This is reference with Spicejet flight SG658 / Kolkata-Bangalore / 05.06.15 ticket issue in the name of Suyash Khetawat. Booking id / PNR CEP9VR We cancelled the above ticket directly from Spicejet on 31.05.15. M/s Spicejet has informed us refund has been made to M/s Goibibo on 01.06.15 thru which we booked the ticket. However, as per M/s Goibibo website, no refund is pending.

    I have Booked 4 tickets from Delhi to Bhubaneswar in INDIGO Flight via GoIbibo. During Booking the Flight Timing was showing 18:30 PM on 1st JUN 2013 and so also received the SMS immediately after booking in my mobile about the same timing. While I reached DELHI Airport on 2nd JUNE at about 4:30 PM, came to know the timing shared with me is wrong and my flight already left in the morning.

        Booked 2 rooms in Dadra Resort Silvaasa, for 13th june 2015 on 31st may 2015 but when i call in the hotel for confirmation of booking Hotel staff told us that we are not in any agreement with GOIBIBO if you are coming overhere with goibibo booking ticket we are not allowed you to stay in our resort i also spoke with Managing Directore of Dadra resort he also said the same things My Booking ID's are HTLVUXJCJV and HTL667PS63 and My contact numbar is [protected]

          Sir/Madam, Our ticket with Booking ID GOBUSAND23d0d[protected]:PNR-35XGGEJ was initially scheduled on Sat, 30th may, 2015 with the travels SAHARA Travels but due to some technical problems with SAHARA they scheduled our journey on 31st may, 2015. The SAHARA travels told us that they will refund the Sat, 30th may back to our account which has not been recieved yet, Hence we want to know the status. The refund is Rs. 2398/-. The booking was done under the name of Mr. Piyush Wanare with the email id [protected]@gmail.com

                refund of money and bad service

                i booked 2 tickets in an AC bus through goibibo.com on 16th of may 2015.on reaching the boarding point IT was a NON AC bus.on talking to the customer care of the company they assured me a refund of Rs.200 within 15 days but i havent recieved it yet.i again brought it to the notice of company about the refund a week before and they assured me refund in 5 days..and even today on enquiry it says AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN...

                On 23rd march i made a purchase of online ticket choosing Go Ibibo for 6499.. Travel Date: 10th May Airline : Indigo PNR: ZBMU3A Using a mobile application i made the order. I cancelled the ticket and only partial refund has been processed. As of now, 1574/- only has been refunded. I have tried calling and calling but of no use and still more than half of the amount is pending since 2 months. It seems Goibibo is fraud. Kindly help me get back my money.                   Sir, Pls refer to ticket #2746899 on an issue i had raised wih GOIBIBO and their repsonse to that since the last 2 weeks. I am sure you'll undertand the underlying issue if you read it completely and agree that the service rendered has been very poor. You may also notice that GOIBIBO representative handlign this compaint has been highly insensitive and keeps repeating the same thing again and again w/o really caring or understanding about my view of the issue. They also want me to agree to a miserly settlement. Pls note that i am lodging a strong complaint with the consumer court and will also working on approaching a civil court to get a just settlement. Darjeeling: 1. A week prior to my trip I had called GOIBIBO and specifically requested two beds in the room in Darjeeling and Gangtok since we were four in the family. The rep said he will take care of that. However when we arrived at the hotel Central Heritage, we found it had only one bed. When I checked with the hotel they said they hadn’t received any request from GOIBIBO. 2. They offered an additional bed at no cost but the bed was quite bad. It was screeching and breaking down all the time posing a safety risk. 3. The room in Darjeeling was freezing cold and did not have any air temperate control system. I asked the hotel to light up the fireplace that was available in the room, but they refused saying it will done only during winters. They provided a bed warmer. I am not sure if the expectation was that I and my family spend all the time in the room waiting on the bed 4. There was no continuous hot water supply in the room. The hotel said hot water was available only from 6-9 AM and 6-9 PM due to water shortage. I am not sure why hot water is a problem if cold water was available despite the so called water shortage. Also hot water never was available from 6-9PM. When I checked with the reception they made some calls, but eventually nothing happened/\ 5. Wi-Fi was not available ever. I asked the reception about it and they said the server has been down for some time and they can’t do anything about it. 6. I called GOIBIBO to discuss this but no one picked up my call including the contact that was there in my trip itinerary. The one person who i was able to reach, cut my call and never called back. In effect the Darjeeling trip was spoiled by the bad room at central heritage.. The room was not worth the huge money I spent with you guys. Most importantly GOIBIBO didn’t seem to care about it all You did not return my call nor do anything about it. Thanks, Bala.

                    i had booked a room Central Park 17 sector 17A, SCO 10-11-12, Chandigarh, India, Booking ID: HTLGANP5EZ for amount rs.2343 with goibibo on 4th may. As soon i booked i realized by mistake i had choosen the wrong dates i immediately called up the the customer care of goibibo and they said we ll get back to u in 24-48hrs. however they call me up after more than one week later saying that your request cannot be done and this booking is not refundable. i never used the hotel service. And these goibibo burglars have robbed me of my money.

                      One of the passenger flight ticket has been cancelled from Booking ID:AMD8RJRUS in the month of Feb 2015 but i haven't received my refund yet. I have written to their support(Ticket no: #177930) but i haven't received proper response or refund till now. If i write them, they are sending a formal reply like they are working on it and they will get back to me soon. But they never got back to me. If i ask them for update after few days, They are sending the same formal reply, and once again they are not getting back to me. I don't know how long i have to mail them to get back my refund. Already 3 months passed.

                              I booked a bus ticket from Pune to Nagpur by Goibibo.com on 23rd april and travelled on 30th April, the bus operator name was Anjani Travels. While booking the ticket my money got deducted two times and i contatced your customer care 20 times but they could not give any solution for my problem.Amount deducted is 1350 rs. They said that you money got deducted two times for the same transaction so it will take time to get refunded but now its more than one month the refund has not even been initiated.                                 I have a booked a hotel in delhi named THE PARK. So there where some promotions going on during which I had to book. When I checked into hotel I came to realise that I got basic room. Then I spoke to hotel manager and he told me that I have been over priced, we cannot help please contact GOIBIBO. I have mailed goibibo support and they replied me back saying we cannot help you because price changes time to time please read our terms and conditions. I told them to call me to explain me clearly to which they dint reply me at all. I must have mail them 3 three days continuously but no reply her name was Aayushi . After three days archana mailed me and told me to send screen shot which offers better price and we will refund you. Next day she replied me saying that we cannot claim your refund because you can claim only within 24 hours after the booking. Its has been a very stressful dealing with this guys and still problem dint get resolved. I request you please help me and others also so they don't get cheated.

This is very frustrated and disappointing that despite my multiple requests, I have not yet received my refund back. It is now more than 40 days. Every time I am hearing that the money will be credited in next 5-7 days as it is not yet released from your end. However, the cancellation has been updated in your system refunded.                                     I booked a air ticket from mumbai to raipur using goibibo site on 26/02/2015 whose trip ID is TUA8CZHHU. There was an offer of 15% Go Cash using CITI bank credit card and I was qualifying all their terms and conditions so I used CITI bank credit card for payment and hence I must get Go cash of 810/- and it was written that it will be credited to my account on or before 31-march-2015. Even their customer care executive was saying the same. But I waited till 2-april-2015 and there was no Go cash, I am not able to contact them as they blocked my number, I emailed them several times regarding this problem and every customer care person is saying different thing, some says it will be credited before 30-april-2015, some says CITI bank will give you go cash, some says it will be credited on 30/05/2015. They all are talking illogically, Its too much now...they are cheaters. Please help me please.
