Reg Refund Calculation on Booking # AMD2ZOE58 cancellation wrt #317533 and #318220

The hotel shown in goibibo was rated as a 3 star hotel.But when we checked in then i did not imagine that what was that???? The condition of hotel was not good and it was so worst than a one star hotel...Even the rooms conditions were too bad and not to stay even a single minute...

ibibo web pvt. ltd. deducted my account

While buying a mobile from greendust.com I have to make a payment of rs 7999 towards greendust.com however i got my one time password (otp) to complete transaction to complete the transaction as directed but though the amount has been deducted from SBI bank account neither i get successful order confirmation message nor the amount was received by the greendust. No refund received fro cancelled flight
