I have tried to book the Kualalumpur to Mumbai ticket on 25th February 2018 in Air Asia . But the amount got debited from my card & got credited in Goibibo account without generating the booking ID. Then immediately I called up the Goibibo Customer care, they told that if within 4 hrs I could not get the booking ID with confirm ticket, the amount will get refunded in 7 working days .
As usual I could not get a ticket or the refund amount for almost a month . then I called the goibibo customer care on 23.03.2018 & registered the complaint no 21285158 for refund . During the last 02 months I have contacted the customer care 7-8 times & But all my efforts got in vain. My follow up complaint nos are 1. 15.04.2018 complaint no.[protected]. 05.05.2018 complaint no[protected]. 08.05.2018 complaint no 22935109 & today also I contacted the customer care but still my issue is pending & the customer care executive tells to wait for 5 to 14 working days . This is very terrific, harrassment behaviour of the goibibo executive .
Kindly look into the matter to resolve it ASAP,
