I have made a booking for Rishikesh to New Delhi for 3 passengers. All of them were girls(my cousins) who have came from abroad for trip to Rishikesh. The booking was for 3 seats in an Innova operated by Harish Tours and Travels. The passengers confirmed the timing from the pickup point from operators contact number mentioned in booking confirmation. Even we got reminder from GoIbibo to reach on time at the pick up point. And at the last moment after waiting for 2 hours we were told that booking is cancelled. It was such a great shock to my cousins as they were alone in the morning 6.30 a.m. at the pick up point. After that they have to book a private vehicle from Rishikesh to Delhi as they have got flight back to Mumbai from delhi which they cant afford to miss. Goibibo customer helpline is so pathetic that their are no option to raise the complain or talk with their executives.       While buying a mobile from greendust.com I have to make a payment of rs 7999 towards greendust.com however i got my one time password (otp) to complete transaction to complete the transaction as directed but though the amount has been deducted from SBI bank account neither i get successful order confirmation message nor the amount was received by the greendust.           Dear Sir/Madam I have booked a ticket in Hentek Travels through Goibibo online mobile application.The Booking ID is "RBN6K8KS3" and travel date was on April 5th Sunday.Unfortunately Hentek Travels informed that they don't have any partnership with Goibibo who is responsible for booking tickets in their travels.I lost my time and money in order to get a new ticket.Hence Goibibo need to refund the amount which I spend with compensation Regards, Sujith

          WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD..
          NOT EXPECTED FROM GOIBIBO..

          I had booked a bus from Gurgaon to Jaipur on 20/04/15, PNR:[protected].

          I confirmed early in the morning if bus will be running as per schedule and was confirmed that it is. When I reached at rendezvou and called up the service provider METRO TOURS AND TRAVELS, I was told that the bus has cancelled because there is a breakdown in the bus . They did not even bother to call and inform.

          After half an hour I got a call that the bus is up and running and will be picking me up in half an hour. I waited there for more than an hour and when tried calling the driver, he did not take my calls..

          Finally when the bus came, I was asked to sit right at the back of the tempo traveller when I had reserved 2nd seat from the front. It was damn uncomfortable and AC was not working too.. I called up the service provider to help me get my seat, he said that he will talk to driver but he did not even call him. I know that because I was in the bus and was continuously observing driver as I was eagerly waiting to change the seat.

          I am not upset with the service provider as much as I am with GOIBIBO.. Pls excuse my language but let this mother[censored]er go to hell.. I am not bothered however GOIBIBO is associated with such companies is what I am concerned about.

          Very frequently I use ibibo for booking hotels, flights while travelling with friends and family.

          I am sure I will not use ibibo blindfoldedly from now on.

          I would like to speak with an ibibo official along with full refund as I did not get what I was promised of. Pls consider this as my last communication ever if I don't get to speak with the official.

            I have booked a ticket for bus from Visakhapatnam to hyderabad on 5th april using Goibibo mobile application . Later i got a message and call from bus operator saying that bus has been cancelled. So i tried reaching customer care for refund of the payement done for the booking but couldnot reach them . When i tried contacting them through phone it is saying that we should query them using online support, but i am not able to submit it through online though i tried many times.               One week before I booked my bus ticket through goibibo website for April 6th.But when I wanted to cancel it, and I could not do it. Eventually I lost my money.The reason why i Could not cancel it was that when i contacted through customer help, they asked me to go the goibibo website and cancel it.But the website never provided any window for cancelling the ticket.The customer care number also was of no help to me.I could listen to only the pre recorded voice because of which i failed to interact with anyone from your company. I tried to contact the company for a lot of days but everything went in vain. Hence I failed to get my money back.

                I had a spicejet flight from Kathmandu to Delhi on 3rd march 2015. The flight was cancelled on 27th Feb. I had booked the flight from goibibo site . Spicejet has refunded the money to goibibo but i still not have received any refund from goibibo. There is no complaint number where i can talk to them . the only number they have directs me to their site. After dropping like 6-8 messages on their website i still have not received any communication form them. the booking id was NSGMCCBHK and PNR was MCCBHK.

                      I have a booked a bus ticket from Madurai to Chennai on Karthik Ramu travels. But the bus was cancelled by them and I was informed to make some alternate arrangements. So please make necessary arrangement to refund the amount as soon as possible.                         I have booked a bus ticket from Chennai to madurai on 31st of March 2015. On the day of travel I was informed by the travels stating that the bus has been cancelled due to ac repair. I contacted the head office of the travels and I was told that the ttravels would inform goibibo regarding the cancellation of trip. It has been a week and still have not received any refund. Kindly find the attached ticket details and assist on the refund.

                          On 21st march 2015 i was booking a flight from mumbai to bhubaneswar on the flight goair (G8-244) on the date of 23/04.2015 . I was booking with it my mobile application, i have cleared all the formalities before booking and via my credit card i have also paid the amount of Rs 4250 for my ticket booking . But money is deducted from account but ticket is not booked, then i booked another ticket on the same flight on the same day after 15-20 mins at that time money is deducted and also ticket is also booked . But that previous money which was deducted without ticket booking is not refunded to my account . I have written it to Goibibo Cust care but they did't reply me regarding this matter . Then i went to bank to know every detail they said that goibibo has taken 2 times Rs 4250 for one ticket booking and also didn't refunded the amount . So what to do now . please help me without any fault i am suffering in this type of tension .

                                First they offer attractive schemes such as 100% refund and 10000 cash back and stuff so that more and more people can book through their website and then change their gocash usage conditions. Now you cant even redeem more that thousand while booking hotels. Haha, whats the point offering so much cash back when a person just cant utilise it. The company is trying the make a fool out of people. Now i have more than 10000 as go cash in my acoount and cant even use it. Yatra and other websites are much better. Atleast they don't alter their schemes now and then. Please dont book through this website.

                                        I have booked hotel on goibibo and as promotional cash back they credited Gocash to my account. Now when i go for booking, it does not allow me to spend more than just 10% of the booking amount. I have more than 6000 GoCash. Please refund my money or allow me to book with full Gocash amount. This is such a fraud from a good company. I will never book the tickets on Goibibo again and will stop others also from booking on Goibibo.
