I have booked a room through goibibo.com & due to some design issue we had to cancel the booking on checkout date & hotel confirmed Goibibo that we will receive the full refund of our booking amount. Infact Dharmendra from their customer service team said on 14th Nov that i will get the refund in 5-7 working days but today i.e. 18th Nov i called up them they said the booking is cancelled today and refund shall be processed...

I had booked my flight for NOVEMBER 12, 2015 but due to some technical error it has been booked for DECEMBER 12, 2015.At the time of booking it was November 12 but after it was confirmed it showed Dec 12 instead of Nov 12.

For your information, on 06 October 2015, Payuibibo web pvt ltd.deducted an amount of Rs.736.94 from my HDFC Bank SB account
