Hi, Payment debit of 244.00 on 24/07/2015 from my sbi saving bank account. I am not do any translation with company or website of last six month. I m attach a my bank statement image file. look it. I query on company's customer care about this but nothing any reply form their. First, I not found of that company website account department contact information. but when I call on that customer care than it related only for their product and services but nothing about account department or any kind of person with talk I m. company's customer care service are provide through automatic machine. can u look below detail of description 'INB Ibibo Web Pvt.     Booked a bus ticket from pune to indore on 5 august, 2015. Date of journey- 21 august, 2015, Pnr- T9NU53D. But later got the message that ticket is cancelled. When I called customer care they said bus is cancelled. But bus is still there in the schedule.

      GOBUSANDd[protected] With reference to the above booking ID I had booked a bus ticket from tirunelveli to chennai on 7th of aug thru Goibibo and got received a confirm ticket KPN travels with amount 650 INR paid. I had come to know at last minute 0630pm at bus stand travels KPN staff told me that the bus which I had booked was cancelled due to bus seats have not filled so I should go by other bus so that I had booked other bus & come chennai but as per Goibibo status shows that I had travelled on same bus & unable to get my refund back. I sent may mails & made many calls but none of Goibibo staff has responded to my issue. Hence pls take it up with them accordingly

          I had booked hotel Suoubhagya Inn at silvassa and paid Rs.2296 for 2 rooms, but when i went there hotel person told me that you will get in only 499 Rs. Also that hotel was lodge. i had checked out from hotel in evening and stayed in another hotel in silvasaa. due to incorrect information on your site my Rs.2296 got wasted. Also i took 4 tea from that lodge then that front desk executive ask me for 4 tea cost though i check out from hotel in evening without taking next day morning breakfast. This is worst experience with goibibo. i never thought goibibo do sich type of fraud with customers.

            With reference to the Booking ID's as mentioned below, we made our first bookings through ibibo for hotel Crystal Palace and put our trust on you-previously we used to book through yatra and clear trip -in retrospective and at present state of matter we think that we have made a grave mistake.

            THE INCIDENT NARRATIVE
            After we checked in the hotel we found that we have been allotted to filthy rooms though we booked the best possible class of rooms(superior type).
            1)The carpets were dirty and torn.
            2)All furniture were full of dust and bed sheets had stains
            3)Rooms were very very damp
            4)There were insects roaming around clearly depicting of zero pest control.
            5)The bathrooms were dirty and in one bathroom of Mr. lalit there was no water and very dirty.
            6)The food was all very substandard.
            Since we have three infants with us so it was next to impossible for us to stay in such a filthy hotel.We are attaching photos that we managed to click .
            Due to this we checked out of the hotel within two hours and we have with us copy of check out timing
            We checked in shinger hotel and informed you in good faith about the issue and response we got from your side is not at par with the proffesionalism we expect from online portals like you or yatra or cleartrip.

            YOUR RESPONSE
            You responded that no amount can be refunded even though we have checked out within 2 hours -though our original booking was for two days.
            And you are giving technical reasons and you are obnoxious enough to tell us that even the hotel fare for the the second day cant be refunded.THE ENTIRE ISSUE AND CONVERSATION BETWEEN US([protected]) AND IBIBO WAS HANDLED BY Mr. Banerji (kindly go through your records to confirm the same)

            OUR INFERENCE ABOUT IBIBO
            You are more aware than me regardng the perils and mental block people still nurture about booking hotels online and there are a section of tourists like us who believe in ecommerce and travel portals.
            Though we would not stop buying travel facilities online but we would never prefer your company as your action is forcing us to think that you are hands in glove with dishonest hoteliers and trap tourists for short monetary gains.

              I tried to book a ticket of 28th july but the mobile app malfunctioned and the ticket got booked for 28th of july.my lot of money got deducted while refund process and when i asked goibibo to give me my money back in my bank account they said it wont be possible.so to get my money back i booked a ticket for my friend.again today i booked a ticket and again the app malfunctioned and again i lost my 2400 rs.i asked goibibo to help me get some money back they did not even returned me their own penalty (excluding the penalty added the airline company ) . last time i got refund of aprox 3295rs as a go cash, but next time even i was not able to use that amount properly.please help me regarding this issue.these companies are making fool to their customers by adding lot of extra charges and penalty.

                We have booked a Hotel (Metro Inn. Ajmer ) on 22july for 25 july by there mobile application and payment has also been done. from there side we have received a mail and message on mobile about the confirmation of the booking But when we went to the hotel they refuses to give room and said there was no booking by us. on showing the message also the started talking rudely and refuse to give any room. I request you to please do the needful immediately.

                  We had forward our refund request process 30th April 2015
                  but we are sorry to say my request paid no attention from your side
                  we are so many e mail sent for this concern but still it is in the same position
                  since you have already received the refund amount from airlines and they are confirmed to us.
                  fund already come into your account in the past but your accounts team not serious to settle this.
                  This long delay tarnish your company's image.
                  ​Please advice your follow up / protocol on the refund status of tickets. Please give us a valid reason to why our refund is taking too long time.
                  This may be a delay from your end intentionally. We are waiting for a positive final reply from your side

                    The customer care is the worst as they do not have any representative only voice mail which asks for booking no. If I did not got any booking no How can I provide one?

                      - 29th July 2015 - Online hotel room booking made through www. goibibo.com at Hotel Hindusthan International in the name of Antara Ghoshal (one adult and one 4 year old child) for check in 30th July and checkout 31st July - Payment made and booking confirmation received by email Vendor Booking ID: [protected]/Goibibo Booking ID: HTLE8Q6SWQ - On arrival at hotel on 30th July - ROOM WAS REFUSED CITING 'NO AVAILABLE BOOKING' - Calls were made to www.goibibo.com. Concerned officer at that end spoke once and was not available after that citing 'IN MEETING' - EXTREME HARASSMENT. Antara Ghoshal and child already tired after a train journey are now contacting a friend to stay with them. - Hotel Hindusthan International have CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE NO INTIMATION FROM www.goibibo.com - There is NO apology or effort on the part of www.goibibo.com to help - Poor and unreliable service will be duly highlighted in consumer forums, trip advisor and social media.

                        Hi,

                        I had made hotel booking through Goibibo fron 22nd June 2015 to 26th June 2015. The initial booking was from 22 to 27 th which I got changed.
                        Now their are two issues:
                        1. They haven't refunded my one day stay money back to my credit card it is kept in the Go cash. When I asked them they quated in a mail "Please be informed that the booking has been canceled for last night and refund amount of Rs. 2635 will be credited back in your same account through which payment was made in 5-7 working days." This mail was sent by them on 6th July.

                        2. There are several issues with the hotel where I stayed for the first night - : 1) Staff service is pathetic, 2) amenities and ambience is now what is there on the web and lastly since morning there is no water and the hotel staff is completely passive about it until I threatened the hotel In charge. Despite that they had taking more that hour to give the water that to in buckets.

                        I have send them countless mails to ayushi,
                        Managemant Goibibo, however got no positive reply. Over and ablove when I send mails to [protected]@goibibo.com it bounces back.

                        It would be great If you could help regarding same.

                        Further if you need I could mail you all the communications that I regarding this issue.

                          Hello Goibibo,

                          This is saurav bagla. I am from Jaipur.
                          I am a regular customer of the goibibo application and i always rated the application the best. I have referred the application to all my friends and family. According to my records, I have spent Rs 1, 17, 171.00 from your application till date. ( In 2 and half Months ).

                          On 24th of July, I have to move to Delhi for office work.
                          It was a sudden plan so i booked the hotel quite late at night.
                          I booked hotel Fab hotels, Located in 3 DLF, Gurgaon.
                          As expected, I received a confirmation mail and notification on my application.
                          It was about 11 in the night when i called up the hotel, they said that they have not received any confirmation from goibibo. They asked me to wait for 30 mins or so and call again. After 30 mins I called back again to find that they still have not received the mail.
                          After repeated calls, they told that there were no rooms available at that hotel. I asked them for a mail stating that and they refused. They rudely responded to ask goibibo for the booking if you have booked it from them.

                          I was helpless, standing on the road, at about 12 at night.
                          I tried calling goibibo service at they number, but all in vein.

                          And now i am receiving mails for feedback of my stay at that particular hotel.
                          I dont know weather its the fault of GOIBIBO or the hotel. But I am disappointed.

                          I Have to face numerous trouble and spend hell amount of money because of this incident. Please find the details of hotel booking below :

                            I have been cheated by paying an amount of 95900/- .They are asking my password and user name and deducting the money very cleverly. First the culprit S.Kapadia called me and he told that I will get an amount of 43000 after paying some transaction amount of 15000/-, but till now up to saturday I had paid around 96000/- by giving the username and password. Lter on Shinghania told that I need to get +an bonus amount of 26785, but till now I did not get my money. The other culprits are Jhanavi, Shinghania, Rahul, and Bhatia. They told that my money will be refunded soon and they are delaying day by day. The phone numbers from which I got the calls from 1. S.Kapadia- [protected]/ [protected], , 2. Jhanavi- [protected], 3. Shinghania-[protected], 4. Rahul-[protected], 5. Bhatia- [protected]. These people have cheated me from the past twenty five days. I want to give a police complaint but they are asking me to wait for tomorrow up to 1 pm so that my money will be refunded back. I have been very badly cheated by ignorance and belief, please help me in this aspect and ask me to give back my money. I have believed them and paid so much money to them.                               I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Amritsar for 3rd August 2015. It was not refundable ticket with only nominal return in case of cancellation. Now when due to some reason I cancel the ticket they refunded the amount into Go cash which i can not use at one go. I paid the amount using my credit card..Below are the details of their mail.                                 We booked two AC rooms in Grand Palace stay, Chidambram through Goibibo on June 1, 2015 for the dates june 6-7. The booking was confirmed and 2023 rs/- money deducted from my account. I had to travel from bangalore to ambur to pick my wife and parents and then leave to chidambaram. Since I might reach the hotel late I called the number mentioned in the website and told that I will be late for which the person who picked the call told me that there is no need to worry and the room will be available for us. But when I reached there around 12.30 am, the receptionist told that the room is not available as we have come late. I argued with them for almost 2 hours saying that the booking is confirmed and why was the room given to somebody else. With my wife and parents alongside I could not go anywhere else as it was midnight. At around 3 o clock they agreed to give me a room which was a store room with one light and thats it. There was no AC or fan, No water in the washroom, the beds were dirty and the room was stinking with cigarette and alcohol smell. I had gone there with my family and this is what we got for booking the room in advance. I stayed there for 2.5 hrs and left from there at 5.30 am. We went to the temple and while returning back I called up the concern person (Karthick Ph no- [protected]) and told him what happened at the hotel last night. He apologized for the same and agreed to give me a full refund within 72 business hours. But he did not do that. I had to follow up for around 45days and I still not have got the full refund. He also went ahead and blocked both my numbers since I called him multiple times to follow up also he did not respond to any of my mails. I involved GoIbibo customer care after this, but i did not get a proper response with them as well. after this I told them that i will go to consumer court only then they provided me a refund of 500 Gocash and 500Rs to my account while i had paid 2023rs. Also, this was the reply from concern person Karthick "We agreed we committed from hotel for full refund but the guest wants for defamation and consumer court legal activities so we too need to follow some legal terms to refund which is clearly mentioned in Ibibo website under booking terms and conditions which is electronically agreed while booking. Hope we won't get any further mail regarding this Booking..." First of all, The policies that Karthick is talking about is not mentioned anywhere in the Goibibo website. This is the hotel policy "The standard check­in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check­out time is 12:00 PM. Early check­in or late check­out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check­in or late check­out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly". I do not see any information regarding late checkin in the hotel policy. I request you to take an action against the hotel and Karthick for all the suffering that me and my family has been through. I also have all the mail communications with Karthick as well as Goibibo.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam It is submitted that I had booked a flight SG-224 Spice Jet from Delhi to Srinagar on[protected] with booking ref: NSGGF2JQB and date of Flight was[protected] with PNR:GF2JQB. The same flight was cancelled by the concerned airline. After contacting the concerned air line (Spicejet) I was told to contact the Goibibo company for the refund of my ticket amounting Rs 6700 / since I had booked the ticket from the said company. The undersigned contacted the company and despite repeated telephonic requests no action was taken. Later on complaints were lodged through official website of Goibibo (dated 18 Feb, 5 March, 27 March, 20th April, 4th June, 2015 and always given the assurance that the refund of my ticket shall be reimbursed within 5-7 days. Later on I was also asked to submit my cancelled cheque and ID proof which I did but till date no reimbursement has been made. The company is dilly delaying the process of reimbursement even after 7 months which is most unfortunate and highly unethical. Through this communication I request your good self to take up the issue with the concerned company and sort out the issue as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged for this favour. Regards.                                     This is with reference to my booking for Air India flight Raipur – Mumbai – Ahmedabad sector. You may refer the tailed mail. I had booked my ticket online with GOIbibo, wherein I had received a confirmation from them for booking with PNR YN0S0 and ticket no. printed TUAP92WBM .

                                    When I was doing my web check in it was rejected, hence I tried with your tele check in option but the reply received was “Ticket is not issued”. I was continuously following up with the Travel Agent as well as the Air India toll free customer care no. but I was denied to do check in by the Air India saying “ticket is not yet issued”. Now, upon cancellation of request booking, I have been charged with the cancellation charges almost around Rs.3630/- (Airline charges mentioned as Rs.3180/-). When I had requested over the call to Air India customer care no. on 19/06/2015., I was told that when the ticket is not issued by Air India how the cancellation can be processed. Based upon that communication, I would like to know if the ticket was not issued how the cancellation charges have been levied for my booking by Air India.

                                    Whenever, we call to Customer care, our calls are recorded for safety and security purpose. I request you to give the call log for this PNR YN0S0 (Calls were made from +91 [protected] and +91 [protected]). I am going to file a case in Consumer Court and this call log is required to prove an evidence of my communication with Air India and GO Ibibo.

                                    Consider this matter as urgent and important.

                                    We understand your concern but however we would like to inform you that, the ticket which is issued by your travel agent its INVALID.

                                    As per your ticket the connection which you have selected AI651 and AI144 which is not a VALID CONNECTION on the same date.

                                    And also would like to request you to kindly check the minimum connecting time from MUMBAI.

                                    Domestic To International 2 Hours 30 Minutes

                                    So as per the flight AI651 arrival time on 20jun15 1650hrs in Mumbai and departure from Mumbai international terminal is 1830hrs so the time to catch AI144 flight is only 100 minutes.

                                    As per for valid connection you required 150 minutes.

                                    So in this case you are requested to kindly get in touch with your travel agent only.

                                    I want to file complaint against GOIBIBO for not refunding the full amount, as per Air India communication the ticket was invalid so the charges were not levied by air india for cancellation.

                                    I am requesting the company to pay me full refund for the invalid ticket issued though of sending air india's communication I have not received any revert from GO ibibo.
                                    customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    yet to receive any update on this...i shall be forced to file complaint in court...
