I had booked two tickets on 27th january and i was supposed to get a cashback of rs 1110 in 90 days, it has been around 5 months and i haven't received my cashback even after raising the issue with goibibo a lot of times. I want to say that stop fooling people because while booking you people show offers but those offers are never redeemed.. Even after complaining lot of times there is no response and it is very difficult to reach goibibo...

I have booked accommodation at batasia loop homestay in darjeeling from 5th to 7th june. Attached is the detail of booking. I was subscribed with ibibo.com and i had an email account with them. They discontinued their email service and hence my email account has also been discontinued. I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use. I would request you to lodge my complaint and tell them to provide the data that was in my email account. I hope for some required action...

I had made a booking through you for hotel at ahmedabad on 17th of june 2018. You had made booking for 19th june at pacific corporate solutions pvt ltd, ahmedabad.

I had made online booking on website of goibibo.com vide their booking id htlk46dgdt, for hotel the india at big bend, mussoorie, for 3 nights from 13th june 2018 to 16th june 2018. While making the reservation, i was shown family room of big size and assured 100% money back guarantee, in case of non-satisfaction.

When i reached mussoorie with my family, i found that the room shown to me on online portal was totally different....

On 18th on june i was trying book flight in goibibo from hyd to maa for 22 june, i selected the flight and i paid money through the upi (Tez). My amount got deducted for which i ave proof but i did not receive any ticket info.

I waited for 1 hour as suggested by goibibo but after that i tried contacting their support team on the very same day 18th june.

I already gave multiple complaints to goibibo but haven't received any response from them. I also followed up with standard chartered bank (Ticket booked through this bank), they mentioned that this money is with goibibo, we are not responsible...
