Dear sir,
Today i am make three flight booking in your website and fill complete detail of gst at business option, but after deduct payment they not update the gst number at invoice.

I am also call to your executive after there confirmation i book my 2nd and 3rd booking with screenshot of gst details filled. But i am not received that details in invoice.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
How to do that I am already share my GST filled details in your business option this is your technical problem but you just blame to customer this is shame on you.

I am making 2nd and 3rd booking after confirmed from your representative and they confirm me take the screenshots and send it to goibibo if your GST details is not update in invoice.

    I have booked a flight from hyd to delhi for the travel date 16th feb 2018, in which i have used 372 gocash.
    Now i have cancelled the ticket and confirmed with airlines that i will get 937 rupees refund.
    From 937, goibibo deducted 300 as a fee which is okey, now 637 left, from 637 they have transferred me just 265 in my bank account, and added only 50 gocash.
    But in the statement of gocash it is written that 372 added, but they have added only 50.

    Before the gocash refund came i had 450 already in my gocash wallet and they just added 50 gocash from the 372 gocash.

    I am a titanium user and having 1000 max gocash limit.

    And goibibo is just closing my request ticket before resolving the issues.

      I booked a bus ticket from hyd to vijayawada on feb 9 2018 aa i have to attend my dad operation next day morning. There is no msg from operator relates to my ticket. My dep time 10.55 and i waited 4 hours at my boarding point n i called to ibibo customer support but they wantedly wasted my time n didnt provide any solution n called them twice n sent mail screenshots n called them 11.40 pm but till 1 am in call no response n i have to sign my father's operation n call recorded. They didn't provide any other booking and also they didn refund my amount n please take it as serious aa my father is in emergency n my contact number [protected] n [protected]

      I had email account on ibibo hence they discontinued email service im not able to access my email.this was my recovery mail linked to other accounts.please help me out to access it once.

        I had booked a room for 5th feb check in and 6th feb check out at hotel galaxy maccua made my payments on december 25th and got confirmation but i came to know from my sources that room was not confirmed i called continously to the toll free number kept requesting or literally begging to confirmation but till last date of my foreign trip they did not confirm and i have recording voice call where goibibo staff was speaking to the hotel and they said they have no booking or confirmation then i asked for refund but they have not done till now anything and now telling they cannot refund this is loot to the customer i want to register a complaint and take strict legal action against them and get my refund and compensation for i paid double the amount to other site and booked the room

            Booked return flight from paris to new york for my daughter on goibibo, based on flight options provided by the site. Chose on-ward and return based on dates, airline and time of arrival. Made payment of rs. 37, 340/-. Later realised that on-ward flight option had a stop in london but different airports (London city airport and heathrow). Time between flights was 3hr 50 mins which was not enough for immigration baggage collection and then travel to heathrow airport. This was accepted by both the airline as well as goibibo exec. Now to make this on-ward journey possible i was asked to pay rs.17, 000 penalty plus difference in fares even though the problem was created by a wrong logic on your search engine. I then chose to cancel the onward journey only. This is yet to be processed.
            My pnr is nfr15a and date of onward journey is 20/feb with return on 25/feb

              Goibio CUSTOMER CARE services and act is very HOPELESS and shameful, they cancelled my ticket without reasons, I was flying to Bagdogra and Hyderabad. By MALAYSIA airlines from 3 to 10 DEC 2017..On their ridiculous website my booking was there and when I reached for boarding I was shocked they cancelled my booking .. at 12.30am 3decmber 2017, and their ### non-responsible CUSTOMER CAREs was saying gives us three days times, there was no direct contact number or live web chat to contact someone, in dying emergency they are not giving direct contact to talk, I was asking for management number they refuse to give and neither solved my problem .So I m forced to take flight via Singapore to reached my destination due to their gross negligence ..

              I WAS mailing to CUSTOMER CARE, management and CEO too but they all are irresponsible, fraud and cheater ..

              I was in Malaysia n they were not giving direct contact with any persons and wasting professional times and doing HARASSMENT economic, mental and professional too.

              These nonsense people don't have any sense to look into matter serious, all irresponsible MAMANGENT of GOIBIGO and customer care not giving reply too.

              Now today is the 5th day I am supposed to go back Hyderabad from Bagdogra on 10 DEC. Still, they have not responded clearly and solved the issue.

              Purely cheater fraud and irresponsible goibibo management.

              Neither providing solution neither providing direct contact numbers neither giving a callback or reply.

              They are fooling customers.

              Nobody should use this cheater company who cannot reply to their negligence and fault ...And could not provide direct numbers too.

              All cheaters should be booked for HARASSMENT and cheating to customers in spite if their negligence.

                While booking a hotel room, in final payment page am getting the calculated amount is more than the what it shows before proceeding for booking.

                Also they added some hidden taxes and fees other than the gst.

                Apart from that added some convenience fee, which is understandable.

                But why there is difference in the hotel price before and after booking the hotel. And what is the undefined tax and fees all about.

                  My flight with pnr i85pry is requested to reschedule on 10th march 2018 and provide the refund amount as promised in the goibibo mobile app (Attached screenshot). From last 15 days daily i am calling to customer support to update on the ticket and refund amount but they are simply closing call without any resolution. Today they deliberately aborted my reschedule request without my confirmation and not providing my ticket with new date and refund amount. Even the customer support team is disconnecting the call and not answering. Is this the way to provide service to customer. Daily i am calling to customer support but no support is provided to me.

As said by go ibibo the refund was initiated on 24th january 2018 itself.. But i have still not received a single penny in my bank account..                       My both pnr sydl2g dated 26/01/18 you deducted more than 399 rs that you should refund rs[protected] = 567 -399 so 168 is excess amount you deducted and that should refund to me
                      One more pnr x4cg2s dated 31/01/18 you deducted more than 299 rs so you deducted[protected]=541 instead of 299 so you refund rs 242 to me

                      So request you to please refund urgently

                        Address: ibibo group, 5th floor, good earth city centre, sector-50, gurgaon -122018. (India)

                        I had booked a ticket from mumbai to dubai from goibibo website. For certain circumstances i cancelled my ticket.

                        The amount mentioned for the refund by goibibo after airline fees and goibibo fees were
                        5734+9507.12 = 15241.12

                        But the amount refunded us 12887 only. I am following up with go ibibo from august17. Today is january 18 and i have still not received the 2354.12 amount.

                        They have sent a below a airline cutoff which they say that it iws matching to the refund. This was neither intimated not it was been said over any previous mail.

                        Hope strict actions to be taken with these service industries

                        This is to inform you that I am getting multiple inputs from your team. Customer care people say that the refund of 12887 which was provided earlier is correct.
                        Now a new input from your side that the bank denied the payment.

                        This is an alarming situation for your team is having incorrect records just denying or escaping from the customer complaints and refunds.
                        Pls make sure that your team is known with the proper process and can accumulate the details when customer is awaiting.

                          Sir,
                          I booked a ticket on 12th jan 2018 vide gobus8dcd994a03. I gave the planned date to be 12th and due to some error, the ticket date came as 13th jan 2018. I immediately cancelled the ticket within 5 minutes. I found that half of my ticket cost i. E. Around 750 has been deducted as cancellation charges. I reached out to call centre and they informed that the cancellation policy is of the transporter i. E. Universal travels. When i checked with universal travels, they told that if the ticket is cancelled before 24 hrs of departure time, they will deduct only 10%. They also informed that redbus does not pass on the cancellation charges to them as it is mentioned in the site and they only get money if the passenger actually travels. There is some miscommunication in the site and wrong information being passed on to the customer.
                          Customers who use goibibo or redbus should be more cautious while booking their tickets. Rather they can check in these sites but book the tickets in the website of the transporter directly as we can directly contact the transporter in case of any issues.
                          The call centre of goibibo is totally non-responsive and i found them not helpful at all. I feel really cheated and i have not received any money in my account so far in spite of repeatedly calling their call centre.
                          Really regret having used goibibo for my travel. I will never ever go into goibibo or redbus and try to inform all my network about this experience through facebook, twitter and whichever way i can to caution them as well.

                          In your cancellation policy, you have clearly mentioned that the policy is of transporter and you do not charge any cancellation charges. This is wrong. When I checked with the transporter, he clearly told that they will get money only if the passenger travels on the day. You are cheating the public who are less informed. Goibibo and redbus are intelligent frauds who are cheating the people
                          No attachment in the mail. Further you have also declared that you are displaying the transporter cancellation policy which is wrong. You are only looting people who are not better informed. I want to pass on the caution to the entire world that you are an intelligent fraud.

                              Need gst invoice for my stay in goa on 28/29 dec in goa. I have stayed in hotel blessing through ibibo booking. Current bill given by you donot have gst. Inv hdti[protected] dt 28.12.17 for rs.5201. Pl mail asap. Office donot entertain current bill given by you as this does not show any gst amount. Need fresh bill with gst tax shown in the invoice.                                 Booking id: htlkjrrkyj.. I have still not received the refund amount of rs 6337 from goibibo.. The refund request date was on 8th december 2017.. As said by go ibibo the refund was initiated on 8th december itself.. But i have still not received a single penny in my bank account.. Please help me out regarding the matter and help me get back my money.. Thank you

                                I am extremely sorry for the complaint which I have made regarding booking ID HTLKJRRKYJ .. The money is already refunded in my account..Actually there was no refund sms of rs 6337 from bank.. I also went to the bank few days ago to check if the money was refunded.. But it was not refunded until then.. Today again i went to the bank and enquired and found the money is refunded.. I am extremely sorry for the complaint which i made in consumer complaints forum.. I regret the inconvenience caused to you ..

                                  I booked my flights in december. My flight tickets got cancelled by unknown user account on goibibo (According to goibibo) whereas i didn't cancel any flight from my account. I asked the goibibo for refund but they denied to return the complete money as they are claiming it's not their fault. They just returned rs 1467 on cancellation day. I booked the flight for around 8500. Goibibo sent me mail mentioning the account holder id who cancelled those tickets but that account holder is not at all related to me. Please look into the matter and help me getting full refund or reserved tickets in same flight.

                                  Still no response from Goibibo side. They asked the time till Tuesday. After talking to unknown user it's quiet clear that Goibibo have registered 2 users with same account. Due that only my ticket got cancelled by unknown user and I lost huge amount of money in that carelessness from Goibibo. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  With reference to complaint no.1843096, atlast I have to negotiate with the conclusion. It's fine but that unknown user thing is still a mystery. It must not repeat to other users, otherwise people will loose faith in Goibibo...

                                    I have registered a complaint regarding goibibo room booking on 13th of jan, but till time they didn't gave a solution...
                                    My experience after booking 2 room: dirty bed, tv not working, ac not working, shover not working, soaps not provided, found a used underwear inside shelf,... Dear all i have attached all the photos of my concern... Tv, ac, shower, soaps all those things we informed many times but no response from the staff.. When i complained about shower they told to take bath in the shower which is fitted near swimming pool, even after remaining several times soaps not provided, i booked a room with breakfast, they provided bread and jam only as breakfast that too in a very poor condition, this is not we expecting from a 3 star hotel.. And location of the hotel is very difficult to find out.. Many times including our check in reception area is blank, there is nobody to assist or help.. No intercom in rooms.. We want to search and run for finding staffs.. Their behaviour is like they are providing a free of cost stay to us.. Not recommendable to anyone.. Far far better option available.. Pls don't get cheated

                                        I booked ticket on 12jan from johannesburg to bombay for 7th march travel date but after checking lot of flights and dates i was confused and booked for 7th feb by mistake in kenya airways i came to know it immediately and i raised my issue with ibibo to reschedule it to 7th march.

                                        I called customer service and they said they will send me link to pay more 350 rs within 30 mins on that link and it will be done in next 2 hours

                                        I paid in 10 mins and nothing happened in 3 hours so i called them back so they said it will take more 2 hours but it will be done

                                        I have been calling them every two hours and they keep on giving me more time

                                        Since 12 th jan i’ve been trying and on 15 th jan they said i have to pay more 7100 rs approx so date will be changed in 2 hours now how can i trust them again and pay more.

                                        In my first call they said cearly it will be done only in 350 rs

                                        Please help me they said i cant get money back if i cancel

                                        After posting my complain here i got a call from ibibo in next 2 hours and they said they will reschedule my ticket without any extra payments and they did it and i am happy my money is saved Thank u so much who ever assisted me
