I have been cheated by paying an amount of 95900/- .They are asking my password and user name and deducting the money very cleverly. First the culprit S.Kapadia called me and he told that I will get an amount of 43000 after paying some transaction amount of 15000/-, but till now up to saturday I had paid around 96000/- by giving the username and password. Lter on Shinghania told that I need to get +an bonus amount of 26785, but till now I did not get my money. The other culprits are Jhanavi, Shinghania, Rahul, and Bhatia. They told that my money will be refunded soon and they are delaying day by day. The phone numbers from which I got the calls from 1. S.Kapadia- [protected]/ [protected], , 2. Jhanavi- [protected], 3. Shinghania-[protected], 4. Rahul-[protected], 5. Bhatia- [protected]. These people have cheated me from the past twenty five days. I want to give a police complaint but they are asking me to wait for tomorrow up to 1 pm so that my money will be refunded back. I have been very badly cheated by ignorance and belief, please help me in this aspect and ask me to give back my money. I have believed them and paid so much money to them. My contact no: [protected], SRINIVAS TADEPALLI-UPES, Via Bidholi, and DEHRADUN. But till now I did not get even one rupee also. Please get back my money soon. I am also having so many debts to clear.

    I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Amritsar for 3rd August 2015. It was not refundable ticket with only nominal return in case of cancellation. Now when due to some reason I cancel the ticket they refunded the amount into Go cash which i can not use at one go. I paid the amount using my credit card..Below are the details of their mail. Your refund will be credited soon. Dear Sir, Your refund against the cancellation of your flight booking TUA2HV16U will be credited as goCash in your goibibo.com account. We assure you that your money is safe with us and will be credited as soon as we get cancellation charges.       We booked two AC rooms in Grand Palace stay, Chidambram through Goibibo on June 1, 2015 for the dates june 6-7. The booking was confirmed and 2023 rs/- money deducted from my account. I had to travel from bangalore to ambur to pick my wife and parents and then leave to chidambaram. Since I might reach the hotel late I called the number mentioned in the website and told that I will be late for which the person who picked the call told me that there is no need to worry and the room will be available for us. But when I reached there around 12.30 am, the receptionist told that the room is not available as we have come late. I argued with them for almost 2 hours saying that the booking is confirmed and why was the room given to somebody else. With my wife and parents alongside I could not go anywhere else as it was midnight. At around 3 o clock they agreed to give me a room which was a store room with one light and thats it. There was no AC or fan, No water in the washroom, the beds were dirty and the room was stinking with cigarette and alcohol smell. I had gone there with my family and this is what we got for booking the room in advance. I stayed there for 2.5 hrs and left from there at 5.30 am. We went to the temple and while returning back I called up the concern person (Karthick Ph no- [protected]) and told him what happened at the hotel last night. He apologized for the same and agreed to give me a full refund within 72 business hours. But he did not do that. I had to follow up for around 45days and I still not have got the full refund. He also went ahead and blocked both my numbers since I called him multiple times to follow up also he did not respond to any of my mails. I involved GoIbibo customer care after this, but i did not get a proper response with them as well. after this I told them that i will go to consumer court only then they provided me a refund of 500 Gocash and 500Rs to my account while i had paid 2023rs. Also, this was the reply from concern person Karthick "We agreed we committed from hotel for full refund but the guest wants for defamation and consumer court legal activities so we too need to follow some legal terms to refund which is clearly mentioned in Ibibo website under booking terms and conditions which is electronically agreed while booking. Hope we won't get any further mail regarding this Booking..." First of all, The policies that Karthick is talking about is not mentioned anywhere in the Goibibo website. This is the hotel policy "The standard check­in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check­out time is 12:00 PM. Early check­in or late check­out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check­in or late check­out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly". I do not see any information regarding late checkin in the hotel policy. I request you to take an action against the hotel and Karthick for all the suffering that me and my family has been through. I also have all the mail communications with Karthick as well as Goibibo.

        Dear Sir/ Madam It is submitted that I had booked a flight SG-224 Spice Jet from Delhi to Srinagar on[protected] with booking ref: NSGGF2JQB and date of Flight was[protected] with PNR:GF2JQB. The same flight was cancelled by the concerned airline. After contacting the concerned air line (Spicejet) I was told to contact the Goibibo company for the refund of my ticket amounting Rs 6700 / since I had booked the ticket from the said company. The undersigned contacted the company and despite repeated telephonic requests no action was taken. Later on complaints were lodged through official website of Goibibo (dated 18 Feb, 5 March, 27 March, 20th April, 4th June, 2015 and always given the assurance that the refund of my ticket shall be reimbursed within 5-7 days. Later on I was also asked to submit my cancelled cheque and ID proof which I did but till date no reimbursement has been made. The company is dilly delaying the process of reimbursement even after 7 months which is most unfortunate and highly unethical. Through this communication I request your good self to take up the issue with the concerned company and sort out the issue as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged for this favour. Regards.           This is with reference to my booking for Air India flight Raipur – Mumbai – Ahmedabad sector. You may refer the tailed mail. I had booked my ticket online with GOIbibo, wherein I had received a confirmation from them for booking with PNR YN0S0 and ticket no. printed TUAP92WBM .

          When I was doing my web check in it was rejected, hence I tried with your tele check in option but the reply received was “Ticket is not issued”. I was continuously following up with the Travel Agent as well as the Air India toll free customer care no. but I was denied to do check in by the Air India saying “ticket is not yet issued”. Now, upon cancellation of request booking, I have been charged with the cancellation charges almost around Rs.3630/- (Airline charges mentioned as Rs.3180/-). When I had requested over the call to Air India customer care no. on 19/06/2015., I was told that when the ticket is not issued by Air India how the cancellation can be processed. Based upon that communication, I would like to know if the ticket was not issued how the cancellation charges have been levied for my booking by Air India.

          Whenever, we call to Customer care, our calls are recorded for safety and security purpose. I request you to give the call log for this PNR YN0S0 (Calls were made from +91 [protected] and +91 [protected]). I am going to file a case in Consumer Court and this call log is required to prove an evidence of my communication with Air India and GO Ibibo.

          Consider this matter as urgent and important.

          Please respond to this query at the earliest.

          So as per the flight AI651 arrival time on 20jun15 1650hrs in Mumbai and departure from Mumbai international terminal is 1830hrs so the time to catch AI144 flight is only 100 minutes.

          As per for valid connection you required 150 minutes.

          So in this case you are requested to kindly get in touch with your travel agent only.

          I want to file complaint against GOIBIBO for not refunding the full amount, as per Air India communication the ticket was invalid so the charges were not levied by air india for cancellation.

          I am requesting the company to pay me full refund for the invalid ticket issued though of sending air india's communication I have not received any revert from GO ibibo.

                      Sir, I want to reschedule my hotel booking, but it not possible. Which is very bad. First I call to ur customer care, they told me to talk with hotel, & hotel body tell to talk with goibibo. What rubbish, I didn't want to cancelled . Just wanna resechedule(just after 24hour and before 16hour). Which is not possible then why I keep this app. I am going to uninstall this app. Go hell.

                            I was ordering Clothes on 9thJuly on Snap deal. I chose the option of Net banking and after I made the payment there was a power failure and I didn't get the confirmation of the banking. However the Payment was deducted from my State bank of India Account. It is showing as 'IGOAHPYWF7 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O' in my account and an amount of 1703/- has been deducted from my account. I request you to please refund the amount back to my account. Please help me out

                              Hi, I have booked flight ticket through HDFC smart buy partnered with Goibibo on 4th July 2015 for AI flight scheduled on 3rd Nov 2015. I am looking for a reschedule. But The customer care is not reachable for any queries or cancellation. It says they cant identify my number i have used at the time of booking.                                 On 3rd april 2015 and 23rd april 2015 my account has been deducted by rs. 1, 216.18 twice. I have not done any transaction with your company. When i called to sbi customer care they asked me to raise a complaint with ibibo web pvt. Ltd.

                                I request you to please refund my money back. Below are the reference numbers related to transactions.

                                  Hi I am shikha sharma, unfortunately I have booked 2 rooms in hotel krishna orchid, mukteshwar last year(2014) for 15th to 17th of august from Goibibo. Then I canceled one room and asked for refund which is approx Rs 5000. But from last year I am constantly calling your goibibo customer care, always I need to tell everyone the whole story as absurdly goibibo don't have complaint tracking system and don't provide complaints numbers. I am fedup hearing same answer " we will revert back in 48 hrs" and till that day I didn't got a single call. Is this the service we can expect from Goibibo.                                     Hi, I recently booked a ticket from chandigarh to bangalore - Indigo Flight 6E463 fromgoibiboe which mentioned it as "non stop"(snapshot of booking history attached). 6E463 is not a non stop flight and has a stop over at mumbai(hence "1 stop") - snapshot attached from Indigo website. this wrong information led me to waste Rs 1500 in rescheduling charges.

                                      Hello Goibibo Team (This information has been sent to Spice Jet & consumer forum team in separate mail) I would like to raise my grievance and complaint against the Transaction, I have done for booking my Air Ticket through Goibibo web site today 4th July, 2015. Refer below mail. Background : I was booking my Air Ticket through Goibibo web site today : Bangalore to Kolkata and back. While choosing the Date of Departure from Bangalore to Kolkata, I have chosen as 9th Oct, 2015 and while coming back Kolkata to Bangalore for 23rd Oct, 2015. I have proceeded and provided all details and clicked for Internet Banking Option. Till that time I go to Bank Payment Option, the Date shown as I have chosen - pls find attached screenshot I have taken for each page while I was booking (Note : Normally I take screenshot of almost all pages when I doing any transaction over the internet as my practice) BUT when the money got deducted and the web site redirected me to Goibibo again, the date got changed to 30th Sep, 2015 for the Departure flight from Bangalore to Kolkata. I got shocked to see that because that was never intended. NOT sure how it can get change??? Then to clarify, I have called SpiceJet customer care to confirm and understand what happened and discussed with Agent Ms. Gurpreet and she informed me that "they are Not sure what happened because it has been booked from Goibibo". She also advised that to do the change, I can choose an Option of Re-booking/fresh booking but choose 9th Oct as date this time within 2 hrs from then and confirm/inform back with New PNR number, and in that case Spice Jet can Return back full amount to their Agency (that is Goibibo) and that will be reflected in 48 hrs time. I then called Goibibo customer care (dialing number - [protected]) and discussed with Agent Mr. Jatin about the situation and issue/concern on this case. Jatin informed me that I need to do Re-booking. When I was in phone, I was trying to re-book from Goibibo web site same way, but it did not allowed me to re-book, giving error that with same name & same flight time, I cannot do another booking. So Jatin advised me that in that case, I need to choose another Date. By that time the phone got disconnected. Pls NOTE : there is no option the Agent calls back and to discuss this every time I call Goibibo, call disconnects and I had to make alteast 5 calls and every time different Agent picks up and I need to explain again the same story. THIS IS UTTER FRUSTRATING to deal with goibibo customer care and they DO NOT know how to deal with customers and they do not bother if call gets disconnects & no one calls back. Thus I left with this frustration and I again call back to Spice Jet and informed that what problem I am facing and I cannot do another booking from goibibo as it is not allowing me to do so on same date. NOTE : I need to book my flight on same date and time, as it demands for my family and my need. This time from SpiceJet, agent named Ms Swathi, picked up and advised me to do a Fresh booking using SpiceJet website. I tried doing that but the fare was coming almost 2000 INR more than previous one, while in goibibo web site at that point of time, the price shows exactly same as first time booking. NOTE : So that means whatever shows in goibibo site is less than SpiceJet's own web site. But since I have to book for 9th Oct, I went ahead and booked the fresh ticket for me and my family same way. I have provided new PNR number to Swathi and she informed me that previous whole amount has been refunded baxk to their Agency Goibibo and my Ref number for this is PNR # R8MGRJ. Pls find Attached Cancellation and refund screenshot. New PNR number is J2F1NL which is book for 9th Oct, 2015 Bangalore to Kolkata and back on 23rd Oct, 2015 from Kolkata to Bangalore. Hello Goibibo Team I NEED MY COMPLETE MONEY BACK Rs. 36, 204 (INR) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE/IMMEDIATELY at my HDFC Bank Account (the one which I have used for Internet Banking while booking). Pls confirm me when can it be done, so that I do not have to follow up with you. Grievance / Concern / Complaints: How come Goibibo web site works like this and redirect to a different Date between Booking and payment option ?? Due to this a customer (me) had to go through SO MUCH OF Trouble and frustration and waste my valuable time. This is utter either fraudulence or web site error due to which I had to pay extra, while re-booking / fresh booking. Who will take responsibility or ownership of this issue - is it Goibibo or Spice Jet as now both are telling me I need to coordinate with them to get my Money Back. This is not small amount. We talking here over 36204 INR + 37014 INR (New booking amount). I Still DO NOT Know when will I get back my money back? I had to spent almost 3 hrs to coordinate with both Goibibo and Spice Jet for this transaction - this is waste of my time and without any fault from my side - WHY? How can we make sure this will not happen to other customer?? and who will take ownership of this issue to be resolved and check technically in backend? Why everytime a customer / me calls Goibibo the call gets disconnect and there is No option the Agent calls back, where as they have my number? why customer has to follow up for each and everything with both team? Why Spice Jet is NOT Taking any ownership, when they have chosen Goibibo as their official Agency for flight booking?? Then this agency should be cancelled, if such issue occurs??
