I got the confirmation for refund amount on 5th and again got another mail today, they changed the refund amount which they confirmed before cancellation and now saying that agent confirmed the amount mentioned in latest mail. Luckily I have the mail which I got on the day when the ticket got cancelled to prove my point. The worst customer service and big time cheater. Dont trust their site....
