer to us.

                    I highly regret for buying this hyundai car because of the cheap behavior of the sales person in namakkkal show room. I would like to mention the name of the sales person who we were in touch for buying this car. His name is eliyan. After i bought this car, my cousin wanted to buy the same car. But we told them not to buy because of the bad experience we had. And they bought tata tiago car 2 days back.

                    I want justice for the careless behaviour of sales person and i want you to take action on them regarding this issue. I also want hyundai customer care to give us the appropriate amount that we lost on missing this offer because of the sales person.

                    I also wanted to mention that my phone has auto call recording option enabled, and if you want, i'm ready to send them over mail for the proof.

                    Hope that you will take action. Otherwise, i will have to look for some other option to take action on them. I will never recommend hyundai cars to any of my friends/relations from now onwards.

                      Sub : Non-completion of New Car RTO Registration pending from 5 month

                      My name is Krishna Kantam Khandelwal. I am living at K3B, 3rd Floor, Khirkhi Extn. Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. I have purchased a Car from your dealer "Raj Hyundai" Company name is Raj Cars India Private Limited on[protected] having showroom at 32, Sadhana Enclave, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. The Car Model is i20 Asta (O) CRDi Fiery Red having Chassis No. MALBM51RLJM573741, Engine No. D4FCJM627941 by paying total amount INR 10, 67, 287/- which include RTO registration fees INR 88, 000/-.

                      I was issued temporary registration certificate and they had promised that the registration will be completed within one week. I was continuously visiting this dealer showroom and making follow-up calls for the registration but they made petty excuses i.e. Nobody is at RTO Department, please call tomorrow, The registration usually take 15 days, Kindly wait etc.

                      Today, i visited at showroom again and met with Mr. Nitin (GM). He said that the company have used registration money in another purpose now we do not have any fund to complete and we cannot issue refund to you. Mr. Rohit Chadha is the Managing Director, I have made number of calls and he is not attending any calls.

                      It is a direct fraud case where my registration money has been forged by the dealer (i.e. Mr. Rohit Chadha (MD), Mr. GURUCHARAN SINGH (Director) and Mr. AMRESH KUMAR PANDEY (Director). I will be filing FIR against this company as well as Hyundai in case no solution is provided within 24 hours as I have lost my patience now..

                      It is a shame where the dealer of Hyundai Brand are cheating consumers openly in the market. I trusted Hyundai as a brand due to which I had invested my hard earned money in its product. But now it has been taken for a toll.

                      How can Hyundai India issue license to such kind of dealer without checking their background ? Moreover where are your internal controls ?

                      It is completely disgusting what I have faced with your company. It is my first Car from you and your guys have cheated me.

                      Request you to find me a solution immediately or refund my money immediately along with interest & fine that would be payable to the authorities for registration. The copy of all documentation are attached herewith for your reference.

                      Very bad experiences I come across with pavan hyundai near kanakpura road Bangalore.
                      I bought i20 asta used car on 14th Sept2020. Showroom guy told that vehicle is in good condition without any lapse in service and replacement. The vehicle was driven 53100 kms but clutch is very hard, driver side door was repainted looking yellow in colour stain...
                      I got all the information from the past owner, from him they bought with cheaper rate and they told him that we will be replacing clutch, a/c vents and repainting driver side door and then we sell, but they not did any replacement and they sold it for 85000 margin profit. And also I come to know that vehicle was met with an accident and got replace head laps, bonet, fenders, fog lamps, radiator and so on...
                      I need justice against this fraudulent happened to me... Need someone intervention to resolve this issue.
                      I have sent mails to Pavan Hyundai MD Mr.Alok but he is least bothered about customer service and issues. I think he is only big culprit...
                      I am going to file a cheating case...

                        Dear hyundai team,

                        I own a second generation elitei20 car which i bought in may 2015. I was greatly impressed with the hyundai brand and after lot of research i selected this car for my family. Since i am an ex-service man, i brought this car through csd (Defense services depot) with my hard-earned money from the pension fund i received after my retirement from the services.

                        I should say that i was the proud owner of the car since the time i brought it from hyundai, and i had been a great ambassador of this product to my colleagues in my present organization which also influenced few of them to buy the same car for their personal use.

                        In the last four years, i have never missed any service/maintenance to my car and have always relied on authorized hyundai service centers for the maintenance of my car. Since i travel a lot for my official jobs, i only sparingly use my car for family trips and in four years since i bought it, i have run just above 20, 000 kms only.

                        This being the case, on one of my travel to chennai with my family on the high way the car engine missed a stroke suddenly stopped to my surprise. However, on giving an ignition the engine started but i could observe and hear that the sound of the engine was not normal for which i am used to, and the knocking noise from the engine could be heard inside the car. The car could still clock above 100 kms/hr but there was a noticeable lag in the performance of the car.

                        On reaching chennai, i took it to a nearest hyundai servicing center (Kun hyundai, ambattur) for investigation and analysis of the issue. They reported that the issue could be with one or two of the fuel injectors and will take 4-5 days for complete investigation and rectification. Since i did not have so much time, i asked them if i can drive back to bangalore for which they said it is okay to drive back but they advised that, i should hand over my vehicle to my regular servicing center for further investigation.

                        On reaching bangalore on 22 apr 19, i handed over my vehicle to trident hyundai service centre, whitefield for trouble shooting and for my annual service. Initially while discussing it was told that this could happen due to contaminated fuel but later, after days of investigation it was informed to me that it is due a faulty ecm. A quote for replacing only the ecm for rs.27737.00 is given to me.

                        My vehicle has done just above 20k kms and about 4 years old. At this juncture of my car’s life a problem in such a core component of the vehicle is not expected and acceptable. Unlike other mechanical components which is subjected to wear and tear, ecm remains in a static state and also can’t be susceptible to the owners driving style like a clutch plate for example. I stay in bangalore in a flat and my car is kept safely in a shaded parking area and is not subjected to any kind flooding which can be related to the ecm damage. It can only be said that it is a case of a pre-matured component failure.

                        As an owner of a car from your company, where am i at fault. Is this not hyundai responsibility to stand by their customer during such crisis and restore the faith i have with the company. I hope you stand by your tag line “drive home a relationship” and respect my patronage with hyundai cars.
                        I sincerely expect hyundai to support me in dealing with this crisis and able to reasonably share the responsibility in fixing the issue in my car.

                          I own a creta, crdi, sx since 15dec, 2016. The clutch of my vehicle has been creating a lot of problems for quite sometime now. I was made to replace the whole clutch assembly in nov/dec last year due to extreme hard clutch. It was clarified by the attending technicians that the clutch system had been damaged due to extensive and faulty use. The same problem is brewing now after some 20000/25000km run of the vehicle. And same opinion has been offered by your workshop people.
                          But we own another vehicle and our driver and my husband drive these vehicles and no damage what so ever has been caused to the other vehicle till date.
                          I will be grateful if you get my vehicle checked up by an expert hand to advise way out.

                            I would like to bring in your kind that i have taken delivery of grand i 10 manga on 30th dec. 2018 from jmv hundai bhiwadi
                            After 4 month and many communication on land line no. Of showroom as well as mobile no. Of gm sales i have not provided number plate of vehicle, further my phone call also ignored and not answered.
                            I have taken confrence call also through customer care on 1st april and 30th april and promised for provide number plate on next day but not. I am not happy with this sevice of hundai brand.

                              My name is kulwinder singh and i bought a elite i20 (Optional) car on 25 oct 2017 from raja hynduai motors india limited, bathinda, punjab. My car registration no. Is pb31s5468. I went to raja hynduai for car's third service (18200 km approx) on 24th march 2019. After car's service they submitted it to me but mechanic forget to tight the bolt of chmber of engine oil. After short driving whole oil of car is leaked and car stopped at the road. I parked the car at near petrol station and next day called the workshop service advisor. They sent a workcharge and after some testing they take the car to the agency on 25th march. After 25days they give me my car after repairing but the problem of oil leakage o[censored]pper part of engine remains the same. I called again the service manger. They told me to come to the agency. I went to the agency but they failed to solve my problem again because after reaching my home i reported the same oil lekage. Then again i call the workshop manager they sent a team of workcharge but they couldnot solve my problem. Now i am totally fed from the raja hynduai motors bathinda (Punjab). Now i though to be going for the court case in consumer and district court bathinda against raja hynduai gm and hynduai india motors limited gm and workshop manager.

                                I have booked a creta e plus model at your showroom at chandigarh on 18 apr 19. Ever since i have been trying to check from the dealer about its availability but i have not got any response.
                                Your dealers at chandigarh respond very differently before and after booking and that is disgusting. I have been interacting with two of your employees and their response is extremely poor - shilpa [protected] and didar [protected]

                                  My car hyundai grand i10 sportz variant met with accident on 09.02.2018 due to not working of abs.

                                  While accident time life threatening issue - air bag not opened.

                                  My car taken from the hyundai showroom, tuticorin (Peeyesem) within 18 hours met with accident.. My car registration no. Tn69bf3866

                                  My vehicle met with accident on feb 9th 2019 due to not working of abs and not opening of airbag. I was discussed lot of time for this issue by orally. All oral discussions and replys not satisfied to me. Kindly may please give your valuable detailed report to me for my self satisfaction and maintain a good relationship with peeyesyem hyundai, tuticorin.

                                    Hi sir,

                                    This is mail is in regard that i have given my creta car for service at the talwar hyundai service centre - shaikpet (Nalla).

                                    Sir, i have given my car for the service on 30th of the last month (I. E april) and they have got me back saying there was a battery issue and the battery was in warranty and today they have given a call back ending up saying that we cant give warranty to the battery, in return mr. Abhijeet kumar (Manager) has demanded saying that to pay 50% amount to the battery cost.

                                    I just wanted to know when there is warranty left on the battery and ur company doesn't want to give warranty for the battery will u do the same to all the customers or only me i wanted to know or else u end up saying when u sell the car itself to give a letter stating that if the battery goes of for any issue when in warranty that hyundai isn't responsible for that.

                                    It has been 10 days i have given my car for service and today they got back with this message, i am leaving my car at the service centre only so that ur talwar hyundai people can come and collect the car and keep that in ur showroom and show my car as an example saying that this is the car for which we haven't given the battery warranty before any person takes a hyundai car.

                                    This is the 2nd time i am facing a havock from hyundai people last the same service people have created a big mess for the touch screen problem which i have mentioned and this is the 2nd time.

                                    So sir, i just wanted to inform u that i want to take this issue a ahead by proceeding legally so that i can get justice on this issue.

                                      I did a service on mgf hyundai desom branch on 8th march 2019, claim requested on 15th march 2019. Got the vehicle after full payment on 17th march 2019.
                                      Still as per their confirmation i waited for the insurance amount to be credited in my account, but still they dint processed it properly. I was keep on following up and i am fed up now. This is the mail which i am seeking an updation from a responsible person.
                                      I will wait for 2 more day, and will place the issue in all social media if i wont get any reply from your side.

                                        I have sent my car on 26.04.2019 and repair details was explained to concerned person properly. But when i visited to take back on 07.05.2019 i was shocked only few parts were repaired and claimed through insurance. Pics after repairs are attached. Paid service was also done by showroom without my consent and any estimate shared with me. My tool kit and air pump were lost from the car. When i asked advisor to explain the reason behind this non sense he denied to respond any thing i tried to meet some senior but unfortunately no body was there at that time. Finally advisor shared a feedback form after my repeated request for feedback (Form attached) and he committed that we will resolve your issue latest by day after tomorrow but till now problem is not solved.
