    Hi, I was booking a spice jet flight on 1/sep/2015 from Dehradun to Delhi through state bank of India online banking .The amount of 2, 648 was deducted from my account for the flight booking, but my flight was not booked at all . Then I again booked my account from another bank and the flight got booked, but the amount which was deducted from SBI account was not credited to my account afterwards. For this issue I raised a complain in SBI as well as in Goibibo.com, but from both side I m not getting any kind of help, instead they are just blaming each other . Bank is saying that you contact your merchant and Goibibo.com is saying that we didn't got any amount, so we don't know contact your bank. Kindly help me in this.

      I was booking a ticket at Goibibo website and after deducting money from my credit card I got a message that your booking is in process and we will confirm you in next 30 mins. The flight for which I was booking the ticket was after 3hrs from the time, I was booking the ticket. I called Goibibo that I want my ticket immediately else I wouldnt be able to board the flight. I also asked to confirm whether the ticket will be booked then I will wait or else I will book from any other website, but they asked me to wait because they said that there was a porblem with Indigo server. After making me wait for around 1hr, they said we cant book the ticket as tickets can be booked only 2hrs prior to departure. Thus I could not go in the flight and my money was also deducted. Relying on them that there was some problem with Indigo, I tried to book from Goibibo another flight of Air India which was around 5hrs later. But the same story repeated again i.e. after deducting money got message that will be confirmed in next 30mins. Now, when I called the person said me that there was a problem with Air India server and so booking failed. When I confronted how can the servers of all airlines are creating problem, then he claimed that there was a problem with server of my credit card bank and they have not received the money so couldnt book the ticket. I said him that I have got the message from the bank that they have paid to Goibibo. After keeping on hold for around 20mins he accepted that they have received money from my bank. Then he asked me to wait for half an hr to know whether the ticket has been booked or not. I asked whether after keeping me waiting like the earlier time, they again be saying that ticket not booked or they will be giving PNR. He said he cant say anything and also in case the fare goes up in these 30mins then I have to pay the extra fare. Then he kept me on hold of 10-15mins for 3 times each time saying that he i keeping me on hold for booking the ticket as the fare remains same but the when the hold is end he says that he have not booked the ticket yet and will be booking soon. So i was in std call with him for around 1-1.5hrs but of no worth. Finally on seeing this type of attitude, I decided to book ticket from another website and asked him to refund my money immediately and if cant refund immediately then pay interest also. Now the story didnt end here also, the above incidence was of 07.07.15 and I got the refund on 21.08.15 i.e. around 7 weeks later and because of which my credit card bank charged me. Now when I asked them to pay interest and charges due to them then they said that there was no fault o[censored]s. The booking was failed due to "increase in fare" and the refund is delayed because "I called for refund few days later from date of booking". When I confirmed that there was no fare change and I called the same day and asked them to let me know when I called few days there stopped giving response even after my 4-5 emails. Further to this, I know this Goibibo people may deny what happened that day so I had recorded my entire conversation of the day of booking. I want interest @ 39.6% on Rs. 4866 for 07.07.15 to 21.08.15 along with Rs.570 chargeable by bank. Also pay Rs. 100 for call charges I had to incur for your fault. Further, I reserve my right to claim additional amounts/heads if so discovered at a later stage. I also want interest on all above @ 39.6% from 21.08.15 to date of their payment.

        I booked 3 tickets on 30th august for a 10pm movie in pvr, nagpur worth Rs.668.40. although the amount got deducted the tickets were not booked and it was only the second time the tickets got booked. usually as the deducted money is credited back into the account within 2 weeks i waited but i haven't got the money yet.           We have two bookings, one for 2nd to 3rd October and other for next day having booking ids HTLMM699YK, HTLRU7A6NM. Need to cancel the bookings because we are not qualified as a family, a group of griends. While the hotel policy states "15 Days prior to check-in - full advance refund", Goibibo on other hand denying it. And then just one of our favourite booking destination gives us the worst nightmare, a wasted full weekend. Even it not transferable, we need a full refund as its still 17 days to go on the date of complain. You have the booking ids, so persons associated with the booking. You can contact us if there is any resolution expected.

            The hotel was not at all as how it was in the pics on their website. On the website it said it was a 3 star hotel, and picture of the hotel showed that it was a great star hotel. When I went there the hotel wasn't even painted. There was a very bad smell and it was a very low class cheap hotel. The hotels name is "blue chip korai s inn" in Koramangala, Bangalore. If anyone is staying in Bangalore they can just go to the hotel and see how the real hotel looks like and then compare it with the goibibo website description. When I called the website they said they were sorry and asked me to adjust coz they can't refund the amount! And they said that they were "NOT RESPONSIBLE" for the wrong information provided by the hotel on their website.! When I placed a negative review, revealing about the hotel and the goibibo's customer response they just removed the review! And to my shock they added 4 reviews about how beautiful the hotel is! This is the level to which the goibibo goes to protect the hotels which pay them a hefty commission.

              Sir, I seema budhraja made a booking for hotel in Amritsar holiday inn for two nights and paid a total booking amount of Rs 7162. Vide my debit card booking I'd HTLZUVEJ5L I paid this through booking made by net site go ibibo.fot two nights for two people.from 12to 14 step 2015. I booked for two nights.but immediately after booking and paying I checked for one night the price was comming2600 ie 12 to 13th and from 13th to 14th again the price was 2600 for two people.i lost approx 2000 by booking for two consecutive nights in one booking.this is unfair and against any logic pl compensate me for the loss.and awaiting a reply My phone number is [protected] Thnx Seema

                Hello I was trying to booked a flight ticket on 5th September 2015 around 1.17 pm. From mumbai to lucknow for Rs 5441. At the time of payment the transaction shows failed and at the same time the amount deducted from my bank. Same time I contact goibibo support they said it will be automatically credited to your bank wait till Monday. I waited till Monday but nothing happen. I contacted my bank and take out the statement which shows that the amount is deducted from my account in name of WWWGOIBIBOCOMGURGAONIN. Then I contact goibibo groups CEO's office where Mr.Rohit and Mr.Ankur were handling my case. After telling them every thing and sended them the statement of my account they said to wait and after waiting 7 days they said that they have contacted PAYU TEAM there payment gateway but they also said that the transaction was failed and no money was charged.then I again contacted my bank and manager told me that the amount is deducted in there name and it's has been credited till the time they did not reverse the amount to your bank you will not receive any money. I told this to Mr.Rohit but he is saying the same thing the money is not charged from your account. Now no one knows where is my 5441Rs gone. It's already been a whole week passed out. It's is clearly seen in the bank statement that it has been charged by goibibo and now they are denieing it. After getting fed up and hopeless I taught putting a complain on consumer complaint so I can get back my hard work money. It's not the small amount sir. I hope you people will help me to get my money back. If goibibo will do like this to everyone then how is that company trustfull. PAYU is having tie up with goibibo and it's there look out to get the money. I am paying for nothing and struggling for my own money. Please if anyone can help me please.                   Hi I was trying to booked a flight ticket on 5/9/2015 for mumbai to lucknow and at the time of transaction it's showed me transaction failed and at that time the money got deducted from my bank amount is of Rs 5441. I called the goibibo support they told me to wait till money it will get credit to your account automatically. After waited for 5 day I did not received any money I contact my bank and bank says the money has been deducted from my account in the name of wwwgoibibocomgurgaonin. I contact the COE's office. Over there Mr.Rohit and Mr. Ankur where in taking my case after 8 days they said me they have contact there finance department and the money is not with them and they also said me they contacted There PAYU team which is the gateway of payment but they also denied that the amount is not charged and they also don't have it. I again contact my bank and in statement it's clearly mention that the amount is deducted in the name of goibibo and bank reference number. Still they are saying they don't have the payment. It's not possible Guys till today I have not received my money as bank says till the time goibibo does not raise the refund it will not be reflected in my bank and goibibo and PayU says they don't have my money. Now the thing is that where is the money. Why did they have charged me for failed transaction. It's not the small amount and if like this the customer is paying for the thing which he does not got. Please help me to take my money back as it's already been a week and still my money is not refunded. As got fed up with there excuses and tried I taught consumer complaint will help me to get my hard working money back. I hope raising the consumer complaint will help me to get my money back. If they will do like this then how they can be trusted company. PAYU is having tie up with them so it's there responsibility to take care of there customers.                   I have been booked a hotel in munnar on 10/12/2020 at 5.30 pm. Immediately the money for booking that is 1749 has been deducted from my account. In addition, after 30 mins I got a message from ibibo that your booking was hold on due to not paying the amount. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money

                    Htlduhs7hp booking id[protected] complain no. Ur website gave result country inn hotel bhiwadi, when I search hotel in alwar. This hotel is 90 km from tourist destination. Do u really think somebody will go to 90 km to sleep. U people r misleading. As a tourist I don't know anything about location. I trusted ur website n u cheated me. I will go to consumer court.

                      This is with regard to booking Id HTLQDBDZN3 done for houseboat Young Alzira, Srinagar. We checked in around 3 PM on Young Alzira houseboat and were just settling in and then the owner of the houseboat came in and started asking us to move to a different houseboat with the name Azad palace that was standing adjacent to Young Alzira. He mentioned that he has 11 guests checking in for young Alzira and that was the reason he was pushing us to move to a different houseboat. We initially denied the same as we have done the booking considering the reviews and photographs of Young Alzira. To our surprise, he started shouting on us in front of his staff and Shikara walla who had brought us to the houseboat from ghat number 17 of Dal Lake. We still agreed to see the other houseboat; it was an old shabby, stinking and ruptured houseboat. After seeing the other houseboat, we told him that we will not stay in the other houseboat and will stay only in the one for which we had done the booking, on listening this he started asking about the amount we paid for the booking and later mentioned us to cancel the booking. Listening to our resistance, he got very aggressive, told his staff to throw our bags out of the houseboat, and started abusing us as well. We brought this to the notice of goibibo support team (Miss Harpreet) around 3:33 PM and later to Mr. Himanshu. The later promised us at 4 PM that they will provide us an alternate accommodation in 30 min, all this while we have been standing on the footpath at Dal Lake with our luggage. We didn't received any call from goibibo till 4:31 PM, then my husband again followed up with the customer care(Mr. Rohit) after reiterating the whole story again and he again promised that they will provide the alternate accommodation in another 15-20 min. We again followed up at 4:54 PM with customer care and this time it was Mr. Praveen and we again had to set the context. To our shock Mr. Praveen after 2 hours of this ordeal, multiple follow-ups denied us any kind of help with the reason that they had a conversation with houseboat owner and the owner mentioned that he did not do any of the things, which I have mentioned before. Does any culprit will ever confess from his own mouth about his wrong doings? You must be kidding goibibo team. Finally, we had to do a fresh booking on our own HTLV628BL5. This was disappointing not only from the property owner as well as from goibibo when they could not provide us any support and just raised their hands in the time of need and we kept waiting on the roads of Srinagar with our luggage. We are looking for the following actions from goibibo team:- 1. Blacklist the young Alzira group of houseboats from goibibo.com so that nobody else has to go through the same harassment that we have gone through. 2. Refund us the booking amount for the houseboat Goibibo as of now has declined the refund mentioning the following:- Dear Ms. Neha, Greetings from Goibibo !!! This is in regards to your booking id- HTLQDBDZN3 Please be informed that the hotel has denied refund to you because of the following reasons: Hotelier provided an alternate to you which you denied and checked out from houseboat after half an hour from checked in. As per the Hotelier, room was on hold that 's why hotel denied for request. ***************************************************************** Our Point of View: We were happy with the houseboat which we had booked but he was forcing us to move to an alternate option which was in bad condition. So where does the question of alternate option comes into picture.

                        I booked hotel hari international through goibibo for two days. very first day i found the hotel is unsafe and i checked out of that hotel. i asked goibibo to pay my money back for the second day. first they agreed but later they told they wont repay.i am submitting all proofs

                            I booked tickets from to delhi to SriNagar and Srinagar to Delhi on 2nd and 4th October. I cancelled the booking on 20th Aug, 2015 with PNR- PTHVOY. I made all payment through citi bank credit card 13545. I was supposed to get a refund of 6299 after all deductions but i received only 3809 in Credit Card and rest 2490 in Go Cash. I followed up several times and send all the scresnhots of the amounts to GoIbibo as requested by Shalini. After several followups, my go cash amount of 2490 has also been debited but the transaction is not intiated by goibibo for amount of 2490 to be refunded in my credited cad. No one over the call support is helping and all tickets raised within few hours without providing any update to me. The amount of 2490 which i am supposed to be refunded is still a mystery for me. No repsonse is recieved from goibibo over mails and calls . Could some authorize person from Goibibo may help in refunding my amount and let me know where the amount is pending. The tickets closed are 631640, 630622, 628328, 627639, 627078, 606937, 619249, 618474, 604269, 604421 and many more.. My contact number is: Sumit Sharma [protected]

After 7 days have been completed refund amount not credited then we contact the ibibo team they replied will contact within 24 hours after discussion with concerned team, but still no reply came, Further when we tried to contact them they replied that we have not said anything and money will not refunded, So kindly arrange to get my money refund. Sir, Today 24th august 2015, I booked the ticket through hhttp://www.goibibo.com/. From New Delhi to Bangalore around 3:00pm, I booked the ticket at that time and they responded me with the message that the tickets will be confirmed after 30 minutes, and after 30 minutes we received a call from www.goibibo.com/that due to sudden change in the tariff plan around Rs 1700 will be charged extra. When I enquired why should I have to pay the extra charge they responded arrogantly, that the charges can be changed any time. At the time of booking then she replied that the amount will be wave off through internet the amount mentioned in the goibibo which I transacted through my Debit card. After half an hour we received an email form goibibo that the ticket have been confirmed but instead of Delhi to Bangalore we got the ticket from Delhi to Mumbai. Then I immediately ranged up their customer support number they simply ignored their fault that they made any mistake and blamed us by creating stories that you have made a wrong booking. When I asked her to correct the ticket from Delhi to Bangalore she simply replied me to cancel the ticket and the charges for the cancellation will be Rs 5700 out of Rs 7152. after a long conversation with their seniors they changed my ticket from indigo instead of 8:30am to 5:00am for which I have to leave my house 3:00 am at night this is their dirty carelessness I have to waste my time and change my schedule. I also booked return ticket from yatra.com which within 5 min I got the confirmation message without any hazel. Why this goibibo.com is misleading the public with poor response.                                     I booked ticket on 24th August 15 from CCU to DIB from GOibibo.com, after make payment my booking went to under processing.. So I called their customer support to check the reason, what they said is really shock me according to executive I booked a ticket with cost 4, 229 but till the time ticket get confirm it may rise to 5000 or may be more than that according to the fare fluctuation. So now I want refund but again as per them refund oly after 48 hours.. no I dnt have money to book ticket neither I want to book ticket more than actual price.. I am very helpless I feel like I lend a money to someone in my hours of need. Though my ticket was for future date but what if I had book ticket on the same day of journey..                                       I had booked return Air tickets from Mumbai to Delhi on July 08th 2015. After completion of booking on the website, I was shocked to see the timings of flights booked were different from what I had selected. I immediately called up customer care to explain the issue. I was asked a funny question - "Do you have a screenshot of the options you selected". Who the hell takes a screenshot before clicking on BOOK ticket!!! Finally, I was assured that technical team would look into this and provide an explanation and will CALL me the next day I didn't get any Call!!! so I decided to ring again. I again had to explain the issue and was told to wait for feedback from Technical team. Again the same story, there was no call from Customer care team. Next day I again called up and asked for feedback. Finally there was an answer "There were no issues from our side. You booked it incorrectly". I explained that I had selected below options while booking [See Below] Delhi to Mumbai: 22:45 PM Flight and Mumbai to Delhi 8:45 AM Flight After selection, I was redirected to confirmation page which displayed intended timings but I don't know what happened in the background and tickets were booked with incorrect timings. Booked Ticket details are - Mumbai to Delhi: 2:25 AM Flight Delhi to Mumbai 8:00 AM Flight I decided to find out the issue myself and started the booking process all over again. What I noticed that when page with all tickets option loads, whatever options are selected by default were booked in my case even if I had selected above mentioned options. Again called up customer care, explained my findings and insisted if I can talk to a technical person and he/she can explain the issue to me Since I belong a technical background and I have been developing such websites since last 12 years. But there was just one response from your team "YOU MADE A MISTAKE WHILE BOOKING AND OUR SOFTWARE IS FLAWLESS". I found attitude of most of the executive very RUDE. Even the supervisors are not trained enough to talk to Customers. In the end after making numerous calls, I was told there is nothing can be done from customer care, you have to write an email to Management. I did that too. I had a word with Nitesh from management team. They responded but they couldn't provide any solution to this. He also advised me to stop wasting my time and book the tickets again. Finally They stopped responding to my emails also hence I am putting up my complaint here. -Rajinder

                                        I had booked the tickets on name of for route mumbai to chennai dated 6th december.when i had called goibibo for asking why it is pending at that time he said me that booking will be done within half an hour. i had told the executive that tickets are available so should i book the tickets again he said no. and last from your side mail comes saying that tickets are not booked. now the fares have gone double. i just want my tickets at the same fare which i had booked.
