I have registered a complaint regarding goibibo room booking on 13th of jan, but till time they didn't gave a solution...
My experience after booking 2 room: dirty bed, tv not working, ac not working, shover not working, soaps not provided, found a used underwear inside shelf,... Dear all i have attached all the photos of my concern... Tv, ac, shower, soaps all those things we informed many times but no response from the staff.. When i complained about shower they told to take bath in the shower which is fitted near swimming pool, even after remaining several times soaps not provided, i booked a room with breakfast, they provided bread and jam only as breakfast that too in a very poor condition, this is not we expecting from a 3 star hotel.. And location of the hotel is very difficult to find out.. Many times including our check in reception area is blank, there is nobody to assist or help.. No intercom in rooms.. We want to search and run for finding staffs.. Their behaviour is like they are providing a free of cost stay to us.. Not recommendable to anyone.. Far far better option available.. Pls don't get cheated
