[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund amount not received - goibibo | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have booked a bus ticket from Chennai to madurai through GOIBIBO on 03.12.2015 for two passengers. Scheduled time was 04:30 pm. At 3:53 pm i received a message saying that the bus has been cancelled and i will receive my refund. It has been around 50 days and i am yet to receive my refund amount. I didn't contact goibibo in Dec 2015 thinking that my amount would have been credited. But referring my account statement by month end, i found that there was no credit. So i contacted goibibo customer care on 02.01.2016 and i was informed that i will be receiving the money within a week. But no refund till date. I have been following through calls from Jan2, Jan4, Jan11, Jan14, Jan18, Jan 21, Jan22 and Jan23. The reply i get from them is that i will get a call at the end of the day and they are processing the complaint. But i have never got call back even for a single day, it is me who is following for my refund. I am almost fed up by their response, am certain that there won't be any effective response regarding my refund. Kindly help me with the refund.
