My name is nikhil agrawal. I booked 2 flight tickets using goibibo on july 01, 2017 for travelling to delhi to mumbai and mumbai and delhi. The travel date from delhi to mumbai was july 29, 2017 by spicejet airlines and mumbai to delhi was august 05, 2017 by vistara airlines.

money deducted without any transaction

I have made a fee payment to ignou on 16/10/17. It got deducted from my account.

Now it has not yet reached ignou. I've sent mail to payu and my bank. But they say money is capturedin the payment gateway. I am sending the transaction detail. Kindly either refund my money or forward to ignou. It's my term fee. So please do help me out.

But due to a small error in clicking the date instead of 2nd nov. 2017 the ticket came booked for 31st oct. 2017. That is my request is to change the date of travel to 02 nov. 2017.

rooms not available at the time of check in

I have booked 2 - delux ac 4bed rooms in mannat palace hotel in ajmer shareef through goibibo for two days but at the time of check in, hotel manager said, i have only one room available. They sold my room to other one. I called all hotel management and goibibo cutomer care but they didn't provide 2-room at same hotel or any other hotel. Very bad experience my family faced by goibibo....

baggage booking with air tickets

I have booked ticket for bangkok-phuket pnr jr1hth and phuket-bangkok pnr nr71nh where i have included check in baggage rs. 709 in each. Price break up attached. But at the airport airasia representative confirms that no baggage has been included from the agency for both the tickets and i had to buy it for 900 thaibhat for bangkok-phuket and rs.385 thaibhat for phuket-bangkok. bus ticket cancelled at the last moment and not informed. great trouble for me to return back pune (02-oct-17)

02 oct 17 i had my ticket from goa to pune at 20:35 and when i called to enquire which stop was bus coming they say that it is cancelled you can see any other bus. When i asked to arrange a ticket for me they simply said it is not possible at this point of time. It was horrible for me to find a bus as 02nd october was a long weekend and all the buses were completely full.
Why did they show the ticket as confirm they should have told...

I had booked a flight from amsterdam to bangalore through british airways. The flight had a transit in london for 3 hours.

I had checked with goibibo and you had also connected with the airlines and committed to me that a transit visa is not required.

However in the amsterdam airport i was denied to board the fight.
