I have a very good faith on your services and Goibibo will never ever cheat customers through your services.
But to day i completely loss the trust on your services due to some mistakes from your side.
Today i have booked 3 Flight tikets from Vijayawada to tirupathi for 26.11.2018 date for balaji darshan at tirumala on 28.08.18.
While serching and booking the tickets i have opted the date for 26.11.2018 and i rechecked all the things before booking and i made the payment and confirmed the booking.
After completion of booking i have received the e Ticket and unfortunately the booked date is showing for 11.11.2018.
Immediately i raised the issue with your customer care and i received a very strange answer from your executive that i need to pay the resheduling charges along with fare difference charges for the particular date.
I am unable to understand that how can i pay for the mistake done from your side. asking me to pay Rs 3000 towrds the resheduling chatges and 835/person towrads the fare difference charges. After a long discussion ur executive offered me Rs.3855 for resheduling the ticket.
Plz answer me for your mistakes also customers has to pay. If that is the service you are offering then it is not service it will be called as cheating or bluffing and thefting customers pocket.
Here i am attaching my darshan tickets, Accomidation tickets of balaji darshan for your refernce.
Mistake happened from ur side only and i request you to plz reshedule my flight tickets with no extra charges.
Plz look into the issue and do needfull.
