Dear Team,

I have been following up with the Goibibo since 26th December but till date i have not been able to receive a resolution.
Also, the team is making false commitment, not replying back and never give the update.

I have been mentally harrassed and have devoted so much of time in following up with this guys. Fed up. Please help me with a resolution.

    Today i have booked air ticket trough goibibo for indigo airlines for 6 pax. Travel date is 18th march 2018.

    I suppose to get ticket for travel date 18th march 2018 from new delhi 13.10 to hyd 15.25 and departure at hyd1 9.10 to tir 20.35.

    But i have received the ticket with same date. I. E 18th march 2018 but timings is the different due to technical issue.
    Then immediately i called to customer care within the 10 minitis, spoken with mr. Suraj regarding this issue. Then he was told me that he will called me back within few minities.
    Later i received email from mr. Gaurav that airlines has agreed to change the flight details but there is time only one hour. I really surprised. Already i discussed with mr. Suraj and i gave the all the details. Again there is only one hr time to submit the details to airlines.
    Again i called to customer care, i spoken with ms niha, she was also told me the same thing like mr. Suraj.."will cal you back within few minities.

    So far i didn't receive any call from them which is showing clear negligence.

    Kindly look into this issue & issue the correct pnr.

      We are suffering from 3 days caliing and keeping mails to goibibo
      I want complete amount for complaint which is raised 3 days back onwards and which is still in process,
      I raised complaint on sunday
      72 hours my issue is not solved
      I want a serious action against all those of goibibo team who spoke with number [protected]

      Myself, ashok and i am also a customer of goibibo and my cousin mr, vicky is stuck up in visakhapatnam due to reverse booking done

      Now i want either booking to be corrected for the same date
      Or refund the amount into my cousin's account

      He has in sufficient money and is stuck up in visakhapatnam
      And he has to buy a ticket to chennai i[censored] refund the money
      Please take action against this seriously
      And the management like harjot singh and who all spoke with me and delayed for process and my cousin is still suffering in visakhapatnam
      Please take this issue up to goibibo chairman as a passenger is not to able to travel due to in sufficient money with the passenger

      Return the amount as soon, so vicky my cousin can travel back to chennai which the actual journey required

        I booked three tickets through goibibo and by mistake spelled my daughters name wrong on the ticket. When AI policy states you can change mis spelled name. I emailed spoke. To numerous reps. Nothing was done and was told to just wait. AI staff told me to tell go ibibo they can do it from
        There end as it not complete name change just an alphabet. Even sent screen shot of the chat between AI STAFF and Myself. At the end I had to get Ministry of External affairs involed and sort this issue.

        This is not the Way you provide customer service. Your staff is telling me to cancel the tickets I paid more then 2 lakhs on tickets and they telling me to cancel and rebook but no refund would be given for an honest mistake is really ridiculous. I made humble request to your staff, spoke to supervisors no result.
        Been more then 6!hours been dealing with this simple problem. Thanks I had a reply from ministry who will be sorting it for me. Shame on Goibibo team. Caused me and my family so much stress. They are travel agents and should know the policies of different airlines.

          Complete fraud from goibibo management collecting thousands and thousands of ruppes from customers

          I mistakenely selected source and destination wrongly for that this goibibo is taking by money almost completely back and
          I request the supporting consumer complaint board to please take action aganist this official robbery from normal people
          And please file a case on the team

          But i entered source and destination in reverse order

          Actual source is visakhapatnam

          Actual destination is chennai

          I have made a booking in reverse order,

          I am a student and i cannot afford to lose my money by giving refund just in hundreds for ticket worth 4000rs which is a big and open cheating for un affordable persons like me, i am a studying and i cannot pay again this huge amounts

          I want full refund or give a ticket from vizag to chennai which i told earlier which i booked in reverse,

          I am normal middle class student and i cannot afford again and again ticket i[censored] can't change the ticket to reverse order source and destination,

          Give me full amount, i am repeating, raise this issue has high priority to the senior most level of goibibo and either change the source and destination in reverse order or

          Refund back my complete money into my aaccount,

          I cannot afford to lose money,

          Its a big amount for me, escalate this issue to the senior most person of goibibo and

          Call me at [protected] which is the present updated numbe

            I had booked through goibibo air ticket in the name of renu sharma from bagdogra to new delhi for 1st january, 2018 for an amount of rs. 6859/-. The details are as under: date: 01 jan 18, time: 14.30, from: bagdogra, to: new delhi, flight no: 15768, airline: airasia, pnr no. Pphk3n.

            As the flight is delayed by 05 hrs 25 minutes, mrs. Renu sharma has cancelled the said ticket from the counter of airasia at bagdogra. The concerned authorities of airasia has cancelled the same and submitted a letter mentioning that "full refund give to passenger as flight delays by 05 hrs 25 min. Hence, full refund due to bad weather at delhi". Please refund the amount to my account immediately

                  Hello i booked a return flight for 2 adults and 2 children on 4th jan2018 through goibibo for pune to chandigarh (Dt - 6th march flight 814) and chandigarh to pune (Dt - 14march flight 813) for a price of rs 41516.
                  I again booked on 6th jan 2018 for my friends family directly with airindia on the same flights for a price of rs 35648.
                  I am feeling cheated by goibibo can you please explain as to why such a huge difference in prices. I plan to publish this across the media but before that i thought it is best to write to you guys and receive your response.

                  A transaction of Rs 830/- was made to goibibo for train booking on 1 December 2017 . Transaction no. TRNAEVZFKU43F0. The transaction failed and i was assured that the refund will be credited in my account in 5-14 days but it has now been more than a month but the amount is still not credited.

                        I paid rs 2000 to goibibo around oct-nov 2017. I booked two no.ac train tickets for rs 2340 in which they charged rs 40 for fecilitation. But, only rs 40 was used from my goibibo wallet of rs 2000.
                        Using just rs 40 from my wallet is highly deplorable when my rs 2000 is with the company. It is like using the customer money for the company purpose while the customer has to cough up additional amount from his pocket. Now, i have to make 50 such transactions to use my rs 2000.

                          I had tried online payment to big basket against my order no. Mvdvo[protected] from my airtel wallet on 03.12.2017. An amount of rs. 4648/- was debited from my airtel account as reflected in transaction history id[protected], which also mentions "payment made at ibibo web". However, at the time of delivery of items ordered by me to big basket, the next day, i. E. 04.12.2017, i was made to pay cash as my online payment had not materialized. The amount is not refunded back to my airtel account nor is it showing as balance in my big basket account. I request you to please arrange the return of amount which was not put to use after getting deducted from my account, immediately, as it's already a month since the transaction take place..

                            Goibibo allows to make a ticket refundable for customer by paying extra rs 250. As a customer, i take it as goibibo insured my ticket. But when ticket needed to be cancelled, goibibo shared an image already shared in attachment saying that this flight cannot be cancelled. That means they are charging rs 250 for providing nothing.
                            That is clearly a fraud.

                              Hi,

                              I am trying to cancel a flight for mr sanjeev mehra only but i am not able to do so.

                              Flight booking is - pnr-uymjam

                              Mrs surbhi khanna is planning to travel but sanjeev mehra is not planning to travel in same flight.

                              Mr. Sanjeev mehra booked another flight for jan 2nd from atq to del which got cancelled. So, he couldn't travel to delhi. Now, system doesn't allow to cancel his flight.

                              Since, the ticket booked is refundable and we have paid rs 250 extra for mr. Sanjeev mehra and mrs. Surbhi khanna each. So, we should be able to cancel the flight individually too.

                              Mrs. Surbhi khanna tried cancelling the flight over the counter at the airport and she was not able to do so. They denied to cancel saying the tickets are not refundable.

                              Attachment clearly shows that tickets are refundable.

                              I have tried my best to contact customer care but i am not able to reach customer care as i am in abroad. One of my cousin tried contacting the customer care from india to cancel the flight only for mr. Sanjeev mehra. They asked to cancel it online as tickets are booked online. But online we are not able to do so.

                              So, eventually we are not able to cancel the flight for mr. Sanjeev mehra at airport, through customer care and online considering the fact that tickets are refundable and we are not required to give any reason. But still we are giving a valid reason that mr. Sanjeev mehra's yesterday flight was cancelled which was also booked via goibibo too. His yesterday's flight pnr was - h6445.

                              Please try to solve the problem and refund us the amount for ticket for mr. Sanjeev mehra.

                                  I have debited amount of rs3391 to goibibo on[protected]
                                  But i didn't get any receipt and amount has deducted form my account. When i call on[protected] they said your amount will get within 24 to 48 hours but i send from tez app but i didnt receive so sir check and tell me where is my money. Im sending you the pic of the payment

                                  GOBUS1b08f913f3 was canceled. 500 was the promised refund amount for the ticket that costed 712. But only 358 was refunded

                                    On 10th december. I was supposed to travel from pune to bangalore via bus which was booked using go-ibibo. Bus operator was komitla. Bus was scheduled to reach pune at 4:20pm. I called go ibibo at 3:35pm in order to know about any delay. But was informed that the bus is on time and would reach boarding point by 4:20pm. At 5 pm after repetitive calls from my side to the operator as well as to the goibibo representative, i was informed that bus had an accident in between so, the service has been revoked by the operator. I had an exhaustive talk with go ibibo representative (Salman) right after this information and i insisted him to please provide me with any document that do confirm the cancellation was because of accident. One more reason why i doubt service provider intention is because i didn't receive any message regarding the bus number which people do receive an hour or 2 before your departure time.
                                    I lodged a complain at "support @yatragenie.com"as well as on goibibo, insisting them to provide me with document that do certify the reason for cancellation was accident. Finally i received a reply from yatragenie that "we won't be able to provide you with any document i. E fir or photo of accident of bus". Whereas from goibibo after complaining it for 2 times i received message stating that"as per the investigation done with the operator, stated that operator has informed to the customer regarding the accident in the morning on the date of journey itself, operator doesn't have accident images and fir copy to share".
                                    Now as per above story points that could be outlined are as follows:
                                    1) why didn't operator informed me about the incident prior and had sent a message on my number at 5pm. (Received message after calling n number of times.)
                                    2) if bus had an accident on it's way from mumbai to pune (Quoted as per conversation with goibibo representative - salman as well as with operator), then how come goibibo says that after investigation operator claims to have sent an intimation of cancellation right in the morning.
                                    3) considering bus had an accident, owner or operator would claim for an insurance, and insurance can not be claimed without fir. Then why operator's as well as goibibo we're not able to provide me with fir copy.
                                    4) what sort of investigation did goibibo performed right after the cancellation in order to understand why bus service was cancelled. Who would bear the liability. Is refund of money is the solution for this issue.

                                    All the above incidents we're recorded at operator as well as go-ibibo's end telephonically as well as i have all trailing mails to prove above incident. Both could be used for verification purpose.

                                    Meanwhile, As per our findings, Bus Operator only have to provide the FIR copy as per the confirmation of Bus accident from them, but there could be two possibilities, one they could have filed FIR and other they would have settled without it,

                                    You are requested to share your expectation if Bus Operator has settled it without any FIR so that we can further cascade this accordingly.

                                    If you'll read above allegation carefully you will find that as per bus operator he did informed me on the day of travel in the morning about the cancellation. Whereas how is it possible if bus had an accident on it's way to pune, which was scheduled to reach Pune by 4:20pm.complete fake.
                                    I have already lodged a complain to sue both operator as well as e commerce companies i.e goibibo who indeed do casual investigation to know the deep root reason and than let consumer suffer.

                                      I booked hotel in hotel grand kashmir for four nights from 27 dec to 31 december.. Before booking i called up the hotel facilities to ask for the facility provided. They commited for 24 hour power supply, supply of room blower, dinner and breakfast.. But when i cheked in to the hotel i faced many problems in hotel like no power, no blower provided and also dinner and breakfast was cheap. The temperature was in minus when i visited there.

                                        My problem is .I booked BANGALORE (to) GOA on 2/11/2017 on goiboib package .so I booked through telephonic conversation I paid the amount of 7419 twice.but now also my amount was not credited to my acccount. But the goibibo customer care is telling thear is 10 working day are 7 working day will completed on wards your amount will credited to your account.what the he'll is going on thear.but thear is no responds on your goibibo services
