On 13/02/2018, when i tried to purchase the item “usb 2.0 to vga display adapter jua170” from seller user id ganpatiglobal listed in www.ebay.in, an amount of rs 2067 was debited from my federal bank account to ibibo web private ltd through net banking. No confirmation email was received from ebay.in. Seller confirmed that they have not received the amount. I have reported to ebay.in by chat immediately with all available details. On 22/02/2018 and 01/03/2018 i have reminded ebay.in, but no action so far. I need the full refund of rs 2067. Tried to buy an item from the seller who listed the item on www.ebay.in through the online merchant www.ebay.in. Payment deducted from my bank account, returned the page back to the merchant ebay.in after online payment as usual, but no confirmation email received from ebay.in. Contacted seller through ebay.in and seller replied by email that no payment received. Bank clarified by email that the transaction was successful from bank’s end and advised to contact the merchant to resolve any issue. Contacted ebay.in immediately through ebay India customer service chat. Received reply that payment will be refunded within 5 to 7 days. Reminded ebay.in 3 times through chat, unfortunately ebay replied that they can’t refund as payment was made to ibibo. Ebay India Customer Service also replied by chat that they do not have a manager or an office with postal address or a responsible person in India whom I can make a formal grievance/complaint. As per bank statement, the amount was transferred to ibibo web pvt ltd and hence contacted ibibo customer service via email to [email protected]. Ibibo replied that they have not received the payment; it’s the issue of payment gateway PayU. Contacted PayU by email to [email protected]. PayU replied that the transaction was successful, provided transaction details from their end and advised to contact the merchant ebay.in for getting refund. Contacted www.ebay.in and ebay confirmed that they can't refund. Submitted written complaint to Bank’s concerned Branch Manager. The amount refunded by www.ebay.in after 10 days of complaint.

As advised by Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd, reported the issue to payment gateway provider by email to [protected]@payu.in. No reply from payment gateway provider yet.

Received reply email from ebay India Customer Service that they have checked this transaction and it appears that the transaction is cancelled and there is nothing that they can do from their end and advised to contact Federal Bank to recover the amount of Rs2067 back into account. Notified Federal Bank's Fednet Relationship Manager.

On 10/03/2018, Federal Bank confirmed that transaction was successful and advised the merchant to send an email to my registered ebay email if transaction is rejected by merchant. On 13/03/2018, ebay.in confirmed that payment made to IBIBO WEB PRIVATE LTD, hence IBIBO is responsible for refunding to customer.

    On 2nd march, 2018, i had booked air ticket from delhi to lucknow airport for 17.03.2018 at rs.8545/- through goibibo app. Pnr no b6136j later, i found that i have booked ticket for 13.03.2018 instead of ticket for 17.03.2018. Immediately reschedule it to 17.03.2018 but i had to pay rs. 8695/-. Interestingly, i got no refund from above rescheduling. Many times i have contacted them over their telephone. But, no acceptable explanation is received from them. When i booked the ticket it was written partially refunded, i am really astonished for their high handedness of goibibo. Under the circumstances, i will be forced to leave the goibibo application... Request you to look into the matter and refund the amount.

    We have tried calling on registered number "[protected]" but failed to get connected so dropping the mail.

    Please be apprised, that refundable ticket means cancellation penalties are applicable and rest of the amount will be refunded.

    In your case the charges are higher then what you paid, still we never ask our customer's to pay the difference and Goibibo takes the loss.

    Hence there is no refund applicable to the above-mentioned booking.

    This stands resolved on our end.

      Dear customer care dept. Its been three days your customer care team trying to justify their mistake. I booked "delux room" at the elanza for 2 nights. I never made any request for twin sharing twin bed room and non smoking room. But on your booking shared with hotelier, they got special request raised from your team, mentioning twin bed room and non smoking room.

      Two thing i want to make it clear, i was single person travelling, then why would i need twin bed room, and i do smoke they why you people booked non smoking room for me.

      I have attached a image of booking letter shared by goibibo to elanza.

      Please explain how these special request came on my booking.

      Due to your mistake i had to sleep on single bed, and had to fight hotel team at 1am night for my room.

      Iq level of your all agents who attended my case, is excellent who could not understand simple mistake made by goibibo or they wanted to justify their mistake and want to make fool out of me.

      Still after reviewing this booking document of booking, your expert team thinks they never made any mistake. Then next time i and my company will think twice making bookings though goibibo.

        On 26th January, 2018, i have booked air ticket from pune to kolkata via Mumbai airport for 26.02.2018 at Rs. 17191/- through Goibibo App. Later, I found that I have booked ticket for 26.02.2018 instead of ticket for 26.01.2018. Immediately reschedule it to 26.01.2018 but i had to pay Rs. 22202/-. Interestingly, I got no refund from above rescheduling. Many times I have contacted them over their telephone. But, no acceptable explanation is received from them. I am really astonished for their high handedness of Goibibo. Under the circumstances, i will be forced to leave the Goibibo application. Goibibo Authority should look into it.

          I have cancelled my booking on 30th dc'17 but i did not get the money back. I am calling up goibibo since last 2 months but they always say that they are not getting any reply from finance team.
          Now, suddenly they are saying that they have refunded the amount and if you did not get it, then please contact your bank.
          They are making fool of me by not refunding my money. They did not provide any proof that they have refunded the amount or not.

            Subject - goibibo booking id: htl4nnbwag, hotel booking id:[protected], regarding

            Please refer to the captioned details against booking the hotel “the village resort” at mandvi for one day ie 24th feb’2018 through goibibo, i would like to lodge my complaint against goibibo as i was being cheated by this company.

            It is on 24th feb’18 at approx 10.30 am, when as per my schedule arrived at the said hotel along with my family, i was informed by the hotel management that there is no agreement with goibibo now and they don’t allow us to stay there. It was really insulting for me to get such harsh treatment. I immediately contact the goibibo customer care and shared all the said incidents with them, they told me that some pending issue are with the hotel and asked me to book some other hotel at my end. It was really shocking for me get such type of treatment at the last moment.

            I immediately cancelled my trip and returned back to ahmedabad. This is the same company which i referred to everyone for their trip but now at this time i feel that i was wrong in understanding the motto of the company. This incident not only broken my trust over the company but i lost my time and money as well.

            Hence with the little bit expectation i requested you to kindly justify the following points :

            1. Why the company has booked the hotel that have some pending issue with them?
            2. Why the company have not intimated me earlier for the same?
            3. Why the company has not make some alternate arrangement of my stay at their end?

            Even after this i got sms from goibibi to share my stay experience at the said hotel. All this shows that the company has lost its integrity and common people faith.

            Please justify your action immediately before i being proceed further to some other forum to get the justice.

                We have booked a hotel on ibibo.com at the village resort, mandvi, gujarat for 24 feb-25 feb, 2018. We had got confirmation message from ibibo about hotel stay. But when we reached hotel, hotel management has informed that we are not dealing with ibibo as they are not giving us timely payment. And they have denied the stay even after much request. Hotel management has also told that we have not given any confirmation to the ibibo. So the ibibo has cheated us by giving false confirmation message. Then we have talked to ibibo representative. They have told to wait for 10 min to get querry resolved but they have not given a single call even after an hour. Then after repeated follow up they have come with a solution to arrange a stay at downgraded hotelwhich was not acceptable as per our conveniency. And that also after repeat follow up from our end. We had been mentally harrased due to inconveniency caused due to change in our tour plan and travelling difficulties and spoiled half of our day talking to ibibo representative. Also the family was disturbed a lot without any stay arrangement in the nearby vicinity.

I was Booked a room Hotel York Inn a Boutique on 19/02/2018 located at lucknow by Goibibo mobile app. I booked my room with free morning breakfast and free wifi and toiletries but when i checked in hotel and completed all check in formalities of hotel when i asked for free morning breakfast then hotel staff told us you are not illegible for that. Then i shown my payment slip to hotelier which has payed by goibibo and goibibo send the clearly mentioned in that i have booked with free breakfast room. Hotelier deny the same and goibibo also not entertain for i have whole night communicate with hotelier and goibibo team. both was blaming on each other. I suffer whole night although i have full payment to goibibo. I have many time communicated with goibibo but they did not any satisfactory answer now. I harassed and cheated by goibibo. kindly do the action against goibibo so in future others customer are not suffered like me.

                      I tried to book ticket (RS.19787) on 8 Feb 2018 through GOIBIBO app and I received OTP from bank (SBI). Upon entering the OTP the app became non resposive and eventually crashed. I tried to book the ticket again and same happened again.
                      Upon checking the bank statement Rs. 19787 got deducted twice from my account.Transaction details are below:

                      1. 8 Feb 2018, Txn#142464, RS.19787
                      2. 8 Feb 2018, Txn#168008, RS.19787

                      As I checked with GOIBIBO customer care they informed these payments were not received and they cannot provide the ticket.
                      Now I'm wondering where my money has gone and please do the earliest to return the amount to My bank account.

                          Seriously this is a serious issue, i have an international flight which will depart at 4.00 am from chennai and now your flight has been delayed.

                          Flight details from chennai to colombo: depart: 4.00 am

                          In case if i miss my flight from chennai then who is responsible for the same.

                          But somehow i connected to goibibo customer service, and what i got the answer is the customer agent was rubbish.

                          I tried calling him but no response.

                            I had a flight on 18th feb at 7:00pm from amritsar to pune via delhi. I tried making online enquiry bt because of website problem no details were shown for amritsar to delhi flight, wherein i can found all necessary details for that flight on internet, but no details for amritsar to delhi fight that is why i made customer care enquiry at 4:00 pm asking for my flight timings. The customer care executive said that it's a domestic flight, gates will be closing before 45 minutes of departure.
                            I reached airport at 6:10pm and asked for check-in, there was no executive of air india. I was not able to find any employee over there bear counter. I searched for 3 minutes than i found one executive he said that your was international now we cannot help you.
                            I asked him to contact inside but he refused to do so.
                            I still had some to check in but no one was there to do it.
                            Even after making enquiry it was informed that flight is domestic. When i went there dey said it is international we can't do anything check in is not allowed.
                            I was not travelling internationally i was travelling till delhi throught that flight.
                            The executive present over there didn't even made any effort or tried to help. Instead said you can leave from here and try jet airways they might have any left seat
                            I was not given any proper information regarding the timings.
                            I had to book another flight to pune that cost me 12k approximately
                            There was no executive of airline over there i was not even allowed to leave airport premises as executive of airlines was supposed to escort me.
                            I waited there for 1 hour.
                            I want my refund for the flights.

                                First of all i booked a ticket for the 18th of feb and due to a glitch in their system the ticket got booked on the 28th of march, i called immediately to inform them of the issue, i spoke to an agent called esha who told me that it was my fault and i incorrectly booked the ticket which i disagreed to as im suppose to start work on the 19th and there was no way that i booked the ticket incorrectly and miss the dates by two whole months, for some reason esha was not able to help and kept repeating the same thing again and again, she told me that she will try calling the airline and see if they could help and within a minute she comes back and says that she couldnt get through their lines which is a lie as i called the airline three times and was able to speak to their contact center in all attempts, secondly it takes you time to get through their options on the system as you have to select a couple of options before you can speak to a customer care rep as, im aware of the same as i called them a couple of times already as i was in a desperate situation, later she tells me that she will call the airline later and then get back to me to which i agreed, and before i could even hang up the call i got a message and email saying that go ibibo was trying to reach me and was not able to get through which is a joke, its very clear and evident that esha didnt really care and paid no heed to a desperate customer and made absolutely no attempt to help me and even contact me. With such people in the contact center i wonder how they are called customer service and wonder how peoples querys are solved.
                                So i decided to reschedule the flight myself and submitted the request on their website as per process i was suppose to receive a call back which i was suppose to receive, i did get two calls in the span of 5 minutes but couldnt answer as i was speaking to the airline, post which no attempts were made to contact me, i received so many emails (Around 3-4) from them post that saying that they have attempted to call me whereas no further attempts were made.
                                I was also charged an additional fee of rs 599 called as a convenience fee for absolutely no convenience on the call or their website, that fee increased my ticket price by rs 599 which i feel is cheating, they are already earning through various other methods and now use such scams to extract more money from customers, as a result i cancelled my ticket for which i had paid rs 7178 and after all their charges and the airline charges i get rs 3700 back, charges of almost rs 4000 levied on a customer for no fault of his is a robbery in broad day light.

                                  This is to inform you that i was travelling from kolkata to dubai and return on 16th feb 2018 and my pnr is kkujyr my passport was expiring on 10 july 2018 which had already checked. On travelling date 16th feb i got to know that i can travel as there is a clause of 6 month validity. I am a us visa holder so i was told that dubai will give you visa on arrival.
                                  I just want to know that you are acting as a travel agent between me and the airline. Why did u book my ticket without a valid passport. Why there was no option to check for passport validity. Those who are travelling for the first time how will they know.
                                  Go ibibo says it is written in the terms and condition that is provided by the airlines. This clause in in the 5th page of terms and condition and that too inside an option of international booking. These should be made compulsory to check and these important terms which can cancel the whole trip should be mentioned on the main page.

                                  I have made a loss of rs. 20000 including hotel and airline cancellation penalty. I want my loss to be compensated.

                                      Payment deducted from the bank but error got payment failed.

                                        I booked my flight from bangalore to tangier via goabibo website but unfortunately the airlines of ethihad denied my journey, due to i don’t have a visa in spain. I got visa to morocco and i check through goabibo website for the flight to morocco (Tangier) go abibio give a ticket via madrid (Spain) where i need a transit visa, before iam booking the flight i never found this information in goabibo, they never mentioned in the site about transit visa due to that i failed to travel and i loss my money, what is the best advise you can, i feel it’s their responsibility to explain about journey, because of different flight.
