hve booked a hotel name hotel gouri palace on april 8 in station road jaipur using goibibo mobile app.I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults.My booking id is HTLRDRXZQL. The hotel shown in goibibo was rated as a 3 star hotel.But when we checked in then i did not imagine that what was that???? Dear Gobibo team, It was the worst experience to book flight ticket with gobibo. While buying a mobile from greendust.com I have to make a payment of rs 7999 towards greendust.com however i got my one time password (otp) to complete transaction to complete the transaction as directed but though the amount has been deducted from SBI bank account neither i get successful order confirmation message nor the amount was received by the greendust.
