I booked a maharaja deluxe room in samrat hotel gurgaon (Booking id htlhe7n4rb) after check in, they provided me with normal deluxe room hotel saying that after 1 hour they will provide me with the booked room. After questioning about the room again they are saying its not available. If booking is done from today for that room, how its not available i don't understand. And when other people queried regarding availability of maharaja room, to them they are saying its available. But they are not providing those rooms if we did online booking from goibibo website. Kindly look into the matter

    On 23rd june 2018 i booked a room in hotel east bourne a fine pine resort shimla. My booking id is htl6ndy2t. Through i the day i got confirmation massages till 2 pm. Then around 2-50 pm on 23rd june i got a call from customer care of goibibo site that the room is cancelled and goibibo would accommodate me some other hotel which they didn't. When i reached eastbourne resort the gm refused to give me the room as the booking was not in their record. I rang up the police station and the io insisted the gm to give the refusal in writing which he refused. Then again i called at customer care the authorised person requested me to wait for 30 minutes to find the solution but even he didn't rivert. At last when we decided to go back to our home the gm of the hotel offered us a room clearly mentioning that it is a complementary as we have suffered a lot and the hotel has nothing to do with goibibo. Today morning i. E. 24th june 2018 when i called customer care for my refund and the compensation for the harassment the staff person named jatin earlier agreed but later on refused and said that the goibibo will directly settle down with hotel. Pls look into the matter and do needful otherwise i will go to the consumer court

      I have booked hotel in france but booking not and my account was debited by ₹72874. Which they said it will be credited in 5-14 days. But its not credited in my account still. Booking id - htlucshu8l
      If i m trying customer care its saying that u have crossed limits to call us. Means why is there custmercare service when customers will not be able to contact them.
      Its my mistake i have choosed goibibo its a worst customer service i have used.
      Just refund my money back or otherwise ill go in customer court.

        I had made a booking through you for hotel at ahmedabad on 17th of june 2018. You had made booking for 19th june at pacific corporate solutions pvt ltd, ahmedabad.

        On reaching ahmedabad when we call to the hotel we came to know that the property had been sold and the person told categorically that the same had been communicated to goibibo.
        I want my booking amount back.

          I had made online booking on website of goibibo.com vide their booking id htlk46dgdt, for hotel the india at big bend, mussoorie, for 3 nights from 13th june 2018 to 16th june 2018. While making the reservation, i was shown family room of big size and assured 100% money back guarantee, in case of non-satisfaction.

          When i reached mussoorie with my family, i found that the room shown to me on online portal was totally different. I was forced by the hotel gm to take a duplex room, which had very dangerous stairs, within the room itself. I requested the hotel gm to change our room, due to safety issues, for our kids. I even offered to take any smaller room with down-grade.

          But, the hotel gm refused to change the room and impolitely asked us to leave the hotel. We had travelled 8 hours from delhi to reach this hotel, to face such harassment.

          We left the hotel, by deleting entry in visitor register and were forced to book another hotel, at much higher price.

          Immediately, i raised a complaint with goibibo.com and asked them to refund my money of rs. 16, 020, which was paid by me on 26th april 2018, about 6 weeks, in advance. However, goibibo staff is denying to refund the advanced money, on lame excuses.

          As a result, i as a consumer is being harassed to get refund of my hard earned money.

            My bank accounted debited with Rs.2060 and the train ticket booking were not completed after transferring the money.Not even a single rupee has refunded to me by goibibo.Iam going to file a petition against the same on consumer court if the refund is not granted with 18hrs to me.
            goibibo 1 @icici is the beneficiary and i possess all the necessary proofs for the same.(See down)

                On 18th on june i was trying book flight in goibibo from hyd to maa for 22 june, i selected the flight and i paid money through the upi (Tez). My amount got deducted for which i ave proof but i did not receive any ticket info.

                I waited for 1 hour as suggested by goibibo but after that i tried contacting their support team on the very same day 18th june.

                They log one request for my issue for which the number is [re:[#2368950]]

                Some support person mailed me saying they regret for the inconvenience and he gave me 2 choices either to book ticket with the same amount which they have received or to get the refund back. He mailed/messaged me all this by 19 june morning 6 am. I was not awake that time so as soon as i woke up around 7:30 am i replied to their chat saying to book my ticket.

                19 june the entire day i followed them but there was no response, finally i had to book another ticket as it was urgent for me, then i sent a mail to the team asking for refund and still there was no response.

                All their support numbers are automated voice system hence i am unable to get any update on my issue. Kindly help me to refund my money and bare the charges for the inconvenience.

                  This is regarding a transaction that happened on dec 7th, 2017 of an amount of 3645 rs through ibibo.

                  Money got deducted from my bank account but the ticket hasn't got booked.

                  I already gave multiple complaints to goibibo but haven't received any response from them. I also followed up with standard chartered bank (Ticket booked through this bank), they mentioned that this money is with goibibo, we are not responsible for this.

                  Kindly resolve my issue. I also submitted my bank statement of this transaction to goibibo. Let me know if you need this copy.

                    I have not received my referral bonus and when asked for further information that i'm not eligible they're making me go to and fro with all details other than what i've asked.
                    I even provided them screenshots from my installed app but they seem to override my statement with their search evidence and trying to impose the same thing to me.

                    I don't want to have any gocash.
                    My ask is why are you misguiding customer with incorrect detail that a customer if modifies their information (email id) over app then this is creating a new account for that user despite user has not changed any other info like contact number.
                    And even when cross-confirming of any such policies if available executives are confidently saying its there but then on asking for the evidence of such policy it seems executives don't even understand what I am asking them to.
                    Stated this number of times but everytime is gets routed to something else and then if again asking for the policy evidence communicated to me they say that they're not clear what my requirement is.
                    Please stop misleading customers, for a moment I could even understand that sync issue could be for netwok connectivity or something but not at all agreed if you say that because the mail id was changed sync got lost.

                    And what can I do here if my app is showing me updated detail..?
                    Why should I face the consequences only when even you being the application owner cannot even pinpoint the reason?
                    I could understand going forward I could sync again but then what in case if this is repeated again?
                    DO you have anything inline to prevent this kind of issue again?

                    This is in regards to the raised concern.

                    As discussed over the call, you can earn go cash maximum upto 300 if the account is not synchronized. The time had referred a friend, you account was not synchronized and so the tier limit was 300.

                    We have checked that you already had go cash 300 in your account at the time you had referred a friend and hence you had not received anymore go cash. Now you have utilized this amount and your go cash balance is zero.

                    We are now processing a go cash plus of 300 which will reflect in your account by tomorrow EOD.

                    You are advised to synchronize your account so as to increase your tier limit.

                      I was trying to purchase two earrings from a site called silberuh.com. The first payment failed and then i tried to do the online payment the second time, i logged into my union bank account and payed for the two items.
                      But i didn't receive any confirmation from silberuh after the payment, so i had a doubt and messaged silberuh and they said they didn't receive the money but the amount was deducted from. My bank account. I just received two messages saying transaction to ibibo pvt ltd is complete. I lost rs.1467. I want my money back. Please refund.

                        I was booking flight ticket from mumbai to patna and goibio was showing 1st flight mumbai to varanasi ..its making customer comfusing so that i booked the flight to mumbai to varanasi by mistake because no site is showing suggested flight ..customer having mind set that id i am searching flight mumbai to patna then why goibibo showing suggested flight, then i called to goibibo customer care to change the destination the she is not ready for change and she said yiu have to cancel this flight and refund amount nothing.

                          This complaint and escalation is against goibibo for their fraud hotel certification and stamping goibibo certified without any validation and no support when we faced lot of difficulties.
                          I want to raise my grievance against hotel shoba in yercaud, tamilnadu and goibibo. I had booked this hotel on 9th of june, 2018 from goibibo. One of the worst trips, i have ever had with this false hotel accommodation, offered by goibibo, where there was hail and heaven difference in terms of room quality and facilities compared to the projected room.
                          For the whole 2 days we faced lot of difficulties due to this and we only trusted in their name and brand.

                          There were no electricity in the night time and those guys did not bother to switch in the generator at night and hence my parents needed to use torch light to go to rest room.
                          How pathetic the situation can be, when a goibibo certified hotel does not have minimum infrastructure
                          No light, no geyser, no hot water, no wardrobe, no bathroom hanger, no cleanliness, open dustbin leading to unhygienic atmosphere, very unclean toilet, non working and very small tv without volume which is equivalent to no tv in room, totally different room than booked... No cable connection available due to outage... No minimum service from the hotel boys...
                          We have booked this hotel from goibibo and guess what it is a go-certified hotel.
                          We have no clue based on what goibibo has issued the certificate. This hotel has very cheap quality rooms and the management is even worst. To our surprise, they have installed some false geysers in each room. There was frequent power cut in this area. They have a generator facility for the namesake which is switched off most of the time.
                          And also bed sheets were not clean and torn as well. After reporting them, they did not change the bed sheets.
                          After promising, goibibo and hotel didnt bother to help us in this situation.
                          As per the goibibo site room service is available in the hotel, but there is no restaurants there. We have to order food from hotel recommended restaurants by providing huge amount of delivery charge and gst.

                          Goibibo or the hotel shoba did not help us in any situation. We need a compensation for this kind of harassment and false pictures in the site.

                            I was book my ticket at 01-june-2018 hyderabad to delhi the cost is rs-3271 i have some reasons so i cancel my ticket at 29th may cancellation procees is done but i did't get any refund and it showing goibibo saying only 691 rs only whats the matter i loss my remaining amount please consider my attached details

                                No electricity, no food service, dirty saraundings. No hot water in washroom. No masquto net in the room we are a family with 2 kids undone to spend night with masquto.

                                  I booked a cab from goibobo mobile app for new delhi to meerut.
                                  I got confirmation of booking and driver details as given below.

                                  I did not travel at this pnr as driver did not reach at pickup point at booking time and he also did not recieve the call when i call him. So i arrange another taxi by himself.

                                    Sir, i mr. Sandeep agarwal have booked a flight ticket from ibibo.com application. From kolkata to mumbai, flight was on 12/06/2018 the booking file is attached with this email. I have not receieved rs.1200 for the offer given during booking of the ticket that if i pay by my kotak mahindra bank credit card, credit card number being [protected]. Than there would be rs.1200 cash back in my credit card or you can say was a waiver, when i make a payment through kotak credit card. So i made a payment of rs.8044 /- by my kotak mahindra credit card. Whereas i was suppose to get rs.1200 /-cashback on my credit card. But i could see only rs.3274 has been refunded. You think we are fool for a cancellation we will pay you rs.5000/- where is the cash back. Dont think customers are fool and you can cheat and play around with customers. That ' s not possible sir. You have charged and deducted, all cancellation according to airfare rules and regulation. Whatever you wanted to subtract, you have deducted more than rs. 5000 /- its my wish i travel or i dont travel. Rs. 5000 /- deduction, how is that possible? The offer was applicable. Please reverse the cashback of rs. 1200/- mr. Ibiobo orelse i will file a legal suit against your company and highlight the issue and the fake offers you advertise in social media. So that people be aware off. Our money is even very hard earned. You just cant cheat. If required i will email all airlines and aviation ministry that how you are generating money by squeezing customers.

                                        I have booked ticket on 26th May 2018 from Santorini to Athens for 3rd June but before journey on 31st May I have received a message from Goibibo that there is no ticket available in this flight kindly click on the link so i followed the same and got the same message that there is no seat available in this flight since i was in other country so i have booked other ticket thru Goibibo because did not wanted to take any risk and i spoke to customer care executive regarding refund amount so he said we will get back to you 24 to 48 hrs. but no response regarding refund, since daily i am trying to get some reply from Goibibo daily i am getting same reply that i have to wait 24 to 48 hrs team is working on it but no response and its been 13 days now but no reply. Goibibo has sent me message that no seat available now not refunding my amount and I have already shared all the screen shots of all the messages what I have received from them i make call to customer care getting same reply that ma'am i am going to forward this to my supervisor you will get call within 24 hours but till yet i have not got any email or call regarding this, so complaining here and hoping for positive response and attaching the screenshots as well.
