I have this book this complain since long, recently ie on friday i have received email from alvis. Massey_isng00429, to provide my or my relative lives in usa so that we can call you, accordingly i have provided my mobile number on friday, 10 august, 2018, 11:24:58 am gmt-4 to call, but since than no any phone call received nor any email update received, every body mum, it ican not understand that when you asking to provide contact number of my self as well as my relative who is living with me in usa, than why should avoid to call, if your unable to contact, please provide me the responsible persons contact number so that i can call, i am once again requesting to stop the harassing to the customer, and resolve this issue which is long pending, and please call me or please provide me number so i can call.

Dear mr akhilesh, thanks for reply, i have booked my ticket from laptop, from screen shot can not be taken, secondly i have not assume that this will be happen after booking, actually i have visited the site of sky scanner for booking, where some of site were shown with their rate, from that list i have seen goibibo, which is our local booking site, and we have always keep trust on our local site and after verification of all details i have think and started my booking, even today i have seen the same position that 2 piece of begs allowed in each sector per adult, i have not think nor any ideas that this will happen with me after booking, otherwise i will make copy and save for shown to company, neither only this happen, when i have started booking the amount shown after flat 2000.0 discount rs.94244.00 while after payment what amount deducted you can see from this attached ticket and your company account, how every i have no any problem for amount, but this worry for me that instead of 2 beg only 2 beg is permitted, hence i am once again request please solve this issue, at your level with airline, and issue revised tickets, if this is not possible for your level, please give me the email id of your higher authority, unfortunately i am currently in usa, hence i can not talk on my local registered number, in this case please provide me the whatsapp number so i can call

Please note that the bookings done under this category includes lowest fare type as compared to the normal fare for the same itinerary.

Also, under Multi-airline Itinerary booking done by the user has restrictions on the baggage allowance / fare conditions. In this case, different PNR gets generated on automation and then the desired booking gets confirmed for the user.

Attached is the screenshot where we have given the notification regarding the same.

Hence, the booking is done by the user basis his/her own suitability/ travel requirement.

No, this is not correct, but fact is this at the time of booking rate and baggage details was clear, that is 2 begs are allowed in each sector ie up to Bhuj, even rate were shown, some one and after applying the option for Rs. 2000.00 flat discount, the amount shown is OK, but while i make payment, the amount was deducted some other, nor the amount shown during booking, nor after discount, but this was some third amount, similarly after booking of my tickets after more than 1 hrs i received confirmation email, and i have checked through the PNR number provided to me in confirmation email, and it is seen that from the jet airways site that i begs has been permitted from Mumbai to Bhuj sector, while at the time of booking the same were shown that 2 begs were allowed per adult up to Bhuj.
Please note that i am not travelling 1st time in flight, i know the rules for domestic flight, but on your goibibo site this clearly mention that 2 begs were permitted, even not on goibibo, but the same details were also shown on Makmytrip site also. have your team has think that why i made correspondence with you, team since date of booking, .
Can you tell me under what circumstance this case has been transfer to your international team, and why they have ask from me to provide the any phone number of my relative in USA, what ever the reason, i have provided the number on Friday ie on same day why they not contact with me, even i have ask to provide me the direct number of concern authorize person, whom i can provide my facts realities to him, why not same has been still not provided my daughter from India has also trying to contact with your team not no body ready to reply, what is the reason beyond this.
i have also email to Shri Sanjyji CEO of co founder of the company, but unfortunately yet no any reply received.
In this regards i am not asking to refund my payment nor asking to cancel my ticket, i only ask to that my ticket of Mumbai to Bhuj sector of Jet Airways are booked under DEAL Category ( this was also not shown during booking) may please be change in to Economy flex/saver category, so that i can upgrade my this sector ticket by using points/JP miles.
Currently i am in USA, hence i am once again requested that kindly tray to read all my previous email, and details and please be convert my ticket of Mumbai to Bhuj sector of Jet Airways are booked under DEAL Category may please be change in to Economy flex/saver category,
If you required any further clarification you may feel free to contact on my numbers provided in earlier emails, or please provide me the direct authorized person i will call him.
Awaiting for hopeful and positive reply in the interest of customer without further more correspondence as my travelling date is coming nearer.

    I booked a room at hotel jinendra palace jaipur for one day 12/08/2018 through gobigo, but because the room was booked through gobigo
    1. Allotted the room in basement which one not like to take. It was not a free offer from hotel.
    2. No welcome tea/ snack.
    3. No bathroom accessories (I. E shoap, pest, oil provided.
    4. Rs. 300/- was charged for a guest who has a visit to me. No notice was there in hotel mentioning hotel not allowed a guest to visit or is changeable.
    5 it's reddiculas, a reputed online site 'gobigo' provide the hotel of such 3rd class hotels.
    6. I will take a causion while dealing with gobigo.

      My relative mr. Amit vikram sigh was booking a hotel feom goibibo on 17/05/2018. At payment gateway while making payment, amount of rs. 12370/- got deducted but hotel not got booked and status was showing payment pending.
      Now he contacted his bank and after 60 days they said that payment had been received by merchant (Goibibo).
      Now when he called them (Goibibo) for refund, they simply closed the case by saying that he need to check with bank.
      I want goibibo to tefund his money which was wrongly deducted, and filing a case.

          I had booked (3ac) 6 train tickets from borivali to mavli for 16th september and i'm given tickets from dahod to mavli. The tickets are of no use to me at all.

          The customer feedback team is responding that we have forwarded your case & have stopped replying since 2 days.

            I had made a resrvation for travel from udairpur to patna on their website for 31.08.2018. Before completeing the booking i took a snapshot of the date and travel time and flight detail. On completeing the reservation the ticket received was with udaipur to delhin on 31.08.2018 and delhin patna on 01.09.2018.

            Attached is the snapshot from their website which was taken.

            A senior ctizen is travelling and its not practical for her to take a one day halt. I made several complaints with goibibo but they refuse to accept the mistake.

            I have requested them either refund the money or change the date back. But they have turned deaf ears.

            We as consumers are faced with such fraudulent companies who after making a mistae refuse to even accept or do anything.

              The account was deactivated in november 2017.
              In spite of that goibibo team is still send me promotional messages.
              I am really dissatisfied with their services and misleading offers.

                To day i have booked 3 Flight tikets from Vijayawada to Tirupathi(2A & 1 Child). for tirumala darshan on 28.08.18.
                While searching i look for 26.11.2018. But unfortunately after completion of booking it was booked for 11.11.2018. I dont know how it was happened and immediately i approached Go iBibo Customer care for resheduling the flight dates.
                Customer care executive is telling that date may be changed due to technical error from Goibibo side and need to pay resheduling charges

                I have received a answer that i have to pay 3000towards the reshedulign charges + Flight fare difference charges. and after some negotiation they told me that u need to pay 3855 to resheduling the flight

                I have asked for the flight fare difference and they told me that it is Rs. 855/ Passenger and saying the flight fare is 2835 on 26th Nov 2018. I hacve cross checked the same in Go ibibo web site and it is clearly showing the fare of Rs. 2030 for the same flight.
                And customer care Person told me that log out from the site and check as guest with out login details.
                I have checked for the same even then also i got the same Price of Rs. 2030.

                Customer care person arragently saying that ihave to pay the difference fare of flight. but as per the go ibibo sight information there is no difference in flight charge for 11.11.2018 to 26.11.2018.

                My question is even there is no fare difference in goibibo sight how they are asking for fare difference charges of Rs.855.

                Is go ibibo is cheating the customers are ur customer care persons or your site is cheating the customers.

                and think from my side that how can a customer will bare the charges if the mistake is from goibibo site.

                Immediately i raised the issue with your customer care and i received a very strange answer from your executive that i need to pay the resheduling charges along with fare difference charges for the particular date.

                I am unable to understand that how can i pay for the mistake done from your side. asking me to pay Rs 3000 towrds the resheduling chatges and 835/person towrads the fare difference charges. After a long discussion ur executive offered me Rs.3855 for resheduling the ticket.

                Plz answer me for your mistakes also customers has to pay. If that is the service you are offering then it is not service it will be called as cheating or bluffing and thefting customers pocket.

                Here i am attaching my darshan tickets, Accomidation tickets of balaji darshan for your refernce.

                Mistake happened from ur side only and i request you to plz reshedule my flight tickets with no extra charges.

                Plz look into the issue and do needfull.

                  Dear sir / madam

                  Earlier l launched a complaint regarding hotel booking made through gobibo.com on 12 th may 2018.in that case transaction has been showed failed but amount of rs 9246/- was debited to my account. After that you looked into the matter and told me that there is no any such amount credited to your account. So i launched a complaint in my bank (Bank of india). After their survey they told me that the transaction was successfully done. They also mailed me the same.

                  So kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue asap

                  Earlier on Monday 6th May i launched a complaint for the same. Then in the afternoon Phone calls are came saying that we are from IBIBO GROUP & give your card details i e cvc no otp no . And they ask bank balance also.
                  they told me that he wants to transfer that amount to my debit card account.
                  Two days they are calling me. Today no calls from them. They called me from two/three various mobile numbers.

                  Kindly looked into the matter.

                    I have booked hotel on 15th July through Goibibo Mob app at calicut and paid Rs 2671/-.but due to unfortunate hurthal called off by political party, i had to cancel my stay their and had to return from calicut..
                    And contacted the customer care and they have in turn spoke to hotel team and hotel team have agreed for 100% refund to me. and there is mail initiated by hotel team also as well.

                    But there is no response from Goibibo team despite of marking mail to Chief operating officer.

                      I made a purchase on the online website and initiate transaction through airtel wallet on 4th of august 2018. The amount was debited from the wallet through the ibibo payment gateway however even after many hours the transaction was not complete and the money is still not credited back to the airtel wallet.                         I have made a booking on goibibo through a campaign in which citi is partnered with goibibo to provide a cashback of rs.1200 on booking of domestic flight above 5000rs..
                        I had made a booking for a flight from jaipur to kolkata for 2 people in june.
                        The offer i had availed was 1200/- cashback on booking through citi bank on goibibo app.

                          I have made a booking with Goibibo (package booking). Details as follows
                          Flight - Del to Banglore (24th June) and return (25th June) also hotel booking for 24th June check in @ The Park, Banglore.
                          As per their policy, there is no refund for hotel booking and for flight they have to do refund after deducting the charrges. I have requested for refund on 22nd June and they processed it on 23rd June and they have agreed the refund amount will be received in my CC account within Max 15 Days. Till this date ie. 02nd August 2018, i havent received any money. Also whenever i raise ticket regarding this issue, i may get few mails which is kind of system generated, tried calling customer care not even connecting. Two or three times i got call from the customer care executive and they said issue will be resolved and money will be credited back within 4 or 5 days. this is going on and till now nothing happend. i told them even i will go legally, still no issues for them. they dont even care about the customer or service. They just need money from the customer. Worst experience. Please resolve this issue or guide me for further steps. image attached for proof

                              On may 30 2018 i booked a hotel for 1 day in kalimpong on gobibo website.
                              I paid an amount of rs.2322 through sbi internet banking and transaction id is [protected]igadpvzyu5 transfer to 459. But i did not get booking confirmation. I enquired with bank too and they clarified that transaction is completed at their end.

                                I have booked a flight ticket for myself and my wife.
                                Booking details showing wrong information for my wife's name.

                                Its coming as Mrs Anurag Bhatt
                                Even though her name in ID card is Himanshi Uniyal.
                                Immediately within 2 minutes I called customer care and raised a complaint.
                                Customer care team said they need 24-48 hrs for resolution.
                                They are calling after 2 days and saying mistake is there from your side and you have to cancel and re-book the ticket.
                                Ticket cost is 4500 and cancellation cost is 4000
                                What would I do with 500 refund.
                                Please help.
                                Cancel the ticket or change the name for my wife.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I had booked a air ticket in the name of Futermal Mali on 9th May 18 online via goibibo App for date14thmay 18 for an amount of 7586 with my ATM card ending**6649 from accent ending**0850 Bank of Maharashtra pnr d59m9f . This was a partial9y refundable ticket from Delhi to pune. I called in 3n half hours prior to departure to cancel the ticket as I was unable to reach on time to the airport. The ibibo agent informed me that I would get a refund of 3300 to my account. I call in half an HR later again to check the cancellation as it did not show any refund amount on my app. The agent assured me that I will get the refund and not to worry. I waited for a week for the same and no refund was credited to my account. I raised complaint on ur online app account several times.but the complaint is closed even before I get any resolution or call. There is no customer care agent that I can talk on phone .the online chat people do not reply to my messages on the help portal. This is such a bad service.

                                    This is the second time when i have booked a flight and the money has been deducted from my account but my flight was not confirmed. I booked a flight from calcutta to bhopal on 24.07.18 refid gofld[protected] and the charge deducted was inr 20000 for 2 passengers. However this money was deducted and the funny part is that you people find it easy to tell us to book another one as the money will be refunded within 4 - 5 days.in case of emergencies how will i cope up to such unprofessional conduct levied by your company. You people can only endorse skinny actresses for your advertisements but unfulfill your promise of delivering a worthy service to your customers.
                                    Kindly refund my money by the end of this day.
                                    Very poor performance by your worthless organisation. Don't even ask me about my experience its been terrible.

                                    Just now I did train booking reservation from hubli to harihara 23/7/2018 my amount was deducted from my account 230rs but I didn't get any ticket just I got your train booking is failed so plz return my amount.

                                      I tried to call on the Toll free number of Goibibo 18002081060 but they are not helping me The mail which i got from company is [email protected] . In this mail they are saying payment failed but I have the bank statement in which it is showing that amount has been credited to Goibibo account. Please help me.

                                        I had booked hotel in hotel mandakini jaya intrenational on 29 june to 30 june while i was making payment it deducted thrice i had registrated my complaint on same day they said they gone refund my money within 4 days to 14 days after 14 days i had made complaint again they registrated my complain they will refund my amount for two excess booking that is 2046 the room was on 1023 on that day i still didnt get anything please refund my money
