cashback not received even after lot of complaints

I had booked two tickets on 27th january and i was supposed to get a cashback of rs 1110 in 90 days, it has been around 5 months and i haven't received my cashback even after raising the issue with goibibo a lot of times. I want to say that stop fooling people because while booking you people show offers but those offers are never redeemed.. Even after complaining lot of times there is no response and it is very difficult to reach goibibo...

failure in paying out refund amount

I have booked accommodation at batasia loop homestay in darjeeling from 5th to 7th june. Attached is the detail of booking. Upon reaching the hotel at 9 00pm, the hotelier rejected our accommodation saying the home is already full (Hotel contact number [protected]). I was subscribed with ibibo.com and i had an email account with them. They discontinued their email service and hence my email account has also been discontinued. I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use. An unauthorised payment of ₹12, 834/- was made this morning i. E 25th june '2018 using my debit card. I tried contacting the concerned website but none of the contact no's are working. On reaching ahmedabad when we call to the hotel we came to know that the property had been sold and the person told categorically that the same had been communicated to goibibo.

fraud committed by go ibibo in selling hotel package

I had made online booking on website of goibibo.com vide their booking id htlk46dgdt, for hotel the india at big bend, mussoorie, for 3 nights from 13th june 2018 to 16th june 2018. While making the reservation, i was shown family room of big size and assured 100% money back guarantee, in case of non-satisfaction.

When i reached mussoorie with my family, i found that the room shown to me on online portal was totally different....

refund required for a unbooked ticket

This is regarding a transaction that happened on dec 7th, 2017 of an amount of 3645 rs through ibibo.

Money got deducted from my bank account but the ticket hasn't got booked.

I already gave multiple complaints to goibibo but haven't received any response from them. I also followed up with standard chartered bank (Ticket booked through this bank), they mentioned that this money is with goibibo, we are not responsible...
