Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have booked a bus ticket from Chennai to madurai through GOIBIBO on 03.12.2015 for two passengers. Scheduled time was 04:30 pm. At 3:53 pm i received a message saying that the bus has been cancelled and i will receive my refund. It has been around 50 days and i am yet to receive my refund amount. I didn't contact goibibo in Dec 2015 thinking that my amount would have been credited. But referring my account statement by month end, i found that there was no credit. So i contacted goibibo customer care on 02.01.2016 and i was informed that i will be receiving the money within a week. But no refund till date. I have been following through calls from Jan2, Jan4, Jan11, Jan14, Jan18, Jan 21, Jan22 and Jan23. The reply i get from them is that i will get a call at the end of the day and they are processing the complaint. But i have never got call back even for a single day, it is me who is following for my refund. I am almost fed up by their response, am certain that there won't be any effective response regarding my refund.
Kindly help me with the refund.

However we have checked the booking logs and found that at the time of making the booking you have selected the Arriving time as 20:50 . We have attached the screenshot regarding the same. Also the name which you have mentioned at the time of making the name same has been mentioned from our end
Also note that these booking logs capture each and every details which you put on the website. So we correct details has been shared with you. We would request you for cancellation or amendment normal airline fee will be applicable.
