Dear sir/Madam,
I javed khan have booked a hotel from your goibibo.com my booking id is:htls9pvbqn hotel name: Dammanagi comforts in banglore indranagar, The A/C of the hotel was not working and when asked the hotel management did not respond and they were least bothered for my concern the whole night i was awake giving complaints to the management due to which i have fallen ill and my work did not happen.Please should stop suggesting such hotels to your customers.Please resolve my problem immediately with the hotel management.

    Fraud!!! Fraud!!! Not ready refund my money in my bank account... After cancellation of booking..
    It's very shame full, to change the subject line. My complaint is i want to refund my money completely, instead of putting in gocash wallet. But goibibo directly change the subject-line of communication. And my request no. 237433 was not solved yet, but goibibo closed that. I want to cancel the hotel booking (Id: htlcw5by78), but due to goibibo worst policy of getting my previous cancellation money in a gocash wallet, this time goibibo again saying it will go in a gocash wallet. But i want my complete money into my bank a/c. From last 1 yr. I suffer very badly due to goibibo worst response regarding go cash wallet. There is no option to refund customers previous cancellation money into his bank a/c, which was laid there in go cash wallet from last one year.

      I & two of my family members want to travel from Kolkata to Tezpur & back with journey dates 9th april, 2016 & return journey date 16th april, 2016. I searched all travel sites & found Goibibo.com website giving the best deal at Rs. 15, 864/- Other sites namely easemytrip, yatra.com & expedia were selling the same package at a higher price ranging from Rs.17000/- to Rs.18000/- Hence I decided to book through Goibibo website on 9.3.2016. After the payment was processed I got the journey ticket for one side (Tezpur to Kolkata) only. I immediately contacted their call center & spoke to Suraj at around 3.45 pm today & informed him of this discrepancy. Suraj assured me that the the ticket for the other side i.e Kolkata to Tezpur would be there in my inbox after 45 min. This was a recorded call & can be traced for reference.

      I waited till 5 pm; however, did not get my awaited ticket; so I contacted their call center again. This time I was surprised to be told that I've booked a ticket for one side only. I lodged a service request with id 1654550 with my grievance for the jouney ticket from Kolkata to Tezpur. However their service team now claimed that I've booked a ticket for one side only. This was just not possible, because other websites were selling the same package for price ranging from Rs. 17000/- to Rs, . 18, 000/- [Am attaching screenshots of other websites & their prices] So, it is highly unjustified for them to have sold me just one side of the journey at Rs. 15, 864/-

      I've spoke to one of their supervisors called Shailendra; He has claimed to have cancelled the booking & deducted Rs. 1548/- from my booking amount.. He has asked for 24 hrs time to check for discrepancies in the system & has assured refund of Rs. 1548/- in case fault is found on their side.
      I would like to highlight how theirr staff has taken a complete U turn on what was displayed on the website at the time of booking, as well on the assurance which was given to me by their staff Suraj immediately after my payment was processed. I've requested them to consider these facts as well as the prices of the competitors (screenshots of their prices attached) while deciding on my case. They cannot sell a one sided journey for Rs. 15864/- when a host of other people are selling the return journey for price ranging from 17, 000/- to 18, 000/- Another website Makemytrip.com was selling the same package at a lower price than goibibo.
      I've been calling & mailing them frequently; They are going on asking for 24 hrs time for a solution since the last 2 days.They have not contacted me or given a solution to me till now.
      I suspect they are luring customers into selecting their site offering the best price & then cheating them by selling them incomplete journey tickets.

        care representative told me that your transaction has been done but
        some technical issue at the gogibo side, so you book your another
        ticket and that deducted amount is refund to your account, this
        statement as provide by your customer care representative on date

        state that they not receive that amount but as per the statement
        attached the it clear state that the amount us transit in your account

          Recently missed my flight because of delay from goa to bangalore flight, g8286 goair 05 mar 16 mr tapan das pnr. Rpzuqc
          I missed my connecting flight to kolkata.
          Spicejet sg517 pnr f4qw7c 05 mar 16 mr. Tapan das.

          Flight missed from bangalore to calcutta, air was not at all cooperating with the guests and was stranded on the airport with no money .I transferred 15, 000 rupees to the guest, guest bought another ticket to proceed to the further destination. Guest did not traveled with the spice jet. Please refund the said amount.             Recently we planned a visit to mussourie, we found one hotel named KBM continental so we contacted goibibo to get the number of hotel. we got the number and we spoke to that person. since there was no option to pay the amount online, we paid 12800 to that person which included 2 days 2 rooms stay and pick up drop and on the day when they were suppose to pick us up, nobody came and he called us and said that cab driver is not available, you take another cab and come, i will pay him the amount. since it was on short notice...cab rates were high and we got 1 innova which was charging 10200 for single visit.we reached mussourie at night(we were suppose to reach by 1 pm) and was searching for the hotel and we found out that there is no hotel named KBM continental. we were conned. We need our full money back. our full trip was spoilt. How can you not verify whether the hotel exists or not? we trusted you guyz and thought that person and hotel is genuine. If i dont get my money back, i am going to spread the word all over.

              Hello this is to kindly inform that i boarded you flight on 25th and i was late half an hour because my car broke down on the road i spoke to a couple of your representetives they said mam com soon its ok but we reached the airport the flight dint leave and the person in the checking counter charged us alot extra money n gave us the next flight when the seats were empty i too took the training of airport but this is not done please refund me the amount that was chrged extra from me really unhappy and faced these problrms for the first time n seen this for the forst time mail me in ghosal.[protected]@gmail.com

                Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                Non-refund of cancellation charges – Goibibo- Booking ID: HTLB67CHYP
                Goibibo team is duping customers with false confirmation on hotel bookings. Vide above reference, I had booked accommodation for days at Mysore (19 & 20 Dec 2015), which was confirmed by goibibo. The hotel at Mysore refused accommodation to me/my family stating that they did not confirm the same to goibibo, leaving me stranded at night. I had to pay heavily for alternate accommodation for one night. Despite documentary proof having submitted to goibibo, I have not got refund on account of part- cancellation of booking . Additional expenses incurred by me for alternate accommodation have not been refunded.
                Management team has been trying to protect their own staff members who are responsible for this goo[censored]p at my cost. My mails to CEO, management team have evoked no credible response. One team member keeps sending evasive replies asking for time week after week. I am yet to get refund of cancellation of booking and additional expenses incurred by me.
                I would not recommend goibibo for lack of credibility, false promises, evasive response and utterly poor customer care. Trivago, make my trip are any day credible and trustworthy.

                  Where i search the hotel then it shows list of hotels along with rates and when i select one hotel then the price of the hotel gets double. Attaching herewith the snap shot of the same.

                    I had booked Mumbai-Singapore and return by AIR INDIA through GOIBIBO booking ID AMD7H93NP on December 13, 2015.The return flight AI 343 from Singapore on February 14, 2016 had to be cancelled at arouind 10.30 pm local time due to technical snag in the aircarft. The flight was canceled after passanger had been given boarding cards and they were ready to Board at the Gate. This can be verified from the records of Changi airport.
                    I had contced your customer service on telephone No[protected] on February 20 and was given ticket number 1505637, you can verify this from your records. Untill today, ie, March 1, 2016 ( after 11 days ) i have not heard anything from Goibibo support. Finally today at 9.30 pm when i called the suport service at the same telephon enumber I was told that the Airlines has told that the flight took off from Singapore in time. On my showing surprising the inaccurate information and request to share the Airline response I ahve been told i will have to wait fro next 3 to 5 working days. I undersatnd that Goibibo takes pride in its Customer service.
                    My expereince seems to be absolutely otherwise. May i request you to look into the matter and revert as when can i expect FULL REFUND of my return flight CANCELLED by the Airline ?

                            PNR HWGRBM booked in Jan 2016. Money has been transferred but no ticket. When I called 15times, all I got is by Monday I will get the refund and matter has been escalated but 2 months later, still no update.

                              Hotel I Booked and Paid for: Hotel Le Lac, Line Tank Road, Behind Firaylal Chowk, Ranchi, Ranchi, India
                              According to Goibibo Hotel Le Lac is a 4 star hotel
                              Amount Paid: 3000+

                              Incident: On 18th when I reached Hotel Le Lac, the manager at Le Lac told me that my booking was not available as they were full. The said that they would send me to another hotel in Ranchi. Hotel Le Lac booked me into Hotel Raso which is a 3 star hotel as per Goibibo. I went to Hotel Rao on my own in a taxi and found out that they were full too and I was sent back to Hotel Le Lac in my taxi. I came back to Hotel Le Lac and was sent to Hotel Maplewood. I went in my own taxi. This hotel had its drains open in the from and was stinking (which Hotel Le Lac acknowledges and knew it before they sent me). Hotel Maplewood is a 3 start as per Goibibo.

                              I was charged for a 4 start Hotel Le Lac by Goibibo and was given a run around in my taxi and forced to stay in a stinky neighborhood with open drainage in a 3 star hotel. This hotel on Gobibo website is Rs.1700 per night.

                              I request a refund for the difference in room tariff between what I paid what this Hotel Maplewood costs in the amount of Rs. 1500 and my taxi charges which amounted to Rs. 700.

                              You are very right...Goibibo is not at all reliable now..I have also booked it and they have not provided hotel as it was specified on website...Use Makemytrip only...It was good in complaint resolution also...

                                I booked an international flight ticket booking ID: TUAKHCCB4 and cancelled it through Goibibo website on 15th December 2015. But I haven't received the refund even after following up with Goibibo over numerous e-mails and calls. I am being treated unfairly. I was being told that they didn't cancel my ticket even after canceling through their website. Then, what's the use of running the website? I am totally disappointed in their customer service especially for cancellation. I cancelled it online. Why didn't Goibibo cancel it? If I have cancelled a ticket online then it means Goibibo has to cancel the ticket immediately. It's that simple. I don't expect this kind of poor service from Goibibo. Why are they deciding on the cancellation on their own? They're trying to take advantage of customers by writing vague mails.

                                  I booked a ticket from new Delhi to Bangalore on 14th february through goibibo, my amount was deducted and booking was not confirmed, so i contacted their customer care executive and they told me that we(goibibo) didn't get any money and no seat is booked.so i booked another ticket and what they guys did, they booked two tickets for me one from previous amount and one from another transaction.i have already called more than 15 times and i am not getting any satisfactory answer from them, and they are telling me that they will check call recordings and will contact me nothing has been done yetand they have refunded only 1336 rupees.i need my whole amount to be refunded.i know my rights, this is fault from their side.So i need help from you guys so that i can get my whole amount refunded.

                                    I have Booked a ticket in Goibibo and cancelled 1 week before the departure of the flight. I have received success message in the website but there system got down or something went wrong they did not receive the request it seems. Now the flight departure day came and now I got a message saying flight got delayed when i called them up, they are simply saying the request is not made. Then where have my request went. What the non-sense, it is there system mistake for not taking the request, they in turn saying they cannot help it is not there mistake. They are purely cheating people. I won't be leaving anyone until I get my money back.

                                      My self jayant kumar gupta, i booked a return air ticket from delhi to bang lore via air asia. Flight timing i chose were 16th morning & 17th evening return from bang lore. When i made payment of rs. 9649. Then their was some issue with the site due to which i have to wait for 1 hour to get the confirmation. And when i got confirmation return ticket was changed to morning wen i called the customer care they dint listed to anything and told if you want to get evening flight you have to pay rs. 1785 more which was shocking and i made payment of this amount. Then i got confirmation of the flight i chosed. This is not it then i went to air port for boarding flight where i came to know instead of my jayant as first name & kumar gupta as last name. They have made ticket as gupta kumar gupta. It was so much frustrating to board a flight. I ill recommend every one to not to choose go ibibo for booking any thing.

                                      I would request if go ibibo is genuine then they should refund my money back.

                                        I have a similar issue. On February 9th, 2017, there is a charge of 48 Rs on my credit card. I didnt make any payment online using my password. I even contacted the ibibo team and they confirmed there is no such charge on my account. I dont know if i need to block my card, or HDFC should do something. Please find the attached screenshot and confirm if it is not you. @IBIBO
                                        Someone in your family using your card for Ola cabs?
