Our property the sarai at toria seems to be listed on your goibibo site in spite of the fact we have not requested it to be, nor entered into any agreement with you. It is detrimental to our business since it continuously and erroneously shows rooms to be unavailable. It has also assigned to the property policies which are highly objectionable to us and totally misrepresent our views. There seems no way to contact goibibo to request them to address this complaint, since we are not registered there and at present do not wish to be.

    This is to state that i booked a car through goibibo to travel from panchkula sector 20 upto rajpura junction which is approximately at a distance of 48 km. The car was to arrive at 4.25 am on monday 20th november in morning. I had to catch a train at 5.50 am from rajpura junction for onward journey upto bathinda. My ticket of ac chair car was reserved. The payments were already done in advance through online. But in morning the car and driver never turned up. I called the driver at 4.35 am on the number provided to me by goibibo. The driver never picked up the phone. Then i called his owner. He told me that car had broken down and the driver cant come. Then i called goibibo customer care but they didnt help. I had no money in my pocket. I borrowed money from somebody, travelled in local bus and reached bathinda. I got late, had to face harrassment, got exhausted, missed my surgery and sufferred monetary loss.

      I have done a transaction of rs 756/- on 11th nov to big basket through my airtel app payment. The payment gateway was ibibo web. The transaction was unsuccessful to big basket and the order was cancelled as well but the money is stuck with ibibo web payment gateway. The transaction id is 27606193. Please refund the money.         I booked return tickets from phuket to kochi through goibibo. It was scheduled as 2 flights - 1st from phuket to kualalumpur and 2nd from kualalumpur to kochi.in that form while booking it was mentioned to take transit pass at kualalumpur airport. But when we asked immigration there there is no transit pass for indians and paid 15k for taking visa.

          We had booked ticket from mumbai to chennai on 9th with jet airwaves schedule to fly @ 5.45 am as per the airticket and we had reached the counter @ 4.59 am and jet employee could not print the ticket and hence we where not allowed to board flight and where asked to get ticket for different flight and they will charge only transfer fees to us.
          To our surprise we where charged 3 times to our original ticket just because the departure time was printed wrong on ticket
          Please help us to get the refund as the fault was from airline not from our side
          I have attached airticket of khurshid shaik who was travelling on same flight and had departure time of 5.40 am
          We had no option but to buy ticket @ 7300 per person, please guide us

            This is with respect to payment made of 4024 dated[protected].

            It was an upi transaction involving tez which axis bank claims is as a successful transaction and goibibo claims it as a failed transaction.

            Axis bank required a beneficiary account statement from goibibo so that they can authenticate whether they have received the money or not for the mentioned transaction. After confirming this, axis will refund the money in my account.

            After lot of follow-up calls and emails, goibibo customer service team has become unresponsive and is not replying to any correspondence.

              In last month i had a booking with go ibibo i had done two times payment whenever i told to vrinda batia she said already refund the amount but it was then given the complaint from last week there is no support from her many ties i called her but she is not giving any replay not attending my calls so look the matter immediately otherwise i will file the complaint in consumer court.

                I would like to advise anyone who uses goibibo to immediately refrain from using it. I booked an outstation cab from jaipur to agra on 8th november. I had to take guests from agra to jaipur. When the car came i was shocked because the car was in a very bad condition. It was sounding, the enitre suspension system was noisy. Even the car stopped working due to problems in car. I was really ashamed in front of my guests i was really really ashamed of booking from goibibo. The don’t check what kind of cars they are sending. When i complained they said that they have no option left as to give me an alternative. Then i would have to chose that car as only option. I was standing on road for 2 hours. And now the company as a goodwill gesture is providing me with 200 rs of promotional gocash. I would send 10000 rs of gocash to them. Please whosoever is reading this please refrain from booking gocar from goibibo. My booking number is carpievaqigllnk. Really please go for other sites. Goibibo does not takes care of their customers. They don’t know what problems their customer face.

My entire trips money was wasted and what you are providing as your goodwill gesture is 500rs non promotional gocash. Please be informed that for all the inconvenience that has been caused to me is due to negligence conducted by Goibibo

                  So we had booked hotel for three people and we came at hotel, these people cancelled booking from there side saying in one room three are not allowed and said pay extra money to get room.

                  When we denied the hotel guy cancelled booking so post that we are standing here since 4 hours now and nonresponse from team.

                  I want to claim all my trip money from them as ibibo team just wasted it for no reasons.

                  These will make them understand why it's important to take customers complaint seriously and resolve the same in given frame.

                  I have flight tomorrow to india and because of these guys i couldn't enjoy my trip and got mindful*d.

                    Dear team,

                    My name is vivek r. Bachhuka & wanted to lodge complaint against goibibo for doing fraud activities. I was trying to book railway ticket on 7th november 2017, but due to certain reason amount got deducted from bank account but not got confirmation of booking. After speaking with executive on 8th november 2017, i came to know that the transaction got failed.

                    Today on 10th november after speaking with customer care executive mr. Shailesh kumer (Sr. Executive), i was hearing standard replied like as per company policies, amount will be refunded within 5-14 working days. I want to ask why taking such a long time refunding amount if they are have all the details. Mr. Shailesh is neither able to connect me to with the higher authorities nor able to provide date of refund from finance team.

                    Are they running a business to earn revenue from interest with customers money?
                    Now a days, neft/rtgs/imps are occurring which takes max. 2 hrs to transfer amount, then why such a long time?

                    Its almost 2 working days from the date complaint but still no progress.

                    Now you are speaking like your customer care executive that "the amount will be credited within 5-14 business days".

                    I think you have not gone through the complaint properly. My complaint was regarding long TAT period for refund even though having all proofs.

                    Request you to understand customers problem which he is mentioning and revert accordingly instead of reverting standard replies.

                    It's harsh to inform that despite of several complaints, still the amount had not been refunded.
                    We have received ARN number from your team which is not valid. We have asked my bank official to check transaction with ARN, but we have not found any transaction.

                    It's been height of fraud activities. If you want money then let us know such that we can provide it as a charity instead of doing frauds and misguiding customers.

                      I had booked a 2 hotel rooms through your site on 23rd oct 2017 and cancelled it on 24th due to personal reasons however have not received the payment refund for the same till date. Please let me know what is the time period for reversal as the amount is stuck and cannot be utilized. Which has caused a lot of inconvenience due to the constant follow up with the bank as notification on your website showed as refunded but as a matter of fact it was not initiated by your organization itself.

                        On 16 october 2017, i book a flight from bangalore to delhi (Round trip). Flight is on 9 december 2017 and 17 december 2017.

                        While booking flight, i first made transaction through net banking and it was failed. I again made transaction through debit card and it was successful and ticket was booked.

                        I had a word with both bank of baroda and goibibo. Bank of baroda told from their end payment is successful and settled with merchant and goibibo is saying they have check all their payment gateway and payment is failed from their end. Please find attached mail from bank and goibibo

                          I booked 1 ticket for 10th nov, whose pnr is y10dm that is now being reschedule to another time (3pm).

                          That time is very inefficient for me to travel as i had meeting there just after 12pm and flight is reschedule to after 3pm without inform me which is suppose to depart before at 10:45 am.

                          Due to this i have to suffer with many looses, business as well as personal and on after this ticket i had back to back booking of hotels and cab for that i had already paid that is non refundable.

                          I reached to your customer care executive so many times they are not able to give me any solution and they are putting my call in hold or fooling me with excuse will call after 30 mins.

                          My all tickets (Complaints) that i raised against it is automatically being close within 30min with false message hurrey we have successfully solved your query within goibibo time.

                          I am requesting to refund my ticket amount by cancel it or give alternate solution that also they are not able to give.

                            Hi team

                            I have checked online on your website and booked the ticket for my mother xyz (Don't want to mention exact name) for 15/10/2017 from manchester (Uk) to udaipur (India). I have booked end to end ticket from your website out of suggested options on website

                            1. Easyjet :- machester to amsterdam pnr :espng6j

                            2 airfrance :- amsterdam to paris pnr :oaz4et

                            3. Airindia :- paris to delhi pnr: ybges

                            4 airindia :- delhi to udaipr pnr :jmtym

                            Now when on 15 oct 2017 early morning i reached to manchester airport easyjet team told me that easy jet is point to point airline so you can't travel as you are going to india. You have to book through klm, flybee etc who provide transit facility, easyjet don't have transit facility and you can't fly.

                            My first question: - why goibigo have suggested this option if easyjet don't have transit facility, while booking i have motioned that i am looking for flight from manchester to udaipur (India)

                            Anyways then from manchester airport i called to goibibo international flight department and ms. Kajal have attended, she said i can't suggest anything and she transfer the call to supervisor subham. Very sad to inform you that you have such a bad team members and senior managers that they take client for granted. I continuously calling them but they have not at all responded, they were just we are working on the issue and they never called me back. I was continuously making international call and waited for them for more than 5 hours. I have suggested them to change the second flight from manchester to paris but they have not did that. Even i suggested them to talk to airfrance authority they have not did that. Above all as a irresponsible manager and executive kajal and shubham both have left for the day from office without handing over my issue where i am stilling waiting at airport for 6 hours along with my 63 year old mother and my son.

                            My second question: - is this is the way your team works, if they finish their duty, can’t it there responsibility to handover their work? Instead of that they just close the ticket. And i told them number of times to call me back but they never call me and just put the comment the mobile is not reachable

                            Now later mohammad from your team was cooperative, he was calling me back and he was the only person trying to resolve the issue and understanding the issue. Though he was also not able to check or reschedule the booking from manchester to paris. Main point is mohamad is able to call me but for kajal and shubham i was not reachable

                            Because of the wrong itinerary suggestion on your website my mother was unable to fly from manchester to paris and then when none of your team member can help me then i myself have spend 400 pound and booked the ticket from manchester to paris (Using flybee flight) and then at 5 o’clock my mother travel from manchester to paris. And then continue with her rest of booking.

                            Now what all your team can do at that time
                            1.in the morning they can call to airfrance and ask them to change the ticket of second flight from manchester to paris and in the morning they were charging less but your team has not did that.

                            2. Your team can at least call me back with the progress of the work and what they are planning and doing but none of your team member call me back, above all they just close the ticket

                            3. Your team can plan the next options so that at least next flight cancellation won’t require when they also very well know the it’s fault of travel agency to provide the wrong itinerary and later they have to bear the expenses of whole ticket.

                            Now refund 400 pound which i have paid to book my mother ticket from manchester to paris as there is no fault of mine and i was unable to take the flight from manchester to paris because the suggestion given on your website was wrong.. Even one of goibibo customer care exceutive talk to easyjet team and they confirm its not visa issue and it is point to point service issue and easyjet provide only point to point service, and this option is not valid for multiple itinerary booking

                            The issue is not resolved. The team have not yet given my money back and they just closed the ticket. The company is giving mental harrasment to me. The issue is not yet resolved. It's almost one month and they just closed the case without giving refund to me.

                              My booking with goibibo due to technical error got failed and was retained by goibibo. They said it will be refunded within 7 days. Then they mail me regarding that your refund is initiated and will take 14 days to appear in your account. After 14 days i call goibibo regarding this and they tell me that they have initiated the refund and it’s my bank which have not cleared the account. For the next week i kept on calling the bank and screwed them for not clearing but to my regret no proper response. I email the same to goibibo and come to know in the next mail them stating that the refund is not being initiated due to technical glitch. Such a wide organisation and still can’t handle petty issue.                                   I always booked my ticked through ur app but today m really diassapointed coz o[censored]r charges with no time bound. What i min is that u sud have an option for full refundment or adjustment within the airlines as per ur field specialities... Say if it is for less than a minutes or 1hr mistakes.

                                  And cmon no human's are perfect n everyone make mistakes no matter how good they are. Instead u sud have come forward as a gesture of good will or attracting more customer's i. E it is always a good idea to give opportunities to all ur customers in such kind of above situation...

                                  I know business is business.. But u sud also remember that their is a limit in everything.

                                  Anyway, u guys are doing a good job in terms o[censored]r profits. But, i wud say today will be the last day o[censored]sing ur app.

                                  All my problems n conversation are being recorded n already with u... So no need to explain more.

                                  I don't blame ur executive's.. They very good n helpfull... But i blame ur policy n rules maker o[censored]r organization.

                                  I won't say much but when it comes to either proper arrangement or refunding within the airlined.. No words at all.. Only charges n charges. I just made mistakes while booking my domestic flight ticket less than a minutes, call up their executives abt resheduling n at first they told me with cofidence as if they are going sove my problems n no solution at all. And when it comes to full refundment, direct answer is charging fees rs 2000 like tax blah blah. With no time bound. (5 to 40 days). I just laugh like wat kind technology they r using.. I just don't wanna say more.

                                  But my last word sud be bye bye goibibo n thank u very much for trust ur services.

                                    We had done a booking for 17th november 2017 to 20th november 2017 two days back, for a service apartment in goa in name of ankur patel. We have done all payments against it as well and we received confirmation for both payment and room on our mail as well which i have attached with this mail. And now suddenly we get a call from goibibo saying you will have to cancel the booking as rooms are not available and we will provide you upgrade for it in same price. But now we are not getting any upgrade options nor any equivalent options against our booking.
                                    This is really shameful and unexpected from goibibo management. Inshort very unprofessional behaviour and attitude of your for the customers.

                                    So we hope you would have a solution for this and get this problem solved at the earliest.

                                    If not, i would have to take strict against this action of yours and would also make sure none of my relatives or friends book anything from your site. And would share this instance at maximum on social media as well.

                                    I am attaching a copy of our confirmation copy with this mail.

                                      I booked hotel kings park at kodaikanal on 21 september 2017 2.48 pm online under 100% refund policy if canceled prior to 1 day in advance of stayed. My check in time was 24 october to 26 october. Now somehow due to some reason i cancelled booking (Htlredvm8u) of above hotel on 14 october 2017 12.29 pm with ticket received 16253347 from goibibo. But after 14 october to till 4/11/2017, i tried several times to get my refund back of 3000 rs. But goibibo emailed me that after long conversasation at end the hotel declined to give the money back. Now i lost my money due to goibibo with also hotels own wish. So please look in this matter. I dont know what now how to fight against such goibibo and hotel in this case. I am stay in borivali.
