I bought and ikall mobile phone on the 29th of june on amazon and it hasn't even been two months and this phone just stopped turning on. I have already charge it and it wont turn on. I dont know what's happening. I called customer care i emailed them but they did not pick up my call and did not reply to my email. This is very frustrating. Please help me. Hi,

I purchased I KALL Z1 mobile on 3rd August 2022 via Amazon. Within one month of its usage, the display of the phone is went wrong and the phone is no more usable. I tried reaching the customer care service centers and found that those are just a collection point and they do not service the phone. The mobile is under warranty and customer care is not ready to cover the problem under warranty. I strongly not recommend this product to any of the consumers by experiencing very poor quality of product and no customer support on problems.

I kall k9 mobile is very bad. It's waste of money. It's battery saving is very poor. And the display is complaint. It's not supporting face lock. Please do any help to this phone.
