Please refer to various communications with railway department, IRCTC and with your goodself regarding the above. Please note that I had booked 5 tickets from Ambala to Kopargaon in the month of May 2018 through Jehlum Express 11078 and got PNR No. [protected]. Just like that I also booked return tickets for 18.8.2018 from Shirdi to Chandigarh through Sai Nagar Shirdi Express No. 22455 and the payment was deducted by the IRCTC from my account for five tickets and the tickets were confirmed. When on 14.8.2018, I tried to print out the PNR of return ticket from Shirdi to Chandigarh, the same was not appearing on both my Goibibo account as well as ITCTC account. When I contacted the helpline, they told that this might be due to server problem and you can contact Shirdi Station Superintendent to verify the same. As whole family was with me, so I booked another tickets through 2nd tier AC of same train, as the waiting list in three tier list was much more. When as per saying of helpline, we on 18.8.2018 at about 6 AM contacted the Railway staff at Shirdi, they shown their helplessness, but they informed me to contact TC in the train who can give clear picture. When I enquired from the TC of the said train, then he informed that I was having 5 tickets booked against PNR No. [protected] and the same were in B1 coach. Since the said PNR no. was neither appearing in my IRCTC account nor in my Goibibo account, therefore, due to non having of PNR no. due to fault of railway authorities, I have to further book tickets and caused a loss of Rs. 8675/-. Therefore, you are requested to kindly refund me an amount of Rs. 8675/- at an early date, as I never travelled on the said ticket due to non appearance in my account or I will have to initiate legal action against you. Please note that PNR no. is appearing in Ticket Collector chart but not appearing in my account as I am sending copy of both the same.
Please take now appropriate action and refund the amount.

In compliance to booking id: TRNAF3UHPDJOL4, i am also sending you copy of PNR No., which will clear the whole issue that the said PNR no. never generated, but the payment was deducted from my account and that is the reason, I had to booked another tickets. So, you are once again requested to kindly refund the whole amount at an earliest.

I have not received any reply from your side till date and it seems that both the railway department and your goodself are just lingering on the matter to delay the proceedings. Therefore, I have left no other remedy but to approach the consumer court for the redressal of my grievances.

      Dear team,
      I am thirumalai chandrasekhar, i booked online for jabbar travels for aug 31 2018 chennai egmore to bangalore. Booking id gobus83bbb1b6ea, with confirmed seat b5., on reaching the spot for boaring, the bus conductor refused boarding siting reason it is women seat? Which i didn't know, i requested him to take a concurance from the fellow women passenger, he refused, i requested alternative seat any where he also refused. At last i requested to seat in drivers cabin, he refused. I am not worried but he was very rude and has no respect for the client. I strongly lodge my protest and would request you to please refund my money.

      In the event my refund does not come, i shall take a legal shelter and would demand a compensation and disrespectful behaviour of the conductor of jabbar travels, i would also go to press.

        Dear sir i was booked a ticket on 16 aug 2018 from chennai to tenkasi for kallada travels (Suresh kallada). A bus was cancelled due to flood on kerala. Then travels worker or employee said your amount was refund within two or three days on or before. But the amount was not refunded. So i humble request you to return my refund amount.         I have booked the ticket through the www.goibibo.com from Eluru to Bangalore on 29/08/18 and customer request to cancel the ticket.

        As per the operator rules said that 10% of total amount and only Rs. 109 of total amount. I am waiting for your reply.

          Earlier l launched a complaint regarding hotel booking made through gobibo.com on 12 th may 2018.in that case transaction has been showed failed but amount of rs 9246/- was debited to my account. After that you looked into the matter and told me that there is no any such amount credited to your account. So i launched a complaint in my bank (Bank of india). After their survey they told me that the transaction was successfully done. They also mailed me the same.

          So kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue asap

            Sir,
            I have lodged a complaint with complaint id no-2055244.in spite of repeated requests regarding my itinerary. But no reply has received from goibibo or airways. It has disappointed me with the services not provided from any end.

            I have booked flights which was cancelled by airline and they allotted me another flight which will not able to catch me the next connected flight.

            There were many mails and request have been sent to airline as well as goibibo but no reply received on my request.

            I haven't received refund in my bank account but it shows refunded on the app. The customer service is really bad, call support says to enter mobile number associated with refund and then tells that there is no refund associated with this number, chat support doesn't reply. There is no way in which I can explain the actual problem to them.

              I had booked bus ticket from pune to khmagaon on june 5 2018, with redbus

              After booking the ticket i had received information like boarding point bus timings and driver number of travels.
              I had received incorrect information about the bus from redbus.

              On the bus boarding bus left without me and when i raised complaint multiple times to redbus however they are not listening and not returning my fare amount.

                  I want to cancel my flight tickets from kerela to kochi and back on 9th & 16th sep respectively. Got to know from your support desk that penalty will be 300 per person. This is not acceptable. You guys are looging your customers. Even if kochi airport is working in sep it does make any sense for me and my family to tour there.                   I made payment at waveclues.com for rs. 232/= via my airtel money ac. to seiier payment ibibo web group, via id no.[protected] dt. 9/8/18 at 5.21 pm. waveclues they do not received my payment and they not delivred my order since 12 days . and airtel money says heir transaction successful to ibibo web group

                    I booked a hotel through goibibo on 2nd aug the payment was deducted from my acc but due to signal problem somehow site closed and room was not booked. Then again i booked the same and made the payment.
                    After so many working days even goibibo did not refunded the money.
                    Even though the customer service said that they have received the payment with same transaction id. And now they are not responding my emails and phone no. Is always on heavy traffic of ph. Calls.

                          I booked a room in hotel mansarovar paradise, moradabad on 18th aug. I did not avail the room on the said date still they are not refunding the amount.. Hotel says only ibibo can return amount.. Ibibio says only hotel can do that.. My 2520 rs are still not refunded. They both are harassing the customer and found a way to loot customer.. I was eagerly waiting for the refund.. And now i am tired. Kindly provide me refund because this is not some 100 200 rs i can leave behind. It's not a small amount for me. This is their modus operandi to harass customers and earn a lot of money.. These people should be penalized.

                          Just don't give this ### response..I called ibibo executive at right time on the same day..She said hotel will take care of refund ..We can't do anything ..Hotel staff said that we get payment from ibibo 2 months later..They have not given any money ..So we can't provide u any refund .. Whatever is ur refund policy ..If a person didn't take room on what basis do u have the right to charge him?? This is why u take advance payments ..I didn't have a checkin or checkout there ..How can u charge a dime ..I want my refund ..You have to give it ASAP otherwise consumer FORUM gate is always open for me.

                            I have booked flight from your site. Pnr-wprepy (706-[protected]). I received mail from your side for cancellation of flight by airlines & given me alternate option. Dear sir,

                            Your reply on the following not received till date. Please do the needful or refund my money so that i can book from other sources.

                            On checking with airlines sites the followings found, please clarify the matter because it will disappointed if it will happens on last moment.

                            Please see the above mentioned itinerary. I have book/confirmed for above flight with pnr - wprepy (Id[protected]. There is some mismatch with the timings as per the details given below :-

                            19 oct 18 nairobi - 07:00 bombay - 15:40

                            I had booked for the flight with your airlines of timings at 01:25 on 19 oct 18.

                            Please help to resolve this issue, otherwise i have to change my plan because i am serving in un mission in congo and have booked domestic flights from bombay to hometown on 19 oct 18 on the basis of your flight arrival time.

                              I booked a room for five days in the month of february 2018 with full amount paid in advance from 8th august to 13th august in hotel marino view port blair but i sorry to say that this hotel is not available for booking n they never convey about the hotel expect sms on booking confirmation but when i reached the hotel then found the reality they cheat the people in the name of hotel booking and utilise the amount for six months pl bevare their cheating

                                I unable to find it, now i m hear ibibo mail has been closed. This email id was connected with my facebook account and instagram. Now my fb and instagram account not opening and security mail sent to my [protected]@ibibo.com mail.
                                Kindly check and let me know what you want to be able to get back my id and open for fb and instagram security settings.

                                    On date 23/08/2018 at about 1400 hrs. I got an air ticket reserved for my relative from Delhi to Toronto against PNR YLG31 & SG2LAA in the name of Momi Navjot Singh. Today (24/08/2018 at 10.30AM), due to change of plan, I called the customer care no.[protected] from my mobile no.[protected] for asking the cancellation charges of the said air ticket as well as the charges for change of flight. I was told that an amount of Rs.[protected]+15015+354+699) will be deducted as cancellation charges. After that I got my ticket cancelled at about 14.15 hrs. and I was told from your customer care person that an amount of Rs.19, 596/- will be deducted. Since I had no option but to cancel my ticket, I got my ticket cancelled with a very bad experience of goibibo service. I felt cheated. Hope you will look into the matter.

                                    Complain related to booking I'd NSGFDDIRN .the airlines have refunded the whole amount and they have asked us to contact u. In ur webpage there was only a pop up msg which says cancelled can u pls let us know the time at which the refund would happen

                                      Hey Sir! I had a booking with you from Bangalore - Singapore and Singapore to Christchurch last week. Unfortunately I couldn't travel because of immigration problem. I have been there for the check in and airlines didn't allow me to travel, they couldn't have boarding pass. They said its ok that you will be able to get full refund from airline side. I called your customer care straight and tried to cancel it. It was cancelled but the next process hasn't done yet. I mean I have called more than four customer representatives and everyone said the same that they are having call and let them know after 2 hours. Still I haven't had any solution on it. Please help me to sort it out asap. I have to make sure that everything is going good. It's been a week. I'm fed up calling your office all the time and sharing the same issue with different representatives.
